Disappointed to say the least. A lot of minor inconveniences along the way during the entire 10 day trip that I would not expect out of a Hilton GRAND Vacations. I was on a business trip to Orlando and figured I would stay some place fun. The room was not properly cleaned prior to checking in, I found clumps of hair in the closet and bathroom as well as trash and fake rose petals all over the room in places they decided not to vacuum/sweep- inside the closet, around the base of the bed, etc. I let them know but I was never contacted by management or offered a clean room- just an apology text message. I was missing the bathmat as well and had to request it. Staff rides around on golf carts all over the property and will cut you off or pull out in front of you when trying to get to your room. They do not seem to respect the guests. My microwave was too big for the shelf and would fall over on me when used. The walls are incredibly thin and I could hear all conversations being had in the rooms right next to mine. The rooms have exterior hallways which would be fine if the door sealed, I could see outside the room under the door and had all kinds of bugs coming in. This is a gated property but my room was solicited 3 times during a 10 day stay from different restaurants- one that even said "Don't waste money on hotel food". I ate at the restaurant on site one night but my food wasn't hot, cheese wasn't even melted but it was still somehow soggy. I would suggest looking elsewhere. To top it off, you do not receive any points for staying here

I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacation Club SeaWorld and had a fantastic experience, particularly with the hotel’s check-in service. From the moment I arrived, Genesis, the front desk agent was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was swift and efficient, which was especially appreciated after a long day.
The rooms feel just like the motto, " you're home" The bed is comfortable. The facilities and location of the hotel is perfect.
The efficiency, friendliness, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for excellent service from the start of their stay.

Our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club SeaWorld Orlando had a few positives but was largely disappointing due to the service. The check-in process was excessively slow, even though there were several counters open. Staff members seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than helping guests, making the wait frustrating.
The rooms were decent, but what stood out was an incident that left a bad taste. We had booked two rooms but were given only two complimentary water bottles. When we requested two additional bottles, a staff member with pink specks on her glasses (the lady at the corner desk) responded with a rude attitude, insisting we had to buy them from the marketplace. This is not the level of service we expect from Hilton, especially given the supposed policy on providing basic amenities like water. Such a petty reaction over water bottles really soured our experience.
On the plus side, the staff outside the main building were courteous and professional. However, the hotel restaurant near the pool served very average food—not what you’d expect at a resort like this. For anyone staying here, I’d recommend heading to the nearby 7-Eleven instead for better options.
Overall, this place has potential, but the poor service and subpar dining options made it a disappointing stay. We expected more from a Hilton property, especially given the premium price.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! So convenient to all the local parks, and so much to do at the resort while still being able to relax. You can be as laid back or as activity-packed as you want to make it. Loved the service, especially the bellhop ride service to and from buildings. We could walk the whole thing, but the rides are very convenient

The room and cleanliness were awesome. We loved the room and enjoyed our Disney World vacation there. It takes less than a 30-minute drive to Disney World, making it super convenient. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!
