This place was very nice and the pools are fun. I just want to send a note to all that will see this and hope it helps - they do not have pack n play sheets. Bring your own if you plan on using their pack n plays.
I was a little nervous wrapping a flat sheet around the mattress as we do our very best to follow safe sleep guidelines.
Everything else was great!

We arrived very weary after 24 hours of travel at 5am. The staff were so accommodating, helping us get into our rooms quickly and even loading us and our stuff on the golf cart to take us to our building. The rooms were lovely, very clean. The grounds are beautiful and very comfortable. Only wish the office/restaurant was in the middle of the buildings instead at the opposite end from our room! Loved the pools, hot tubs, pond. Heads up this is a timeshare community, so depending on how you book you may have to sit through a presentation. Probably worth it though.

Update: This hotel offered 4 complimentary bottles of water to compensate for ruining the birthday. As if that wasn't bad enough, we go to redeem it and the store informs us it "has to be the cheap ones" (laughable right?) While we were going through our ordeal, there were at least 15-20 other people in the lobby with similar experiences. Never been through something like this at any hotel or even motel anywhere. Many others saying the same. Even the lady in the lobby was rude and dismissive when people asked her questions (she had long hair and acted as a greeter, but never even a smile). Super unpleasant. There is nothing this hotel could do to ever convince us to return. We didn't even get to use our SeaWorld passes because of how long they delayed us and how late they ran. Hotel itself is very run down.
Here to celebrate our son's birthday. Check-in protocols not followed. Called ahead to confirm priority check-in, waited over 2hrs and counting after a 3.5 drive and they are running 30 minutes behind regular check-in. I wish we had read all the other reviews before booking, this seems to be a trend at this location.

Conveniently located near SeaWorld and Discovery Cove this resort offers several unique room options that easily accommodate larger groups. Our stay in a two bedroom suite was short but we are glad we explored this location.
Room: 2 bedroom suite offers a master suite with connected bathroom and laundry area, second bedroom has 2 full size beds, desk area, and connect bath. Living room and kitchen area have dining table and are stocked with the essentials.
Amenities of this location include 2 pools, hot tub, splash pad area, “kids club” and what appeared to be 2 dining choices. We did not eat on site but the areas seemed busy and like a crowd pleaser. There was also a nice shaded playground area.
For the price and convenience of this location we will stay here again when we have plans in this area.

Our first time staying here. Room was supposed to be ready at 4:00 pm, had to wait another 40 minutes before we could check in. Air wasn’t working but was fixed very quickly! They came back the next day to double check it was still working. Pools were nice, however I wish there was a more convenient way of reserving the pool chairs. The link they send you is just a PDF and doesn’t work for reservations. It’s within walking distance to SeaWorld and they also offer a shuttle. We did both. Very convenient and better than paying to park and still having to walk.
