The Four Seasons Orlando is truly exceptional! From the moment you arrive, the service is warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The property is stunning—beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that make the stay unforgettable. The restaurants are outstanding, offering delicious meals and first-class service. The resort amenities, from the relaxing spa to the amazing pool area, are world-class and perfect for both families and couples. Easily one of the best hotel experiences in Orlando—highly recommend!

I have had the best experience here. I am an Amex platinum customer as well, and I have added the benefits on to my stay. They went above and beyond, especially Cameron the manager at the front desk- he was so so so helpful and kind. I love this hotel and I will no longer stay anywhere else again! The Michelin restaurant on the rooftop is exceptional and the best food I have had in a very long time. Thank you all at the four reasons for making my time here so exceptional!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Four seasons is the best hotel at Disney for service, accommodation, and food. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition, the grounds are beautiful and the interior was gorgeous. Our room was very spacious and spotless. The food was excellent, there are many options and they offer 24 hour room service. We were impressed with everything we ate, you have to try the macaroons and gelato. They have an expansive pool and lazy river. We stayed at the kids splash area for most of a day, they provided towels, life jackets if needed, sun screen, and pitchers of ice water which they refilled constantly. It was amazing to have food delivered to our lounge chairs and it was 10/10, we tried their blackened chicken sandwich, cheeseburgers, and chips and Guacamole which were all amazing. These things are priceless with young kids. You can request halal 3 days in advance for all the food places which was amazing and there were several meat options to choose from.
Staying here was a top notch luxury experience and we hope to be back again.

Reservations don’t mean anything we arrived on time and were required to go to dining parking lot which made us a little late but they were not ready for us as the people on the table were not done yet so they said we would have to wait as the party at our table had been there 1.5 hours. Very poor scheduling system.
The wait ended up being only 25 minutes but upon entering the restaurant I noticed that the restaurant was only half full and by the end of our dinner those same empty tables were still empty. I guess I worked in the restaurant business too long to think that is acceptable. On a positive note the sever was attentive and accommodating as we had 2 toddlers. Food was very good and surprisingly inexpensive.

Warning: Do Not Stay at Four Seasons Orlando
This was my second year in a row staying at Four Seasons Orlando — and it will absolutely be my last. What this hotel calls “five-star” service is nothing but a money grab.
At check-in, they took $2,080 from my account. A week later, without any notice or permission, they randomly took another $734. When I confronted them, the answer I got was: “it’s the system, it won’t happen again.” Excuse me? That’s their excuse for taking hundreds of dollars from a guest’s account? That’s not five-star service — that’s theft dressed up as “policy.”
On top of that, when I lost the driver at EPCOT and it took me time to find him, the hotel charged me $35 as if they were just waiting for another excuse to squeeze money out of me. It’s painfully obvious they’ll take your money in any way they can — and if they can’t justify it, they’ll just hit your card anyway and make up a reason later.
Last year was fine, which is why I gave them another chance. Big mistake. This year showed me exactly what this hotel is about: charging guests, hiding behind “the system,” and calling it luxury. If this is what Four Seasons thinks five-star means, then I don’t want anything to do with them again.
Do yourself a favor — stay somewhere else. Don’t let them drain your account and then shrug it off with excuses.
