I cannot begin to say how impressed I was with the amazing staff and hotel accommodations during my stay. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I have never received real-time text messages from a hotel that checked on their guests prior to their check-in time. The ambience was modern, tranquil and the room was very clean. My family loved the smart tablet features and chatting with Relay the robot! The staff also sent me a birthday that they signed. On my next visit, I will be sure to check out the rooftop bar and play the cool games near the pool. Aventura is just a wonderful place to stay! ❤️❤️

My husband & I were very pleased with this hotel. It was modern & sleek & offered a variety of food options during our stay. We took their shuttle to Universal which saved us money on parking. The room was very clean & seemed new! Staff treated us wonderfully & felt like friends. Overall a wonderful experience.

We booked a king size suite at your hotel for 01-18-25 - 01-20-25
When we arrived we were informed that the king suite we booked is not available and we had been demoted to a queen room with two beds. We specifically booked the king bed and did not get what we received. When we arrived to our room immediately we noticed several things broken and not working. The TV would keep shutting off on us and freezing while watching it. For the duration of our stay the TV never worked properly. The phone was also not working in the room. And the shower door was making a horrible
Noise when using it (please see attached video of the shower door noise). We called
The front desk they apologized and said they would send engineering. Engineering tried to switch out our TV which they actually did 4
Times. All the TVS still never worked at all. The manager at the front desk Monique was not able to fully fix the issue which made our stay feel very disappointing. We have been coming to Universal resorts for years every year we enjoy coming to the parks and staying at one of the nice resorts Universal has to offer. Our stay at Aventura Hotel was the worst stay we have ever had in Universal and we will not be coming back ever or recommending this resort to any of our friends who frequent the Universal parks with their children and us.

Nice enough experience at this Universal Hotel. Proximity to Universal parks is great. Garage parking is great and accessible from the inside of the hotel. Rooms were clean enough and plenty of storage space, but no real sitting area besides a desk space and chairs, but the regular rooms are not advertised as suites, so that should be expected. We had the kids suite with connecting queen room and it was plenty of space for our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 kids ages 3-14. This resort does not have an actual arcade, but some games out by the pool area and there’s no planned activities for kids like in other resorts, so something to keep in mind if traveling with younger kids. We don’t typically care for these offerings, but again, just an FYI. Most of the staff was nice. No one was rude necessarily, but some just seemed as if they’d rather be elsewhere. Starbucks was usually very busy, but staff works fast and all my orders were correct and taste was good. Overall rated my stay 8/10. One last note: I wish the Universal Hotels offered free or discounted parking at the parks. Traveling with younger kids and a stroller, it’s much easier to drive our own car than use the bus or boat taxi options and we had to pay the $32 parking every day we went to the parks.

We LOVED our stay here. Family of four including a 6 & 8 year old. It was perfect. The walking path was an excellent way to get to the parks each day. Starbucks was downstairs! Robots came to deliver items needed at the room quickly and efficiently. The service from the front desk to check in, getting my park tickets, checking in during the week through text, and a simple check out was all outstanding. Highly recommend!
