Nice, modern hotel. Well equipped rooms, fast WiFi located close to Disney Springs (5min walk). The reception holds a map with a running tour (which I liked). The gym offers enough space, even during morning rush hours.
Actually almost everything is top. Only the rooms could be better checked before new guests arrive. The actual super nice big safe didn't work and I needed to call service to get the batteries exchanged. Same issue with shower gel, it needed several requests to get it refilled on the 3rd day of my stay eventually.
To sum up: nice modern place for discovering Disney Springs.

We had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace! This resort is perfect for both families and couples, offering something for everyone. We loved spending time at the pool, especially the lazy river, which was a big hit. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Disney Springs and an easy coach bus ride to the parks.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The highlight of our stay, though, was the amazing staff, especially Tatum at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, checking us in smoothly and even securing a room upgrade for us. After a long morning of travel, it was so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and some great tips to enhance our stay.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area!

DO NOT STAY HERE. Trust me, don't waste your money. My husband and I stayed there for a wedding. We were so excited to have a weekend getaway without kids. We spent the weekend in an uncomfortable and small room, with a tiny balcony made to look much bigger in pictures. We thought we were splurging for fancy but our toilet stopped working so we had to call maintenance, our fan didn't work well and was loud so we couldn't use it, our fridge didn't keep things cold, the shampoo holder fell off the shower (literally stuck on with something that looked like sticky tack), and the door handle to the balcony just fell off (again sticky tacked on). They don't maintain their rooms well but they charge an arm and a leg. The cherry on top of a below average stay was the $30+ a day they charge you for a "resort fee" that was not disclosed when we booked third party, nor explained when we checked in so after paying more than $600 to stay three nights in a room that was equivalent to a Days Inn, we were charged an additional nearly $300 for parking and resort fees. When I called to ask why we had such a large charge they said it wasn't their problem it was our booking sites responsibility to explain that we owe that fee. They are correct that it should be more transparent from the booking site but they are care free about taking all of your money and providing you a sub par experience. I'm serious, stay somewhere cheaper. You will have the exact same experience.

Lengthy review here :
Booked a 5 night stay as part of a family of 4 Disney vacation. We stayed in the island tower “suite” with a pool view as it seems it would be one of the nicer options at the resort. Before I review the room I will review the resort.
The resort is nice. The lobby the restaurants the shopping area the location and pool area are all really good. I don’t have any big hang ups there. We really like the pool area and the kids loved the lazy river.
The room we stayed in was very outdated felt dirty and just wasn’t nice. I have seen some other reviews about their queen beds being small and that’s accurate. They seem like full size to me which wasn’t the end of the world but it feels off.
Next the overall amenities of the room are just old and rickety and beat up. The microwave had to be 15 years old and same with the fridge.
The bathroom and showers were simply gross. See pictures attached. Just falling apart and dirty.
The sliding doors to the patios were also shoddy and dirty and the entire room is covered in carpet which is also gross.
These are big issues for a property that claims to be a 4 star resort.
We all know Orlando is the busiest place and this room showed it. If the other rooms at the hotel are the same then this hotel is long overdue to be modernized. This is a very average 3 / 5 hotel at best.

My son and I had a great 5 night stay here. The staff was great especially Adalberto. He definitely is above all in service. The pool and lazy river are a great way to relax. The quick service meals in the lower level were good and convenient. They also have a nice gift shop and arcade on the lower level. The location was an easy walk to Disney Springs. We did take advantage of the 30 minute early access to Disney parks that is available while staying at the hotel. They offer a shuttle to the Disney parks but we had our car, so did not use. Our room was kept clean by a great/friendly housekeeping staff. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was great for relaxing and enjoying the view. I would definitely recommend this Hilton property to family and friends.
