Great condo hotel, very spacious! We didn't want to be crammed into a small hotel room with no kitchen at a Disney or Universal hotel. We like our own space and Floriday's was great. We had a huge two bedroom with two bathrooms and plenty of room, the washer & dryer was such a great extra. The condo was clean and modern. I just wish we were closer to the pool and restaurant and not so far away from the amenities. My only complaint... I requested additional towels and toilet paper through the link they sent me. It said they were delivered to the room but they were not. The property was clean and maintained nicely, we felt safe there. We were 25 minute ride with traffic from Universal, so fairly close. The property was quiet at night and peaceful. We would definitely stay again.

Rooms were great for our family but the walls are super thin so we were kept up late and woken up throughout the night. Pool was great! Service was horrible if you use the shuttle be sure to get a receipt from the taxi service that ends picking you up cause no shuttle came to pick us up after along day and concierge and front desk was absolutely no help on getting a refund unless you had a receipt from a taxi. Overall give this resort a 3.

Great location and the layout of the suite and the space was great. However, this place really needs to be updated. I was in building F. Both elevators smelled like urine, likely from pets. Not a great start. The suite itself looked OK but we continued to discover things that just made the overall place feel cheap. Specifically, the microwave display was broken, dead light bulbs, the bed in the primary bedroom was sagging in the middle, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, the water was not hot, and the bathtub in the second room had several spots on the tub floor and my kids would not shower in there. None of these things were bad enough for us to leave but I paid a pretty penny for what is supposed to be 4 star hotel and it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Lastly, I received several emails from them before my trip to upgrade my experience. I chose an upgrade but never got confirmation of it nor did I receive it upon arrival. Definitely not the level of service or attention to detail that one would expect from a 4 star resort. Set your expectations accordingly.

Check in was stress free, very friendly staff.
The suite was clean, tidy and suitably spacious. Beds were large and comfortable. Bathrooms well equipped and all necessary equipment worked well. The kitchen was lacking in pots and pans, but, we mentioned this to the reception staff and within the hour plenty of brand new equipment was delivered to the room (big plus right there).....also (being British) the lack of a kettle was disturbing but , again, we mentioned it at reception and one was delivered quick smart.
The pools were well looked after and big. Plenty of seating and lots of towels. Would have spent a lot more time in them had the weather been a little more pool-friendly (chilly breeze).
It's location, in relation to the main parks, was good. We didn't use the available transport as we utilised the Lyft app as we wanted to do things at our speed/timetable.
Overall, a clean, tidy Hotel with good amenities. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
