If you’re looking for a more affordable yet still very Disney-friendly experience, this is the place! With shuttles every hour to and from all four parks and a 5 minute walk into Disney springs, you are sure to have an ease of access to everything for your vacation. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, patient too! They also took the effort to remember us and riff with us later. And while it is no Disney World resort hotel, it is still a resort with a nice big pool, hot tub, convenience store, and you get early entry into all the parks! I saw some less than positive reviews when I booked months ago and was anxious to see what I had gotten myself into, but it was honestly perfect.

The best off Disney property I have ever stayed at. Location was great, being so close to Epcot and Hollywood studios and a short walk to Disney springs. It was helpful knowing when the buses were coming and going with the online registration for them.
The staff were so helpful and service with a smile!
Very clean rooms and property

Can’t beat the location, minutes from Disney Springs. The rooms are outdated, more of a motel style. The rooms don’t get colder than 68 and feels humid. Mold in the shower under the soap dishes. They only give you sheets for bedding, and the bed could be more comfortable. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating! Didn’t enjoy the food at The Oasis, the falafel and wings were both bad, and expensive. The arcade is a rip off, they gave us credits which was so nice, but each game so so many credits. Loved the location and staff but probably wouldn’t come back.

Watch OUT! This is a bait & switch hotel! AND all the manager kept saying was “THIS IS A PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTY!” Well it’s still a Wyndham name & trademark..so the standards SHOULD still be the same!
I received my credit card statement and I quickly called the resort. Thinking it was an oversight, I called Member Services, the front desk and first spoke to a young lady who said they couldn’t adjust the charge. Then I asked to speak to the manager whose name was Danilo, again was not helpful in removing the charges as I was previously told it would be adjusted at check in. guess what The bill was not adjusted. A real shame, because it really liked the hotel, room service, housekeeping and the bell man. Our room was clean with a nice view. Surely, it is not the twenty five dollars a night that pisses me off ( even thought all their extra fees are ridiculous.. $35 resort fee?? FOR WHAT the pool? , it is the idea they do not want to make a situation right for their guests. As I thought about it, it dawned on me that disabled drivers should not be charged at all for parking considering the insurmountable incline for self parking that presents a barrier to disabled drivers. We won't be back, and truly that’s unfortunate as we’re Florida residents & Wyndham rewards members.

Wow, where do I start? Horrible sounds right. I checked in on the 31st of Jan around 6-8pm. I got to the desk, the front desk was not friendly. No one told me of a $40 dollar service fee. For what? That was sneaky and slimy to do on the night of check in. I wasn’t told of the amenities. Happen to ask about the breakfast. Wasn’t told I have to pay for that ether. Wasn’t told there was a shuttle to the parks. I just happen to find that out. My sister had to tell me about the early access to the park. Like what the actual hell kind of staff is this? I wasn’t told about anything and the actual stuff didn’t want to be bothered or talked to. Get another job if dealing with guest is such a hassle. I was polite and respectful. It wasn’t like I came with an attitude but worker wise, everyone here hates you and clearly doesn’t want to be there. Location was the best thing here. Staff is trash. Never had such a crappy experience where the only problem was the staff.
