Although the hotel seems fine at first glance, be careful as the service is way below par.
During the first night, this became clear in no time when it turned out that the mattress base was torn, causing the mattress to sag and making sleeping virtually impossible.
When we made this known in the morning, we were promised that this would be resolved the same day and the bed base would be replaced.
However: at the end of the afternoon nothing appeared to have been arranged and at that moment it turned out that nothing more could be arranged.

Ultimately, when nothing appeared to have been arranged (the maintenance engineer apparently "forgot") we had no other option the following night than to put the mattresses on the floor to sleep.
The next morning, when we were sitting on the balcony early, the hotel door was suddenly opened and quickly closed again when it became clear that we were there. That wasn't very pleasant either!
Was there nothing positive to report about the hotel? Yes: the swimming pool on the 4th floor with cocktail bar was nice and cozy and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. The WiFi, on the other hand, barely worked.
In short: quite a nice hotel in a nice location, but the less than customer-friendly service largely ruins that.

Furniture is a bit older and worned out, but everything was clean, unfortunately we had a room on first floor - view was not very nice and it was noisy. Parking can be tricky in high season, we were always lucky. The biggest plus of this hotel was breakfast! Absolutely amazing, tasty, big variety of meals..

Advantages:
Nearest beach was about 10 minutes by feet, Lidl and other groceries were in a close proximity to the aparthotel. The breakfast was really good, especially churros. The air conditioner worked in both rooms.
Disadvantages:
At first, we supposed to have swimming pool view, but at the beginning we have received beach views on the first floor right above rubbish bins, which had a disgusting smell. We were forced to make an argument with the hotel stuff to get a suitable room.
The second, the cleaning was not good enough, towels were not fresh with yellow spots and hols. Cleaning is scheduled 3-4 times a week, depends from season. Cleaning service does not provide any cleaning for cooking tools and dishes. Also the bed sheets were replaced once per three days, which is abnormal in this region with such weather conditions (high temperatures). All this information was available on the paper inside the room, but It was not provided before reservation.
The third, sometimes the personal was not friendly and responsible specially when we asked for a towel exchange. At the morning the personal at the reception did not greet us intentionally. We were greeting them but they stayed silent.
The fourth, sometimes access cards for room doors did not work properly. We were forced to refresh access card two times and avoid gathering them together with our mobile phones. It was necessary to slightly kick the door to close it.
The fifth, there was a huge problem with a parking places. It was very complicated to find parking place close to the hotel, especially on weekends and every day after 8 pm.
Do not recommend.

This hotel is so disappointing. The beds aren’t confortable at all. The price is pretty high for the quality offered. I don’t recommend it. The AC make so much noise. We took a suite with two rooms. One room was so tiny that even one person couldn’t sleep in it (not that much air on it)…

Lovely hotel would give 100 but no English TV anymore. Up until March 24 all 5 English channels then disappeared. We were given many excuses but no real reason. Went back Sept 24 after emails being told TV would be restored by then again still no English TV. Very disappointed. Have now cancelled xmas stay.
