The staff are the absolute best! This is by far the most welcomed we have felt on our entire trip. From the moment we got there to the moment we left everyone was friendly, greeted us with a smile everytime and offered to help in any way possible. Have genuinely never had this good of service staying on any other disney resort or disney area hotel. Outstanding custoner service from everyone.

A warm welcome from the very first evening with attentive staff. The room staff were impeccable, the cleanliness was impeccable throughout, and the location was ideal, just a 4-minute walk from Disney Springs. Add to that the smiles and efficiency of the snack bar staff, the friendly atmosphere at the pool bar, and a top-notch pool for relaxing... everything was there for a perfect stay!

Checked in on Oct 1 for two nights. The recently refurbished lobby was welcoming but it went downhill from there when they wanted to charge us $30 per day to park when all the current web information stated $25. It’s not the $5 bucks, but they should be consistent and timely. They finally did adjust the fee at the end. Room 1080 is on the ground floor near the pool, no problem there, but the rooms are old and small and although recently refreshed, not refurbished, there is only so much “lip stick you can put on a pig”, as the saying goes. The carpets felt old and dirty, and would have preferred some easy to clean tile / plank product, especially with kids and the pool. Went to put away our valuables in a safe that would not work, okay still livable. Went to plug in a charger or two in outlets that would not hold the plug in place, it’s only a couple of nights, still livable.
Now to be fair, the room was as clean as it could be and the bedding freshly made and comfortable. We were two adults their to shower and sleep maybe 6 hours a night before early admission to the parks. The hotel did provide an excellent and timely shuttle service. The room felt very humid, everything felt cold and damp, probably around at least 70% humidity level. Turning the A/C colder just made the problem worse as it was blowing cold moist air, even on the fan only mode. By this time we were too tired to complain and managed for the two nights.
So after the first chilly and moist night, a hot shower would have been nice, didn’t happen. For the entire stay the water was barely warm, even after 10 minutes with water pressure that was almost non existent, a 70 year old man with an enlarged prostate can urinate with more pressure, no seriously. Also, be aware that the shower head is approximately 5 feet high so for those that are tall…, and there is no handheld sprayer for convenience or to hose down the kids.
I’d give it one star except it being kinda clean and it’s location. Don’t understand all the positive reviews.

Older rooms are just OK. Very clean. People at the front desk are not very friendly which is a bummer, being excited to be at Disney! A friendly greeting is not hard to do. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers is horrible. If you need conditioner to detangle, bring g your own! Great location just across the street from Disney Springs. Pool and Bar staff were amazing! Overall, we had a great time!

Although the location was very convient and the staff was very friendly. The room was bad. When we first arrived it felt as if the sheets were not finished drying and quickly realized the whole room was Dewey/humid. Even the carpet felt wet. Even after turning the AC low, it did not help at all. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room, that one was in the same condition. But with a 14 month old it was already late and she was sleeping so we decided to stay the night. We had to end up going to Walmart and buying a fan to help and got us through the night. We also realized that the fridge in the new room was not working where I had milk stored for my toddler, good thing we had a cooler with us. I honestly don’t know if other people were not complaining about the humidity in the rooms. I had pre booked the same hotel before we had arrived for the following weekend and quickly canceled my booking after this. We ended up staying at the holiday inn the following weekend. It was just down the street and it was a much better experience with clean rooms and bigger ones at that.i have never had an experience like this before.
