We ended up at this hotel by chance due to a sudden change of destination, and this place happened to have availability. After reading the reviews, I thought everything would be terrible, but our family was pleasantly surprised. The hotel fully matches its 3-star rating.
The buildings with the rooms are arranged in a triangle, and there are pools inside. As for the pools, it's hard to say much since we didn’t swim there even once—we walked to the nearest beach, which takes about 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is clean; the staff mops the floors a few times a day, and the room is cleaned every two days. We had no issues with cleanliness.
Regarding the food, many people write that it’s inedible, but I will say this: if you are going to a 3-star hotel expecting lobsters and a 2-kilometer-long buffet, then no, this is not the place for you. The selection is not huge, but there are always vegetables, three types of salad, paella, soup, chicken, meat, and potatoes. There were also shrimp and mussels a couple of times. The beer is good, the cocktails are a bit diluted, but we often bought something from the store, where prices are low, so there were no issues.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly. We had a problem with noisy neighbors once, and after notifying reception, there was a quick response, and everything was resolved immediately—thank you very much. The waitstaff clears tables quickly, sets them up efficiently, and always with a smile.
The rooms are actually quite spacious, with a mini-kitchen and a refrigerator. There is no air conditioning, but since we're visiting in October, there are ceiling fans, which is sufficient. I can't say how they handle it in the summer :)
Overall, we were satisfied—thank you very much :)

We recently returned from a 7 night stay here & we’re terrified given some of the reviews are horrendous, however we were very pleasantly surprised. Arrived at the hotel at 11am despite being told check in wasn’t until 2pm, they already had our room ready and waiting which was a bonus!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the minute we got there, I will say though treat others and you would like to be treated as manners do go along way.
Rooms were all clean and very spacious and modern (no cockroaches seen our entire stay)
Food is basic but we ate breakfast and lunch there as the kids could find something to eat, dinners we ate our which suited us fine. You get what you pay for with this side of things but the churros were loveeeeely.
Location is on point close enough to everything you need, but of a hill down to the beach but a pleasant stroll, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby for those who wish to go out.
Entertainment wasn’t great but didn’t affect our stay in any way. Needs updating a bit I think but the team were still friendly.
Pool big and nice kids pool for little ones however was very cold but we did stay in November so that’s our fault, still went swimming and the kids loved every minute of it.
I will also say, we left a baby blanket in our hotel room not expensive but sentimental value & the hotel receptionist Alicia has been kind enough to go out of her way & send it back to us so they really do go above and beyond if you treat them with respect and be kind!
Thanks for a lovely stay 🫶

A VERY RUN DOWN PLACE.
I stopped here at the beginning of December 24 and it was awful.
The place was infested with cockroach, it was dirty, noisy (mainly the staff at 07.30 am) and not enjoyable at all.
It's cheap for a reason and that's because it's awful, so do yourself a favour and go somewhere else this place is the pits.
I'm 53 now and started going abroad aged 20 and this is definitely the worst place I've ever stopped and I have been to Bulgaria.
Oh and there's a constant funny smell like the drains are backed up.

We were a group of 8 adults 2 children the rooms were spacious not really geared for self catering. Don't bother hiring a remote as telly won't really work .the maids came in every 2 days changed towels however we had to go to reception and request that they cleaned the floors .the pool area is run down lots of tiles missing ect easy to get a sun bed any time .the pool itself was ice cold and most of us didn't go in all holiday .2 of our group were all inclusive and said the food was OK. The main issue in 2 of our rooms were cockroaches on 3 occasions again I went to reception and they sent someone to put some stuff down that seemed to sort it along with cans of spray which we bought to be sure .would we come again no we wouldn't it's cheap for a reason .that said location wise spot on

No air con in rooms, cleaning lady every 2 days but only tidied beds didn't change sheets didn't clean floors or anything.
Food was tasty in buffet but not big selection and the snack bar was disgusting I had 1 hot dog nothing more. Drinks decent but in paper cups. You are NOT near the beach it's a 10 min walk down hill to beaches.
Pool was ok but could of been cleaner.
They charge you €10 deposit for TV remote for room, €10 deposit if want to play pool 🎱 darts or table tennis although the table had no little net on.
To top it off your opposite a swingers club with lap dancing/ brothel club above omg what a place 🤣
