We initially planned to go just my wife and I, but unexpectedly had to bring our 3 kids (13, 11 and 4 years old). We thought we could sort it out at check in and pay for upgraded room once there. The guy at reception made us feel like we were trying to fit 5 in a 2 people's room as initially booked. All we wanted was to change our room for our whole family, but it seemed too complicated for him as all other rooms were booked. Understanding the issue we spoke to manager, ended up paying twice the price and were able to enjoy a suite with private pool. No problem with that but the way the receptionist welcomed us at the start, almost got me started. Also our experience at the rooftop restaurant was a disaster as no paëlla available (half of the proposed menu), and the food served was good but really not as we expected in terms of quantity and price. Great place for drinks though. Other than that, great, friendly and helping staff.

Great location close to the beach and promenade where all the restaurants and nightlife is. the resort is a bit dilapidated, it could do with some good maintenence or a refurbishment to modernise it a little. breakfast is provided at the sister resort adjacent. the breakfast was ample with good selection of hot food with some cold options too. the coffee is good but there are not enough machines for all of the people. the breakfasts area is extremely busy catering for 2 resorts but the staff just about manage to keep it going without too many issues. overall, if you're looking for some budget type accommodation. this place won't disappoint.

We been on holiday with 8 months old and 5 years old. Absolutely had amazing time. Hotel Absolutely spotless, staff pure nice , the man on reception with dark hair Absolutely lovely and helpful . Food nice lots of choice. Cant recomed enough honestly !

Stayed here for a week during August. Staff on reception were very pleasant and always helpful. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Always managed to get a sun lounger around the pool. Location is excellent it is on the beach and many restaurant around the hotel. We had breakfasts included, the breakfast was very good and had a selection of food. Would stay here again but we Booked a ground floor room without aircon and the fan is not the best during the heat in August, so defiantly worth paying the extra for an aircon room.

I do not recommend. We were there for 7 nights and I regret it very much for this price. We had all inclusive, but we couldn't use everything, e.g. the beds by the pool had to be paid for separately. Food is a disaster - the same English breakfast every day. lunch and dinner the same. Very little selection of food for such a large resort. I asked other guests how they liked it and they were also not satisfied. No entertainment at the pool bar, there was a lady who sang for an hour and that was it. The service is terrible, both at the reception and at the bar. No one greeted you in the morning, no one greeted you all day, they treat you like air. An old bartender with glasses at the swimming pool in the bar - a disaster!!! He didn't pour alcohol into drinks at all. He was also not nice to my children, despite the all-inclusive wristband, he did not want to give my children anything to drink and told them to go to the pool bar a little further away. The rooms were also dirty, the kitchen countertop was burnt from a cigarette and the bed, dirty chairs and a table on the terrace, the rooms smell of mold even when the terrace door is open and the air conditioning is on, it stinks when you enter. Look for another place never go there again!!!
