Excellent hotel with so nice staff, friendly and ready to advice, where how and when. Rooms clean, interior nice and tidy. Had half board - meal was so good - breakfast and lunches were so tasty, hot and many various meals. Pools small but were ok for us. Sunbeds needs to be change - looks dirty and very old. Nearest beach app 1 km away. Free car park on place. General recommend this hotel. Visited April 24,

First stay at this hotel and it won't be the last. We loved that it was quiet yet there are a number of good places close to hand for food and a beer or a cocktail or two. The hotel is located out of the centre of Los Cristianos, which was what we were looking for, and the views are lovely, especially to watch the sunset in the evening from the balcony. This is a well established hotel, and it's well run, everything in the room, while not brand spanking new, worked well and most of all the room, bathroom and kitchen area were spotless, and cleaned every three days with towel and bedding change. Although we were room only the breakfast option looked good and we would probably the that next time.

This review is for studio apartment.
Decent stay for few nights. Found cockroaches. Have attached picture, understand it’s common but we have paid decent to stay.
Check in and check out were pleasant. Not much soundproofing, we were at ground level and could hear people just normally walking upstairs and next door. Didn’t bother us much as we were very tired but be mindful if you are a light sleeper. You have to pay a deposit of 10euros to have access to AC which is really weird.
Overall budget stay.

Room a good size. Air con excellent . Not bad location about 2 mins taxi to beach. As it's steep coming back and will take 20 mins uphill. About 5 euros. Has 2 Pools which are good. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a lovely stay.

Stayed in room A219 over Christmas for 10 days.
Overall a great holiday, we were familiar with the location before we booked so we knew it wasn't by the beach, but had great views, so we requested a room with a view, which we got at no extra cost.
The room was well equipped, spacious and clean with a huge balcony. The beds were quite hard but we got used to it. The furniture is a bit old and dated, but functional. Overall I think the beds could be better but the room was great for 3 stars.
Most rooms do require stairs to access so keep that in mind when you book -the hotel is on a hill side so no surprise.
All the staff were super friendly and attentive. Reception was always helpful, they speak many languages. The cleaning staff was friendly and thorough.
We didn't have breakfast or dinner at the resort so can't comment on that, but we had lunch at the snack bar/restaurant area. Salads were nice, hot dog not so much. Lunch and snack menu could be better I think. Drinks were nice and at a good price. They offer paper cups if you take your drink to the pool.
Sport centre was out of service at our visit so we could use the gym at the Hollywood Mirage for €5 a day or €15 a week per person.
They advertise their pools as heated in the winter... I really don't think it was working and several people complained about the pool being very cold. By day 9 it was a bit warmer but then again so was the weather, and it still wasn't warmer than the ocean. The pool area was nice though, spacious and clean.
Self service laundry available at €5, which worked fine.
