We initially planned to go just my wife and I, but unexpectedly had to bring our 3 kids (13, 11 and 4 years old). We thought we could sort it out at check in and pay for upgraded room once there. The guy at reception made us feel like we were trying to fit 5 in a 2 people's room as initially booked. All we wanted was to change our room for our whole family, but it seemed too complicated for him as all other rooms were booked. Understanding the issue we spoke to manager, ended up paying twice the price and were able to enjoy a suite with private pool. No problem with that but the way the receptionist welcomed us at the start, almost got me started. Also our experience at the rooftop restaurant was a disaster as no paëlla available (half of the proposed menu), and the food served was good but really not as we expected in terms of quantity and price. Great place for drinks though. Other than that, great, friendly and helping staff.

Very good location, not value for money if all inclusive as poor selection in the dining room except for breakfast and then you are having to lay your own table and drink coffee out of paper cups as obviously not the capacity for two hotels. Long haul for us to get to the dining room up steps and steep ramp to sister hotel. Annoyed we paid for all inclusive only to watch people fill up there bags with food at breakfast and others walk in and have breakfast that they haven't paid for, there are not enough staff to police this. Nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening unless you go to the sky bar then you have to pay. More of a room only hotel. Staff were nice and friendly, felt sorry for Maria at the pool bar as she was obviously overworked and people complaining when they had to wait. Management need to sort out staffing issues, palm trees cordoned off for days near the pool, if they were maintained it wouldn't have been necessary. Wouldn't come back here as to many issues.

I am rating this resort 1/5 stars due to several issues during our stay. Our room was infested with ants, from the living room to the bedroom, crawling on various surfaces. The bathroom sink was clogged, and despite reporting it to the staff, they promised to fix it the next day but never followed through. We also had a major cockroach infestation. When we brought these concerns to management, their response was dismissive and rude, claiming nothing could be done. Additionally, our room was not cleaned throughout our stay, and none of the reported problems were resolved. This experience was highly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this resort.

Stayed here for a week during August. Staff on reception were very pleasant and always helpful. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Always managed to get a sun lounger around the pool. Location is excellent it is on the beach and many restaurant around the hotel. We had breakfasts included, the breakfast was very good and had a selection of food. Would stay here again but we Booked a ground floor room without aircon and the fan is not the best during the heat in August, so defiantly worth paying the extra for an aircon room.

Great location close to the beach and promenade where all the restaurants and nightlife is. the resort is a bit dilapidated, it could do with some good maintenence or a refurbishment to modernise it a little. breakfast is provided at the sister resort adjacent. the breakfast was ample with good selection of hot food with some cold options too. the coffee is good but there are not enough machines for all of the people. the breakfasts area is extremely busy catering for 2 resorts but the staff just about manage to keep it going without too many issues. overall, if you're looking for some budget type accommodation. this place won't disappoint.
