Wonderful magical place nested at the top of a hill with stunning mountain views.
Everything is so convenient. There is a restaurant, cafe, adult only bar, mini market selling fresh bread, milk, sun cream etc
There’s a kids club with lovely friendly team who encouraged my son to join in when he was nervous.
There’s also a fitness center and a laundry room.
It is very peaceful and quiet. I’m a light sleeper but it was silent at night time.
The staff are all lovely (special mention to Nancy in Zacherys restaurant who is wonderful).
Front desk staff are also lovely and welcoming.
They play music but not too loudly, Fleetwood Mac, Depeche Mode, Coldplay etc
It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach and a steep walk back but I did it with a 4 year old! It’s good exercise :)
Comfortable bed, great shower pressure and beach towels are provided. There are rubbish bins around the place I found very handy.
I’ve already booked to return!
Highly recommended!

We booked apartments with a sea view, however we only received a partial sea view, as part of the view was blocked by another building of the hotel. Compared to the apartments that actually had a true sea view, our apartment should rather be described as a “semi sea view apartment”, which normally comes at a much lower price.
Other points: during our 9-night stay, the towels were changed only twice, and the bed linen only once (on the 7th day). The acoustics of the apartment are simply terrible, as we could clearly hear shouting and impact noises from both the corridor and the neighboring apartment.
The refrigerator and the toilet constantly make strange noises. When the doors are closed we cannot hear them, but this really should not be happening.
Breakfast in the restaurant is exactly the same every day. During the last three days we stopped eating breakfast altogether because the menu simply never changes (for a short stay breakfast might be acceptable, but for a longer stay it becomes very repetitive).
Dinner at the same restaurant was terrible: the prices are absolutely not worth the food served (the portions are tiny, the taste is poor, and the service is bad). When we asked for the bill, we waited 15 minutes to pay. Our waiter kept looking at us but seemed to intentionally avoid coming over, so eventually we gave up and went to the bar to pay ourselves (experience 0/10).
One really nice thing, however, is the “Happy Hour” at the hotel bar. On weekdays, for one hour, when you buy two selected drinks, the second one is free. On top of that, a small set of snacks is served free of charge. The bartender is very friendly and clearly professional at his job, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

Hiya! We stayed here last week and had a really good experience. The two gentlemen on reception were really friendly and helpful, Pablo gave us a very good Indian recommendation! It was a lovely experience. Happy hour in the two bars was great! Place was really clean and pool areas were nice and spacious. It is up a hill so that was the only downside but I was aware of that when booking and reception will book you a taxi no problem. The height did give a great view from our room! No hesitation in recommending!

I LOVED my stay at this hotel in Tenerife! Really, I have zero complaints. It was perfect in my opinion. The hotel is situated on a mountain so you’ll have beautiful views over the ocean and mountains. The balconies are spacious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and because the hotel is terraced, it gives a real holiday/outdoor feel and not a clinical hotel feel at all. Every one of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I also loved the separate bedroom and living room with sofa. It was just lovely and definitely want to come back!

We have stayed here for 2 weeks, for the last 2 years and have booked again for this summer woth our 2 teenage daughters.
The hotel is clean and slightly dated.
We have had 2 apartments on different levels, each time with a great sea view to the front and a mountain/hill view to the side. First time the apartment was almost on ground floor and 2nd time was level 6.
Both apartments were 2 bedroom apartments with en-suite.
The apartments come with air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area and in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchens- large fridge freezer, pots, pans, dinner sets etc.
The first apartment had a dishwasher, second one didn't (we was disappointed with this). The oven only comes with one tray, when cooking for a family this made it quite difficult. They need to add at least one shelf.
There is sweeping brush, mop amd bucket and pegs either in a storage cupboard in the kitchen or on the balcony.
You are provided with a tea towel, sponge, cloth and washing up liquid. These are changed when they clean the clean the rooms which is once a week for 2 week stays. Towel changes happen, however we can't remember, they do tell you at check in or there's a notice on the reception desk.
The balconies were massive- 4 sunloungers, table and 6 chairs, and umbrella and still plenty of room to move around. There is an arier attached to the wall that pulls out.
The restaurant- evening food was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We did not have breakfast.
The cafe- is next door to the restaurant, was also served delicious food and drinks. The toasties are amazing.
Location- the hotel is up a hill, however we hired a car. There was plenty of taxis coming and going for those that had booked them.
The car park is average sized and we always found space. We did usually park on the road behind as this was closer to apartment.
The pool- we were given pool towels at reception when checking- there maybe a deposit but we can't remember.
The first time we visited, we struggled to get sun loungers at any time of day. Before 8am there were towels on every sun lounger and nobody to be seen. Some towels would still be there 2pm and no one had been to them.
The 2nd time seemed better, we had to wait until a certain time (we think it was 9.30ish) you can't even put a bag on a lounger until that time. Once you are sat, the pool attendant comes round checks room number and name, how many loungers you need and puts a tag on them. If you have left your loungers for an amount of time the pool attendant will remove your belonging and put them to one side. This is a great system and seems to work. We never struggled. Towards the end of our holiday, there were people stood waiting next to the lounger at 7.30am! This information should be explained at check in.
Sunsets are amazing from this hotel!
Every member of staff we met were friendly and welcoming.
Overall this hotel is great and can see us visiting for a few more years.
This summer we have booked 2 1 bedroom apartments and we are hoping for a higher floor this time 🤞
