Hotel was nice and cute but definitely not worth the price. They charge 250 bucks for parking but never tell you that till you get there. And after paying for that, and being gone for 3 days they are trying to pull another $250 out of my bank account. Just go to the Rosen inn across the street much cheaper just as pretty and clean.

The rooms are nice in size and the location is ideal. Plus they offer free transportation to the parks, but of course you have to pay to park at the hotel and is cheaper than paying to park at the park itself. So, you have to think of which one weighs out better in your situation. I must say these hotels are setup to be their most economical hotels and some of the things from the hotel you can see why. They don't offer lotion in the room(we didn't ask if they have it if you call them so I don't know if they give you some of you ask), the towels in the room and the pool towels are cheap and thin, and the walls are thin and you can hear guests or bathroom plumbing and things in the room while you are trying to sleep. But, overall the hotel is fine and nice to stay to go enjoy the park or their pool.

Rooms are perfect to rest after a day at the park. The pool is huge, and all the staff members were kind and helpful! I love you can text them for any needs, or questions, and they're quick to answer. My favorite thing is being able to take the buses to and from the parks and never need to drive if you don't want too! Wonderful 3 day break from reality!!

My disappointment started right at check-in. The line was huge, and only two staff members were working—one handling online check-ins and the other managing the regular line. I ended up waiting almost an hour, which was frustrating after a long day at the park when all I wanted was to check in and rest. The staff member who attended me seemed overworked and in a bad mood, which, while understandable, made the experience even less pleasant. I also noticed many other guests complaining, and two people requested to speak to the manager, who took an excessively long time to respond.
The hotel corridors were dirty, with towels and trash scattered on the floor. It seemed like no staff were monitoring or maintaining these areas. My room was nicely set up, but it lacked extra towels and pillows, which I had to call and request. Additionally, the bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was hair from a previous guest in the tub, and to make matters worse, the bathtub was clogged, which was extremely unhygienic.
To top it off, housekeeping started cleaning rooms early in the morning, making excessive noise in the hallways and showing no respect for guests who were still sleeping. This made it impossible to get proper rest, adding to the overall frustration of the stay.
For the high price we paid, I expected better service and cleanliness. I specifically chose this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay for my birthday weekend, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. With so many more affordable options available, I expected a much higher standard. Would not recommend.

It was a great experience! Initially, we got off to a great start: we received a complimentary hotel room upgrade as a surprise. All the hotel staff we had contact with were super friendly and helpful, from the check-in counter to the food court, to the cleaning staff. The pool and common areas were great and always clean. The pizza was wonderful and reasonably priced, and the alcoholic drinks at the bar were delicious. The experience was perfect at this hotel, and we will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.
