Really enjoyable hotel. It feels like at home..but in good ways 😁
Everything is so peaceful, quiet and very well taken care of. Outside are beautiful wives, clean and safe.
Staff are so friendly, everyone 💗 (the gentleman in reception was like a movie star 😀)
There's very good breakfast, bar/restaurant, squash and tennis courts...all you need.
Next to hotel is bus stop (it's free to go Siam Mall).
The hotel is up on the hill, but it's not far away from center on beach. Some supermarkets are near, also restaurants and shopping center.
Cleaning in the rooms is only once a week, but not bad when you know it.
This is the hotel which is really value for money. Recommended and absolutely next time here.

I booked a room at this hotel for my family from January 26 to February 6. Due to family circumstances, I was unable to arrive on the scheduled date, and my father went to the hotel to inform the administrators that we would be arriving on January 30. The hotel staff assured him that everything was fine and our room would be available as soon as we arrived.
However, when my family and I finally arrived, the hotel informed us that our room had been given to other guests and that they were fully booked. We were left practically out on the street!
The next day, we went back to the hotel to resolve the issue. The hotel staff said they couldn't do anything and also refused to refund our money. Yes, there is a policy that allows hotels to give away rooms if guests do not check in, but my father specifically went there to explain our situation. This behavior from the hotel is appalling. Not only were we left to sleep outside, but they also refuse to return our money. I do not recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the views, our room has a beautiful view but yes it means you are further up the steep hill.
We are currently staying here for 1 week and paid extra for half board. A few days in and we are no longer eating here. The breakfast and evening meal are always stone cold. For the evening meal you have to walk further up the hill to another hotel. The environment and atmosphere can only be described as a school canteen. There is a microwave in the dining hall, I won’t say anymore!!!
Somewhat disappointed we are now having to pay out more and eat elsewhere.
On a Wednesday night they have a show and a BBQ which they want you to pay extra for. We didn’t as the show was not our sort of thing. This meant the dinner selection was significantly reduced as all efforts were going elsewhere. There is no attention to detail an no one ever asks if you are ok or if your meal was ok.
There is no atmosphere in the bar area and nothing really going on in the evening.

I booked this hotel for the end of a 10 day holiday. From the photos it looked quite luxurious and at over £100 per night that's exactly what I expected! If you look at their website , they are selling you luxury. However !
Its at the top of a big hill , we are very fit but its a thought (even for us) if you want to go out a few times a day to the beach and walk around a bit.
Your journey to your room could be a bit of a trek , including lots of steps. Ours was. But not a huge issue for us.
The entrance to the hotel looks opulent , the bar and pools and grounds are all very nice and well looked after.
The room is the huge disapointment. Its very very dated. Old warped kitchen units , old sofa and beds like razor blades ....again very old and uncomfortable. Poor show! Electricity points above the sink !!!! Very dangerous.
The balcony was lovely with a great view ....which we asked for. We had two chairs , one very broken old chair, which we couldn't sit on and a table...no loungers.
We had a constantly running toilet and a weird placing of wifi unit in the bedroom area. This flickered all night long at ceiling level. ....i had to cover it with a towel.
I complained to management but was told that its an old hotel and they are slowly upgrading it bit by bit. So its a lottery whether you get website rooms or shitty 1 star rooms like we did.At the end of the day , they don't care , its just sorry and see you later ! I think they should offer the shitty rooms at discounted prices. Its a two tier system !
Overall , All fur coat and nae knickers!! Find a cheaper apartment with a pool and you will have more money to spend on your holiday. This place is not worth the money !

Rooms a bit tired, but clean and has every amenity you will require(pots & pans, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer) air conditioning, but you need to pay a deposit for the remote. Nice pool with sun loungers, alcoholic drinks a bit expensive compared to other local bars. Overall a good option, however as it is away from the front it’s an uphill walk, or a 5 min taxi ride. We kept our step rate up though!
