I had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Lake Buena Vista! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near all the attractions. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. Luis at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff these days. I highly recommend this hotel, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Luis, for making our vacation even more special!

Felt very safe here, close to restaurants and shopping, nice paths to walk, clean. We had a nice, spacious room on a high floor with great view but a little loud on the highway side. Also room got cold pretty quickly if heat wasn’t on. Hopefully it was just our room and has since been fixed, but the heater was very loud when it kicked on.

This hotel is in a great location and I thought the price per night was reasonable. It doesn’t take long via car or other transportation to get to any of the main Disney Parks. It’s also close to main highways and about 20-25 mins from the MCO airport. It is within walking distance to Disney Springs and some tower rooms have an awesome view of the Epcot fireworks. Pool area is very nice too. If you want a basic room to land in when you are visiting the parks, this is your place. If you want something luxurious and updated, you will be unhappy. While this isn’t the shiniest of hotel gems in the area, it is clean and comfortable and the staff is wonderful. It just may be time for an overall room refresh. We would stay here again.

We stayed there from 1/8/2025 to 1/11/2025. We were quite happy with their service. Breakfast was elaborate. Complimentary coffee was open in the morning and chocolate drink with cookies in the afternoon. The location is just 10 mins walking from the very happening Disney Springs . The best part is the immaculate service and their response to telephone calls for any assistance.Highly recommended!!

Truly wonderful holiday stay at this property! As Diamonds, we have stayed at many IHG properties around the world. The staff at this hotel really pushed our experience over the edge. Some of the best we’ve interacted with! Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and patient with small kids. Service was prompt and kind. While the hotel is older, the rooms and common spaces were very clean. The pool was perfect for small kids, and the breakfast was filling (and complete with Mickey waffles). The morning Disney shuttle was exactly in time and very easy to navigate. The evening shuttle was not on time, so we ended up taking a Lyft (very worth the $18). Aside from that very small blip, I would rate our experience 10/10. Looking forward to staying at this property again!
