All in all it wasn't the best experience we've had at this hotel. We stayed here a few years ago and they were quite accommodating at that time. The front desk staff was pleasant enough. The room was pretty clean. I don't care for a screened balcony. And we did not get bothered by time share people. I would have rated 3 stars but the front desk girl accommodated us by allowing for a noon check out which was nice. Water quality is not the best to much chlorine. Hot shower was great.

This was one of our first Hilton stays in quite some time. Our main goal was a couples retreat with some needed rest and relaxation. The resort is decent and the pool next to our building was great for our needs.
The biggest issue was the very poor quality mattress in our room. The bed was old with two deep impressions where people have laid. It was clear that it hadn't been replaced nor rotated when it should have. We brought it up to the staff after two uncomfortable nights and they brought in a mattress pad.
That didn't fix the problem and when we spoke with them next they basically said this was the "standard Hilton bed" which really put a sour opinion about Hilton. They basically said there wasn't anything else they could do. We made it through our stay by using 5 pillows each. :)
Its clear that management really doesn't prioritize comfort nor have any tools or plans to help those that get an old bed.

Great place to stay as a single, couple or family, we had a great experience. I didn't have time to turn all lights on as it was late and everyone anxious to get inside unit, that's why some photos are a bit dark.
We had a 2 bedroom suite as we had 5 people in our party. The size was great, in addition to the comfort and amenities. Everything was, very clean and well equipped. Kitchen has all kitchen ware needed, and full size appliances. Included dishwasher tabs, dish soap, garbage bags and more. Suite equipped with washer and dryer, hair dryer, tv in living room and each bedroom, and had two screened in balconies, one off smaller bedroom and one joint with living room and master suite. Smaller bedroom had small but good bathroom and small kitchenette, master bedroom had huge tub and sink and access to other bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. No challenges with WiFi, I worked one day from this suite without challenge.
Facility has two great pools, a wading pool good for young children, 3 hot tubs, a gym, a restaurant by the pool, we ordered food one night and took it to our room, it was good and prices not bad.
Parking included, you just need to find a spot, which we did, but when busy, might be a bit tricky.
Housekeeping staff friendly and did what I requested, despite having to use a translation app.
It's key card gated place, with security at the gate, which I think is good.
We attended the sales presentation at the other location which was about a 10 minute drive away.
Thank you for a very nice place to stay while we enjoyed our 5 nights.

The room was spectacular! Will definitely come back. I was there with my best friends, one of them being an owner. Wish rooms would have bars in the bathrooms just so we can grab on to something as we get out of the slippery tub. Not handicapped but it helps us to be safe. My room, the lamp table plug-ins, did not work, which sucked because I wanted my phone next to and couldn't because of this. Power went out one night while we stayed there. Not the resorts fault, but you guys didn't cone around to make sure your guests were alright and check to see if we were OK. We were on the 6th floor and no way were we going to go down six flights of stairs. Now, the resort did send someone around to deliver flyers, letting us know about the emergency alarm testing that is going to be done Thursday. No information was given at the time. Then my friend ran to ask the person for updates. They said they would be back with glow sticks for us. Thankfully, the power came back on after an hour a half to 2 hours. Never was told what happened. Like I said I would for sure come back. Just hope power doesn't go out again. :)

This is a very nice property and we’ve been here several times. The location is great and has a lot of great amenities. The property is nicely maintained for its age. The unit we stayed in recently was comfortable and well stocked. The only complaint that I had was that the unit we stayed in really needed a good dusting and the floors needed a good scrubbing. Other than this it was a pleasant stay.
