Room was great! Service handled new tools and anything we needed every day, location being a universal resort was perfect and shuttles to the parks made it flawless! Just had to wake up be ready to go and get on the shuttle to the park for the day. Food at restaurant in hotel was amazing as well, good selection where all 7 of my party could make a selection of food and enjoyed it!!

Everything was perfect, we had a great time. Rooms were clean and modern, the restaurant was so convenient and the bus shuttle to the parks were amazing. The only thing I didn’t like was how expensive was the overnight parking at the hotel. But other than that it was an amazing experience and will happily stay at this hotel again.

Amazing room. Very nice and spacious, especially when you have a family of 4. Quiet at night, needs are comfortable, and amenities are just right for your long stay. Cleaning staff was always pleasant when we saw them. Now the bus drivers that take you to Universal where amazing. Fun, always pleasant when they greeted you, and very helpful with information.

The hotel, service and the bus shuttles were amazing and definitely made a difference on our trip! Getting early access is definitely a game changer!! 10/10 recommend this hotel and the services. The rooms were super clean, first class guest services and it was so close to the parks. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Overall good experience. The room could have been cleaner; hairs long and short on the sheets, the bathroom shower, toilet and sink. Bed Science - Not too bad! Good Pillows as well. Pool view is great, close your blinds when getting dressed people! Noise - as others have mentioned, the walls are relatively thin. If you're lucky, you'll have a room next to a bunch of rambunctious kids who are running around, trying to scuff the floor, deliriously throwing their bodies and voices around and parents laughing around 10:30-11:00 at night. Fun! That just means you have to ask the front desk via text to send a message to them to quiet down. The front desk reps, gift shop, and Pier Eight Market are all gems! Especially the ladies in the market. Kindness goes a long way. I would stay here again ONLY if I needed a place to sleep and had no intention on relaxing and bought ear plugs. But for a family this is a great option if you are going to be in the parks most days and need a place to sleep.
