Location is amazing, so many restaurants in walking distance.
Room is perfect for price, however dont feel like cleaning is done everyday. Towels and coffee is updated daily but floor not hoovered.
All room could do with been updated.
Overall for the price and location it is still worth using as a Base, if doing parks then you are only sleeping here.
Would visit again.

I drive location great yet There is a major highway right by you, and can hear the entire highway all night long. Be mindful of where your room is, some are way louder than others. Rooms are noisy, can hear cars, people talking, etc.There is one side of the hotel that has helicopter flights right next door all day long. Also one of my stays, Refused to give me a late check out because 2 other rooms on the same floor inquired first so they wouldn't give it to us. Which is absurd when they have hundreds of rooms. I was flabbergasted. So this could happen to you. Rooms are outdated but is why you get it on budget. You are in walking distance to alot near I drive which is convenient. Has many pools and amenities.
Update: After responding to my review with please reach out to the management team so we can better serve you in the future, I emailed them regarding this and asked how will you better serve me in the future and what will you do to make this right... Got back to me. It's a late check out and 2 breakfast buffets.

Stayed here for a convention nearby. For the price I had paid, this is definitely a very good place if you need a safe space to crash/sleep for the night for activities or theme parks nearby!
Is there room for improvement? Yes, but again, I didn't pay a lot and it's still a very decent place to stay!
Rooms are very clean, spacious for again the price paid. Has the necessities you need especially if you're a budget traveler like me and no resort fees!
Will I stay again? As someone who flew so many hours from the other side of Earth? Absolutely! I recommend this place and won't hesitate to come back again!

On a quick trip we needed accomadations to fit the budget. We flew in from Europe and came down to Rosen Inn by car. Reception was friendly , efficient and we were assigned a room in block D fifth floor. This place is built like a motel style on steriods. Its right in downtown so lots of noise outside at night.
On first appearance it was dark and small inside room with a glass window to the front with curtains. Aircon was not on so room was very humid.
It did however smell reasonably fresh with fresh white linens. Furniture was taking up a bit of space and darkened the room a lot too.
Cleanliness was a bit of a mixed bag sadly. From my persepective I saw gum stuck in the carpet and there was a background oudour of cigarette smoke.
The bathroom was super clean and in excellent order so that was good.
The usual room safe, fridge, coffee machine ( very old style device with only the dreadful powdered stuff available)
Its a high turn around site so these rooms are hopping all year long. Its 3 star and well yep id agree with that rating.
There are a number of food outlets on site and a well stocked shop for the essentials.
Finally: Sprawling site over several blocks with tons of parking. Dated room interiors with too much furniture, nasty carpets. Noisy at night.

Back after five years and my fourth time staying here and it’s just as good as I remembered. Perfect location as opted not to drive due to extortionate park parking fees, shuttle buses are handy and the I Trolley and Lynx just outside get you everywhere . Staff friendly and helpful, shout out to the lovely ladies in the convenience store always happy and helpful and a great coffee every morning . Rooms are standard but being out at the parks all day what more do you want than a comfy bed - tho the pillows were on the small side . Ate a couple of times in the restaurant with themed buffet nights great value and exceptional food and Zebras bar is friendly and reasonably priced . All in all another great stay and will no doubt return very soon !
