We stayed in this hotel in August for a week. Me, my husband, my 2 children and 2 of their friends. We had an amazing time. I wasn’t sure on the hotel to start with as it was quite small. But after a day spent there, seeing the variety of food and entertainment I was soon more than happy. The bungalows were lovely and cleaned daily. The pool was great and were always able to get a sun bed. I always struggle with food on all inclusive but the food here was amazing. So much choice and cooked to a beautiful standard. The entertainment staff were great. My kids don’t usually join in with entertainment but they loved it all and also took part. Would happily visit here again

I would absolutely love to give this hotel a 5 Star but unfortunately was hugely let down on the first day. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, the cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10, rooms are beautiful and the pool area is really lovely. We come as a couple however will be returning with our little boy, the food choice for breakfast was amazing, all cooked perfect. Only issue was our air con didn’t work properly, and on arrival we were given the incorrect room to what we upgraded too and booked, we booked the premier suite and was given a family suite, I also have some mobility issues and we’re situated at furthest away apartment, reception refused to help or change the room to the one we booked and were very rude.. however every other day all staff were really lovely so could of potentially been an off day. Regardless we still had an amazing time.

Stayed here for 9 nights and I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The staff are very friendly, the food is AMAZING with so much choice! Perfect for fussy children! We could always get a sun lounger by the pool and they had entertainment for kids (such as a pool carpet for them to run on) my son loved that! The rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. Would definitely stay here again!! Side note: I left one of my phones at the room and I emailed the hotel when I got home and they said they had recovered it. Thank you so much!

I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to expressing the happiness my husband and I have experienced staying at this hotel for 2 weeks. For a 3* hotel, this has to be one of the best 3* holidays we have ever experienced. As a couple, the bungalows are amazing - plenty of space for all our clothes & the whole bungalow set up is fantastic. A powerful shower & fantastic air con. Result! The safe costs €18 a week to use - this is easily sorted at reception. From the moment we arrived, all the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Every morning, noon & night my husband and I have received a friendly hello from housekeeping, to the maintenance team, the bar staff, activity team and restaurant staff. The staff work so incredibly hard to keep the hotel looking its best and it shows. The wristbands with the automatic key fob inside for the bungalow is genius - was great not having to triple check we had a key every night we left. We received housekeeping every day who were brilliant. And finally - a holiday where I’ve not had to get up to reserve sunbeds!!! The beds are a little wedged around the pool but there’s plenty there along with tables & parasols. The drinks choice is plentiful - cocktails, self serve beer, Irish cream, cava, fizzy drinks. Loads! And the food is some of the best 3* hotel food we’ve had. Always loads of choice with cooking stations doing fish, chicken, pork etc. I never plated up a single chip once! The restaurant area is one of the nicest areas I’ve seen on holiday before. Although I said earlier that all the staff were amazing, I’d like to make a special mention to Jonathan and Cris who looked after us every day at the bar during our stay. They are 2 of the nicest staff we have ever come across during a holiday and went above and beyond to make our stay special. There are also a couple of ladies & gents who work the restaurant area too who were fantastic with us (I never caught their names!) What an absolutely brilliant holiday we have had and money well spent. If you’re thinking about booking it - just do it. If you’re expecting 5* for 3* prices then it’s not the place for you… but if you want a 4*+ for a 3* price then this is it. I researched hundreds of holidays and I am so grateful I chose to spend our 2 week 2024 holiday here!

This is a truly wonderful hotel. I chose this for myself, my partner, son, and sons friend for a holiday, as I could include unlimited access to Siam Park . I also liked the fact that the apartments were single storey bungalows. I wasn't disappointed . The rooms are very clean with maid service 6 out of 7 days. The beds are comfortable. There is a walk-in shower. Note that the water only gets above warm after a sunny day as I assume it's solar heated. We went all-inclusive, which I highly recommend as the food is very good, fresh salad and fruit and meats cooked fresh. We enjoyed the sangria, which was included along with unlimited coffee, hot water for teas, and cold drinks. The pools look clean and well tended with a lifeguard. I haven't used it yet. (2nd day) Location wise, it's at the end of the town and a short walk down to the seashore. There are a variety of shops close by. It caters well for families with entertainment and an enclosed small football pitch. The free Wi-Fi is excellent.
