It was a great experience! Initially, we got off to a great start: we received a complimentary hotel room upgrade as a surprise. All the hotel staff we had contact with were super friendly and helpful, from the check-in counter to the food court, to the cleaning staff. The pool and common areas were great and always clean. The pizza was wonderful and reasonably priced, and the alcoholic drinks at the bar were delicious. The experience was perfect at this hotel, and we will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Absolutely love this hotel. The staff have always been super friendly and the rooms always spotless clean. The transportation system to the parks is always on time and have always been able to jump on. Recently got engaged and cannot put into words how great the staff were on front desk . The perfect place for families and couples. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

This hotel has good dining options and a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath with a shower in. The room had to king size beds.
Our only complaint about this hotel was the lack of hot water, I would say it was lukewarm at best. You do have to pay a daily charge for the parking.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend. We had a good time. Our room was very clean and the check in process was easy. However, we do wish that there were more workers working the front desk. We wanted to extend our stay by one more night and that was also very easy to do. One of the ladies by the front desk helped us extend our stay. She was very sweet and attentive. We really liked being able to check out online by ourselves, very efficient. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at both the Surfside and Dockside properties. The 2 room suites are perfect for families with teenagers with 3 queen beds total. Rooms are spacious and clean. If you typically get cold with hotel room AC, bring a blanket as the bed covers are not very thick. The food court has lots of choices, great for picky eaters and there are healthier options as well-plenty of seating available even on busy days, just get there earlier in the morning to shorten your wait for food. Transportation to the parks is easy and convenient. We visited during cold weather so we did not use the pool, but it looked very nice. This is a LARGE resort, so be prepared to do plenty of walking while you're here. I typically don't like paying to park at a hotel, but the lots are gated (use your room key to enter and exit) so I do appreciate the added security and don't mind paying for that. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as there is a small surface lot and parking deck, so you may have a long walk from your car to your room which can be hard after a long day of walking around theme parks and/or hauling bags from a grocery shopping trip. Overall, this is a fantastic resort and we will definitely be staying here again!
