Just got back after staying here for a week. I was rather concerned after reading some of the reviews particularly as we were given room B2 as someone had complained about the smell, I have to agree it did smell but I spoke to someone on reception and the problem was sorted the same day. The beds were uncomfortable but again after speaking to reception mattress toppers were put on the bed and resolved the problem. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The location is also good we walked down to the main area at night and got a taxi back for around €5. The pool area was nice and plenty of sun beds. Perhaps if people who have a complaint speak to management like we did the issues would be dealt with.

Spacious but very dated rooms. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. No elevator. No cleaning service. They only change towels and empty garbage ones a week. Far away from the beach. The front desk ladies were nice.

Rooms a bit tired, but clean and has every amenity you will require(pots & pans, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer) air conditioning, but you need to pay a deposit for the remote. Nice pool with sun loungers, alcoholic drinks a bit expensive compared to other local bars. Overall a good option, however as it is away from the front it’s an uphill walk, or a 5 min taxi ride. We kept our step rate up though!

We stayed here in November 2024. On arrival 20 minutes prior to the official check in time, I was told that the room wouldn't be released until 4 pm . Ok I thought, I'll have a quick beer at the bar. As I approached the bar which was virtually empty, the barman raised his finger and said one moment. He then proceeded to walk out of the bar and I watched him leave the building out of the main entrance, not to return! I gave up after 5 minutes and sat by the pool for the remaining 15 minutes until I could get into the room. So far a sub par experience. Once in the room I immediately looked for the Aircon as it was about 38c that day. After 15 minutes of fiddling with the Aircon control which was hanging off the wall exposing wires - (see pictures) I went back to reception. I was told that I needed to put a deposit down for a remote control to have Aircon. I was somewhat perplexed at not being told this when checking in as much time was wasted. After all, communication is key to a great hotel experience! Once settled in the room I found it was generally ok and acceptable for the price. However, it was rather tired and dated and desperately in need of a refresh. I am guessing that the fixtures and fittings dated from the 1990s. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the public areas were clean and tidy. The 2 pool areas were never overcrowded and lounger availablity was never an issue. Would I stay again? Probably, but only if the price was right. I would say it's not worth more than 80 euros per night or I would look elsewhere.

My son got robbed at this complex.
And than the managers are blaming him for getting robbed, which is poor behaviour, and rather shamefull.
Can you immagine? The thief entering the compound? Entering their room while they were sleeping(my son and his fiancee) stealing their money and a phone, during the night, and than having zero support from.the staff???
We whent to the reception and they refused to call the police, we had to do it ourselves. Seven hours later the management still did not review the security footage of the hotel CCTV. (absolute zero support from the hotel side).
Finally we went to the police and found out that the hotell area is frequently targeted by robbers, usually going after the elderly people from England that are coming for the low prices for logging.
As stated they do have a CCTV system, but it is the bare minimum, and easy to avoid, as they only cover pool areas and entrance, they have a fence arround the property, and an elderly gentleman at the main entrance as private security with a stick and radio, that is there to "guard the reception area". The location is quite large and there i no perriferal surveilance, no surveilance of the fence,or hallways, no warning to shut the doors during the night for an area known to have had incidents in the past.
The security guard it there to guard the reception, as he was never seen anywhere else by any of our group.
As stated was the worst experience was the manager that insisted that it was my son's fault for getting robbed, took no accoutability for the lack of security and surveilance, and no apologiez were given.
We had to find out from the police no less that thefts are not uncommon in the area because of the high tourist numbers.
One word fir the whole experience: shamefull
