Loved it, was a great place to stay. The room we had was huge. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids and we had a 2 storey room, so the kids had their own space and bathroom. Balcony was a little small but was fine. We had breakfast included, it was good. Good selection if different things. We only ordered food once for lunch, it want the best but was edible. Reasonably priced, loads of sun loungers, pool is a great size too. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Location was a little but far out, straight walk down into the main resort centre but took about 15-20 mins. Was fine walking down but we got taxis back, that being said taxis were pretty cheap too so I'd definitely recommend staying here. Shop on site too and massive supermarket directly across the road

Little further out from the strip than most, swing side is, it's quiet on a night. Staff are pleasant and friendly. We're bed and breakfast, lots of choice. Full English, continental, cereals, fruit. Can't fault it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Ours is a self catering apartment so kitchen has fridge, kettle toaster, microwave two rings and all you need to prep food,( bring your own corkscrew though).

Some of the reviews on here 😂🤣 Staying here now with my family. 2 days left of our holiday. First impressions, very clean and staff very friendly at reception. Given a complimentary upgrade on arrival so in my opinion we had the best room in the place... ground floor corner room, 2 bedrooms and a private garden overlooking the pool. Had our own sunbeds so no need to reserve one round the pool (you could literally jump in the pool from our room 😂) the only downside to having the ground floor room is we did see a couple of cockroaches on our first 2 days in the living room area. I mentioned it to reception and after 10mins someone came to the room with a spray. We havnt seen one since 🤞obviously there's cockraches all over tenerife so this is not the fault of the hotel or the staff. Room cleaned every day with fresh bedding, really couldn't fault it. The hotel itself is quite quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. 20min walk from the main busy parts and the beach but we don't mind walking so this wasn't an issue for us. Taxi 7 euros if you didn't want to walk. Overall a brilliant family holiday and we wouldn't definitely stay here again

We spent 10 days at this resort. Loved the room 122. It was a ground floor room. Very spacious and clean. 3 down sides to it, first the breakfasts were boring, towards the end I didn’t bother eating anything as I was sick of the same food available. Second We did like facing the public garden area but people kept smoking weed there and it stunk day and night. Last bad point and a big point is it was a half an hour walk to the beach, In the heat we had to keep stopping the stay in the shade. If you stay here be prepared for the walk at the end of walking around down the beach and then have to have a half an hour walk back all up hill is tiring. Be prepared.

It's a very uncomfortable, no-frills hotel with very unwelcoming stuff and terrible breakfast food that never ever changes. There's just too many things in this place that are terribly mismanaged so I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Here's what we hated about our stay: - Handoffish staff at the reception - No ACs in the rooms - WiFi is paid only in rooms - TONS of mosquitos but the owner is too cheap to buy mosquito nets and if you open the windows - you get bitten a lot. We had to use bug killer 3 times during our 5 night stay - Absolutely disgusting greasy breakfast that absolutely never changes - not even one item on the menu - we paid over 120 euro a night for something that almost felt like a hostel - Guests are often loud and staff doesn't really do anything about it This was probably the worst hotel I've ever been in price - quality wise. I suggest to avoid
