For a value hotel and part of Universal you get a pretty good deal. Plus that includes that extra hour at the Islands of Adventure! The shuttles are easy to catch and on time. Desk attendants were friendly but the food court area is hit or miss on service. Some sections were difficult to get food because people were too busy talking or off to the side seemingly avoiding the guests. Even while standing right in front of them.
Pool area is nice and a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. We had a 2 bedroom suite which is great when you have kids. The decor/format of the room took away from being able to fully unpack and using the space better for longer stays. We used the laundry facilities, heard many units were down on level 6 and when attempting to vend soap, we had to pay extra to get any out because one of them was empty or caught and there is no way to get your dollar back if that occurs.
Overall would stay here again on a future visit.

People may be hesitant when hearing "value" resort, but this place is GREAT!! Our room was clean and inviting, and had a great view! The pools were large and fun! The market/food court area had a lot of options (most of which were delicious for this type of food) The staff was great, the free buses to the park were great, easy to use, and not overly crowded like at Disney...and we loved getting room service for pizza delivery at night! We will absolutely stay here again! Between the value and perks, this place is must!

Went for one evening for grandson’s birthday dinner, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was the cleanest one I have ever been to and beautifully decorated. The cost was beyond reasonable for the accommodations. The view from room was gorgeous, the shuttle to attractions was great! Can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay was and I will be back!

Very friendly staff, we were even able to get into our room around 11 the day we arrived! I was expecting to check out luggage and go to the parks or pool for a bit until our room was ready. Very easy to coordinate renting and returning an electric scooter off-site and have it delivered and picked up right at the hotel, without having to be right there when it arrived.

I recently stayed at Endless Summer Dockside in Orlando, and the experience was fantastic! The hotel’s design features a laid-back beach vibe that truly made the stay feel like a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering great views of the pool area.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Having a Starbucks right in the lobby was a nice bonus, and the onsite cafeteria served enjoyable meals. Parking was convenient, though it costs around $20 per day.
The only minor drawback was needing to shuttle to the parks. However, the shuttle service was exceptional — we never had to wait for a bus, and the rides were always smooth and timely. While it’s not within walking distance of the parks, the shuttle’s convenience, especially after long days at the parks, more than made up for it.
Overall, I highly recommend Endless Summer Dockside for anyone seeking a comfortable stay in Orlando with top-notch service!
