Currently staying in Sunset Bay Club. The room is great we have a massive balcony with sun lounges the location is amazing so close to the beach and main areas. However we are staying in block D and this block is extremely loud. We have 3 bars that are open till late on one side, with live music and people seating outside and a bar and 3 restaurants on the other. We are unable to sleep until past 1 am as it is extremely loud. Would definitely stay here again but in a different block. Never in block D.
We asked to move room and were advised we would have to pay 40€. A good night sleep in a quiet room is a basic requirement of a hotel. We didn't get that and were asked to pay for something that isn't our fault. The hotels policy is that there should be no notice after 10p.m but the bars go on way past 12 a.m. and are very loud.

We stayed in a studio apartment. Everything so clean. Bed was really comfy loads of charging area and they also have universal plugs. The kitchen has everything. Fridge is nice and cold. I really recommend this hotel if you are staying in tenerife. It's just 5 mins walk to the strip too.

First time staying here last week. Room was above 6 or more different bars and restaurants surrounding the back and front of the room (that another reviewer aptly named the Diagon Alley of boozers, it really is!) where loud music noise went on till at least 11pm and drunk people noise went on and on through the day and night until 2am at least. We could also hear a singer in a bar every night that was at least 5 streets away near the Dino supermarket until 11pm or so.
If you want to come here and have a holiday where you want to go bed early and get up early for daytime activities that don't include drinking and sitting around the pool, beach and bars all day (like hiking, self drive tours, sightseeing etc) then don't stay here as you will get no rest or sleep.
Shame because reception and other staff were friendly and attentive and the room was a decent size with good aircon in the bedroom and lounge. The terrace/balcony we had was also large with 2 sun beds, an umbrella and had good views.
Parking was 8 euros a day underneath the complex which was good too.
Maids cleaned room/changed sheets/emptied bins on our second to last day, rather than mid way through the holiday.
Overall, I doubt I will coming back to stay here purely due to the noise from all directions at night and being unable to go to bed early for early morning starts, It seems like it is very hit and miss whether you get given a room in this part of the complex and I'm not taking the chance again. Upon checkout I said it was too noisy for us, and the reception staff said next time we can email to ask not to stay in D block/near the bars, but I wouldn't want to book then email to find out they don't have any other rooms available, so I would email prior to booking and paying

My first time travelling and staying solo. My nerves were soon settled upon arrival to extremely helpful & friendly staff. I had to move rooms on day 2 due to owner of TS arriving but everything was moved whilst I was out for the day. Great location, lots to do in and around the area too. Thanks again 😊

Stayed here 3 times, great value and nice clean apartments. Have stayed in a 1 and a 2 bed, both had great aircon. Placed perfectly a few mins fro. Fanabe Beach and La Pinta. Plenty to do in the area. Resort is a bit hilly, but most resorts in Costa adeje can be this way. Staff very friendly and helpful. 10am checkout is also not ideal but they do offer late check out.
