Really enjoyable hotel. It feels like at home..but in good ways 😁
Everything is so peaceful, quiet and very well taken care of. Outside are beautiful wives, clean and safe.
Staff are so friendly, everyone 💗 (the gentleman in reception was like a movie star 😀)
There's very good breakfast, bar/restaurant, squash and tennis courts...all you need.
Next to hotel is bus stop (it's free to go Siam Mall).
The hotel is up on the hill, but it's not far away from center on beach. Some supermarkets are near, also restaurants and shopping center.
Cleaning in the rooms is only once a week, but not bad when you know it.
This is the hotel which is really value for money. Recommended and absolutely next time here.

I booked a room at this hotel for my family from January 26 to February 6. Due to family circumstances, I was unable to arrive on the scheduled date, and my father went to the hotel to inform the administrators that we would be arriving on January 30. The hotel staff assured him that everything was fine and our room would be available as soon as we arrived.
However, when my family and I finally arrived, the hotel informed us that our room had been given to other guests and that they were fully booked. We were left practically out on the street!
The next day, we went back to the hotel to resolve the issue. The hotel staff said they couldn't do anything and also refused to refund our money. Yes, there is a policy that allows hotels to give away rooms if guests do not check in, but my father specifically went there to explain our situation. This behavior from the hotel is appalling. Not only were we left to sleep outside, but they also refuse to return our money. I do not recommend this hotel.

Beware. Avoid this place at all costs. Our stay at Beverly Hills Suites was a complete disaster from start to finish.
The apartment was outdated and poorly maintained, clearly having not been modernised in over 30 years. The furniture was worn and damaged, and it felt like the management had invested only the bare minimum in keeping the place functional. To make matters worse, the apartment was not clean. There were hairs all over the floor, dirty floors that blackened my feet upon exiting the shower, and toothpaste splashes all up the bathroom walls.
Considerably worse than the poor condition of the apartment, however, was the dangerous lack of safety. The balcony door was insecure, with only ONE of three locks engaging, with huge gaps top and bottom of the door, making it easy for anyone to break into the apartment. Most concerning was an ancient looking iron with EXPOSED LIVE WIRING, due to not just one, but THREE separate breaks in its flex cable. This created a massive electrocution hazard, putting my pregnant wife and unborn child at risk of electrocution.
Despite these serious issues, the management’s response was minimal. They simply apologised and told us to drag our repacked bags to a marginally better room later the next day, but that was the extent of it. There was no offer of compensation or any effort to make up for the distress caused. We were still charged full price (£800 for 7 nights). On top of everything else, they had the audacity to charge us €30 more for a two-hour late checkout.
To make matters worse, we were never informed that one of the two pools was closed for renovations at the time of booking. They could have told us this, but chose to hide it from us and other customers for obvious reasons.
This complex is outdated, unsafe, and poorly managed. If you value your safety, comfort, and money, avoid Beverly Hills Suites at all costs.
I am extremely disappointed that our trip started in such a dangerous way. You are VERY lucky that I noticed the exposed live wiring before using the iron, as that could have resulted in my wife and unborn child being electrocuted. Had that happened, we would be pursuing legal action against you.
Never again.
(Oh, and if you’re also wondering why the pool area looks considerably different to the photo they themselves have uploaded to google here, that’s because the photo they’ve deceitfully uploaded is of an entirely different apartment complex)
My Response to the Owner:
Thank you for your reply—though it reads less like a genuine attempt to address our serious concerns and more like a copy-paste response, likely AI-generated. It’s vague, impersonal, and completely fails to acknowledge the specific and dangerous issues we raised.
If you truly “maintain the highest standards of comfort and safety,” then please explain why our apartment contained an iron with exposed live copper wiring, with three separate breaks in the cable, posing a severe electrocution hazard to my pregnant wife and unborn child. Or why only one of three balcony door locks worked, leaving wide gaps and compromising our security. Or why the apartment was filthy, with grime on the floor and toothpaste up the bathroom walls.
None of this was even mentioned in your response—which only reinforces how little you’ve engaged with the actual content of our complaint. This wasn’t a matter of minor inconvenience. These were serious safety risks that could have ended very differently had we not noticed them in time.
And no, we weren’t “informed” about the pool closure—it was conveniently left out of all booking materials. That omission feels deliberate, not accidental.
If guest satisfaction is truly your “top priority,” then prove it. Contact us directly and refund us for our stay. Generic platitudes won’t undo the stress and danger we experienced—but a refund would at least show you’re willing to take responsibility.
Until then, please don’t insult our intelligence with empty reassurances and canned replies.

I booked this hotel for the end of a 10 day holiday. From the photos it looked quite luxurious and at over £100 per night that's exactly what I expected! If you look at their website , they are selling you luxury. However !
Its at the top of a big hill , we are very fit but its a thought (even for us) if you want to go out a few times a day to the beach and walk around a bit.
Your journey to your room could be a bit of a trek , including lots of steps. Ours was. But not a huge issue for us.
The entrance to the hotel looks opulent , the bar and pools and grounds are all very nice and well looked after.
The room is the huge disapointment. Its very very dated. Old warped kitchen units , old sofa and beds like razor blades ....again very old and uncomfortable. Poor show! Electricity points above the sink !!!! Very dangerous.
The balcony was lovely with a great view ....which we asked for. We had two chairs , one very broken old chair, which we couldn't sit on and a table...no loungers.
We had a constantly running toilet and a weird placing of wifi unit in the bedroom area. This flickered all night long at ceiling level. ....i had to cover it with a towel.
I complained to management but was told that its an old hotel and they are slowly upgrading it bit by bit. So its a lottery whether you get website rooms or shitty 1 star rooms like we did.At the end of the day , they don't care , its just sorry and see you later ! I think they should offer the shitty rooms at discounted prices. Its a two tier system !
Overall , All fur coat and nae knickers!! Find a cheaper apartment with a pool and you will have more money to spend on your holiday. This place is not worth the money !

Amenities and rooms are Ok, one in 4 days cleaning and paid pool towels is a slight minus, but that’s nothing to how Hotel administration amending reservations(which are mentioned by the personal on the phone as non changeable or refundable) setting your checkin date later than your fully paid reservation. I’ve reached out to the hotel representatives asking to keep alive reservation in case we need to check-in later due to sickness- they just gave our number to someone else? How? I have no idea, but when I called the hotel to check if everything is ok, and we’ll be on time - I’ve been told non amendable reservation somehow have check in date changed one day forward and they would try to find us a room in a different hotel for the stay, but we would need to checkout before 12 and our room in our hotel. Would be available next day at 16:00. Arriving after midnight with all family not feeling good and forced to stay in another hotel for a night(including 12 to 16 next day without hotel was not a great experience). Apparently with some calls, asks and pray we got our room around 3 o’clock next day, but I’d say, that’s not a great experience for a vacation start. And definitely won’t be considered as pleasant experience.
