I came for a Thespian festival, so I didn’t get a chance to stay in a room. But I’m sure they are lovely. The bathrooms were also well kept and didn’t smell like your regular outhouse. However, the Starbucks located there wasn’t exceptional. They got my comrades names quite wrong and there was a hair in one of the sandwiches.

This is my second time staying at the Hyatt regency Orlando. The location is fantastic. There are several restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself has several restaurants as well as a convenience store. Overall, the restaurants are very well priced and affordable. The rooms are very nice and clean. There are two different pool areas and activities for children. The meeting rooms and conference accommodations are spacious and open to the outdoors. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the parking is a couple blocks from the front door. I would recommend dropping your luggage off with a friend at the front door, then parking and walking back to the lobby.

Attended our university's bowl game and the hotel was decked out accordingly, making it a very fun atmosphere. Our room was great, location worked well, and getting from and to the airport was a breeze. The pool was vast and relaxed, the spa was outstanding... Hard to have anything but superlatives for this, property.

The room was a nice size with king bed. There was a fridge and coffee pot. Either worked. The house keeping lady switched out ours with another rooms. It did work.
The water pressure was medium and I’ve bought better shower heads 🚿 off Amazon.
The tub floor… death trap and lawsuit waiting to happen. I twisted my ankle and bruised my knee. And that was with one foot out the tub and thank goodness for the towel bar, or I may not be here to write this today.
I stayed 3 nights paid 1400.00. My stay did include parking. But was locked in the parking garage on my last day. So I had to pay to leave, 38.00 for that day.
There are two locations for outdoor pools. That was nice.
The elevators and escalators worked sometimes. So 2 out of 4 elevators in almost every area were out. One side of the escalator worked and the walking pad to the convention as well. One side out on that, the entire stay.
If you plan on eating in the hotel, anywhere, expect to spend 25 or more per person.
B-line had great service. Waitress was the best part of the experience. Very personable and polite. Spent $16 on Mac and cheese that was undercooked noodles. And 18 on a fish sandwich I wouldn’t feed my cat.
My overall experience: overpriced for mediocrity. If your rooms go for 400 - 600 a night, and you’re located near amusement parks that are generally used by families with kids. The eateries inside your establishment should reflect the need of your main audience and be geared towards wanting them to spend money at your hotel. Not to bring a cooler of outside food or take a short walk to Dennys or red lobster.
To want to purchase a pair of sun glasses without breaking a 50.00. Because they will probably be miss placed or stepped on at the pool. True story. Missed placed a pair and someone crushed the other at the pool.
The location and the well lit parking garage, was the best part. So if you’re okay with spending this type of money for that. I say book it! If you’re not, I say check out one of the 10 or so other hotels in that area.

Excellent hotel. The best all-around hotel I have ever stayed in. Beautiful design, lobby, great bars, pool, restaurants, and shops with extended hours. The only negative was the breakfast options and menu for business meetings. You can't have even continental breakfast without properly cooked eggs and bread, which we did not find.
