Lovely apartment with the most fantastic views from our huge balcony.
Superb facilities and no need to leave complex as there are so many great things to do at this resort.
Del Duque about a mile away Down a steep hill but bus only charges £1.45 and taxi around £6 each way.
If using the bus scan the QR code that is on all bus stops and your phone will show you the time to wait before the next bus.

We had a great time here! The location is amazing, with beautiful ocean views, and the whole place is massive. It’s more like staying in an apartment than a typical hotel.
Check-in was quick, and the staff were really friendly. Our apartment was super spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a huge balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were multiple TVs and air con units, which was handy. The floors could’ve used a bit of TLC, but apart from that, everything was spot on.
There are two pools, which were great, and the on-site restaurant was fantastic. We ate there for breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. Carlos at the restaurant made our stay even better—he was brilliant every day!
There’s loads to do as well, like mini golf and table tennis, all included in the price.
The only downside (and why it’s 4 stars instead of 5) is the check-in and check-out times. Check-in isn’t until 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM, which felt way too early and a bit of a rush.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for the great location, friendly staff, and all the extras they offer!

Booked through jet2 with the understanding it was going to be a fun filled holiday apartment complex, it is part timeshare/ owners. There was almost no entertainment (seen 1 or 2 things in the whole week we were there) very quiet and bitterly disappointed. There were around 18 rules posted around the pool area, basically meaning no games or fun during the day, one of the life guards was awful, got on at everyone for everything, kids couldn't enjoy themselves in the pool at all, no balls, no inflatables, there is a tiny section of baby pool where you are able to play with pool equipment (tiny), most of the time the large area of the pool was very quiet, I couldn't see any reason for the drastic pool rules & regulations which made everyone on edge for fear of "getting in to trouble". Everyone we spoke with and trying to enjoy their holiday felt the same. We wouldn't return for this reason, it ruins what should have been a fun holiday for all.
The timeshare owners are not happy with holidaymakers being there & the holidaymakers are not happy following the strict "no fun" rules.
This complex is ideal for couples only, who want a very quiet holiday. Not good for families who enjoy pool activities or entertainment or music.
Good apartments, fantastic terraces, up a very steep hill which didn't bother us, can get very cloudy due to location which can't be helped.
Good mini market, nice little cafe & restaurant.

AMAZING! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ramada residences the accommodation is absolutely fabulous very clean and plenty of space and storage our balcony was absolutely amazing the views where one of the best I’ve ever had from a hotel room! The staff are very helpful and always happy to help with with directions or whatever you need the adults only pool was also great 😊 very relaxing and very far from the kids pool (even better) the bar is also great especially on the 2 for 1 offer in evenings air con is free and so is the safe we personally put the air con on in the master and shut The door which really helps cooling the room down
do be aware that this hotel is not suited for those with mobility issues walking up to this hotel at peak afternoon times can be very hot and uncomfortable but luckily a taxi is €5 from the centre I don’t recommend the bus as much as you still have to walk some of the way but a taxi will drive you straight to the door! Thanks for a fabulous stay!
