Whole resort is located on a steep hill with amazing views, so if you have mobility issues, it's not for you. Rooms are equipped with small kitchen area for those self catering. We went for an option with breakfast and we couldn't be happier. Plenty food to choose from. Breakfast from 7:30-10:30.
Rooms are bit outdated, but clean. Cleaning service every two days, so I can't agree with some comments that rooms are dirty.
The grounds of the resort are massive and impressive, great pool size and plenty sunbeds, never seen people fighting for one.
Unfortunately WiFi is only by the reception and maybe first row of rooms, so make sure you have some data on your mobile.
There is little free library by the reception and plenty of books in many languages. I spotted German, Dutch, Swedish and of course English.
Bit noisy at night as people check in 24/7 so ear plugs are essential.
Overall good experience.

We came here last April we had a fab experience thought we return Feb 2025- wish we never! the manger lady is a disgusting rude woman not only to us many it seems.
The man who dealt with us on our arrival was lovely couldn't fault him.
We asked if we could have a room with a view or near the pool or close as our son is disabled - sure they said... if you pay extra 70 euros- paid the 70 exact words were great room with really good view this is our view dirty flip flop and a vape. Zero sun from morning to night on our balcony. Room was apparently cleaned but floor says different so does the stained sheets and kettle full of ants. Food has gone drastically down hill especially for choice of food for kids.
Kids can't be kids in the pool either anymore stopped allowing ball games and inflatables except a ring.

The hotel is about as 3 star as it gets. Nothing too fancy, but nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be. Rooms are nice and practical but don't have air conditioning which makes them very hot. Balconies and views are nice. Food wasn't the best and a couple of staff were a little bit rude. It''s also a lot of hill walking to get back from the town which isn't ideal in the heat. Overall, if you're looking for a budget holiday destination, it's a great choice. There's certainly more luxurious locations in the area, but I enjoyed it. Pool was great.

cheap but not so cheerful..
I was pleasantly surprised when i arrived and seen the hotel grounds as i wasn’t expecting luxury in a 2 star hotel. The grounds were lovely with a big pool and amazing view! . However when we got to the room things changed… I expected a 2 star hotel to be old and run down .. but not DIRTY! the bathroom was coated in dust, spider webs were visible in every corner , the shower barley worked and when i opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away cockroaches ran at me!. safe to say that wardrobe was firmly closed the entire stay. We also found an old flip flop covered in dust under the coffee table 🫠🫠 surely it’s not that hard to keep a room clean? . If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to lay your head then this hotel would be fine! as we did only pay £54 a night which is a great deal for a cheap few nights away! but for me the lack of cleanliness in the room was so disappointing and there really is zero excuse for it no matter how much you have paid . I definitely would not return .

A very solid two stars. The only reason I say 2 and not 1, is that there were handful of okay bits.
Good Points : location is high up on a hill overlooking the town, with some lovely views. The food at meal times is, from what I can tell, fresh and replenished often. There is a good variety ranging from local cuisine to plain pasta. It's pretty reasonably priced at €8 for breakfast and €12 for lunch and dinner. The beds are reasonably comfy and the shower isn't too bad.
Bad points : the bar is loud as hell until midnight. Our room was directly below the car and the scraping of chairs and tables until well after midnight was infuriating. Could hear even with ear plugs. We asked to change rooms and were met with complete disinterest to help. We gave up after day 3. The cleaners start appearing just before 6am with laundry trolleys, which make a racket over the tiles outside. I can't blame them for that part, they're just doing their jobs, but it would be great if they weren't talking at full volume and listening to music blasting from their phones. 3 of us went to breakfast and weren't allowed a table for 4, instead shoving us into a 2 person table then tidying our dishes a split seconds after finishing. I went alone, about ten mins before the rest of my party came down, and I wasn't allowed a table for 6. So I had a table for 4 to myself for ten mins, then went and joined a table for 6 when the others came. Seemed daft. Parking is outside but only enough for a few cars. You have to honk your horn to get the barrier to move. Sometimes they let you on, sometimes not. If you can't get in the carpark you might get a space close by, you might need to park a ten min walk Away. It's just a stroke of luck. Spent early evenings in the room relaxing before going out for dinner and twice had issues with people at the bar balcony above dropping drinks/cigarettes down onto our balcony. And lastly, the reception staff bitched to me about the customer before me, more or less alluding to them being fat, saying "they could do with the exercise" of the hill they needed to climb from their room to the reception. Horrible.
Wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it unless someone didn't care about any of the above. Friends had rooms dotted around the complex and didn't have issues with the bar/noise but agreed with the rest of the concerns.
