The gym that you see in the pictures is NOT part of all inclusive, despite being incredibly mediocre they still charge £30 a week for the gym (so about ~£120 for the most mediocre gym ever, this is simply way too expensive)
The hotel rooms are located in a a building with nice open space. This nice and open space allows to hear everything that's being said in the hallway and 3 floors down. So you wake up at 3am because some drunken tourist decide to talk/scream, waking up the entire block.
The food is extremely bland and sometimes overcooked. The hotel is extremely bad/mediocre compared to all my previous experience with all-inclusive hotels.

We stayed here in March and can't say a bad word about it. Other then the prices for alcohol but now that I have been away to other European countries I see they all have high prices but not quite as high as the prices at this bar that's the only thing I can think they can improve on. We will deffo be back and will go all inclusive so we don't have to deal with it anymore lol but all in all highly recommended

I stayed here for 9 nights with a friend in April. We had the best stay here as the location is fantastic. Straight out of the hotel you have shops, bars and restaurants. Couple minute walk to Veronica’s strip. We booked a boat trip to see dolphins across the road which was €40 each for 3 hours this included unlimited drinks and a sandwich. We visited Siam park which you could get a free bus too and back. Monkey park 5 minutes away in a taxi only €10 pp for entry! The only downside to the hotel was the food in the restaurant. The snack food behind the bar was probably the best where they did toasties, hot dogs and some other stuff which I can’t remember! We never had trouble getting a sun bed during the day. The walls are thin so can be quite loud but I think this is just a herbal hotel thing. I would definitely go back but maybe self catering instead as food around the hotel was cheap and would be affordable. You do pay €1 per cup when you go to the bar but get it back when returned. The rooms are very clean too. Overall a nice stay.

Very basic rooms, make sure and triple check what you have booked.
Reception staff all rude, bar one lady, bar staff friendly. Food edible, wouldn't go half board or all inclusive if staying for over 5 days ,as the food is practically the same every evening. No option to rent beach towels but they promote that they are trying to be sustainable hotel!!

If you're looking for a room to sleep, it does the job. If you're looking for a comfortable quiet night, then this is not the hotel for you.

The view for the rooms is questionable, but I will say the higher the better as you see over the surrounding hotels / apartments. You can hear pretty much everything within 2 floors of your room. I personally had a room right in the corner of the hotel and could still hear people talking until late in the morning every night. Our balcony had the air conditioning unit IN it. Yes, IN the enclosed balcony, so it heats up the balcony extremely fast (see photo). Also the bathroom has black mould above the shower as the bathrooms themselves do not have great ventilation
The cleaning is ok at best. There were days when we would come back at 4 pm, and they would just be getting to our room, which would then be only half cleaned, and moreso just tidied than cleaned. I have also heard multiple people report not having clean towels changed upon cleaning (from someone at reception and a random person asking the cleaners on my floor).
I did not try the hotel bar, but the food 'buffet' is abysmal. There is no other word for it. The buffet is extremely limited, and after a couple of visits, we decided it was more worth spending money to eat out at the Irish bar round the corner for breakfast and whichever place for dinner as pretty much everywhere is cheap enough.
The good thing about this hotel is the location. Again, if you just need a place to sleep, it does the job, and you can very, very easily travel from the hotel. Be it the free bus to Siam park, or the convenient cross island bus to Santa Cruz or a simple bus to the next town over it is very well located and the reception staff are extremely friendly and very helpful.
The pool is nice, it is what it is, it's a pool.
€15 a safe, but also €15 for an iron. €25 at first with €10 of that being a deposit that you get back. For the safe, it's always worth it, but we decided to skip the iron as that seems a little much.
Generally, it's one of the lower rated 3* hotels I've been to and would probably try and find a different hotel if I were to visit the area in the future.
