The room was very clean and has great use of space. Beds were comfortable and not too firm. I was pleasantly surprised how dark the room was with the window shades. You will hear outside noise from doors closing and people talking, but it’s not horrible. The location is convenient to Disney Springs with less than a five minute walk with a bridge over the road for safety. The staff is very polite and welcoming. We look forward to returning with family in the future.

My favorite place to stay when I come to Disney!! Amazing pools and hot tub make it so relaxing after the parks. The food at the pool bar is so good!! As a vegetarian I struggle a bit to find good filling meals. The falafel dinner was amazing!! Better than some of the nicest dinners I’ve had. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly. Loved how the shuttle service was to and from disney! The walk to disney springs was super convenient! Just a 5 min walk. Beds are comfy. My only downside to this hotel was the pool is very outdated but it worked. Our hotel room carpet smelt like feet, the A/C unit was super loud. There is no fans in the bathrooms so everything always felt moist. The TV was set on Spanish and there was no way to turn it to English unless I called the front desk. No microwave in the units. This is a good place to stay if you just need a bed to sleep and a place to shower!

POSTING FOR A FRIEND - AMBER GARCIA ** 🚨Terrible Experience at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Resort** 🚨 I had high hopes for our stay at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista, but from the moment we arrived on Wednesday, nothing went as planned. We booked a lakefront room through our travel agent, only to be given a room overlooking the dumpster parking lot next to the loading dock. After spending 24 hours in this room, we started noticing something seriously wrong—everything felt damp. There was visible condensation on the dresser, and even the bed, sheets, and pillows felt wet. I woke up in the middle of the night with moisture all over my body and wet hair. We went to the front desk to report the issue and were told all the tower rooms were booked. The only other rooms available were also exterior perimeter rooms. We were offered to switch, but it was very late, and I had a crying, sleepy toddler with me. We were told they’d refund two nights of resort fees, so we decided to tough it out, thinking we'd be at the park most of the time anyway. But this morning was the last straw—everyone in our room woke up with little welts that looked like bug bites. We pulled back the sheets and mattress pad only to find mold and mildew on the mattress pad! How could a Disney partner hotel, supposedly child-friendly, allow such a health hazard? I took videos and pictures and immediately went to the front desk. Their response? A refund of resort fees and a discount for our next stay. That’s it. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one affiliated with Disney. I felt it was important to share this experience so others can be aware. Be cautious if you're planning a stay at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista. What we experienced was far from a magical Disney experience—more like an epic fail.

This place is a great location. The pool is great for kids and adults. Total is on the older side so it does show a little bit of its age but the rooms are clean. The people that work there are amazing. It's quiet walking distance to Disney springs. I do recommend this place and would stay there again.

This location gives Sonesta a bad name. The room had an awful smell the carpet was dirty and the furniture had stains on them our air conditioner wasn't working. Not to mention we waited over an hour after our scheduled check-in time to be placed in a disgusting room that we had to be switched out of due to no A.C. The entrance to our building reaped dog poop there were no oven mitts or hand towels to remove hot items from the oven and the staff member Diane had a really bad attitude and very poor customer service.

Not too bad of a place. I did not like the surprise parking fees and the rooms seem to be outdated. They really need some new dishwashers. The Starbucks isn’t really a Starbucks. But overall, I think it was worth the value. My daughter left behind some items in the room, and the cleaning staff was able to mail it back to us. That cheered us right up.

Beautiful property at a fantastic price. When we checked in, there was a long line, but the guy working at the desk remained calm, professional , and friendly. The suites are spacious, comfortable and clean. Everyone who works here was friendly and helpful. The kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, a coffee maker, and pots and pans The AC is very powerful. Dogs are welcome.

Lovely hotel, nice size suites with everything you need, they relocated us the first night due to faulty aircon, only thing i didnt like was they close the pool area but mainly hot tub for 10pm. Cleaners only changed the bedding once in the 2 weeks. But always gave fresh towels every 2/3 days. Beds were comfy, tvs was old but i dont watch much tv anyway. Staff super friendly overall good experience

What’s not to say about this resort. Staff is amazing friendly saying hi and asking us if we needed anything anytime they saw us. Rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Pool was fun. Had lots of activities for our toddler. Went around Halloween. They did a trick or treat event. Would do this resort over and over again.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! So convenient to all the local parks, and so much to do at the resort while still being able to relax. You can be as laid back or as activity-packed as you want to make it. Loved the service, especially the bellhop ride service to and from buildings. We could walk the whole thing, but the rides are very convenient

Lovely resort with beautiful, spacious king suites (which we had last trip) and 1-bedroom apartments (where we stayed this trip). The landscaping and decor are tastefully done. This resort has something for everyone. There are nice areas to relax, several grilling picnic areas, a HUGE family-friendly pool area with activities, and a smaller, quiet pool mostly used by adults. We will be back and highly recommend it for anyone like us who like to entertain our family with small children but also like our quiet time as a couple.

When we booked the Hilton Grand, we were expecting a luxury, high quality vacation. This resort did not meet expectations. The biggest frustration we had was the roof repair/construction work that took place for most of the week that we were there. We were given no advance notice when we checked in on Friday night. The notice we did receive on Sunday night at 8 pm was vague and we assumed the construction was only going to be on Monday. We received another vague message on Monday night to state that there would be construction on Tuesday throughout the day. These were the only notices we received, however construction happened the entire week. We have a two year old who takes naps during the day, and this was impossible with pounding hammers on the roof. After we questioned why construction was still happening on Thursday, the only response we received was “we apologize for the inconvenience.” We were offered to change rooms, but we were leaving the next day so it didn’t make sense. Someone posted a sign at the front of our building to state that construction would be daily after we had reached out. Hopefully that helps someone staying in the future. It made for a long week with a very cranky two year old. Not exactly the quiet relaxing vacation we were hoping for. The pool area was nice, but the pools and hot tubs cleanliness was very questionable, one of the hot tubs looked like someone had vomited, and it had not been cleaned the following day. The kiddie pool had a lot of bugs and debris in it, and there was no staff to maintain the pools during the day which was a bit disappointing. There was a lot of people smoking in front of our building, which had nonsmoking rooms. They even have an ashtray placed right next to the elevators, which we walked by multiple times a day with our 2 year old. Again, not what I expected for a Hilton.

My wife and I came to Disney with friends to go to Disney Springs, possibly one park, and the Halloween party at Magic Kingdom. Now, if you want nonstop Disney magic, it's probably not for you. But as adults are not worried about Disney extras, we couldn't be happier with this hotel. For starters, great location! 10 minute walking distance to Disney Springs and they also provide buses to the parks. Second, a breakfast buffet which included omelettes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereal and more. It does cost $21 I believe, but well worth it. Third, great service!!! The front desk and workers at breakfast are great!! Lastly , cost. Most of the time you can get a room here for under $200. You can't ask for much better. Additionally, the hotel has an outdoor pool and hot tub, which are open late. So to have that location , with transportation (which doesn't drop you off at the same place as Disney buses), and cost.. it's well worth it. You will enjoy Disney very much staying here. I will definitely stay here again.

Okay it’s not a 5 star hotel but for what it is it’s great. Rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bar and staff are terrific as well. Within walking distance of Disney Springs. In addition, it is the official hotel for Disney World. Link you stay to your Disney tickets and you get early access. Also make sure you sign up for the bus at least the night before you head to any of the parks for complimentary transportation.

This place was ok. We just got back from a 3 night mini vacation on a budget and got a decent price on the Holiday Inn. We often stay near Disney Springs when in Orlando. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Disney Springs. The room was fine, nothing special, but it was clean and quiet and comes with a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small and the fixtures are showing their age but we spent most of our time out so it didn't really matter too much to us. The elevators were a little sketchy, but the lobby was bright and comfortable. There is an all you eat breakfast if you're interested for $25/person. There's also a small bar area where you can order some dinner. And the bar has a small snack area for juice, milk, water, chips, and breakfast food. We didn't have time for swimming but the pool area looked pretty nice with walk up access to the bar. Your stay comes with free shuttle service to the Disney parks. They run on the hour and pick up at 4 or 5 other hotels nearby. In my opinion, they don't run these buses often enough to support the demand. But they are free for guests.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back when we return to Orlando. Staff was professional and very welcoming and kind, beds were super comfortable, rooms were clean, great pool and felt secluded even though there are busy roads on both sides. Breakfast buffet had plenty of variety of food and servers were excellent and attentive. Having the transfers to and from the Disney parks each day included in the price was fantastic. GREAT hotel at a GREAT price!

If you're looking for something last minute that is nicely quiet at a cheaper rate or just require a decently comfortable bed for sleeping without spending much time at the property, then this is an option to consider. They do offer some complimentary drinks and a nice pool area but don't expect to get anything even remotely close to what you'd experience at one of the Walt Disney World Resorts. Our room had terrible water pressure. Non-working fan in the washroom. Dated in many ways with rooms being very damp and musty. Ridiculously priced food for the quality, considering you're just steps away from an abundance of restaurants. When Milton unfortunately hit, Holiday Inn did not make any significant adjustments or offer anything different during the closings. Unlike the WDW operated resorts who went above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable by offering a plethora of complimentary amenities, reassurance and activities. While it may never be my first option, Holiday Inn Disney Springs can be a potential possibility under the right circumstances but not preferable. The only real highlight to staying here is their pool area and walking distance to Disney Springs.

I had an amazing stay at this property. I can't say a single thing bad about it. The Sundial shop was extremely convenient with getting coffee, breakfast sandwiches and/or pastries in the morning prior to leaving for the parks. They also had a vending machine for things like aspirin and toothpaste. Tons of chips, snacks, water and alcohol was also available for purchase at Sundial which is open for 24 hours! So if you have a late night craving, you can stop down there for something microwaveable too. The Eclipse adult bar and lounge stayed open an hour past the time they were supposed to close so that we and several others there could enjoy finishing the basketball game. The pool, hot tube and outdoor space was very welcoming. There is a pool bar where you can order drinks and food. I HIGHLY recommend this place for those who want to stay near Disney parks, get early entry to them, AND not have to pay Disney resort prices! This place has it all!!!

The location is great and has a beautiful lobby. The hotel is also about a six minute walk to Disney Springs and has free shuttles to the parks which is definitely a plus. I had issues in my room with the shower drain being clogged and the coffee maker also not working, which I guess were items not checked beforehand. It wasn’t a big deal, but the lady at the front desk was very unpleasant when I came to let her know in the morning. She couldn’t hear me at first and instead of just asking me to repeat what I said, she just scrunched up her face looking very annoyed. Also did not care to listen for more than a few seconds and just said engineering will be up to my room and dismissed it. After I came back to the hotel at night, it seemed the shower was still not fixed and I asked again. It was never fixed despite asking a few times. For the duration of my stay, I had a clogged drain with water rising up to my ankles whenever I showered. Feels like the staff especially working at the front desk should have a more pleasant attitude since they are the first people guests see. Not a great impression of the hotel from customer service and was honestly disappointing given the amount we pay each day. The guys in the front were amazing, helping with bags and opening the doors when they could. Probably the ones who made the experience here enjoyable.

Our stay at Wyndham Lakes Buena Vista was amazing! Clean rooms, really fun pool. Sheldon by the front door handled all of our bags and made our experience top notch. He really just kickstarted our positive vibes on the second half of our vacation right when we arrived after a long drive from the cruise port. The food was amazing! The bartender at the inside bar was great and even stayed open a little longer for us. I would rate this hotel very highly.

We stayed here this past week and unfortunately in the middle of the night and on our first night after traveling all day, the bathroom flooded about half an inch due to an unknown leak. We called the front desk immediately and they were able to move us to a room that seemed to be a downgrade to the one we were originally given. We did not hear anything at all from management or the front desk after this incident. On day 2 our internet was not working at all so I called down to the front and they gave us a different password to use which only worked for a short time before going out again. While on the phone I asked about our room change and downgrade after the flooding incident and the front desk said the only thing they could do is offer us is a free breakfast for one day. We explained that due to our early park reservations we wouldn’t be able to redeem it and they responded saying that that was all they could offer. We understand that maintenance issues occur and are part of life but we had to switch rooms at 11pm in our pajamas to what was a worse room and never received any type of apology from staff nor any solution or discount for this inconvenience. I had been asleep when my boyfriend noticed the leak progressively getting worse and had to wake up and evacuate the room. The only saving grace to this hotel was its proximity to Disney Springs and free shuttle but the shuttle only comes once an hour and is booked through a company not affiliated with the hotel. It’s a shame because we have family in Orlando and travel there often so we were hoping to find a reliable hotel to stay at while visiting them but this unfortunately was not it. I do not recommend staying here because if you have an issue like we did the service after is a 0/5. They also charged an additional $40 a day for “resort fees” which is hidden and not included in the “fees” you pay at the time of booking making this hotel not nearly as affordable compared to others in the area. Overall, I will communicate to my family and friends who also travel to Orlando often to not stay here. Very disappointing.

I hope nobody has to have the experience I’ve had with this hotel. I arrived after 1 AM after a fun time at Halloween Horror Nights just to find the theme continue minus the fun. Upon entering and inspecting the room, I was greeted by a rather large cockroach (pictured). This was majorly concerning for a DoubleTree and I knew I wasn’t going to sleep at all after that, so I gathered my things, and went to the front desk to inform the attendant of the issue. Thankfully I lived only 40 minutes away, so I was willing to drive back home and didn’t want to deal with a rebooking or find somewhere else. She understood and ensured me I would be called the next day about a refund, due to my booking being completed with points & $$. At 4:30 PM the following day, I had yet to receive a call, so I picked up the phone. Good LUCK getting in touch with their front desk! After 4 calls and holds that resulted in disconnected lines, someone finally answered. They and their manager (George) told me I was not going to be reimbursed for anything until their third party housing department had completed an inspection and advised on the condition of the room. Ridiculous! The manager did not seem eager to help whatsoever and guest service to close this out on my end seemed to be a very low priority. I am no stranger to process and procedure; however, not being able to issue a guest refund when there was a picture of a cockroach taken is truly unacceptable. I always have a great experience at hiltons, but I was very disappointed with this. It is the next day and I still haven’t received the promised follow up. Don’t stay here if you want to have a clean guest experience that promotes customer service. You’ll be left very disappointed

Stayed here on a solo trip since it was one of the properties that had Mears pickup service to the Orlando airport. Easy check-in via the Hilton Honors App with a digital key on my phone. When checking in at the counter, because Florida summers are hot, the staff gave me two coupons for two complimentary water bottles! That's awesome, so I don't have to go out and buy water, and have it handy when I need it! Before leaving the hotel waiting for my shuttle, I asked for a DoubleTree cookie for my flight home, they gave me extras since I asked kindly :) If you're looking for a simple, yet affordable accommodation when visiting Disney World, give this place a try!

A Disappointing Stay While the location of the Doubletree by Hilton was convenient, our recent stay was unfortunately a nightmare. Despite the hotel's initial appearance of cleanliness, we were shocked to discover a significant bug problem. The couch bed, which we needed to use, was infested with bugs. Each night, we rotated sleeping on it, only to wake up with painful, swollen bites. My elbow and hand are now oozing and extremely painful. The hotel's maintenance issues were also a major concern. The fridge leaked continuously, requiring us to use a towel to catch the water. Additionally, the fridge was not cold enough, and the shower knob kept falling off. On our first night, we were unable to access hot water at all. The positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location and friendly breakfast staff, were completely overshadowed by these negative experiences. The photos online do not reflect the reality of the hotel's condition. We will definitely not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.

We got a suite which was very nice. Couch opened up to a queen size bed and we had 2 double beds in the other room. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffe maker in the room with a sink. Rooms were very clean and only negative is the bathtub faucet dripped even if it was closed all the way.

This is a great resort, but I think that it can get a little bit better for the price you pay. The room is really big and clean, the bathroom too! But there were no extras in the shower as you get in most of the resorts. All the amenities were really great to relax in them or just injoy, I was only missing a deeper pool as most of them were pretty shallow. The breakfast was really good and the omelets were one of the best we had. We also ate in the sushi bar and we like it a lot, highly recommend for a great dinner!

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 5. We went to Disney while there. We loved the pools for the kids and the bunk bed rooms. We would definitely stay again. Some areas like hallways had some smells (on the floors, not lobby). And areas of the pools could use some TLC. Wish there were some better poolside drink/dining options. Overall it was a nice stay and would recommend.

The resort is beautiful very relaxing. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a pool/lake view and saw the fireworks from Epcot every night. The cafe is very convenient for Starbucks coffee and pastries. We ordered drinks and food at the pool which was delivered to us making it super convenient. The lazy river is very nice it gets crowded though. We enjoyed the oasis pool in front of the hotel. Lots more shade and drink service was needed in the blazing Florida sun.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference, and it was a great experience overall. The hotel was not only very nice but also exceptionally clean. The staff was accommodating, and the manager, Olivia, stood out for her kindness. Although the room we initially chose wasn't available, she went above and beyond to ensure we were in a comfortable position that met our needs. All in all, the experience was excellent, the conference went well, and I would definitely return.

We had a meal at the B line diner. The menu was reasonably priced. Service quick if you get there before regular dinner hours, around 5 pm, and friendly. The food is excellent. If you are done in any of their restaurants and just visiting, make sure to ask them to stamp your parking receipt, and it s free. Otherwise, public parking inside the hotel is 38 dollars . For overnight or day visit the first half hour of parking is free.

Hyatt regency is a fantastic hotel in Orlando. The rooms and suites are modern and well appointed and the service is excellent. The pool areas are a lot of fun, but there's also a spa to relax. The new club level lounge is excellent, the food choices are great and the service is incredibly friendly. Combine this oil with a perfect location this is an excellent choice in Orlando whether you're here on business or to visit the theme parks. I keep coming back and love it more every time!

Stayed for a convention, and it's by far one of my favorite hotels. It's airy and spacious in common spaces with good food options situated between the hotel and convention space. Rooms are quiet and comfortable with plenty of amenities. We had a loud neighboring room the first night, and it was very quickly remedied with an easy text to the front desk. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and sincerely pleasant. I look forward to staying again.

Pros: staff is great. Very helpful and kind. Great location and easy access to Disney Springs. Hotel was clean Cons: (and these are small things but with the price tag I feel like the hotel could do better with these things) Toilet paper was the worst. It was very rough. I feel like they could provide than the cheapest toilet paper on the market. The dresser in my room drawers would not stay closed. And it wasn't just one, it was all of them. Which drive me crazy. The shower head would not stay in place. Would fall no matter what you did. So showering was a pain. Again these are minor issues but I feel these are thing the hotel should be able to easily address for the price that you pay to stay.

We've stayed here twice in two years, and we will be returning, as using this as our Orlando base if we do not stay inside of the Disney bubble or have a boutique hotel in mind for the Orlando area. The rooms have always been up to our standards. The service is fine if they're not busy. And their location is good walking distance to Disney springs security checkpoint and their swimming pool is very nice. We have only stayed a few days at a time at most and have not partaken in all of the amenities this place offers, but the ones that we have used we have not had a problem with. The last time we stayed there was a book convention so there was a bunch of weirdly dressed nerds walking around and it was amazing. Our biggest negative was that some of the restaurants aren't open on certain slow nights and if you need food you're forced to eat from the Starbucks Cold Case which is very overpriced. That was poor planning on our part so we weren't too annoyed that we couldn't get any decent grub.

Great accommodations close to so many things. It was very nice to be able to walk to Disney Springs for shopping and dinner. The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff from the check in counter to the housekeepers were very helpful and friendly. There's a restaurant, bar, small snack / convenience store, and Starbucks in the lobby. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel has a great location, being right next to (and a short walk away from) Disney Springs. There are also shuttles that can take you to and from the parks (though I didn't use them so can't comment on their effectiveness). The shuttles are included as part of a resort fee which also includes a few free coffees and water bottles from the convenience store on premises. The hotel has clearly been renovated recently. The lobby is nice and modern and the rooms have a fresh "coat of paint", though there are definitely some signs of the hotel's age such as some weathered fixtures and windows. Also, for a standard room there is only one hook for towels which could get complicated if you needed to use multiple towels simultaneously during a stay. There are also some nice on site amenities such as a gym (with a peloton), an arcade, a pool, and a Benihana.

Very nice hotel, and within walking distance of Disney Springs (took me only 15 minutes to get from the hotel to the back of Disney Springs, by the M&M store... So maybe about 5 minutes from the hotel to the entrance of Disney Springs (use the side exit by the pool area, by the way)). The rooms could definitely use an update though. The fridge made quite a bit of noise during the night, and the toilet did after flushing too. The entertainment setup in the rooms could also use an upgrade. They still have DVD players connected to the TVs, and give you DVD rental cards at check in. I think they should switch all that out, and maybe get some smart TVs in the rooms instead.

We had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace! This resort is perfect for both families and couples, offering something for everyone. We loved spending time at the pool, especially the lazy river, which was a big hit. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Disney Springs and an easy coach bus ride to the parks. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight of our stay, though, was the amazing staff, especially Tatum at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, checking us in smoothly and even securing a room upgrade for us. After a long morning of travel, it was so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and some great tips to enhance our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area!

We spent 3 nights here for our family Disney trip. My wife and I brought her parents for our daughter’s first Disney trip. We had two rooms and they were adjoining, which was nice. We are Hilton Plus members. The hotel itself was okay, hard to get around, and a little dated. The food was pretty good but priced about the same as restaurant, so pretty expensive. My issues came with their hidden fees. We received almost $700 in fees for both rooms after we left. The fees included a $39 per person per night resort fee, they also charge $25 per night per room to park, even though we had 1 car. Being a Hilton plus member got us no benefits. To pay a resort fee and parking after already paying for your room is robbery. For your $25 daily parking fee you’ll have to walk a bit. Parking is horrible. Avoid

We stayed in the island tower “suite” with a pool view as it seems it would be one of the nicer options at the resort. Before I review the room I will review the resort. The resort is nice. The lobby the restaurants the shopping area the location and pool area are all really good. I don’t have any big hang ups there. We really like the pool area and the kids loved the lazy river. The room we stayed in was very outdated felt dirty and just wasn’t nice. I have seen some other reviews about their queen beds being small and that’s accurate. They seem like full size to me which wasn’t the end of the world but it feels off. Next the overall amenities of the room are just old and rickety and beat up. The microwave had to be 15 years old and same with the fridge. The bathroom and showers were simply gross. See pictures attached. Just falling apart and dirty. The sliding doors to the patios were also shoddy and dirty and the entire room is covered in carpet which is also gross. These are big issues for a property that claims to be a 4 star resort. We all know Orlando is the busiest place and this room showed it. If the other rooms at the hotel are the same then this hotel is long overdue to be modernized. This is a very average 3 / 5 hotel at best.

My son and I had a great 5 night stay here. The staff was great especially Adalberto. He definitely is above all in service. The pool and lazy river are a great way to relax. The quick service meals in the lower level were good and convenient. They also have a nice gift shop and arcade on the lower level. The location was an easy walk to Disney Springs. We did take advantage of the 30 minute early access to Disney parks that is available while staying at the hotel. They offer a shuttle to the Disney parks but we had our car, so did not use. Our room was kept clean by a great/friendly housekeeping staff. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was great for relaxing and enjoying the view. I would definitely recommend this Hilton property to family and friends.

We visited earlier this week for two nights. The location was great, leaving only a 15 minute walk into Disney Springs. The hotel itself was pretty nice, equipped with a great breakfast restaurant and entertainment bar. We didn't have time to see the pool or lazy river. The service appeared above the Hilton standards, everyone was very nice and accommodating. The shuttle buses to Epcot were also accommodating. The room I reserved was incorrect however. I reserved a room with a balcony and a view, which I was provided a room with neither. After being in the room for 20 minutes, a Hilton housekeeper walked into our locked room without being requested or announcing themselves while we were in there - this was concerning and unprofessional. I had addressed these issues and was not compensated accordingly. There were issues with the room itself: non-operational ceiling fans, 5-10 minute wait for hot water in the shower, etc. The hotel itself looks good overall, but the maintenance on the building and rooms looks rushed and poor when looking a little closer to details. *note - I did misplace 2 items in the hotel room, which have been reported lost, with no resolution (~$350 in value) *Edit - Lost items were resolved, thank you

This was my family's first visit to Disneyworld and we were very impressed with this location. All the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were standard amenities but very clean and well kept. The food at the food courts was better than I had initially expected It to be. I didn't order one thing I didn't like. Their grounds crew literally work night and day with the upkeep of the place. Advice for any newcomers, spend the extra money and get the refillable mugs. ITS WORTH IT. Also, outside of the hotel. Get the lightning passes for the parks. It is well worth it! Great experience!

I originally thought that staying at Disney All Star Movie was a great experience and highly recommended! But on the morning of the last day, we were woken up by a hurried knock on the door at 8:55 in the morning. Before we could figure out who the other party was, our door was opened! ! It was so dangerous that I reacted immediately and pushed the door hard and closed it! It’s so incredible! This situation actually happened in a Disney resort, it was so scary! Later, after I calmed down a little, I looked out the window and no one could be seen anymore! We checked out of the room on 10/23 this morning, and we still find it incredible! This is Disney! ! In addition, I would like to remind everyone that if you want to use the coffee machine after moving in, you must first check whether there is any dirt in it that cannot be removed.

My husband and I just spent 4 days and 4 nights at this resort. We were celebrating our 10-year wedding anniversary. We had a mostly great experience. We had an issue with loud neighbors, and the cast memebers at the front desk basically said they couldn't do anything. To not ruin the experience of the other guests? But those guests were disrupting our magical time. Just disappointed because they seemed to prioritize the loud guests' enjoyment over ours. Other than that, we had a blast and love Walt Disney world.

If you love Disney and want to be totally immersed in the Disney experience while you're on holiday then opt for the All Star Movies Hotel. Spotlessly clean and well kept. Great food options, which were a lot more varied since our last stay in 2010. The food court was being refurbished at the time we stayed but the food order service via the My Disney app worked very well and we were notified when our food was ready to collect. The hotel is perfect for families with children and even though our party consisted of 6 adults with ages ranging between 23 and 60 years of age, we still had a great time. We requested to stay in the Mighty Ducks rooms which were a little quieter and away from the reception and food court. The room location gave us great access to the All Star Music facilities such as their food court and resort buses which were used daily.

The rooms are your typical value resort rooms with a fairly spacious room and simple room amenities. The value is unbeatable for being on Disney property. The resort is charming and is very well themed in every location. The food court is pretty large, too, with a nice variety of options. The only thing I don't like about the resort is that it's at the end of the All Star Line and you're pretty far from most parks and Disney Springs. The complimentary bus transportation is always nice, however, the lines can get quite long. Overall, this resort is a great choice if you want the best bang for your buck!

Had a great experience here! The theming is super fun and the buses to the parks are convenient as always. Loved our rooms proximity to the front entrance and the pool. My only complaint was that the shower in our room made a loud high pitched sound when turned on. Other than that, everything was great!

Rooms are very small. AC works, but only a vent by the door. No bathroom AC ventilation. No microwave. Cooler for drinks is horrible in design. I did like that there were plenty of electrical outlets. Bathroom water did have adequate hot water. Try to eat at a different park. The food here is very limited, and 90% of what's here is uneatable. Chicken tenders are the best bet, definitely not cheese pizza-you could get better from a gas station on the 2nd day window sale.

I attended a conference at this lovely property. I appreciate that you do not have to pay for parking. That was a plus, especially since I stayed at another hotel and drove over to Coronado for my conference. The conference center was very nice and spacious. The staff were kind and gave a lot of the Disney energy and magic. The luncheon meal was hot and tasty. It was also served expertly as we sat at our tables. Most locations need our group to exit while they finish setting up for lunch.

I have stayed here in the past. I did not stay here during this visit. I joined friends at two bars and the Toledo restaurant. Let me first say this is a magnificent resort. As beautiful as any Disney Resort Hotel. Drinks were good although pricey. Everyone in our party seemed to really enjoy their meal at Toledo. I did not express an opinion at the time because I did not want them to know that my meal was mediocre. The pork chop was very tough and lacked flavor. Service was outstanding. All in all it was a fun evening with friends. Unfortunately, for me, it's one and done. Too many other choices on property to be disappointed again

Could not be more pleased with this beautiful property or my stay. Rooms are clean, modern and include all the amenities one would need. The finishes and toiletries could be more upscale given the price point, but this is definitely meant for families and built accordingly. Service and quality throughout the resort was exactly to the wonderful standard you’d appreciate from Disney. From front desk, to the bell staff, restaurant staff and the meeting and banquets team which are top notch. A true demonstration of the Disney difference and the intangible premium feel that Disney always delivers. The location and transport offered around WDW is perfect and made the stay even easier. Loved it and would return and recommend again and again.

This resort is amazing. Our room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was close to a bus stop, and the shuttles run pretty frequently. It's a really relaxing resort, with nice pools, hammocks to lay in by the water, and a rooftop bar to relax at. We felt safe walking around, and all of the staff are so friendly. There are many food options. We will be staying there again.

This was our first trip to Disney. We decided to stay here and we don't regret a single second of it! We had heard rooms tend to be small at some of the resorts, not ours here! It was the perfect size for the 2 of us! Super easy to check in and out. Busses were easy to access to and from all of the parks! They cleaned just as their sign said they would. 99% of the time we didn't know anyone else was around the resort ( it was quiet ). We stayed 8 nights and if we ever get to Disney again, we would stay here again! Sure helped make our first Disney adventure, one we will never forget!!

We love this Disney resort. Over the years we have stayed there at least three times. It's a good break from the resorts for our family with one special needs child. It's got lovely walking paths to get you around the resort, tons of beautiful big trees and water views. There's the water taxi to get you to Disney Springs with lovely views. The cafeteria is great, always great service and minimal lines even though like all of Disney it can get quite crowded. The pool is always lots of fun, plus there is the quiet pool. There's of course much more but these are the qualities that stand out for our family. It is a larger resort so if waking is not your thing this resort may not be for you. We find it recharging for our family.

Another trip here, 9 nights incorporating business and a break. Stayed in Alligator Bayou this time. I didn't have housekeeping as such, but the room was clean when I arrived and when I requested some more cups and trash removal it was done within 20 minutes which for a sprawling resort like this is pretty good. The resort was generally quieter in the second half, but even when busy the food court was quick, service was friendly and helpful and the food was good for quick service. I did mobile check-in so can't comment on the check in process.

Facilities looks great, but the rooms are pretty basic. Service is so weird. We ask for crib first day, and when we come back at the end of the day we didn’t get anything. The following day we asked for a crib. And finally, the crib arrived. And even after we ask if it can be set up. We had to do it ourselves. Another weird thing is that they clean your room every other day. Again, pretty basic.

My friends and I stayed her for a trip for 5 days. It was absolutely lovely. From start to finish the service was great. Beautiful rooms, very cozy and accommodating. They have six pools and you can take the water ferry to Disney Springs or the other Port Orleans hotel. Very frequent shuttles to and fro the parks. If you are flying in/ not renting a car that is 100% worth it. A woman named Allison checked us in and she was so helpful and sweet. I feel like lately great service is harder and harder to come by, and Disney definitely knows how to provide great service without everything always costing an extra fee. Great food at the restaurant! I don't usually leave reviews but this was just an amazing trip and I'm really grateful for the experience they provided.

LOVE Riverside. Been twice now, both times were excellent. Staff were all amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They're all great at their job and very friendly. The rooms are really very nice - Disney themeing is quite light (mostly Princess and the Frog), but they're very comfortable and only ever had very minor issues with the room. Resort itself is quiet, relaxing, and very well planted/full of greenery. Not personally a fan of the hotels that are a bit business-like, so this is perfect for us.

I recently stayed in October 2024 for MNSSHP and it was an amazing stay. I stayed here 13 years ago and remembered loving it, so it was really nice to rediscover my love for this resort. The food court is themed differently, and we stayed in a newly refurbished room in Building 1, right on the river. It was beautiful! Take a boat to Disney Springs or hop a quick bus ride to the parks - all of the transportation options are convenient.

The resort is nice and quiet. Wonderful for no park days and relaxing. The bathrooms on property were a bit dirty and the cast members, unfortunately, aren't as friendly anymore. Both French quarter and riverside have nice playgrounds. My daughter loved their pool with the water slides. the interactions with the employees in the cafeteria area was unpleasant. Very disappointed that the mini fridges have been replaced with beverage coolers. Another way for disney to exploit you to buy food from them. Can't freeze my ice packs for my cooler to have in the park.

We have stayed at Disney many times and I think this is my favorite resort - It's so small and quaint. Customer service is top notch, everyone is so welcoming and helpful. The resort is clean and beautifully landscaped - you really feel like you are in New Orleans! So many great amenities here like the boat to Disney Springs and Riverside, covered bus transportation and a lounge and cafe!

Room was not ready until the last possible minute. After being told by the front reception that the room was ready we arrived to our room to find a cleaning cart outside and the room only half cleaned with no personnel in sight. We ended up taking the mop and broom and other products from the cart and finished cleaning the room ourselves. The state of the room was quite gross. We left the supplies outside the door and never heard from anyone further. Besides this incident the experience was enjoyable. Nice grounds.

The only alternative is the boat to Magic Kingdom. The pools are modestly themed but adequate with generous towel service. The grounds are well maintained and the lobby is beautiful. The rooms are reasonably sized and moderately themed. The common areas are very well themed. Highly recommended.

They say that DisneyWorld is The Most Magical Place on Earth™️ and they aren’t lying! And The Wilderness Lodge added that much more magic to this visit. Staff were friendly, resort was beautiful, and food was delicious (and surprisingly affordable). Our room had a perfect view of the fireworks at Magic Kingdom every night. Truly a magical experience! There were also many furry friends around the resort that I’m guessing were paid actors and added to the experience of feeling like a Disney princess. I saw several birds, some squirrels, and some bunnies. I was freakin’ Snow White and I loved it! If you’re thinking about booking a trip to Disney, I definitely recommend here. In addition to the fireworks and the bunnies, the ease of access to the parks was a huge perk! Wilderness Lodge is one of the few resorts that has bus AND boat access to the parks. A 100/10 experience! Do yourself a favor and live out your Disney princess dreams! 👸

The hotel is in the perfect location lots of things to do really nice pool and the beach club is next-door. You’re allowed to use it as well. It is pricey, but what you’re getting is quality and the people that stay there are of the best quality. You get what you pay for. I like how close to Epcot and the boardwalk. It is a lot of fun. Great hotel if you'd like to be close to Epcot (walking distance from one of the gates!). Nice pool for the kids. Spacious rooms and nice shop for quick eats/breakfast before going to the parks. The bus to Magic Kingdom was pretty quick too. Staff was really helpful at reception and pool.

We stayed on the club floor, pool/water view. They cast members were so lovely on the club floor and so accommodating with little ones/food allergies however they could be. Breakfast and dinner in the lounge was very yummy and fulfilling. We also did the Cape May character breakfast and felt it was a very good buffet. The quick service options in the store, aren’t that great. If we stayed on the club floor again we probably wouldn’t do the pool view again because the balcony light doesn’t shut off, it would wake me up at night and I thought the sun was coming up. We very much enjoyed our stay here & would stay again.

Nice resort overall. We did find hair on the floor of the bathroom upon arrival, which is kind of gross. But otherwise, nice rooms and decent service. Don't take a Disney bus from here to anywhere if you're in any hurry - slow Disney busses/transportation. We had a technical issue with our pin# on our account and guest services weren't much help in getting it resolved. We just gave up and went another route. We ordered food from the market on the last night, and it took them 15-20 minutes to figure out the system was down and people were waiting forever on their food. So, it's not a bad resort at all, just in need of some polishing. Pool area is very nice and fun for all.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Epcot and Hollywood studios, and was walking distance to conference venues at Swan & Dolphin. The downside? The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations in the room next to you, people walking the halls at all hours etc. This is not the best option for those staying in region for work purposes. You won't have any chance of confidentiality in your room, not will you get a good night's sleep. Staff is amazing, as expected. Overall 3/5, but won't be staying here again.

The staff on the Club Level are so incredible! Very accommodating to food sensitivities and always willing to offer additional service! The concierge staff are helpful and knowledgeable and very funny! The young person who checked us in and took us up to our room was so knowledgeable about the hotel and parks. Our first time staying club level at a Disney Resort and will absolutely stay again! I will say we were given an accessible room which wasn’t needed for us but for those that would need it, the bar assist in the bathroom appeared to be broken. The shower head in the bathroom was also in need of service but nothing urgent. The room is a little worn but very clean. Housekeeping was PHENOMENAL and made cute towel animals each day they serviced our room! The balcony could use some freshening up. I do wish there was better sound deadening for hallway noise/traffic as you can hear everything from inside the room.

Roundly disappointing. Outlets were so worn out that our phone chargers literally fell out of them. The ice machine and elevators were a solid city block away from the room. The "balcony" was roughly 40" x 18" (too small to accommodate 2 adults standing), but it had a lovely view of the industrial air conditioners on the roof of the lobby. I bathroom was so small that you couldn't operate the door unless you were standing in the exact right spot.

I recently stayed at Disney's BoardWalk Inn for 10 nights. My initial impression was very positive; the property is indeed beautiful. However, there were a few issues that impacted my overall experience. Upon entering our room, we discovered hairs on the bed sheets and bathroom door. I called house keeping letting them know the issue however there was no offer of compensation, which was disappointing given the premium rate we paid. Another point of concern was the hotel’s layout. Since most amenities are outdoors, walking to the restaurants became quite inconvenient, particularly during rainy weather. Additionally, we found the shared bus service with the Yacht and Beach Clubs to be frustrating. The BoardWalk Inn was consistently the last stop for both pickups and drop-offs, which often meant standing during the ride. Overall, considering the high cost, I expected a higher level of service. I’m unsure if I would choose this hotel again, and I might explore the Beach Club next time, especially for their reputedly better pools.

Here’s the deal with even a nice Disney World property like this one, you just can’t imagine the terrible, loud and obnoxious neighbors next door. Families of 5 people staying in a room for 2 with cribs and fold-out beds?? Definitely request a “non” adjoining room to minimize the decibels. We had to move rooms and the front desk staff were helpful & apologetic. This property has some lovely touches, but the hardcore Disneyphiles take away from the charm

Great location next to epcot and walking distance or Sky Tram to Disney Studios. The boardwalk itself was disappointing as not hustle and bussle like it use to be. But still a few places to eat. Encourage you to stay in a garden room or club level as the club really enhances your visit.

I'm probably not the best person to review the Boardwalk room makeovers. This is the only hotel I choose to stay at at Disney as it functions best on service, location and ambience for our adventures. We love the Belvidere Lounge and being able to stop there with our new mugs in the morning for coffee, which we drink outside meeting new people from all different places. I find the new style cold and Ikea-esk. The one chair is attractive but incredibly uncomfortable. The sofa already looks worn. I don't want to meet whoever chose the lighting. It screams many things, but not Boardwalk. I am saying this as someone who has lived in a 1904 home at the Jersy shore. Also, the desk has disappeared. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to keep up with my work emails. Not impressed. As to ADA, we were placed near the quiet pool as requested. We are on the second floor which means either a lengthy hike down 3 halls or cut across the green and up a set of metal/concrete utility stairs with a disabled veteran on a cane. You can't beat the location. Walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Or, you can take a boat, or the Skyliner. Plus, you can watch the fireworks from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. There's also nighttime entertainment.

This is my favorite hotel I've EVER stayed in. The rooms are subtly themed, we got a balcony that overlooked the magic Kingdom and could watch fireworks in the evenings if we weren't down in the park. The service is amazing from bellhops to just people in the quick little fast service food court. Walking distance to the magic Kingdom with our own security is amazing in the morning for rope dropping. And taking the monorail back from the magic Kingdom and being the first stop is pretty neat. The monorail obviously will take you other places as well, the Floridian and the Polynesian are on the monorail resort loop and it makes it very convenient for resort hopping. Two really good restaurants are part of this hotel and the hamburger at steakhouse 71 is worth just visiting the contemporary resort, but staying here is even better. There is a monorail that goes through the hotel! It is so fun and so chic and you feel super lucky to be staying there and the giant mural is everything. I hope I get to stay here again sometime. If I had to say any form of negative, it might be that you need to stay a very long time (which would be crazy expensive) in order to accomplish everything this place has to offer.

The monorail was very easy to take, and made getting to Magic Kingdom a breeze. You also have access to buses and the water ferry. The customer service at every level was great ! Everyone was helpful and friendly. I wish there wasn’t carpet in the hotel rooms. A different floor material would seem easier to clean with young children dropping crumbs in the rooms. The connecting rooms in the garden wing have very thin walls.

A classic opening day Disney resort in the heart of the magic. The resort offers multiple dining options and some gift shops on the 4th floor along with a monorail stop to the Magic Kingdom and other Magic Kingdom resorts and also to Epcot.. Boat transfers will take you to Fort Wilderness and Wilderness lodge, buses to the studios and Animal Kingdom. Also on the Marina side is the pool, boat rentals, fishing options and other water based activities. Magic Kingdom view rooms allow you to watch the fireworks from the room. Bay Lake view rooms allow you to enjoy the tranquility of nature which can be a nice break from the hustle of the parks. Service was generally very good but there were some cast members having a bad day as would be expected in an operation needing so many to function. Generally a great stay.

Ate at the steakhouse here, didn't stay in the rooms. Steakhouse was pretty good, not as flavorful as I would of expected. This is a kinda medium tier steakhouse in my opinion with the prices reflecting that in comparison to the high end of steakhouses. Steak was cooked perfect, salsa Verde somehow how no flavor or heat. Mac n cheese was good but not Chick-fil-A good. Atmosphere and service with what you'd expect from Disney. Finally, the 15 layer cake, yes, 15 was pretty epic and delicious 😋. I'd definitely come back again.

Top notch customer service. I let them know at 1 p.m. that the shower was not draining quickly. I specifically said it wasn't a big deal, but they had it fixed the same day before we returned at 5 p.m. That's one small operational example. In addition, the entire staff has been helpful and sweet in every interaction. They write business books about how Disney teaches their "cast members" to put the customer 1st, and it shows at the Contemporary Resort, as well as throughout all the parks. Beautiful view of the sunset, clear view of Cinderella's castle, Space Mountain, and the Tron ride from around room 4630 in the main Contemporary building. Also attaching a photo of the floor directory from the elevator, which shows many of the services available in the building.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and assisted in settling in. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a thoughtful setup for my 2-year-old daughter, complete with a crib, towels, a toy, and child-specific bath products! The amenities for children at this resort are fantastic—there’s a splash pad, water slides, rock climbing, table tennis, a pool, a basketball court, shuffleboard, and a playground—just about everything you could need to keep kids entertained. The restaurants offer incredible food, drinks, and top-notch service. We also had brunch with Goofy and friends, which was so much fun! I highly recommend trying everything the property has to offer.

We love this place and have stayed here twice now while visiting Disney with the family. We love that the resort is super kids friendly and has easy transportation to the parks. Breakfast with Goofy & Friends is the best! All of the staff are amazing, from the folks greeting you at the door, all the way to the staff cleaning your rooms. I had an issue to deal with, and the concierge Ashely H., was a great help! I needed to print documents but was already checked out and could not access the business center. She was kind enough to assist me by emailing her the documents so she could print them for me. Also, there is an area in the lobby owned by Disney, and the staff there are a great help when asking questions about the park. We'll be back for sure, the sooner the better!!!

The Four Seasons Orlando far exceeded my expectations, which were already high! The staff is amazing! They went above and beyond to make make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They were extremely helpful in regards to the parks with info and helpful tips. The property itself is beautiful and maintained perfectly. There is something for everyone there, kids and adults. We were glad we took a break from the parks and spent it there at the resort and took advantage of the beautiful pools, the lazy river, the great food and cocktails, and the kids area. Don’t think twice about booking your stay here.

Very beautiful resort, very nicely maintained. The service is excellent. Staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Very minute details are taken care of, starting from the app through which you can request room service, towels etc. We were considering an upgrade and the staff took time and showed us the actual rooms vs just talking about the options which helped us to decide easily. I would avoid the rooms facing construction if you have little ones. They are very dusty. This experience made me a fan of Four seasons resorts, I will be staying in them wherever possible!

The best hotel to stay at in the whole Disney/Orlando options. They just celebrated their 10 year anniversary while we stayed there. This weekend happened stands. Place still looks brand new as it’s so well maintained. Had a little quick issue however have to give credit to the manager Doug handled everything very professional. Also to note the Lobby bar staff are awesome and the food is quite good.

This is a beautiful place. It was our first time staying here, and they truly made every minute of our stay magical. From the moment I entered, I was warmly greeted right away. Check-in was seamless. I was surprised I was checked in with a tablet instead of a person behind the counter. The lady who checked me in even provided me with tips for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween event. She had originally greeted me by saying,"Welcome Home." It was my first time here, but I wouldn't mind calling it home. She provided me with leis and 1st time buttons. We walked into our room, and it was breathtaking. The room was simple and comfy... it sure felt like home. Our room was on the first floor, and we were literally a few steps away from the volcano pool. Honestly, the resort itself was relaxing. You can literally just hang out, walk around, do some shopping, grab some food, and chill. They had movie night and all sorts of activities. Having dole whip (Pineapple Lanai) close by totally made my day/ every night. All the food we had here was yummy and had you stuffed.. ready to take a nap. All areas of the resort were clean and well kept. I never would've known this place has been here since 1971! Having stayed here was perfect and convenient for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween event. The monorail was literally at the main building. The 2nd floor is super convenient. The staff at all levels were super nice and always provided service with a smile. Highly recommend this place. I'm already planning my next trip back.😉🤙🌺

We had an amazing time while staying here. This resort really has a great ambiance and makes you feel like you're really staying on a Polynesian Island. The staff is amazing and always makes you feel welcome. Our child absolutely loved the Lava Pool and enjoted watching movies on the resort grounds. They had a dance party for the kids while we were staying there as well. The pineapple dole whip is amazing, and the option to add pineapple juice really brings the flavor up a notch.

We had a double room. Spacious. As you need to use that switch to stop the bath running for the shower - it is unusually noisy unfortunately. Location is brilliant if visiting WDW parks on the Monorail or anything at Floridian Hotel. So quick & easy to get on the Monorail. Pool is great - kids loved it. Staff are super friendly & helpful.

We all loved this place, but from a money perspective and from an amenities perspective and from a service perspective, it was not particularly special. It was really nice, nothing wrong with that, but what distinguishes it from other hotels that would justify the price tag? I don't know. The service was not really present. We didn't need much but we never really saw anyone, no one went out of their way to see that we had everything we needed. BUT, never unpleasant when I had questions. The amenities in the room like coffee, toiletries, no better or worse than at any hotel that provides you with 2 coffee pods and tiny bottles of lotion. The view looked DIRECTLY out onto the new constructions BUT we also had a direct view to the Magic Kingdom fireworks from our room, so, six in one hand, half dozen in the other. I do think this place distinguishes itself in the entertainment department, between great restaurants (which have their own pages to review, in fairness, I can't really use the restaurants to help the review of the hotel BUT, accessibility to said restaurants, yes, that helps), movies on the lawn, the awesome pool, the beach, the live entertainment, and various other paid services, there is always something to do and see. It's also beautiful to look at. I forgot to take pictures of the room but the rooms are accurately represented by other reviews: they're a room with two beds and a bathroom, the end. We only needed to sleep there but again, I was kind of shocked at how minimal they were for a 4-star hotel as expensive as this place is. OK, so I sound like a curmudgeon and I am sure it was just sticker shock. We all had a perfectly adequate time, and I would 100% stay again - much better to be on a Disney resort and be able to get anywhere Disney for free really easily - but I'll complain about the price and the size of the rooms till the day I die.

The Polynesian is by far my favorite resort a Disney World. We have stayed at 5 other resorts and I really like this one. The room was awesome. It's also located on the tram, which is really convenient. You can also take a boat over to Magic Kingdom if you like. It has a nice pool, and there were nighttime movies outside. We also got to watch a show on the lake, and you can see the MK fireworks from the resort. If you are trying to decide on which resort to stay, pick this one.

Stayed here for one week in October, it's a nice basic hotel, rooms are a bit dated and dark (could do with brighter lighting) good sized fridge In room and microwave. housekeeping came every day. We were on the ground floor right in front of the pool which was a bit noisy but great for the kids. We had carry out food from the zebra lounge and the portions were huge (good value) breakfast in the morning had a decent selection and staff were friendly. My only complaint We had a late flight and asked if we could extend our check out time to 12pm which they said was fine and we could do it at any time just needed to go to reception with ID, forgot all about it and went down the morning of checkout to ask and they said it wasn't possible. So not really any time, but we just had to wait In reception for an extra hour instead.

I went here when I evacuated from Hurricane Milton. The price was amazing!!! The room was clean, fridge had water leak. At one point, only one of the three elevators was working. So, I waited almost 45 mins to be able to get on an elevator that didn’t have other dogs. It’s nice that they allow pets at this hotel. Front desk staff, a lady in her 50s, foreigner, she was great!! Hotel in great location. I would stay again.

At check in our original room booking was only set for one night, but the front desk staffer updated that issue and we had a fantastic room right near the pool. The grounds are well taken care of, and the amenities of the hotel are awesome. Convivence store, bar, eating areas, game room, and plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was alright, and the Zebra bar food was really good. Our room was enough for us as we were out exploring the area most of the time, but always very clean. The AC worked great, the water pressure was good, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and area were always clean with plenty of towels. One thing about the pool. It may say it opens at 9am, but you will not be in the morning sun if you get there by 9:05. Too many people get there and put towels on chairs to reserve them, only to leave and come back later or hold them for people who come to the pool later. This happened three days in a row that we went to the pool. Otherwise, it is a great pool area. Security was visible and all the staff that I encountered were very friendly. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Can’t speak highly enough of the hotel. Excellent rates, excellent staff and the location is amazing. Pool access, breakfast and lunch and the view from our room were all amazing. Will definetly be back. They offer a free shuttle bus to the universal parks multiple times a day, as well as a bus back on first come first served basis.

The rooms are a bit outdated but okay for price. They smelled a little old coming in. We sprayed lysol, and it was a little better. The location was perfect for where we planned to travel. The beds were small, I believe 2 full size bed and one of the beds had 2 flat sheets instead of 1 fitted. I appreciated nice painted walls and refrigerators and microwaves. Customer Service, housekeeping, were great!

I stayed here recently for a business trip and was very pleased with the welcoming staff and amenities. They are still completing renovations, so there were a few minor inconveniences but overall I can tell this is going to be a very elegant once completed. The concierge was very helpful with recommendations for meals at the restaurant and even set up a cab service for me on the day I left. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The burger was better than most I've ever had but the chicken brick was amazing, with sauteed spinach and perfect roasted potatoes. I will definitely recommend this a a family friendly, comfortable hotel!

So let’s start with all the amazing experience that I had. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked. At the time of my stay they were still renovating the lobby and outside area so that was a little annoying not to know before booking. Upon getting there they put me in the wrong room then the wrong room number. So that was annoying as well the staff had no way of communicating with one another so I had to go up and down the elevator until they finally got it right. Over the rooms were nice and clean. Looks like once they finish all the renovations the hotel will be very nice and complete all the way around.

As a Marriott elite member, I’ve been staying with Marriott for over ten years. Whoever is in charge of this place really knows their stuff! Katie at the lobby bar was super thoughtful and brought our Togo food for our 1 year old in separate boxes. She really made our evening enjoyable. I will start by saying the staff were great and they did everything possible to make our visit great. This is also the closest marriot property to Universal. I was disappointed in the fitness area. The website says heated outdoor pool, and it wasn't heated. The website said the fitness center had bike, rowing, and weight machines, but they didn't have any of those just some treadmills and a couple of elliptical machine. Also, a few free weights. The fitness area was so small that I'm not sure where they would put all that equipment . The reviews said very thin walls, but i was prepared with my white noise app. They are not wrong, however. I did hear the people's conversations in the next room.

I’ve been staying here for three consecutive weeks and I don’t know how this business hasn’t been alerted to the BBB for heinous false advertising yet. As of 1/16/24 - any pictures of their completed lounge, restaurant, gym, and entire pool courtyard area are false. Neither their own direct site nor 3rd party sites give warning of their construction and lack of amenities. Even in person or during check-in they are not transparent about anything whatsoever. The one and only note I was given was during check in regarding possible construction noise between 8am-6pm. Honestly - if that was the ONLY issue, coupled with my discounted rate at the time (which they no longer offer), I wouldn’t even have much issue at all. The noise was rarely bad. However, I’m giving this one star because you quite literally have less amenities than any 2 star hotel and they are charging for luxury. NO coffee maker, no microwave, the mini fridge is as mini as possible. No lobby coffee. The pool has never been heated my whole stay so there’s no pool as advertised. Today the hot tub doesn’t work which was the one and only saving grace here. They randomly cut off AC for hours throughout the stay - including a 24hr period where it didn’t work at all. Two times I had to follow up a 2nd time for toiletries. No ice machines worked my entire stay - you have to ask the restaurant staff and only during business hours - they won’t tell you about this either. I’ve had to explain it to several guests after seeing them run from floor to floor. They didn’t charge for parking my first week, then my next two weeks a different staff member said they should’ve charged me but can give a discount for extended stay - never said what that would actually be. Given the fact it’s not gated with no security and zero of the advertised amenities - they should charge to park at all, much less $24 a night. We’ve had homeless solicit us on the outdoor lobby benches because it’s wide open. If they gave fair warning about what you’re NOT getting for your money and charged 1 star prices it would be one thing. But then again - at least a 1 star would offer the basic amenities you’d expect from any hotel. And they do NOT even attempt to make up for any of this AT ALL.

People may be hesitant when hearing "value" resort, but this place is GREAT!! Our room was clean and inviting, and had a great view! The pools were large and fun! The market/food court area had a lot of options (most of which were delicious for this type of food) The staff was great, the free buses to the park were great, easy to use, and not overly crowded like at Disney...and we loved getting room service for pizza delivery at night! We will absolutely stay here again! Between the value and perks, this place is must!

For a value hotel and part of Universal you get a pretty good deal. Plus that includes that extra hour at the Islands of Adventure! The shuttles are easy to catch and on time. Desk attendants were friendly but the food court area is hit or miss on service. Some sections were difficult to get food because people were too busy talking or off to the side seemingly avoiding the guests. Even while standing right in front of them. Pool area is nice and a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. We had a 2 bedroom suite which is great when you have kids. The decor/format of the room took away from being able to fully unpack and using the space better for longer stays. We used the laundry facilities, heard many units were down on level 6 and when attempting to vend soap, we had to pay extra to get any out because one of them was empty or caught and there is no way to get your dollar back if that occurs. Overall would stay here again on a future visit.

Went for one evening for grandson’s birthday dinner, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was the cleanest one I have ever been to and beautifully decorated. The cost was beyond reasonable for the accommodations. The view from room was gorgeous, the shuttle to attractions was great! Can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay was and I will be back!

We have just stayed at this hotel for two weeks, with 4 adults and 2 children (4&2 yo) in a double suite room. We have stayed at surface before and loved that so chose to stay at dockside and loved it even more. The reception is big, open and welcoming, the food is great and well priced however a bit repetitive for us as we were staying for two weeks it was a bit samey but still excellent none the less. This is classed as a ‘family hotel’ however we did have an incident the first night we arrived. We had a 8 hour flight to get to florida, followed by a 1.5 hour transfer and a 5 hour time difference from where we are in the UK. This all really played havoc on our two year old who thought it was time to get up at 3 in the morning. We received a noise complaint at 7 in the morning with a visit from security due to the noise he was making - which was only talking albeit slightly loud. This is not a fault of the hotel, just more a note for if you’re thinking of booking to stay here bear in mind it is a family hotel and sometimes you may hear children 🙄. Staff and security handled the situation well and were very understanding, it only happened the one night. The shuttle service to all the universal parks was great and so easy to access the kids loved the character buses. The staff were friendly and helpful and the character visits to the hotel during the day was a great touch for the kids! We were in tower one and the pool we had was great, we visited most days and there were always beds available. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing family holiday in Orlando, we would now only look to stay here as the value for what you get can’t be beaten!

My family and I have our annual Halloween trip visiting the best haunts and THIS is our hotel. Everyone at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful, the services for the room is efficient and quick, and the food is delicious! We've come a few years so far and we have no intention of stopping, especially if we find those affordable passholder deals! Most of all, I have a deep respect for the crew and their handling of Hurricane Milton. Everyone was calm, reassuring, even confident with this storm approaching- when it was still listed as a 5!! They are amazing and I look forward to next year. :)

My family and I evacuated from Tampa to this wonderful Resort for Hurricane Milton. We knew that Milton was going to pay Orlando a visit but much milder than he did to Tampa. The nightly rates were extremely affordable, the resort was beautiful and the staff extremely accommodating. The fact that we could bring our cat was a HUGE BONUS!!!! Our two-bedroom two-bathroom suite was massive and clean, and had everything we needed. The little bar and restaurant by the pool had really good drinks and great food. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool the day before Milton visited. We did lose power in our building after the storm and decided to check out. The resort was very accommodating and refunded our night stay without us having to ask. We booked through hotels.com and were given a free bottle of wine upon check-in which was absolutely lovely. We cannot wait to return for an actual vacation

Marylou was our hostess when we arrived, She was kind, funny, very experienced and made us feel very at home the minute we walked into the lobby she then proceeded to give us a beautiful room with a beautiful view close to the pool. Wonderful Resort. Great location. The room was beautiful and the in room jacuzzi was the nicest one we’ve enjoyed. Very relaxing! In suite washer & dryer, kitchen, full size appliances, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots & pans, and dinnerware were definitely a plus. The only issue we had during our stay were the television signals. There were 3 tvs in our suite for each room, but each picked up different channels, so we had to jump from room to room depending on what channel we wanted to watch because many channels stated “no signal”. We thought it was just our suite until we went to the gym to work out, and again saw that flashing “no signal” error message because only some channels worked. We told guests services, but it’s normal and nothing they can really do. Oh, and something was going on with the master bathroom toilet; the after flush water will keep running continuously if you don’t go back to jiggle the handle to stop it. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. This resort is great for couples and families! Will definitely revisit in the future.

Our accommodation was spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We were missing chairs in our balcony, but in all fairness we could have asked for them. We had a problem with our sink that was promptly sorted, once reported. (I would suggest a welcome folder with some instructions for appliances would be helpful). The pool is great and spacious. It can be busy at times. The staff was polite and helpful but an extra smile wouldn't go a miss. The location is great for all the parks.

We stayed here for 2 weeks recently. Our experience wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think we would stay again. Upon arrival, we were given a top floor room in one of the furthest away blocks. The rooms are dated and the new construction work hasn’t involved updating the rooms so don’t be fooled like we were! Unfortunately after our first night we found a cockroach in the bathroom and staff said we would need to move rooms. With it being a 3 star hotel we didn’t expect any offer of assistance from the staff although it would have been nice. Our new room was in one of the new blocks but it didn’t feel new at all. On our second week here we found tons of ants on our bedside table and another large ant in the bathroom. I understand there are outdoor corridors right outside the rooms, but how were these things getting in?? If this is a common problem, then we would’ve expected the pest control to be better. We could also smell smoke in our room, presumably people smoking on the corridors outside? Aside from all of this, we were given 4 complimentary breakfasts throughout our stay due to the bother of moving rooms and the cockroach. We only actually used two of these breakfasts as we didn’t really have the time most mornings. The breakfast was fine, nothing to get excited about but it set us up for a day at the parks. The mickey waffles were cute though. The staff were friendly, although we did find it strange that every time we made a request it always had to be passed on to the manager who was never there? Housekeeping was done every day, with fresh towels and bedding when required. The location was great, easy to get to Disney however a little bit far from universal for us. There’s a few restaurants nearby, but you’d be much better catered for if you were staying on international drive a little more central. Overall, I don’t think we would return due to the issue with bugs and wanting to be closer more amenities. But thank you for having us and catering for us when needed!

My sister Karen and I always choose to stay at the Rosen once or twice a year to get together. It's just a couple minutes from Disney Springs and a halfway mark from where we live. We've spent several getaways over the past few years as we watched the hotel make a transformation. It's not perfect but it's on the way to being a beautiful hotel. The rooms have all been remodeled and the beds are awesome! But what's most Awesome is the staff! The Rosen employees have a special way of making you feel welcome. It's the Rosen Way!! On our visit we had the opportunity of getting to spend time visiting Scott the Night time Manger on Duty. Wow!! We had a concern and he spent the time to listen and take notes. The Rosen company is lucky to have him as an employee! We will be back in December for more fun. Great value ! Great Hotel !

Where to start with this review…. Location, location, location is about the only thing that is good with this hotel along with allowing pets. My wife and I along with a mutual friend stayed here while we went to Disney, and universal for a total of 4 days. While at this location, the tv didn’t work correctly and had to fix it myself after maintained never came to fix the connections. The room was kinda dirty and after the first day noticed there were roaches crawling around the room. While we live in Florida and understand there’s roaches from the heat, these were because the room was disgusting more so from the humidity. The beds were full-size beds which were the absolutely most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The shower barely got hot even to take a comfortable shower with almost no pressure. They did allow for pets to come so that’s the only plus because that’s the only reason why we didn’t go to our timeshare condo they don’t allow pets on premises and didn’t have a choice. I probably would never stay here again. Also BEWARE, my dogs were attacked by ticks in the dog walking area and had to clean them and get them all taken care of from a simple walk in their designated dog area.

Worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The only positive is the location. Our room had sugar ants everywhere. There was a fox or coyote outside our door (like where did it from?). When I contacted the front desk about my issues, as well as the need to leave an hour later than check out, I was informed I had to wait for a manager to clock in to address my issues. Additionally, when I initially checked in and asked for toiletries because I forgot my toothpaste and toothbrush, they made such a big deal about getting it for me and finally placed a maintenance request to get me one although it was right next to them to easily hand over to me. It was the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The hesitation about the toiletries was extremely bizarre. Also, I had to pay two deposits. Finally, housekeeping kept trying to barge in prior to normal check out time so we felt so rushed to leave.

The hotel itself is a little dated, the lobby was a little dark (not open & airy like some are), and had a little convenience area with products to purchase. Also had a 24 hr. front desk, and attendant. This hotel was in the perfect spot for a spur of the moment overnight stay with the family. We got to check in early as there was a clean room available. Everything was clean and in decent shape, just dated. Beds were comfy, and our 2 little ones didn't mind the pull out sofa bed (Definitely not for an adult, though). Everything functioned perfectly... except one of the plantation blinds in our bedroom wouldn't stay closed, but was easily remedied with a chair that was in the room. The pool - we didn't use it, but we had a view of it. The pool deck & area surrounding were clean, but the pool itself was a little dirty and had a very slight algae growth on the bottom. (not that big of a deal in Florida, imo) No major complaints, and we will definitely use this suite hotel again on our next trip due to its cleanliness & proximity to attractions. Hopefully, they'll get a grip on the algae by then.

LISTEN TO THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS! First, we didn’t have AC for 2 days. We bought a fan in hopes to cooling down. After those 2 days, we went and told the front desk where he proceeded to tell us to call booking (what we scheduled the room though) he couldn’t do anything. The service here is horrible, extremely rude. Booking thankfully came and fixed our AC. However, that is not where the problems ended. The room was just gross overall. There were roaches in the kitchen, stains on the couch, broken coffee table, and a gross shower. We were planning to stay an extra day here, so we reached out to see for an extension. After all of these things that had happened, we expected at least a discount. No discount was offered. After we booked the extension was when we saw the roaches. Definitely would not have gotten an extension if we would have seen the roaches sooner. Booking needs to do better investigations on places they say are nearly 8 stars.

Reserved this room for 3 days due to hurricane evacuations, they double booked us. We got there at 11am becasue a mandatory evacuation and our reservation was at 3pm, we went inside and they said we had to wait till 3, reasonable, came back at 3 after waiting for 4 hours and they claim they double booked us and our room wasn’t available anymore. We got our full refund back but we had NOWHERE to go. especially during Milton it was terrible finding somewhere else to go when we already spent 4 hours waiting for the room and gas to get the the hotel. Double booking during a hurricane like milton should be illegal. absolutely terrible.

Dirty. Filthy. Ac broken The room was like walking into a sauna. Immediately smelled like mold. Their solution to the ac was to put a portable ac in one room and vent the hot air into the other. BEWARE!! I reserved a suite for four weeks. I checked in and it smelled, was dirty and had ROACHES!! The gym equipment didn’t work. They also have no air conditioning so they use a portable air conditioner in the main room and you get a fan in the bedroom. I asked for a refund and they refused. They are scammers!

Front desk staff was very nice. We got in late and she was super helpful, and I wish I remembered her name (night staff 10/19). She sent up linens right away for the sofa bed. Room/suite was very clean and had plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. Two small things, but not deal breakers: showers were just warm enough (not as warm as I would set it) to take a shower. Breakfast was 7-10. 2 of my kids were on the later end at 9:45 and the hot food (except for diy waffles) were finished. Just a reminder not to wait til the end of breakfast time to eat. It was crowded inside and out so we ate in our room. Those were small things. Close to Orlando sights and parks. For a family of 8, it was perfect, and we will be back!

Never again! We have stayed here a few times, and each time it gets worse and worse. Screaming kids at the pool until nearly 1am with no adult supervision. The room was not clean, and we had to have our bedding replaced before we would even think of getting into it. Rooms are very dated. We were a party of 6 with 3 rooms. This will definitely be the last time we stay here.

This hotel has nothing but unprofessional staff and horrible accommodations especially when they are in the wrong. I stayed at this “hotel” with other coworkers for 2 nights on a business trip. I went inside to check in and everything went okay, the front desk agent gave me a parking pass, 2 keys, a map of the site and how to find our room. Let’s start with the horrendous smell that was inside that elevator, stepping of the elevator the concrete floor has paint stripping in splotches, then we walk in the room and the floor is this awfully outdated dark brown carpet that looks like it hasn’t been replaced in years. We drop everything in the room and went to dinner, when we came back from our outing we decide to take showers before going to bed and the water is freezing. Fast forward to the next morning and the water is still freezing, by now my alarm bells are going off that this hotel has a serious problem but I don’t have time to address it because again this is a business trip and I’ve gotta go. When we got back in the evening to shower after a long day the shower is still freezing. I pick up the phone that took me a while to find because it’s oddly in the common area hiding behind a lamp instead of in the rooms like I’m used to. The reception personnel answers and I ask for a maintenance person to check our room because the water temperature has not been working since I arrive. She instantly has an attitude and tells me that someone should have told me that they (maintenance I assumed) would turn off the hot water for a couple hours today because they were trying to fix a problem. I explain that no one told me anything when I arrived yesterday and it’s been all day not a couple hours. She says I will check with them to see if they’ve turned it back on and send someone up just in case. Did anyone come up to our room. NOPE. Another night of cold showers. The morning of checkout I go to see the front desk agent who is beyond busy with someone that she has on the phone and couldn’t care less about the 2 people in-front of her. About 5 minutes later another person walks out of what I think is an office and begins to help those of us waiting. Grouchy is finally of the phone and asks what do I need. I said I need to check out and I would like to know how we would be compensated for the INCONVENIENCE of not having HOT water for the entirety of our stay. The lady looks me in my face and says you get nothing because we put a notice on your door that said the water would be out for a couple hours. I asked her if she wanted to check the room for this so called notice that she put on my door, to which she replies no because we put one there and you are the only person to complain about it. So you mean to tell me that because every other person staying here has no problem bathing in cold water I shouldn’t have a problem. Hot water is a basic amenity at any hotel, no one at the property disclosed the issue that they were having until I called and went to the front desk. I go to Orlando every year, I did not drive 4 hours from Miami to bathe in COLD WATER. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME VISITING THIS PLACE. DO BETTER

The suite that we were in had a great setup. It had a very spacious living room area with a TV, a kitchenette area with full size fridge, a microwave, two burner stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery. Both bedrooms had its own full bathroom, TV, and the master Bedroom had a programmable safe to secure your valuables. The heated pool, kiddie pool and hot tub are well maintained. The breakfast buffet was amazing and is guaranteed to please. They have a variety of things to do for everyone which is within walking distance. The reason I didn't give the room service a five is because of the following reason. Room service did not make it to our room in a timely manner to collect/replace dirty towels and remove the trash during the day so we to call after hours and have our suite cleaned but then they forgot us again the next day and I had to go down to the front desk and ask for clean towels and wash cloths. But the overall customer service was excellent from start to finish. Other than that small issue my friends and I had wonderful stay at this hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was great. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Location is great. Close to theme parks, Shopping, and dining, and Old Town. Free parking and Plenty of parking spaces . Very safe area. Only downfall is they charge a resort fee upon check in for using the shuttle, pool and arcade. It should be included in the price. I've been here 4 times in the last 7 years. Here you get your Bang for your Buck. Would recommend. Will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was all very friendly and helpful through the entire trip. Parking was a breeze even at night after a theme park. We didn’t use the pool but it looked wonderful. The food at the cafe is delicious, the wait can get long sometimes, but it’s still a nice option to have. I don’t think we ate anything that didn’t taste great. The drinks at the pool bar were tasty and made perfectly. I love that we were able to fit a family of five in a room. Most places won’t accommodate a family that size without an extra room. It was a perfect set up for us.

Parking was easy and conveniently distanced from 10 minute quick check in area. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We found the room, in tower 2, had plenty of space, for six, in every aspect and everything was clean. Provided amenities, such as plastic plates, coffee, soaps, microwave, fridge, extra pillow and blanket, shelf space, picnic size table, etc. are great touches. Breakfast choices are affordable, savory, and have great portions. Check out was also quick and easy. We did not use other common amenities this trip since we just stayed for a Horror Night. Oh yes, the common lobby bathroom was also clean. The souvenir shop has a good variety of Universal items and clothing.

My daughter and I stayed here for the Rainbow Kitten Surprise Concert at Hard Rock Live. The suite was spacious and clean. The staff were all helpful and friendly. My daughter’s 23rd birthday the day after we got there. She has stage 4 glioblastoma and Infinite Wishes helped grant her wish by booking us a few days here after the concert. We had a wonderful time. The cafe has great food and the pool is really nice!

What a great hotel! our biggest concern was any noise from neighbours but we did not get disturbed as all - we were on the top floor which may have helped. Room was perfect for what we required with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine which we used for hot water. Great swimming pool which had a bar next to it and also provided towels. Food court was good with a good selection of hot food and the prices were comparable to what we paid in elsewhere. Local amenities are close and walking distance, grocery shopping, gifts, subway and restaurants. Great buses into Universal parks and you never have to wait long for an air conditioned bus. Overall a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

I was there during a hurricane october 2024. employees are nice and professional. I was checking in the day the hurricane hit and they let me check in at 6 am so I could be inside before it got there. It's smaller than dockside but pretty much the same layout. not as big variety of food in their cafe. I would stay there again. the bus took us to universal studios within 10 minutes. across the street is dockside inn and other fast food and stores. I give this a 10 out of 10.

Hotel is in a great location for Universal and Adventure Island! There is a free shuttle. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff was great. The pool and hot tub are very large and great as well. The only complaint I have is that the Starbucks NEVER opened on time. It says 6am, but plan more for 6:30!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The custodial staff began cleaning around 8 AM, which wouldn’t be a problem, but the cleaner made an excessive amount of noise. She constantly let the door slam as she went in and out for cleaning supplies, completely ruining our sleep. We had informed the cleaner that we didn’t need room service and please be more gentle with the door. However, about 20 minutes later, another staff member knocked on our door. Without giving us any time to respond, he opened the door. Fortunately, I was dressed, but it was a frightening and unacceptable experience. While we didn’t have the “Do Not Disturb” sign out, that doesn’t justify someone barging in the moment after knocking. When we spoke to the front desk manager about the situation, his attitude was arrogant and dismissive. Both my companion and I work in retail, so we recognized right away that this issue wouldn’t be escalated properly based on the manager’s indifference. He simply said they would “investigate” and let us know later. Initially, we planned to stay for three nights, but after this experience, we decided to check out after just one night. The resolution offered was a full refund for the remaining two nights and 5,000 Hilton reward points. As we were checking out, we overheard another guest complaining about a flooded room and requesting a room change. Shockingly, we saw the customer service representative roll her eyes before turning to the manager’s office. This kind of unprofessional behavior was truly disgraceful. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location to Universal. Other than that, the hotel itself is old and has zero welcoming customer service. I can’t think of a single reason to recommend staying here. Absolutely disappointing.

Fantastic location relative to City Walk, and the Universal parks. We stay here every trip to Universal. It's only about a 15 minute walk to city walk. Or, you can take the complimentary shuttle. So far this visit has been subpar. We checked into our room on the app (given a room number even) but after arriving we're told the hotel was "over sold" and they have no room for us. We were sent to another hotel and told to come back at 11 AM this morning. Obviously this is upsetting as we have spent a ton of money at one of the local parks with plans to go there first thing in the morning. We pivot our plans and arrive at 11:30 to be told they still don't have a room but they'd rush the cleaning of one. Over an hour and a half later and we're still sitting in the hotel lobby. Not able to visit the park we've spent money on. While employees SEEM empathetic no one seems to be DOING anything. Update: After 2 hours and asking to cancel our reservation a room magically appeared. Not sure if this was due to threatening to leave or the magical Cynthia but we were finally able to get a room and Cynthia did her best to make it right. We still lost out on most of a day in the park which is incredibly frustrating. Huge props to Cynthia and her can-do attitude! Hilton has a great customer-facing representative in her.

We had a fantastic stay at Aventura Hotel. Super great transportation to the parks. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for bus to arrive. We loved the rooftop bar and pool area. Pool was heated and comfortable on chilly days we were there. The Urban Pantry had great food. You must try their wood fire pizza and the Noodle bowls at the Japanese restaurant were amazing! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The short walk to Volcano Bay was super easy and convenient!

My sister recommended this place because I do not like carpet in the rooms and she stays here as well during her trips. I was amazed how clean it was! We stayed for a week to visit the parks and Halloween horror nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, front desk staff was incredibly helpful at check in and even got us in our room early! The room itself was immaculate with modern decor. The shuttles came frequently to take us to the parks/city walk. The Wok restaurant on the first floor was delicious. Check out was easy with one click of a button on a link sent via email. The hotel feels mostly catered to adults compared to other universal hotels. Would definitely recommend a stay.

This was a great trip for two adults and a toddler. The Skyline Family room was great and very convenient. It was so easy to walk over to Sapphire Falls for the water taxi. The pool was nice but not super toddler friendly so we walked over to SF most days or pool hopped at different hotels. It was such a quiet hotel compared to others we’ve stayed at. It was calming and so cool to have a view of the park. I can’t emphasize enough how much easier it was to take a stroller on a boat and not have to collapse it! It was also so easy to walk back from the park too - maybe 12 minutes. You can’t beat the location for the price. We’ll definitely be back.

This place is so run down and disgusting. The customer service is even worse. We paid for a 2 bedroom and were put in a 1 bedroom they claimed something was done in mistake in confirmation. Told me if I wanted to pay to upgrade I could. I told them I already did pay. Then I asked for a playpen at least for my baby since 5 of us were in a room that slept 4. They told me I’d have to pay for it. At check in I was charged $25 a night for resort fees when half of the stuff was closed the restaurant the rock climbing etc, the pools were ok but shared w 3 other hotels. Nobody cares about this place. The floor is so dirty my baby got black legs from crawling on the ground. Do not stay here there’s so many other places to stay in the area similar price way nicer. Checking out and going to Sheraton vistana resort that is an actual resort not a run down filthy hotel

We have all shopping near by, we are close to Sea World, which is our favorite park. The mini-golf course and water park on site are awesome! This is my third stay at this location and it was my first time staying with a viewpoint on all sides! This end unit was perfect!

Rating depends on situation. If you just book a room for a week for $5-600, it’s worth it because of the location, having a full condo etc.. rooms are decently cleaned and maintained, but are dated. We’ve come here for 20 years because my parents are timeshare owners, it has basically not changed or updated in that time. Now to that point: if you are a timeshare owner here, it’s a giant rip off. Owners pay tens of thousands of dollars upfront and thousands more every year in maintenance fees. For that kind of money, they should be staying in luxury, and calypso cay is NOT luxury.

Family Vacation age range 1yr-72yr 2 kids 5 adults. The property is older but immaculately kept and updated. Cold AC, clean, and extra comfy beds and bedding. The Condo was more than spacious for the eight of us . The kids had room to play in the Living room while the Adults cooked ,ate, and/or watched TV. Pool area was very impressive.

We booked 2- 2 bedroom room. We were given 4-1 bedroom lock out rooms. That was no problem. We brought friends that were in 2 of the rooms and me, my husband and 2 boys were in the other 2. The a/c in one of our rooms was not working. We checked in on Saturday. The a/c could not be looked at until Monday (record breaking temps in FL right now). They offered to move us to a one bedroom. We can't leave our boys alone in a room and a 1 bedroom is not big enough nor is it what we paid for. They suggested we find another option and try to get transferred to another resort. They were unwilling to help with anything except a 1 bedroom. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR FAMILIES THAT PAY GOOD MONEY TO STAY HERE.

This hotel was perfect. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and spacious. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom was great for our family trip to Disney. The hotel was quiet. Service was quick when we needed extra towels. The convenience store and pizza hut on site were great for a quick trip. Shopping and a gas station across the street. We were only 10-15 minutes from all the parks. The pool is large and there's multiple hot tubs. Plenty of parking. We couldn't be happier with our stay at this resort!

Been to Orlando a few times with my family. This is the first time staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa. We booked the resort looking at the wonderful pictures online. The pool is about the quarter of the picture size. The dryer in the room only works after running for 3-4 cycles, not to mention the clothes get caught in the dryer vent and the dryer door pops open. The second bathroom tub/ shower water ran and did not turn off. There is a cleaning fee per day- which includes needing new towels. We were told since we have a washer/ dryer, we need to clean our own towels. Which would we fine if the dryer worked properly! Also the furniture was very outdated and scratched up. The arcade stole our money and the kids were only able to actually play a few games as the machines just ate the quarters. The cover for the dishwasher was missing and had exposed wires which is a danger to the children. Total trip hazard walking out onto balcony. Definitely would not stay again!!!

Spent 2 weeks here in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and couldn’t find any faults with it. Apartment very spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. A small outlet next door which has some great bargains and only a few minutes drive away from anything you would need from supermarkets to fast food chains. Would definitely recommend this resort and wouldn’t hesitate to visit here again in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU EXPECT GOOD, TIMELY SERVICE!! We arrived at the hotel around 4, after driving all day. We went to the check in desk to get our room key, only to be told the previous people had a late check out so our room wasn’t ready. This was at approximately 4:12PM. Check in begins at 4PM. We were told by the manager that yes check in begins around 4 but it’s not guaranteed. Went across the street for some food, and finally got our room around 5:30. Mind you, we had plans to be at Halloween horror nights at 6 to get in line, so we were delayed. To “compensate” us, the manager (who spoke very poor English - along with the rest of the staff) offered us late checkout - like that would solve any of our problems?? The room is nice having a kitchen and living room, however our towels had makeup on them, the bed linens had a stain on them, and the hotel itself was noisy. And don’t get me started on parking. Arriving back at the hotel around midnight after Halloween horror nights, we spent 45 minutes trying to find a place to park. The outside parking lots in the resort and all surrounding areas were full, and the parking garage had 3 spots open, but unless you drive a smart car or tiny Miata, you aren’t fitting in a spot. A normal car can barely fit up the ramp to the second floor of the garage. My boyfriend previous stayed here and two years ago and his family almost didn’t get to check in because they didn’t have their room available, after having the trip booked for months, same as my situation. This resort was dismal at best, and I do not recommend it to anyone. If I had extra cash laying around I would have immediately gone to another resort.

We could not be more happy with our stay. Clean rooms, easy check in and out. We even came early and they held our bags until check in so we could explore...shops next door were great. Just an all around great experience. Uber to the park was easy and never waited more than 10 minutes. We can't wait to come back. Pool was great, a little crowed, but so many families having a great time, why would you be mad?? Just so happy with our times there.

The room is dated, intentionally, but is a little tight on space if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise it's a great size with a good shower and everything you need. I was a little surprised that Disney+ wasn't a viewing option on the TV but considering you're only there to sleep it's more than you need and the beds are both super comfortable, even the one that disappears into the wall!

Second time at a Disney resort. Pros: The room was as expected looking at photos. I really liked the extra space the Murphy bed provided. We didn’t opt for the “preferred room” but felt that our rooms were still close to everything the hotel had to offer. I was glad the hotel was able to accommodate connecting rooms for our family, that was my biggest concern when booking. Con’s: We weren’t advised that the food hall was under construction when we booked. I was told it was on the Disney website, but you would think they’d disclose that during booking. Housekeeping was almost non existent. 4 nights. They came 1 day and took our trash and gave us towels. The morning of check out a housekeeper knocked on the door at 8am to find out when we were checking out- that was annoying.

Recently stayed at Pop Century for 13nights, we arrived 2 days before hurricane Milton hit, could not fault the service! All staff were fantastic making sure everyone was safe & taken care of. We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids ages 5&8) we found the room far too small, even with the Murphy bed up out of the way! Our biggest issue was housekeeping!! I don't feel they actually did any cleaning the whole time we were there, when we arrived there were stains on the bathroom walls, the floors were dirty and there was dust as if it had never been dusted. In hindsight we should have complained while there but we didn't have much time past being in the parks. Think more attention to detail is required from mousekeeping. Everything else was fantastic bar the room size.

This was our first time staying at POP, and we absolutely loved it! We were booked for the 50s building which was great since it's fairly close to the skyliner. The bowling pin pool is the only one we used since it was not as busy as the main hippy dippy pool. The room itself was fairly small but it fit our family of 3 just fine. Loved the fact that our bathroom had a tub/shower combo. Also the staff was great while we were there. One night my daughter was tired, overstimulated, and was just having a bad night. A young lady at the desk was able to cheer my daughter up by getting her a first visit pin and letting her pick out a small toy from a little treasure chest. That small act of kindness definitely saved some tears.

Pros: so close to the boardwalk and Epcot! We loved walking to the park and back to the hotel. We stopped and ate, watched entertainment, and had so much fun. It was such a vibe! The hotel is old but the lobby is beautiful. We loved hanging out and exploring. Cons: the walls are thin and our neighbors were screaming in Spanish nonstop from 6am on. Our room 6160 had zero hot water either day we showered. None! Parking is a scam. Valet is a separate company and try to get you to park at the Swan or use them even though there are spots at the Dolphin! We had the hotel manager fight it out with them on the phone and ended up being able to park on site. Absolute scam artists. They don't tell you parking is $36 extra per day. They also double charged the $45/day resort fee we already paid through the booking company, so we'll have to fight that out. Drinks are good but prices are insane. $9 for a kid's Good to Grow 6 oz drink. Triple grocery store price. Old fashioned $17, bottled craft beer $12. Insanity. And on top of it, the buses were only available at the Swan due to a convention. Crazy overpriced for the weekend amenities. Overall, it wasn't worth it and we definitely won't be back.

Good location. Room was a good size and clean. Parking is currently a pain. Main parking for the dolphin is closed and you need to park at the swan. We were told there was a shuttle. No shuttle actually running and or has other job tasks. Poor communication. The walk wasn’t bad but for someone that might have health issues, small children and a lot of luggage it could be a pain.

The location is the best thing this place has going for it. The rooms and hallways smell very musty, dirty, and old. This hotel is definitely no 4 star hotel it can barely pass for a 3 star. The valet is the best option for you since they over charge self parking at $36 dollars a night and you still have a long walk. The food spots are over priced especially for the convenient food spot called “fuel”. The water taxi was the best activity this place has to offer and the convenient location.

Other than the check in process for elite platinum members, which was a little rocky, everything was terrific. They were so kind and accommodating. There are multiple choices for food. Fuel has food and drink and froyo. If you want a quick dole whip look no further! A big shout out to the housekeeping staff! What a hard-working bunch! The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Very nice hotel, close to Disney’s many parks (walkable distance). Transportation shuttles are also very convenient. Just maybe having a schedule from the parks’ stops then it’d be perfect. Hotel room was great, bright, clean and spacious enough. Many restaurants within the Dolphin and even some more across to the Swan. There are also pools and other facilities to enjoy in between the visit to the parks. Also, the hotel is surprisingly quiet even though I see a lot of kids running around ! I had a very pleasant experience at the Dolphin hotel.

Stayed here for my most recent Disney trip and truly enjoyed this hotel. We were told the Swan was the more “chill” side of the resort along with being geared more towards adults. I would say that’s an accurate description. Though we weren’t on property much, the hotel was never crazy busy with rowdy children and transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was so convenient by boat. We also loved the fact you could easily walk to two high-end Disney resorts for even more restaurant options. Guest services, though not “Disney” level, was still top notch. Room was clean and recently renovated. We even had a little view of the backside of Tower of Terror on the West side. Given the location and the price compared to other true Disney resorts, I would definitely stay here again.

First of all, The Swan still does room service ☺️. Now, the rooms are very nice, clean, and spacious. The service is fantastic. If you have questions just ask, trust me I asked a lot of different people 😂. Location is absolutely perfect for getting to all Disney Theme Parks and Disney Springs which is a connect for The Water Parks. All modes of transportation ( of which there are many to help ease the burden on your feet ) are easily accessible from The Swan or within a short walking distance of under a mile over into The Boardwalk. There are restaurants, pools, spas, seating areas, laundry services, room service, and maid services of course at The Swan. There is wild life to be of concern so though there are "beaches" with sand, if you wish to enter water you must go to the pools and water parks, which are all great! There are a couple of decent water rides at the theme parks as well. You won't be disappointed with your stay here. I do have 1 suggestion that I saw at another resort in another city. Sound machines! It would help drown out all those noises of people yelling and children screaming in the halls. I did find this a bit annoying/irritating at various times of day/night and a small sound/sleep machine on the nightstand seemed to fix that issue right up at this other resort.

We had a great 2 night stay here! We got a free upgrade to a balcony room with an alcove and it was a wonderful room with a perfect view. The hotel had a great ambiance with it not being as busy as the Dolphin but still a very short walk to the Dolphin with all of its amenities as well. The shared pool areas were very nice with tons of seating. This is a great option for those who use travel rewards to be able to book here & the Dolphin unlike all other Disney resorts but still have a great location and all of the other Disney resort benefits.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel 🏨! Honestly I was really frustrated with Disney and the closing of restaurants and food options too early. After we got a good nights sleep and prepared our room with late night eating supplies we were content. The pools are amazing with options for all and the DJ was groovy! We also enjoyed the AM water workout before the park- great way to start the day! The staff was pleasant at handling concerns The parking wasn’t too rough considering the walk but better than staying at Bonnet creek where you park in a garage and it’s tricky in and out and finding space tho covered. We would most certainly stay here again in the future. Comfy beds, decent view, great transport, food on sight(but not the best) but close to convenience store and had fridge, glass glasses 🤓 and the infamous robe. Plenty of move around space in the double queen as well. Oh not to mention a short walk to the park…. Better than walking from the parking lot at the theme park lot!

A Romantic Escape at the Swan and Dolphin While we didn’t stay at the Swan and Dolphin, we visited multiple times during our trip from the nearby Boardwalk, and it quickly became one of our favorite spots! The restaurant options are fantastic, offering a variety of delicious choices for any meal. We especially loved our time at the spa, which was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The mini golf course was a fun activity that added to the charm of the visit—perfect for couples looking for a mix of romance and playful fun. First time staying at the resort, I loved seeing all the character statues, the magic never ends. The rooms are clean, water is strong. The only issue was the bed, it hurt my back. Other than that the location is perfect, shuttles are clean and on time. The skyline is also a plus. The staff is very friendly and the food is also good. Absolutely loved staying here! The resort is so awesomely designed and there's plenty to do and see. You get quite a workout depending on which building you are on. The room (little mermaid) was decorated so cute and themed well, they are just a little small and as with most hotels you hear everything. Service and staff was exceptional and location was perfect. We took the shuttles to all the parks and happened to catch the bus exactly as we walked up every time which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

This resort is amazing, especially for kids! It's beautiful and filled with fun characters. The restaurant and the front desk service are great. The only thing I haven't likes it that housekeeping service is quite slow. We waited 40 minutes for more toilet paper, and an hour for body wash (which was empty when we first arrived).

This was our first stay at a value resort. We normally stay at moderate resorts, but this was a last-minute trip. We stayed in The Little Mermaid section, which is the furthest from the main area, not that big of a deal because we are pretty fast walkers. Anyway, I have always wanted to stay here because of the large characters. The room was clean and nice and cool when we first arrived. It seemed to feel cool when you first came back each night, but after a while, it didn't feel as cool. Which was weird, but whatever, we didn't use housekeeping. I just picked up the room daily and threw my trash away in the trash cans outside. The room was a lot smaller than I realized, and I have read that you will notice the difference between value and moderate. I just didn't think it would feel that small. We did enjoy riding the skyliner to Epcot and HS, HS being the shorter ride. We didn't get a chance to use the pools or truly eat in the dining area, we did order pizza our first night, but that was it. Overall, I did enjoy exploring the resort and seeing all the different "lands" but I probably wouldn't stay here again, it has nothing to do with the resort or anything, I just prefer my moderate resorts more.

It was really nice to be by the sky liners, and we liked the main big pool! However, rooms were extremely noisy—like the noisiest room I’ve been in in years. One very early morning we heard maybe 30 heavy thuds over the course of two hours. It was a short night that led to a tough day in the parks. Check in is reportedly at 3pm but our room wasn’t even ready at 4:30, which hurt our plans to enjoy AK for a nice chunk until 7. Paid extra for a water view but didn’t really have one…could see the corner of a lagoon if I craned my neck but otherwise we were over a road. Although they were so late to check us in there was zero grace for checkout and we were rudely told we were late getting out as we moved our luggage out at 11:15am, 15 minutes past our check out time. Left one of my son’s good sneakers at the pool we believe and after attempting to call the resort and see if they can locate they said we have to use a third-party website to try to file a lost item. There’s more but basically: customer service was very poor, prices were very high, quality of the stay was very low. But we appreciated the pool and the skyliner so I think 3 stars is fair.

We love this location. Everyone is so friendly and the resort is beautiful. It's very kid friendly. The main pool is themed and they have activities there almost every night. They go above and beyond to help. We have stayed there 3 times and will be back again. The only reason. the rooms lost a star is they are getting dated and showing wear and tear. Between the insane amount of people and the climate It's no surprise. The rooms are still beautiful though!

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Well, the good...the sheets and towels were clean. Now the not so good, there was no blanket on bed in 1 of 2 rooms and the housekeeping person used the bathroom yes, number 2 she apologized and said she thought we were checked out (went for breakfast) which by the way, happened to be the only time we saw housekeeping during the 2 days. The second room had long black hair throughout on the floor, small dead bugs on the ceiling in the tiny bathroom. Yes I took pictures to show them. I reported this to the front desk supervisor who apologized, then asked me if I called for housekeeping and said they would report this to the head of housekeeping. I really expected more, as our experiences throughout the years had always been good with Disney. These were quite expensive (booked for the beer and wine festival)

Animal Kingdom Lodge is truly magical. From the moment you step inside the lobby, you are transported to a safari. The lobby is breathtaking and features a ton of artifacts. Our room could not have had a better view. We watched giraffe, zebra and other animals all day. A giraffe even slept outside our window. The club level is definitely worth the extra money as we enjoyed unlimited drinks and delicious food! The concierge cast members are incredible! Also, don't miss the chance to pin trade with King Pin. He made our last day unforgettable. We can't wait to come back next year!

Very nice rooms. Looks updates and has BEAUTIFUL showers! It doesn't have a bathtub like other resorts, so just be aware of that if you are bringing young children. There is a restaurant attached so quick and easy dining, as well as a convenience store for all your quick needs. It is quite far from all of the parks, but if you want a nice resort that is apart of Disney, it's a great place to choose!

The Resort is located in close proximity to the Disney Parks which makes it convenient. The lobby of the resort is very clean and interesting with many African items on display. The resort is very large and a bit confusing to navigate at first. The resort offers free parking and it's ideal for hotel guests. Several restaurants are located on property and the food at Mara was decent. The pool area was very nicely maintained and enjoyable. The rooms are getting outdated and starting to reveal their age however. And yes, there were giraffe and other wild animals right outside our room. I wasn't impressed with the small area they seem to be living in though or the construction outside the fenced area. I'm sure at some point the construction will go away. Our rooms were clean though and it was a decent place to crash after standing in lines all day. Not great, but not too bad either. #authoramandaj

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is my favorite of the Florida Disney resorts. The main building is stunning in style and Victorian beauty. All employees were encountered over our week stay were friendly, polite, and so accommodating! Our room was tastefully decorated and so pleasant to stay in. The beds felt great too! We had a room with an adjoining room, we didn’t use it, however we could the neighbors too well! More sound proofing needing with those adjoining doors! We could hear the daily work phone calls and nightly snoring too well! The Housekeeping staff cleaned our room daily, and it was so nice to return to the room each day, after their careful attention. The pools and grounds are beautifully kept. Something I appreciate about G.F. is that all buildings with the rooms are close to the main hotel, grill, restaurants, pools. (Not the case at the Coronado!) At this hotel, the Disney Monorail, Boat, and buses are easily available to take you to the Disney Parks or Disney Springs. We look forward to our next stay at the Grand Floridian!

Went for Sunday brunch. From the moment we drove on property everyone was pleasant and friendly. The food on the buffet was excellent although with most buffets if you don’t get the food when just brought out can be warm not hot. The characters that came circulated the dining area stopped at every table even the ones with out children and were very pleasant to all guests and accommodating taking pictures plus hugs for the children. Excellent experience.

I have stayed here several times. This time will be my last. room service every other day; did not have enough towels. Wooden areas in cabin very dusty & showers need updated. Cannot park your car to pickup food, run in store, catch the boat. Food options for quick service are very low quality & limited. used boat to MK. from us leaving cabin to MK, it took 1 hour 15 min. Ive stayed at value, moderate & deluxe. Better accommodations at value than here!

Excellent time in the cabins. Disney Vacation Club's new cabins are nice but they did mess up by putting the bathroom at the opposite end from the bedroom. If someone sleeps in living room using Murphy Bed, you have to walk thru their sleeping area and kitchen to get to bathroom. Halloween and Christmas or October thru December seems to be the best time of year due to decorations! Horse drawn carriage ride was awesome, just too short and option for larger carriage would be great too! Magic Kingdom Fireworks from beach were great but the music wasn't loud enough and rude people that only wanted to talk thru the entire show made it difficult to enjoy.

We stayed in the new DVC cabins and they were wonderful!! I had never been to Fort Wilderness before and it's like a different world! You feel so separated from the chaos yet you're right next to the Magic Kingdom! The camp fire activities are a very unique entertainment option that you've really got to experience. The true Disney experience. Loved the classic cabins. I’ll be sorry when they are gone. Two tips. Reserve and get your golf cart before 5pm on day one. It really will save you time and increase your comfort. Also take your golf cart up to the settlement (if you have a dining plan that allows) and get your free resort drink cups-then fill them. You should be set to fully enjoy your vacation at the cabins. I’ll be sad when all the cabins are replaced with the prefabs. Just doesn’t look to have the same feel.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can't give any further praise. This hotel was incredibly cheap through Groupon, and you get what you pay for. It's in need of serious maintenance, especially the elevators. They are rickety, slow and have damaged flooring and buttons. The room was decently clean but the blankets are thin, pillows are small and beds are not comfortable. One of the drawers in our dresser was stuck shut and there were not supplemental linens in the room. The in room coffee was terrible. The free breakfast was not good, cold food with limited options and you can't eat in your room. I will not be staying here again.

While the staff was amazingly friendly and prompt with responding to requests we had a few issues with the structure of the hotel itself. Our room door was not flush within the frame and let warm air and sounds drift in all throughout the night. Also, the breakfast provided was limited to a 2 hour period in which every guest of the hotel had to eat, causing a 40 minute line for the smallish breakfast offering. The elevators had several technical faults while we were there and were shut down completely for a half hour on the morning we left. The room itself was amazingly clean and beautiful and the beds were comfy. That, as well as the extreme friendliness of the staff, was enough to keep this a reasonably enjoyable experience.

Budget friendly hotel. Rooms were fairly clean though the common grounds could be maintained more cleaner. Building seems dated and needs to be scrubbed and painted. Breakfast is okay and provides familiar fare; mostly crowded if you arrive after 8. Swimming pool bottom needs to be cleaned and seemed very dirty. Stay here if cost is a big factor and not too picky with clean surroundings.

Okay! So I have not even gotten in my room which yes I get the check in time. Stuff at desk was very not very nice. She was really short in her voice. However, the bus for the parks is a joke. Once a day bus service and your better off taking your car. Just a heads up.. Not worth the money. Okay so we are at the end of our stay, I would like to share what I know. Hair throughout the room. Total gross, and was very displeased with cleaning team. When checking in they had already given the double beds away. Mind you I paid for them and I checked in within the time allowed, ended up with a single bed. Loud at all hours of the night. Bathroom had black mold through out. Not trash bags put in the bathroom trash. The wall in the bathroom has water damage. I will not be staying here again. Stuff did not care and was like oh well. Do not stay here! I would suggest to stay away from this hotel till they fix the stuff going on and make it safe, and clean and mold free. Also the buses only run once a day. So you are very mislead about how they pull you in. Keep in mind that you can stay in a nicer place for 10 dollars more.

We had an awesome time here. The rooms were a little older and we had multiple issues with our room keys but everything else was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and were quick to fix any issues. The breakfast included hot foods and a good variety. It's close to everything and includes a free shuttle to the parks. Also the pool is HEATED which was great for swimming during the rain which it did on and off through our trip. They even offered to give us a discount since we had to stay an extra night for a friend in the hospital!

Beware! You do not get what you see!!! My family of 16 stayed at the Disney retreat home in the Champions Gate Resort. I chose this home because we needed parking for 4 cars (16 people coming from different areas). because the rules states… “Champion Gates Resort prohibits any parking on the street or grass. Vehicles parked on the street or grass may be towed at guest’s expense without prior notification.” This notice was also posted on the door inside the home. The listing of this home showed a garage available and two parking spaces in the driveway (the layout) therefore 4 parking spaces. However, upon reaching the home we discovered a vehicle occupying the garage. We unpacked groceries in the rain because we were told by a Florida Spirit representative that it was the owner’s vehicle in the garage and the garage could not be used. ( we therefore did not have use of the entire property of which we paid) We were told by Florida Spirit to park on the street( but the rules state it is prohibited). The representative did not return my call but instead texted to give me instructions to ignore rules and find parking on the street. The home was fairly decent. The downstairs looks like it’s newly renovated and it’s beautiful, but the furniture is worn. The pool area is nice. However, bedrooms upstairs are dingy and the furniture is very worn. I highly discouraged the rental of the Disney retreat home, and I questioned the professionalism of Florida Spirit employees.

It was great for the price. Their bed could have been more comfortable, maybe add a pillow top mattress pad and some better pillows. Fitted sheets would have been nice also. The hot tub was very dirty and I requested a few time for it to be clean. I guess the resort guests did not shower before entering. We stayed here 5 years ago and the kids absolutely loved it! Nothing has changed it is definitely the place to take a family on a tight budget. The covered pool is amazing. Movies at night pool lit up, so sweet! The staff are super friendly. Check in was fast! Our room had two beds and a pull out sofa bed, with small fridge and microwave. Clean bedding, room had comfortable blankets. Tile floors slippery when wet though!! Housekeeping could clean under the beds better, anytime i go to a hotel i always check for critters. Found lots of dirt. I'm sure its hard to keep up with though ad the resort is huge! 5 stars for sure tho.

I was there at the end of August 2019. The room was just okay, everything was old, the bathroom pipes made loud noises every time we used the plumbing. The walls were paper thin and they would drill in the other room while we were trying to sleep. Maid service just knocked and entered several times, no respect for the do not disturb sign. My credit card was stolen right off the counter. After two days the water in the tub wouldn't go down properly. We were placed far from everything which was quite annoying considering we were there for a full week. When I asked to be upgraded due to all of the above, they said the only difference would be a pull-out sofa. While it wasn't horrible, and the location itself was decent. I would not stay there again with my family.

The amenities available were terrific. Two pools, one covered, one open with barside. Courtyards. They offered a playground, a tennis court, volleyball nets, soccer field, among other things.The landscaping was nice. A restaurant, buffet style. The staff were informative and friendly. The rooms were a good size. The beds were comfy. A/C. Refrigerator. Microwave. You can tell it's an older model that someone put some fresh paint on. It's done fairly nice. My only complaint is the room I stayed smelled like mildew and had a dampness to it. However, my friends room was fine. That's my reason for the 3 star rating. It's a low cost for a family on a budget with great amenities. But it does have some set backs.

The resort room is quite spacious and updated. I love that there are two sinks, one is outside of the actual bathroom so two people can get ready at the same time. The covered pool was great! The restaurant is only serving breakfast for take out right now, but it was delicious and adequately priced. All the staff members were nice.

I’ve been a regular guest here because the convenience of being close to Universal and the nice pool make it unbeatable. While some rooms could use a little extra care, others are in great shape. With rates often under $100, even during high peak times, prices are still worth it. However, this stay was different, and I’d like to address a specific experience. We requested a late checkout at 3 a.m., but the gentleman at the front desk asked us to call back after 7 a.m. We did so at 7:15 a.m., but the front desk representative who answered seemed to have an attitude, though she did grant the late checkout. Throughout the morning, though, we were interrupted several times with knocks at the door and calls to re-confirm the late checkout. When we answered, the same team member seemed more focused on lecturing us on the “correct” way to request a late checkout. At checkout, we explained the situation, and the front desk agent—who was also the one on the morning call—appeared ready to argue until the manager intervened and simply said, ‘You got your late checkout, don’t worry and bye now.’ While I appreciate the accommodation, the interaction wasn’t ideal, and I hope they work on handling guest requests more smoothly. Despite this, I still love the property; the food at The Table and the breakfast options are fantastic.

My stay here was very short, 1130pm to 830 am. The room was adequate. Pool looks nice. I would have given a higher rating, but the fact that there is no drinking water anywhere, free or to purchase is unbelievable! I flew into town for an event at Universal. After 4 hours at the park I figured I'd be able to find water at the hotel. Nope! Had to settle for the soda machine that dispensed only Pepsi soft drink products. So bring your own water or be happy with Pepsi!

After reviewing various reviews of this hotel, I can confirm that guest experiences vary considerably. In my case, the staff showed a high level of friendliness and realizing our tiredness, allowed us to check-in early. The rooms were in an excellent state of cleanliness, with a pleasant aroma of cleaning products. Additionally, they were well equipped with a safe, refrigerator, and iron, and the privacy curtains worked adequately. The location can't be beat, especially with the shuttle service to the Universal Studios theme park. My only recommendation would be the addition of a microwave in the rooms, but considering the price, the hotel offers very good value for money.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was a great stay especially for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. We felt very safe here. We liked how close it was to all of the main attractions in the area. It was just a short drive to the Disney parks. We would stay here again!

Stayed in a Executive home plus and apart from it being very large (too big for what we needed) I wasn't impressed. I didnt like the very out dated decor, the water coming out of the showers smelled, the pool filter struggled to clean the pool properly so was reluctant to get in it - and if I called an engineer out and they found no problem I would be given a hefty call out charge so decided not to bother. I found the instructions to clean the towels when we leave and if possible strip the beds a piss take quiet frankly and would definitely bot stay here again. Having the groundsmen whizzing around the house at 8.45am cutting the grass was also unreasonable as these are holiday homes and many people are not up early because they are on HOLIDAY! The main bedroom mattress didnt fit the bed so we were forever loosing our pillows down the back of the mattress and they say they take an inventory of the property but don't have the decency of leaving us a copy as residents could be fleeced with no leg to stand on! Bot my idea of a luxury holiday that I am uaes too. Think I will stick to my 5 star hotels !

My partner and I had a great stay at this location. The hotel itself is a little rough around the edges, but it had everything we needed for our stay. It’s conveniently located to restaurants, gift shops and other amusement attractions - including Universal Studios! The rooms are a little out dated but it was spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable and the service was excellent. For the price, it is a great stay.

Honestly the best hotel we've stayed at in Orlando. The price, location, cleanliness was on point. Plus there's a great arcade across the street. My only recommendation is for more informative signs for the lobby/pull in. We had many Uber drivers have a hard time finding the place.

Absolutely awful experience. They messed up on check in and only charged me the security deposit so next morning I was absolutely hounded with phone calls and a security guard to go to the lobby. I was fast asleep and wanted rest. But had to interrupt my vacation and sleep to fix THEIR mess up. GREAT.

We booked this room because we wanted to spend an extra day at the parks and our on-site resort was sold out. When I booked it showed a picture of a hotel but when we arrived we were put in the "Motel" part. The room was gross. The front door didn't close all the way and the entire place smelt like a box of cigarettes. As I have asthma, I was coughing all night and had issues breathing. It was not a great stay. Also, even though it's 1 mile from the parks it is not in the nicest area.

I had to book a hotel for one night for a bus driver that said he was not positive if he would even use the room as he preferred to stay in the charter bus, but this was THE ONLY HOTEL that had the flexibility with parking such a large vehicle and who actually cared enough to check with the manager on special check in and check out times, due to the special situation. They had exceptional customer service.

Solara resort. Overall the clubhouse was nice. The food and drink were on par with what is expected at a resort. The pool was clean and appeared well maintained. The cabanas were not free but had fans and kept us out of the sun. The surf simulator was awesome. We have never used it before and always avoided it due to the price. After talking with the staff they had some pretty great deals. The staff includes one of the world champions of surf simulator riding. We managed to have everyone in the group up and surfing in no time. That includes children as young as 7 and grandma at 70+. If you stay at Solara make the trip up to the surf simulator, 10 rides is worth the 50$.

This is a beautiful resort. The homes are beautiful and spacious. Parking at the homes is minimal. You may have a one car garage or two. There is no parking on the grass. The resort has two areas of housing, the main resort and additional housing across the street. We were across the street and drove to the club house area and big swimming pool and kiddie pool. Overall, it's a great stay!

Our family enjoyed the clubhouse. I stayed in the kids pool side with our 2 year old. So nice to have that area where she could walk freely without a floatie on since it was shallow. The water slides and sprayers were fun for her too. Also enjoyed some adult beverages while out there. Another family member went to the restaurant and said it was good.

Great place for a vacation. Many different outdoor pools. Wave and splash pool as well. Private spa pool in the townhouse. Big rooms. Game room in the unit. Kids love it.

The pool was amazing! Kids had a splash pool which was perfect especially for my 1 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter. They had a blast and were able to stand in the water and walk all around the pool
