The apartment is spacious but very old and poorly maintained. Renovation is needed. The apartment door was broken, the cleanliness needs improvement.
, and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms—only in the living room. Staying in the area around the building was unpleasant in the evening hours.
The front desk staff were very nice during our stay, but about an hour and a half after we left, we realized we had forgotten medical equipment in the room and tried to get their help. It was almost impossible to reach them by phone, and when we finally did, they were not really helpful despite the urgency and importance of the matter. We had to take a taxi from the airport back to the apartment and found the medical equipment just moments before it was about to be thrown away. In hindsight, it turned out that they could have helped but simply chose not to.

We stayed for 3 nights as a family in a 2-bedroom apartment (one of them a suite). The floor was extremely dirty — our socks turned black from walking around in minutes. The fabric sofa looked very old and worn out. The kitchen water was white and cloudy, so we couldn’t use it for anything. The bed sheets were dirty around the edges, and the curtain was torn.
There weren’t enough utensils for the 4 of us, and there was nothing to cover the dining table. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the master bed, which had a hole in the mattress.
The pool area was nice, but there were people eating and drinking inside it. The restaurant served decent food for a fair price, but that’s about the only positive thing.
On our last day, a Friday, they started pressure washing the floor of Building B (where we were staying) at 8 a.m. The noise was extremely loud, and since there were no soundproof windows, everyone woke up immediately.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone — especially in a city like Orlando, where there are so many better options. We paid a low rate, but it was not worth it. I couldn’t wait to leave. By the end of our stay, I honestly felt disgusted and had to wear shoes all the time inside the apartment.

We stayed for 3 nights in building D, room 606, 2-bedroom suite.
Positive: room was big with a full kitchen and a large dining room table which accommodated 6 people. 2 pools and a hot tub. Towels and chairs were available for use. Good location to Disney
Negative: no water pressure in showers (that was the worst for me after a full day on the go, one needs a good shower). The light outlet in primary bedroom did nor work. The dishwasher needed to be replaced. Room can be updated.

I found this place 5 years ago on my 1st trip to Orlando. I've been back to Orlando every year for HHN ever since. Been staying at different resorts but found my way back to this one. Yes, there are newer properties but they are all half the size of Floridays.
On to the review. I was skeptical because of a few negative reviews. But I was happy to see with my own eyes how nice the property was. It's an older property but it is very well maintained. My room was immaculate and I went looking for issues. Couldn't find any. The grounds are very resort style and the location was central to everything Orlando. The best bonus is the room size. Not much in Orlando with this much SF other than and air B&B. Very nice place and I'm glad I tried it again.

Great place! Will definitely be back ,We spent 4 days here with several 3 bedroom options (12 of us) they were very roomy and clean, pools are great so was the bar and restaurant café staff! We will probably come back and just stay here a week or so next time if we don't do a cruise as well!
