The last time I stayed I felt was a better experience. I chose this hotel so we could walk to the springs which is super convenient with this hotel. However, I was told fees went up. I get that is a part of doing business but typically there is a benefit for the guests when prices go up to make it worth the xtra expense. It doesn’t make sense to be charged more for parking and a resort when there have been no improvements or additional amenities. He gate code they gave me didn’t work and I had to go back which was inconvenient. There are no microwave in the rooms, the TVs are old and the remotes barely work, there are no complimentary waters in the rooms, no complimentary breakfast. Many hotels offer this that charge the same amount. I will say the jacuzzi is the best thing. Especially after a long day at the park. The food we ordered from the bar around 9:30pm was actually really good. We got several apps to share. It was not busy but it took over an hour to get our food. No one said anything to us and we did not get spoken to by the manager or anything. The bartender was trying to do a million things on his own and was apologetic. Our room door didn’t lock when we left to check out. We found a house keeper and she said it happened often. We got nervous that our door was unlocked all night but no way to confirm. Little details help make or break a hotel and from what the staff hinted at, seems like they are taking more things away from the consumer and charging more for their own benefit. It’s business I get it, but for a busy hotel that is not losing business, I feel there is a middle ground. Hopefully, if we go another time we go it will be different.

Stayed in a Garden room. Great value. Would stay here again. Great service, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely pool, awesome location. The 24/7 lobby grab and go store was very convenient. Coffee at counter was very good. Walking bridge just next to the hotel to Disney Springs was one of the best reasons to stay here. Plus, you can register for free bus rides from the front of the hotel to and from the parks.

We just stayed one night but wanted close proximity to Disney Springs and this did not disappoint. And while we didn’t use the shuttle to the parks this time, it was nice knowing that was an option. Price was great. We didn’t see the pool area but the bathroom was basic but clean the grout, which I always notice was white! Sheets were clean as were pillowcases. No frill but just what we needed. Staff were pleasant and so was the bellhop wait in outside. Loaded our luggage for Lyft and opened our doors- love that little extra service! Joffreys coffee is in the lobby if you’re a coffee drinker but also has a coffee maker in the room, safe and rather large mini fridge which was a surprise. Will definitely stay here again due to cleanliness, proximity and price!

I would rate my stay here as 'satisfactory'. It has all your basic needs for a short stay at an ok price.
My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights with a king bed, basic room. It was clean and simple. Bed and pillows were fairly comfortable and were provided a few extra pillows in storage. Thin basic sheets were just ok.
The only complaints that I have that I have also read in other reviews is that the walls were very thin, you could easily hear other people's conversations
We kept the TV on, which kinda helped. Keep that in mind if you get disruptive neighbors like us early in the AM. Manager said they are 24/7 and said we could have called for any issues so keep that in mind.
The shower/tub in our room was very small and kinda narrow. There was a cotton shower curtain but not a shower liner, which made it difficult to shower without making a mess. Couldn't keep it outside the shower because it would spray everywhere.. Couldn't keep it on the inside. It would get drenched and would stick to me, which was super annoying.
✅️The buffet was really good and had a nice variety. Exellent service. Keep in mind it's $25 per person. When we called, we were told it was $15 ..which wasnt a huge deal breaker, and we understand we probably didn't call the hotel directly it was probably a call center, so that may have caused the confusion.
✅️ within walking distance of Disney Springs
✅️Free shuttle service to Disney parks included was a plus.
Again, overall, it was satisfactory.
Simple and clean and had all the essentials.

We stayed at Wyndham garden lake for 3 nights. We arrived early in the morning, Samual has been very helpful to find a room for us to early check in. The room is motel style, but has everything you need. House keeping serves daily, and keep everything clean and nice. The pool is big and kids really enjoyed it. The onsite laundry room is very convenient. $4.5 a load paid through phone by scanning
Code. Free shuttle to Disney world and 30 minutes early entry are great perks to enjoy the theme park. I wish there is a microwave available for outside food. Overall a nice experience.
