We had a great stay at Parque Santiago IV. The staff went above and beyond. The location is also perfect. Amazing pool. Very beautiful to look at. The resort is spotless. Our only gripe is that we had a very dated room. Lovely on site bar/restaurant. Our fellow travellers had a recently decorated and upgraded room. So there room was modern and had a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher amongst other things. Our room in comparison was very dated and lacked in these additional amenities.

Great location, so close to everything you’ll need. Supermarket across the street and shopping centre underneath. Beach is through the back gate. Breakfast was usually holiday buffet, does the job. Pool is huge and saltwater which is a bonus. Lots of sun loungers available. You can put towels down from 8AM (9 on Mondays). Rooms are a good size and clean. Kettle, toaster oven, hob, cutlery and crockery included. Only downfall is no air con. Rooms have fans which do the job but if you’re a light sleeper you might have some trouble.

beautiful hotel. we had one of the apartments on the top floor and it was absolutely stunning, with a huge balcony overlooking the sea. food and drinks were superb and staff were welcoming. pool was salt water which i liked, just try not to get it on your hair! will definitely visit again. close proximity to golden mile.

I recently stayed here in Tenerife, and it exceeded all expectations! The superior room with an ocean view was simply breathtaking, offering serene and beautiful sunsets. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive,. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury and hospitality!

This has been my second stay here and I absolutely love this hotel! Quiet enough for you to relax but close enough to everything you need for convenience i.e shops, restaurants. When I first stayed here I was on the first floor which was a lovely studio with a massive balcony! Great for sunbathing! This time me and my partner had the garden studio which is a lovely room on the ground floor (ideal for disabled or anyone who needs a scooter or wheelchair as it is ramped) these rooms do not have a front door, you have to access them through the patio doors where you need to hold your key to the black lock which should flash green and then turn it right to unlock! Me and my partner did need help with this as we just thought the flash meant it was unlocked! And then turn opposite to lock! Hope anyone that stays here has a wonderful time! Will definitely return for a third time.
