We had a great stay! The room was spacious and had everything we needed (and more!) Each room comes with a full sized fridge, cooktop, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery.
The front desk staff were always pleasant and check in was quick and easy.
Breakfast was delicious and there were always plenty of options and things were replenished frequently.
The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a good temperature.
The hotel offered free washers and dryers which was nice. You do have to supply your own laundry detergent though.
Overall a great place to stay!

Let me start by saying the staff at this hotel were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. We were in Orlando for a wedding and needed to get checked in to our room earlier than 4 pm. They rallied and got our room ready so we could head out the door by 1 pm.
The hotel itself is a bit rundown and dreary. The rooms are spacious and kind of clean. I am sure in it's hay day this was a beautiful hotel.

Decent size rooms, loved the space.. very much comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and had various options. however cleaning service was not good, used napkins were folded and kept back instead of replacing with new ones. Stayed for 2 days and 3 nights, I would have expected them to clean the bathrooms a little bit especially the sink space.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was also very good with a variety to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities. The suite was very spacious and comfortable and had a really nice kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and even a dishwasher . There were microwaveable dishes with wine glasses and bowls in the cabinets. They even provided dishwashing liquid and sponge to wash your dishes. The pools also looked so inviting but I didn’t get to enjoy those as we were on a Disney trip and were too tired out. But will definitely try that another time.

Front desk staff was very nice. We got in late and she was super helpful, and I wish I remembered her name (night staff 10/19). She sent up linens right away for the sofa bed. Room/suite was very clean and had plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. Two small things, but not deal breakers: showers were just warm enough (not as warm as I would set it) to take a shower. Breakfast was 7-10. 2 of my kids were on the later end at 9:45 and the hot food (except for diy waffles) were finished. Just a reminder not to wait til the end of breakfast time to eat. It was crowded inside and out so we ate in our room. Those were small things. Close to Orlando sights and parks. For a family of 8, it was perfect, and we will be back!
