I booked this hotel for the end of a 10 day holiday. From the photos it looked quite luxurious and at over £100 per night that's exactly what I expected! If you look at their website , they are selling you luxury. However !
Its at the top of a big hill , we are very fit but its a thought (even for us) if you want to go out a few times a day to the beach and walk around a bit.
Your journey to your room could be a bit of a trek , including lots of steps. Ours was. But not a huge issue for us.
The entrance to the hotel looks opulent , the bar and pools and grounds are all very nice and well looked after.
The room is the huge disapointment. Its very very dated. Old warped kitchen units , old sofa and beds like razor blades ....again very old and uncomfortable. Poor show! Electricity points above the sink !!!! Very dangerous.
The balcony was lovely with a great view ....which we asked for. We had two chairs , one very broken old chair, which we couldn't sit on and a table...no loungers.
We had a constantly running toilet and a weird placing of wifi unit in the bedroom area. This flickered all night long at ceiling level. ....i had to cover it with a towel.
I complained to management but was told that its an old hotel and they are slowly upgrading it bit by bit. So its a lottery whether you get website rooms or shitty 1 star rooms like we did.At the end of the day , they don't care , its just sorry and see you later ! I think they should offer the shitty rooms at discounted prices. Its a two tier system !
Overall , All fur coat and nae knickers!! Find a cheaper apartment with a pool and you will have more money to spend on your holiday. This place is not worth the money !

My partner and I stayed early last year (only just remembered to write this review). It wasn’t the hotel we picked as easy jet messed us around a bit. Possibly not the hotels fault but when we booked we booked a double bed and luckily someone very quickly made it up as a double. We noticed the room was very dated and very dusty but we were tired and wanted to eat. Get to the buffet and it was €20 for a very pathetic dinner buffet.
The next morning we find cockroaches. Very unpleasant and caused us a lot of anxiety because we obviously didn’t want to take any home. We also noticed a lot of staining in the bath and the room just didn’t feel very clean at all.
Breakfast was okay and the hotel is in a good place for a lot of great bars and restaurants but the hotel itself was no where near that standard we’d paid for and hoped for.

Just got back after staying here for a week. I was rather concerned after reading some of the reviews particularly as we were given room B2 as someone had complained about the smell, I have to agree it did smell but I spoke to someone on reception and the problem was sorted the same day. The beds were uncomfortable but again after speaking to reception mattress toppers were put on the bed and resolved the problem. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The location is also good we walked down to the main area at night and got a taxi back for around €5. The pool area was nice and plenty of sun beds. Perhaps if people who have a complaint speak to management like we did the issues would be dealt with.

A disappointing experience....
1.After a tiring journey, we expected a relaxing and comfortable stay but no-one helped us to carry our heavy suitcases up and down multiple levels of stairs to reach our room.
Finally on arriving in the hot and dirty room, we came to know that we have to deposit a fee for AC and telephone at reception, which they failed to inform earlier and we had to go back up and down the stairs!!
2.the worst was the housekeeping...room was dirty on arrival, small insects crawling all over.
The situation didn't change much even after they cleaned the room after 2 days of repeated requests.
3. Only the breakfast was a bit satisfying as they had a good variety of food. But the juice was not drinkable!!
Tenerife is one of our favourite holiday destinations but we would certainly not be staying in this hotel again!

Rooms a bit tired, but clean and has every amenity you will require(pots & pans, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer) air conditioning, but you need to pay a deposit for the remote. Nice pool with sun loungers, alcoholic drinks a bit expensive compared to other local bars. Overall a good option, however as it is away from the front it’s an uphill walk, or a 5 min taxi ride. We kept our step rate up though!
