Hotel Parque La Paz is an ideal choice for anyone wanting a vibrant, central location near all that Playa de las Américas has to offer. Just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by both day and night attractions, the hotel provides the perfect spot to enjoy the best of the area without needing a car.
The rooms here are a standout feature. Each suite is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with the added comfort of a lounge area, a very large and naturally ventilated bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to relax or even prepare your own meals. The suites feel more like a comfortable apartment than a typical hotel room, with plenty of room to spread out.
While there is no gym on-site, and the food quality—while good—could be more varied, these are minor issues when considering the overall experience. The hotel can be busy, so privacy may feel limited in some areas, especially around the pool and dining spaces, but the lively atmosphere is also part of its charm.
Flying colours to the staff. Everyone is courteous and attentive, and the reception team is exceptional—always ready to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. Their warmth and helpfulness add a personal touch that makes the stay even more enjoyable.

I’ve stayed in Player a number of times before we found this hotel 4 years ago. The first time we used the hotel, it was being revamped. Lucky enough we got one of the new rooms.
I was really impressed with the room considering Jet2 rate the hotel 3 star plus, so every time we come out, I always now book the Prague La Paz.
We only come out early March or Winter, so I can’t comment on how busy Summer time is.
The Hotel is just a short walk into Player, and about 10 minutes if that to the beach.
We have just got back and stayed in a pool side view room 150.
As our kids have all left home, we now don’t do all inclusive. It’s a relief for the 8 years I have not had to do it, so I comment on drinks and food at the hotel, only the breakfast.
The breakfast has quite a few choices, from English to Continental
I’ve seen people moan about the noise on pool side, it’s obvious you will get noise, most probably because people are enjoying themselves. We only caught the entertainment a couple of times, the ABBA duo and a singer, though by 11pm, they had finished.
Staff - 10/10
Safe - A small cost
Rooms are cleaned daily.
Rooms - our was split, so we had a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom mirror is on the back of the bedroom door, so we didn’t notice that until the end of the holiday…lol.
Kitchen has a toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and a sink. Kitchen utensils also supplied.
TV has BBC 1/2, ITV and few others
A big balcony which you can access from the living area and bedroom.
A nice bathroom/shower and hairdryer.
Not sure why we had twin beds, but not a problem.
Overall it’s a nice clean pleasant hotel which I will continue to use. A great location with nice polite staff. Hopefully back next year.

All very good, 2 minutes from the bars and shops, 5 minutes from the beach.
Rooms modern clean and tidy, beds made and towels changed daily.
All inclusive food is good, same basic stuff every day with additional daily dishes, so good for kids and adults.
Drinks self-service apart from cocktails.
Pool and around very clean, all washed down every night, pool has lifeguard all day. Would recommend it to anyone

Excellent location that is close to beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and have a fully equipped kitchen (we went self catering, but starting to wonder whether we should've gone all inclusive, as the meals, snacks and drinks looked great.) and separate bedroom. The sofa is also a pull out bed. Good sized balcony also. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool, and there is a lifeguard on duty at all times. It can be difficult to find a lounger next to the pool in busy months. But if you're not too bothered about being next to the pool, there are two other, quieter, lounger areas to soak up the sun.

Great hotel 5 stars... i would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples (if you like kids). The location is great. On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who checked us in and gave us directions to the nearest supermarket (5 minutes walk). The room (pool view) was clean and modern. There is no air con in the room, and as we have a 5 and 1 year old with us, we opted to hire an air con unit through the hotel (€60 per week), this was a good investment as it kept the room extra cool.in the day/night. The cleaners were friendly and very helpful. We had no issues getting sun loungers, there are plenty round the pool and in the sun terraces, also if people leave unattended towels for longer than 1 hour they are removed, which I think is only fair. The pool was good. There were plenty of activities to do in the day, including inflatable slides, gladiators, water polo, volly ball, and more. There is a kids' playground and activity room on site, and lilly was very friendly and made my son feel welcome and happy. Night entertainment was good. However, we only stopped on site 2 times out of 14 nights.
Only improvements we could recommend to the hotel would be slightly more storage in the room and a freezer compartment in the Fridge would of been perfect for ice cubes and ice lollies for the kids.
Overall great stay and will be returning again.
