We stayed there at a suite and individual studios, the place is clean, room, kitchen area, washroom, common area, pool, parking and club house is great. The hospitality is good. Parking is free which is a big plus and there is shuttle to seaworld for free. Water is hot. Ample parking, good security.
What is not good is that the place is bit behind when it comes to maintenance. Our toilets in both rooms kept running throughout night keeping us awake. The washroom exhaust or shower run with loud noise.
Overall, good experience that could have been better with maintenance and proper care.

Words cannot describe the wonderful place this is. The workout room was very nice ,the pools were clean and fantastic. The carry out food was very tasty. The little store had things I forgot to pack when I left home. the people at the desk were so kind and helpful.

Disappointed to say the least. A lot of minor inconveniences along the way during the entire 10 day trip that I would not expect out of a Hilton GRAND Vacations. I was on a business trip to Orlando and figured I would stay some place fun. The room was not properly cleaned prior to checking in, I found clumps of hair in the closet and bathroom as well as trash and fake rose petals all over the room in places they decided not to vacuum/sweep- inside the closet, around the base of the bed, etc. I let them know but I was never contacted by management or offered a clean room- just an apology text message. I was missing the bathmat as well and had to request it. Staff rides around on golf carts all over the property and will cut you off or pull out in front of you when trying to get to your room. They do not seem to respect the guests. My microwave was too big for the shelf and would fall over on me when used. The walls are incredibly thin and I could hear all conversations being had in the rooms right next to mine. The rooms have exterior hallways which would be fine if the door sealed, I could see outside the room under the door and had all kinds of bugs coming in. This is a gated property but my room was solicited 3 times during a 10 day stay from different restaurants- one that even said "Don't waste money on hotel food". I ate at the restaurant on site one night but my food wasn't hot, cheese wasn't even melted but it was still somehow soggy. I would suggest looking elsewhere. To top it off, you do not receive any points for staying here

This is a very nice property and we’ve been here several times. The location is great and has a lot of great amenities. The property is nicely maintained for its age. The unit we stayed in recently was comfortable and well stocked. The only complaint that I had was that the unit we stayed in really needed a good dusting and the floors needed a good scrubbing. Other than this it was a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacation Club SeaWorld and had a fantastic experience, particularly with the hotel’s check-in service. From the moment I arrived, Genesis, the front desk agent was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was swift and efficient, which was especially appreciated after a long day.
The rooms feel just like the motto, " you're home" The bed is comfortable. The facilities and location of the hotel is perfect.
The efficiency, friendliness, and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for excellent service from the start of their stay.
