This was my first time staying on Universal and I absolutely loved it. The staff are super nice and friendly and were extremely accommodating and helpful through out the whole stay especially Ivan at the front desk. The housekeeping staff were extremely nice and sufficient always greeting me in the mornings, the room was clean and very comfortable. The location is very close to Epic universe and the other parks, it was even close to a few convenience stores if you should need to go. It is also 30 minutes from the Orlando airport. Park buses leave every 15 minutes, bus drivers are extremely nice and safe. We also were leaving yesterday night and left our luggage with the hotel while we were at Epic universe to be picked up when it was time to leave for the airport. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We are always going to Orlando for a little gateway. But this time, we are missing being in Orlando already. From the staff at check in being the sweetest, from the cleaning crew to Fatima when we asked to extend our stay, she was lovely, very attentive and so sweet. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the room is spacious and the hallways are always up kept. Great parking area with garage as well. The bus come every 15 minutes, and all of drivers were so nice. 0 complaints.
I had to forget my pillow at the hotel, contacted lost and found and Manuel was up and about it, he asked me to wait 30 - 1 hour because he was going to check the room or see with the house cleaning crew. He was so attentive. When he found it he called me and asked me how I wanted to get it back, I called today and they are shipping.
Overall, we loved this hotel and its employees. They do make you feel you are on vacation. The details do matter, and this hotel takes attention to it.

This hotel really made my trip unforgettable! Everything felt effortless and welcoming, from the moment I arrived. The staff were so kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions and make sure I was comfortable. My room was clean, cozy, and perfectly arranged for relaxing — the bed was soft, the lighting was just right, and it had everything I needed. The whole hotel had such a warm, peaceful vibe, and I could honestly just sit there and enjoy the calm energy. I felt relaxed, cared for, and really appreciated the attention to detail. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time.

This is a hotel that is really good for the price. There is a lot of convenience its proximity to Universal as well as the shuttles that take you to the. It is also really close to all of the Disney locations with Lyft not being too expensive. The reason for the three stars is because of some unfortunate mishaps during our stay. The hotel was apparently updating the security in all of the rooms, so then the keys to the rooms were not working properly and everyone was downstairs in a line for new keys. We had to wait an hour to finally get new keys. I did appreciate that we got food vouchers for their quick service restaurant which had some great options. The following day, we came back after spending the day at the park to our door being left open by housekeeping. We knew they had come because the beds were made and new towels were placed in the room. Luckily everything was still in there. I hated to report this because I know they are hardworking but it was something that could have gone bad. On both occasions, I was able to speak to Angel who was definitely great. He was very professional on both occasions and did everything that he could for us. I am unsure if I would come back, but if I did, it would be because of the great service that Angel gave.

First time staying at dockside, this was our second universal hotel, and we really enjoyed it. It was a lot more affordable than the one we stayed at before and had a lot more space for our family. The pool, cafeteria, gift shop, and Starbucks were all easy to access and helped with the experience. They were working on one of the elevators so check out day was a little frustrating trying to get down, but otherwise no complaints. The busses to and from the park was a major hack. We usually drive to the parks but def prefer to travel by bus now.
