I've started here several times now and I've been very satisfied. The rooms are clean with clean towels and sheets. That may seem like a small item unless you've recently started in a hotel where they're not. The location is terrific with Disney springs just a short walk away. Here's a fun fact. You can take the Disney boat to Port Orleans for a relaxing lunch. Ask for the Bay Lake view. It's worth the upcharge for the Sunsets and for the Epcot fireworks.

I’ve stayed here several times prior to now we were here last end of December and we loved the place Most recently while planning a trip with our friends for my wedding anniversary I suggested we stay here because the property was clean, walking distance to Disney Springs, the pool area really nice with a fire pit. I suggested to select a king room with Lake view because even though it’s a little extra it would be worth it. I arrived at the property and made sure I asked the front desk to make sure my room was a king room with a lake view. They said yes ma’am it is. When I arrived at the room the only view we had was of the wall across from us. I went back downstairs I told the front desk my room did not have a view and the guy draws a little picture of a pool on some map and tells me do you mean you can’t see it from your bed? Because this is a room with a lake view maybe you can’t see it because it is night time. I told him no I don’t see it because it’s not there, I can see it if I walk out of my room, that is not considered a room with a view in my book. He went inside and spoke to whom I believe was the hotel manager and came back and told me well we are all booked and have no other rooms available this is considered a room with a view and there is nothing I can do. I can call the manager out but he is going to tell you the same thing. Needless to say I was pretty upset. I would have at the least expected that the hotel apologized and offered some type of remedy. I payed for something I was not receiving. I am not an idiot I know what a view is anyone can see the pool and lake of they walk out of their room they just did not pay extra for it. The large pool was drained as well and the smaller pool water was ice cold. Not a good anniversary experience 🤨☹️.

Great location. Walkable to Disney Springs. Staff was really friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but a little dated along with the bathroom. Pretty bad lighting. We had a great view of the garden and could see the fireworks at night and Epcot. For the price I would stay there again.

It's nice. It isn't a replacement for a Disney resort, but it's nice. Claim to fame is the proximity to Disney Springs. This is the 100% reason to stay here. The fees are a bit overwhelming and under explained. You're basically given a sheet to sign with folks behind and your car sitting outside that kind of explains it. Rooms are holiday inn Express level and the amenities are ok. Pool is nice and beds were comfy. TVs do not display Disney information and the weather section was from a month earlier. No biggie, but it was blamed on Spectrum somehow.

Very good experience for one day. They have a games room in lobby, it is very well located from the parks (they also take you to the parks by bus if you don't have a car). The room was simple but very comfortable, especially the beds and pillows. If you have a vehicle, parking has an additional cost of $25 which is charged along with other fees upon arrival. You should take that into account for your budget. The staff is very friendly. I give it an 8/10 overall. I would stay again.
