We stayed at Teide Mar Apartments over Christmas.
Standard but well equipped apartments, we had a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, two hobs, cups, pans & utensils. The beds are comfy, the bathroom has a decent hair dryer. Enough wardrobe storage.
The apartments are in a good location, not too busy but not too quiet. There are bars, restaurants and shops on the same road - also a shop & bar on the group floor of the apartments.
Our room was street view, so could hear outside noise at night but nothing overly offensive.
The walk down to the more busier part is not too bad, it’s all down hill so some may find it difficult walking back up however there are taxi’s available if you choose to taxi it back up.
The staff were very welcoming, kind and attentive.
There was no entertainment when we were there and the bar was not open however we did play a few games of pool.
I can’t comment on the pool bar or pool as we did not use this.
Rooms were cleaned on a regular basis & towels changed often.
Overall, I would recommend the apartments. Good value for money and ideal for a holiday base.
Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Nice size and clean rooms.
Pool in need of some major tlc and freezing.
Breakfast was excellent value. 10 per adults and we got kid free one day and 5 euro the other day. Huge selection and tasty .
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
15 min walk to main town. Massive hill coming back up!

I'm nearly at the end of my 6 night stay here and I've had a wonderful time.
The room has everything I need, it's clean and well equipped. The room has been cleaned almost every day.
I'm in a front facing room where I can sit with a drink on the balcony and watch the world go by outside. This does mean I need earplugs at night as it can be a little noisy but this isn't an issue for me.
The pool area and gardens are beautiful and so well kept, it's lovely to buy a drink from the bar and just sit for a while.
The breakfasts have been great, with plenty of choice. I particularly love the fresh fruits and breads.
Even though I never mentioned it, someone in the hotel must have noticed from my passport that it was my birthday during the stay and I came back from a day out with friends in Gran Canaria to find a bottle of wine and a card from the hotel for my birthday. This is a special kind of kindness and attention to detail, and it's likely to bring me back to the Coral Teide Mar one day in the future.
Finally, I'd like to mention that I have not seen any bugs or rats mentioned in other reviews. Not in my room or anywhere else. Also, I'm Welsh and no other guests or staff have been rude to me for being British. I've felt very welcome in both the hotel and the town.

Rooms have all you need, TV, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, hobs and a hairdryer. Lovely garden and pool. On my partners birthday they left a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. Cleaning is five days a week. The area has several bars and restaurants. Bit of a walk down to the town centre, a taxi back will cost around €5.

An excellent place to stay at. We felt welcome by all the staff.
Some of the bedrooms are a little tired but everything worked and beds were comfortable.
Excellent breakfast and a great garden and pool. We'll come again.
