Disney’s Pop Century Resort

Stayed at Pop Century for 15 nights January/February. Resort is clean and well maintained. Food hall is standard quick service with a limited selection of food. Seating area can get very crowded. If you need a gluten free diet be prepared to eat burgers ,chicken strips, salmon and rice or a really terrible cauliflower crust pizza. Resort is connected to Epcot and Hollywood Studios by the skyline with buses to other areas. Skyline was the only option to get to these 2 parks so if you don't like heights or small spaces be prepared to take 2 buses to get around. Rooms are what you expect but unfortunately don't expect it to be properly cleaned. Cleaning staff for rooms do the absolute minimum. Sheets never changed, towels changed about every third clean and floor sort of swept twice. See photo of under the bed. If you are planning staying at this resort I strongly recommend you stay at the All Stars Music or Movies. They are cheaper and better.

Great value. Easy bus or sky liner to any park. Only clean the room every other day which normally I wouldn't care about but when we returned at 3 PM after being gone all day the room still wasn't cleaned, by the time they showed up my toddler was napping. Fast forward another hour someone else shows up to do a room check? I travel for work and didn't know what she was talking about. I told her now wasn't a good time a kid was sleeping. She kept me at the door asking when was a good time to come back I said not at all (we were checking out the next morning at this point I didn't need anything) she said she had to how about 6 PM I said if they have to they showed back up at 6 PM and had to enter while I was showering - not sure how thats safe. I did some reading afterwards that it's a safety precaution but considering they blew their chance to do it while I was out of the room all day the two days we stayed I was highly annoyed they insisted on doing it while we were using the room to sleep and get ready. The pools looked good but we didn't use them. They had a food court, not a restaurant, which was actually very convenient for two small kids after a long day at the parks. Overall I would recommend it, good value.

I stayed at this resort with my husband and 4-year-old daughter. It was our first time going to Disney World and we picked Pop Century based on other reviews. It did not disappoint. There's massive statues of Disney characters (Lady & The Tramp, Mickey, etc.) and my daughter loved walking around trying to find them all. The service was great. Since it was our first time, we had tons of questions about the buses and passes. They answered our questions and even gave my daughter a "first visit" button that was awesome during the park visit. The room was clean and functional, a bit small with an active toddler but was good for what we needed (somewhere to store our stuff and sleep 🤣). Definitely recommend!

Stayed here in October for my birthday. Rode out Hurricane Milton while I was there. Room was always clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms can get a bit crowded if there are more than two adults but comfy for a solo traveler. Spent a good day and a half in the room due to park closures for the hurricane. The fridge is small if you want to store much other than a few drinks and a to go container. No microwave in the room but they might have ones if you ask. Convenient to Epcot and Hollywood Studios via the Skyliner which was a huge plus.

It's Motel 6 with a Disney logo. I'm not sure how this place has 4.5 stars on Google. The rooms are tiny. There's no daily cleaning service. You have to re-use your towels since they don't replace them. The room and amenities are so basic that it's literally Motel 6 quality everything.
