First the good, the bed is super comfortable and the rooms and property are clean. The food court is a huge bang for your buck. It’s also on the sky link and has a great splash pad for the little ones. However, the rest is all bad. The rooms are tiny but you already know that. They are missing all of the comforts of any other hotel room like basic lotion for example. Everything here, especially the team members are bottom of the barrel. Anywhere else (even tourist areas) this room would be $69 a night. This is not the Disney experience you are after, while there are some great photo ops it’s just not worth it. Keep saving or go off property.

We stayed a week at the pop century resort. The rooms were great. The food court was still under partial remodeling, so finding a table was a challenge, but that was understandable. We mobile ordered and ate in our room. Loved the skyliner!

We had our room in one of the 80's buildings, it was a smallish room, but clean and nice. The shower was great, modernized and clean. Lots of walking to get anywhere, but to be expected for the amount of rooms. Cafeteria food was average, but pricey.
Overall, good hotel for the price, being one of the "cheaper" options. On par with the similar All star resorts on property.

Recently stayed at Pop Century for 13nights, we arrived 2 days before hurricane Milton hit, could not fault the service! All staff were fantastic making sure everyone was safe & taken care of.
We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids ages 5&8) we found the room far too small, even with the Murphy bed up out of the way! Our biggest issue was housekeeping!! I don't feel they actually did any cleaning the whole time we were there, when we arrived there were stains on the bathroom walls, the floors were dirty and there was dust as if it had never been dusted. In hindsight we should have complained while there but we didn't have much time past being in the parks. Think more attention to detail is required from mousekeeping. Everything else was fantastic bar the room size.

I've stayed here before and it's about the same experience. The location on the skyline route was the main reason we chose to stay here, that and the cheaper price compared to the other options. The rooms are updated motel style rooms. Very nice rooms, however, like most value resorts, the noise from your neighbors can't be ignored, especially if they have kids. I will say I love the shower and the rain head. The larger pool here has a lot of kids and splashing going on. If you want a quieter and a lot fewer people, try the other pools, it's much better. The only downside is that they don't have a bar in the area. I enjoy staying at these types of resorts around the holiday since someI guest decorates their windows and doors. Our neighbor had Jack Skeleton on their, and I loved it.
