The Four Seasons Resort in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, is absolutely fantastic. It’s the most beautiful resort we have ever stayed in—and we’ve stayed in many wonderful places. The resort itself is expansive, featuring a stunningly maintained garden area tended by a team of dedicated gardeners. The accommodations are exceptional. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a Four Seasons suite by the resort manager, and our room was absolutely gorgeous—spacious, luxurious, and perfectly located near the Luna swimming pool. This pool was a highlight of our stay, with its relaxing atmosphere and a team of attentive, friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Across the entire resort, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and committed to making sure we had a wonderful time. Their dedication truly elevated our stay. While I’ve reviewed the restaurants individually on Google, I will note here that the dining experience is excellent, though the prices are high. That said, it’s the Four Seasons, so this level of quality and pricing is to be expected. The only downside we experienced was the spa, which felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refurbishment. However, the resort manager mentioned that this upgrade is planned for 2025, which is reassuring. Overall, spending 10 days here has been an incredibly relaxing and enriching experience. We leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the British winter ahead. We highly recommend this resort and cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Four Season Resort doesn’t need any introduction, we all know how fantastic it is. Great room, impeccable service, gorgeous garden, nice beaches, wonderful snorkelling, great food etc. they have all the elements for an unforgettable experience. The staff is very polite and super service minded.

Overbooked- after traveling for 24 hours from LA the room we reserved 4 months in advance was booked. This was devastating as we had planned and booked for an ocean view. It seems priority was given to someone else and we had to spend 2 hours in the lobby until we found another room which was facing an empty pool.

The best resort experience ever. Very friendly staff. Services = 10/10. The rooms are very well cleaned and cooled. Easy access to the beach with lifeguard on duty. Golf carts are available to take you around the resort and to soho square 24/7. Delicious food. In-room dining is delicious and available 24/7. A relaxing & elegant resort that suits family & friends. Would definitely visit again.

Whilst I agree that the rooms were a little tired, it should be said that a renovation of the hotel is currently underway. The staff were all excellent, without exception and the service was first class. The food was obviously local but catered to all tastes, and the standard of cooking was first rate, the steak pie just disintegrated off the fork it was so tender! Will definitely make the effort for a second visit in the future

The moment we arrived at the reception we greeted with a smile. Very welcoming. Quick and a smooth checkin. We arrived late at night and unexpected snacks sent to our room. The room was very clean spacious and had necessary amenities. Pleasant garden with tasteful sitting areas are situated between the swimming pools. All the staff are very friendly helpful at all times. Willing to assist with any requests. Their dedication to provide excellent service was amazing. The food offer was varied and good quality. Over all our stay in the hotel was very enjoyable.

The hotel is a well-maintained establishment, more fitting as a 4-star rather than a 5-star property. The structure itself is not modern and does not meet the standards of today's luxury hotels. However, it more than makes up for this with several aspects that truly stand out. The park and garden are simply exceptional, undoubtedly deserving of a 5-star rating. Meticulously maintained, they provide a unique space for relaxation and natural beauty. The pool is also 5-star quality—spacious, clean, and perfectly integrated into the surrounding environment, ideal for moments of pure relaxation. When it comes to food, the quality is good, but the menu lacks variety. This is an area that could be improved to better accommodate guests who enjoy more diverse culinary options. The real highlight of this property, however, is the staff. The hotel’s personnel are simply outstanding, deserving of a 7-star rating. Their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism are evident in every interaction, whether it's with the waitstaff, head servers, housekeeping staff, sauna attendants, or the diving team. Everyone contributes to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making the stay truly memorable. In conclusion, while not a modern 5-star structure, the hotel excels in the quality of its outdoor spaces, the comfort of its pool, and most importantly, its extraordinary staff. A stay here will leave you with the memory of a vacation defined by care and attention to human detail.

I visited the place with the family for the first days of vacation, cause of the water slides for the kids. First impression was good on our check in but after that for the adults was something like a nightmare! The room was so dirty that even I have videos I don’t want to upload them! After they changed our room it was way to better of cleanness! The kids had really fun at the water slides! The service of the staff was excellent!!! The hotel was full of Russians groups and it was a reason that all day long you were hearing loud almost all the time Russian music. Overall experience: the hotel needs a BIG renovation at the rooms! The staff was very helpful and polite. The kids had fun of course. The food medium.

Just returned from a really good week & a first visit to Egypt. Hotel advertised as 5* but I would agree with a previous reviewer who states it's a good 4*. Stayed in room 1251 which is a modern, well equipped & large room which has a lovely bathroom. The air conditioning in this room is ineffective but as it wasn't too hot I chose to put up with it. There were no towels or toilet roll on arrival but this was soon rectified. The key card repeatedly failed which was annoying, but the lovely staff got used to me coming back for it to be reprogrammed - luckily this room is close to reception! The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible - nothing and I mean nothing is too much trouble. From the barman in the lobby to the cook at the snack bar and everyone between - they're an amazing team who work long hours, great people. We didn't arrive until 2300 and they brought us a plate of dinner up which was nice. Brilliant that we got to stay until 7pm on day of departure and enjoy lunch and drinks until then. As clean as the place was the cleaners do need to work on subtlety - they're banging about at 7am and it can become very frustrating. The quality of food on the room service menu is much better than the buffet but does come at an additional yet reasonable cost. Be aware lads you will need to wear trousers to dinner... hence my room service bill! The entertainment was good, they seem to enjoy what they do and got everyone involved. Comfy and relaxed beach area with plenty of sun beds. Very secure and safe environment for all. The food was varied, not brilliant but definitely not bad either. Drink quality was fairly reasonable but it's not the UK so don't have expectations of grandeur. Supermarket across the road that charges what it likes so be aware. I will say though that I've been bitten by about a thousand mosquitoes so please be aware of this. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone visiting to give it a try. I've tried to give a balanced and fair review & I would certainly come back. The location is fairly close to the airport and a short ride away from other attractions/excursions which can be organised by your rep, quite often Sun international. I'd love to go back and see what they are doing with the area above the restaurant when it is done.

I've been going here with my family since forever and my parents went before I was even born It's one of the best hotels ever and everytime we say like we wanna go try a new place we always just end up at aurora oriental Resort. It's perfect and the rooms are very well kept and you are always greeted with the biggest smile , the staff are very hardworking and go out of their way to help you. Also, the food is super delicious and the restaurant is very clean and luxurious. And don't even get me started on the animation team, they are so energetic, lively and very vibrant and enthusiastic. Overall, This hotel has been our go-to for years, and every visit is filled with wonderful memories. I can't wait to return and create even more!.

We travelled as a family for 2 birthday celebrations upon arrival we was met with cake and fantastic room decorated for the first of our celebrations then my daughters 16th she was made to feel very special on the day with all staff wishing her a happy birthday and singing in the restaurant thank you very much see you again in the future

Amazing hotel and made even more amazing by the staff. Maymona and the animation team always make sure you're entertained and looked after. Great shows every night and a lively party atmosphere. Mohammed in the restaurant always greeted you with a smile and had a table and drinks ready for us every meal. The food is great with a wide choice of freshly cooked food, so there is something for everyone. The staff in the lemon twist, Mustafa, and the rest of the team were awesome, always making sure your drink was topped up. Finally, Hassan Mohammed cleaned our room and his towel art was excellent and always welcome to come in to. It's our third time there and the rooms could do with an upgrade, as could the WIFI but they are minor niggles to an excellent place to stay. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed with our daughter in this hotel at the end of 2024. We are completely satisfied. It is safe to say that it is good value for money. My daughter was especially happy because during our stay at the hotel we celebrated her 18th birthday. And here I must definitely say that I was very positively surprised by the conversation on this subject with the manager. I wanted this day to be special. It was even better than I planned! The manager easily agreed to the arrival of an external company to decorate the room for her birthday. She even went further and helped me contact this company. AWESOME. In addition, my daughter had a special table prepared for this occasion during dinner. Additionally, a birthday cake and wishes from the entire staff. It was a wonderful day for her. I must emphasize that the animation team took very good care of us. A great, well-coordinated team that made sure that every day was even better than we had planned. The entire hotel is clean, well-kept with smiling, cultured service. Well done hotel. Good cuisine, varied menu. Everyone will find something good for themselves. The rooms are well-kept and very clean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good rest in a great atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at the Amwaj Oyoun Resort & Casino! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had no problems at this hotel. We were met with a smile, the staff was helpful. Since we went to rest, we didn't pay attention to the details. We just enjoyed the sun, beautiful surroundings, helpful staff. The rooms were cleaned every day, we regularly received drinking water, shower supplies. We really liked the environment, everything was clean, no trash, although you could see that there was a restauration going on in some parts of the resort. The food was delicious, we always found something to eat. Sometimes there was just a little problem with the lack of dishes. But no matter when we came to eat, there was always food. We were satisfied with the location, although it was far from the city, but it was not expensive to take a taxi. It was windy for a couple of days, but one of the indoor swimming pools in the courtyard was protected from the wind and we had a great time there. I would come back with a pleasure.

Ideal location with private beach. Very safe surrounding and a wonderful coral reef that is part of the resort. Rooms once upgraded to deluxe were amazing with the side sea view. Staff were all very friendly from gardeners, receptionists and everyone at the restaurants to animators - especially Victoria ! Would recommend and will definitely come back ! Upon arriving at the hotel, everything was perfect. I was greeted by the staff and promptly shown to my room. Special mention goes to Abdul Hamid, the cleaning staff who was on stand by and made us feel comfortable at all times. Any requests we had was fulfilled without any issues by Abdul. Do not stay in this hotel. The rooms are disgusting. Dead mosquitos everywhere and other insects in room after housekeeping. Old outdated rooms and very smelly. The hotel itself needs an upgrade and a proper clean. Management are rude and the manager prefers to deal with female complaints and requests. A bit suspicious some would say. Staff are confused and seem they all just follow orders rather than help on their own accord . Food is not edible if you have stayed at resorts before with fresh food. My advice is to stay away from this hotel. Wrong rating and area around hotel is just terrible.

This is a fantastic hotel . Staff are very lovely kind and friendly we had an Incident and they were marvellous at helping us out when unfortunately we needed hospital treatment. The hotel manager and the hospital relations manager visited us and provided complete support and help during this difficult time ( sent us a beautiful flower bouquet and a basket of fruit) provided full taxi service to and from hotel at no charge to us. Very genuine honest friendly staff throughout the hotel.

Where do you start RECEPTION ignorant staff who don't give a sxxt on there service or interested in complaints ROOMS bedsheets that hadn't been cleaned or changed. hairs on them .bathroom disgusting toilet and bath The smell of raw sewerage and drain continuous from bathroom. FOOD selection of fruit / bread . And some more unedible delights .. This hotel should be avoided at all costs not a 5star 3days of sickness and diarrhoea

Hotel buildings are very nice, the structure is wonderful, however the breakfast food is very very poor, not even a fried egg. The service is chaotic lots of people but not professional. Our daughter 13 was considered Adult for the room, and we have to pay extra, but for the SPA our daughter was too young. So we pay for an extra adult but the service provide was for a child.

Amazing hotel with very helpful staff. Located on a beautiful cliff in Sharm. You can snorkel right in front of the hotel from the pontoon. One main restaurant + 1 more formal restaurant and + 1 beach restaurant. There is a small kids club and two main pools. Overall great hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel!!! We're already looking at coming back. Above and beyond what is usually considered a 5 star hotel. Beautiful hotel and grounds, clean, perfect with amazing views, and the staff couldn't do more for you if they tried. We went all inclusive. The food every day was so tasty with so much variety and choice. We tried both the other restaurants too which were both really good!! My husband also surprised me with the romantic meal on the sea edge, wow!! Had such a lovely evening. The drinks in the all inclusive package were also great with a really good selection available. As mentioned before, the staff were fabulous!! The pool staff knew exactly what we drank from the first day, and as soon as they saw your glass empty, they brought another one over to your sun lounger. Same in the main restaurant and lobby bar. Very personalised approach. All the staff seemed very happy and content in the work they do. Better service than we received on both of the cruises that we have been on! One of which was the Royal Caribbean liner. We also treated ourselves to the honeymoon massage package. 3 hr pamper including couples massages and body scrubs as well as much more. Brilliant!! The private beach is lovely, very serene and relaxing and the sea has some really beautiful fish and lovely coral reef. The pool was the warmest we have ever experienced for an outdoor. Lovely!! The evening entertainment was lovely too. The singers and musicians were excellent. Loved this hotel. Probably the best we have ever been to if we consider all the aspects of it. We honestly can't think of anything negative to say at all. Thank you all

I am writing a review for the second time. I can’t stop admiring this hotel! If you are looking for a place to go on vacation. With amazing service, pleasant and helpful staff. Then only Stella De Mare! The best BEST HOTEL. We have been here with our whole family twice already. This time my parents went without me and chose another hotel! We were able to withstand 16 hours! They called me and asked to transfer them to Stella De Mare! The level and quality, starting with hospitality, services, food selection and to the friendliness of the staff are 100000% superior to all the others! A huge thank you to the staff for finding a free room, and with a beautiful view, and for taking care of my parents! The vacation will still be a success! With all my heart I sincerely recommend ONLY THIS hotel to everyone! The best! Thank you again!

Super nice hotel..sea views spectacular....food plentiful. Staff amazing and very helpful...managers incredibly hard working and staff very very well managed (congrats!) Room cleaning exceptional. Very good snorkel reef right at private beach. Had one issue with food store on 3rd floor (see pic) independently owned plays thing I bought in store the week before ....the purse bag and clothing store very fair and reasonable. Management actively addressing issue with food store.....well done....hope to be back next year

Absolutely fantastic family holiday we went for a week staff were amazing hassan and Ibrahim were very polite and helpful looked after us didn't want for anything. Experience package including buggy and camel riding in desert swimming with dolphins and scuba diving from boat trip into coral reef Experience of a life time for a good price. Egypt was an amazing holiday. Sultan with double moon horse 🐎 Absolutely fantastic man giving us a horse riding experience who is located in this hotel. A short walk to the beach where there is coral fish in the sea. Kids Absolutely loved the swimming pools and slides. This holiday was brilliant who recommended to anyone thinking about visiting. Weather in December was 25° beautiful place and hotel definitely going to visit again for our Christmas holiday

I am giving the lower rating because of food which is of low quality but lots of it and different varieties is available. They have 3 restaurants and main and the largest one is Laguna where most of the meals you are likely to take. The food doesn’t taste great, it just has bad quality ingredients. Because they cater to a large number of people via a buffet none of the fried fish is crispy or the vegetables crunchy or the breads tasty. The dessert cakes all have the same base with different toppings. It just caters to a large crowd. Service by staff is good. They are ready to help. I have taken a good room so have a good view. I wish quality of food was good

We had a lovely week away in this hotel. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you. Very efficient and pleasant. The food it fabulous. A nice variety to cater for everyone. The soup is great and the puddings are lush! (Only thing I would say is they use peanuts a lot in the desserts). The drinks are good and cocktails are lovely. The main swimming pool is far too cold, but plenty of sunbeds. We preferred the warmer and smaller pool. The massages are way too expensive. €100 for 55 mins per person. That's ridiculous. We refused a massage on this basis. As a massage therapist myself, that's extortionate. Lots of games and activities, nice entertainment. The rooms are quite out dated, the hand rail in the bathroom was broken and the shower although hot was not very powerful. The rooms were clean though and attended too when needed. (Room 1221) Coffee is good, though the ice coffees could do with blending. Overall we would definitely come back. The beach bar is nice and we enjoyed our stay. Great for all.

Staff very quick to address any issues with rooms. Had issues with mosquito bites so moved front.rb sports to the front hotel in family suite. Family suite is large and has a pool in front of it. Clean and good location. Hotel itself is only 10 mins from the airport. Has it's own beach and snorkeling. However, beach is not sandy but all rocks. Staff are very attentive and helpful. The Italian restaurant does the best pizza. There are lots of food options, however we found it kept rotating between beef and chicken. Kids club staff were lovely and area was clean. I would say it's more 4/5. I think location and it's own beach is the plus point. Food is okay but not the best. Entertainment in evening is a dancing show in the main restaurant.

The visit to the hotel was the best experience of my life. Beautiful surroundings, friendly and always helpful staff made me and my fiancé feel like we were in paradise. Unforgettable memories will surely remain after visiting the perfume and herb shops located inside. I recommend coming in and having a word with the wonderful owners. We had an overall pleasant experience. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The food was good but not very diverse. The lack of fruit variety was disappointing, the cocktails were not great, and the desserts did not impress either in taste or diversity. One positive aspect was the Soprano restaurant, which stood out for its delicious food and excellent service—certainly the best of all the restaurants in the resort. As for the staff, if you tip, you will notice a significant difference in their attitude. They will serve you with more attention and always make sure to be close by for whatever you need. I recommend this hotel for cleanliness and amenities, but if you emphasize the diversity of food, desserts.

Everything was great. We decided to extend our holiday. The food is fantastic, the heated pools are excellent, and the staff is attentive and friendly. The cleanliness is good. The coffee at Columbus Cafe is amazing. A 24/7 open and free coffee shop is an outstanding service.

The upgrade from a triple garden view room to a family sea view was amazing and unexpected. Although we faced some bathroom issues, they were resolved quickly. The food was excellent and diverse, and the team was very cooperative, but we did feel at times that some staff treated Egyptians differently from foreigners, making us feel like second-class guests. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The reception staff were the most professional in the resort, and the chefs, especially in the seafood restaurant, demonstrated exceptional skill and craftsmanship. In terms of value for money, based on my 22 years of experience living abroad, particularly in Saudi Arabia, I found it to be excellent and far superior to other resorts in Sharm El-Sheikh or Southeast Asia.

A wonderful hotel for the price. The food is very tasty and varied. Large and well-maintained grounds, with the sea right nearby. The service staff are very friendly and polite, especially Miss Elena. Probably the only thing missing is that the hotel does not have a wheelchair my husband injured his leg, and since there is a lot of walking involved, it would be very convenient. Everything else is truly flawless!

I booked this place for my birthday. It was absolutely perfect for my friend and I. Everything we needed and more. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are spacious and clean the location is good. The food is prepared fresh daily and there is a great selection available. Room service is also good. On my birthday they surprised me with a birthday cake that was delicious. I was sad to leave and will definitely be returning again. Daria the guest relation representative was brilliant if we needed anything also the bar staff and the reception team.

Friendly service in a beautiful location let down by poor alcohol and even worse food. There is also no access to the sea walking in from the beach. If you want to swim in the sea then this is not the place for you. The staff and service were good. Clean rooms everyday by happy staff who take pride in what they do. Aside from the weather this is probably the best thing about the resort.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and were pleasantly surprised. The entire staff is a team of professionals. The cleaner made us happy with the cleanliness every day (we lived in room 116), the lifeguards, waiters, bartenders were all great. I recommend visiting the spa, it was a real pleasure. The large beach, heated pools and a wonderful evening show made us happy. The food was delicious. For me personally, the only downside was that there were a lot of Russians. I and my family spent 8 days holiday in this awesome resort. A well deserved 5 stars resort, best thing is staff they are incredibly helpful and respectful.. rooms are clean and tidy, there are many swimming pools about 7 or 8 as well as the beach so you wouldn't feel the crowd. Food is very good with wide variety of food, dinning hall is very clean and comfortable. The only thing that can be improved is that there is only one water slide for children if they can add more for both children and adults, however, still well deserved 5 stars. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel with attention to finer detail. The food was very good and the selection and choice amazing. Apart from the main buffet restaurant there are five speciality restaurants which are all incredible. The staff were very attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My only recommendation is that the cocktail list was quite small but even then it was adequate. My granddaughter enjoyed the activities in the kids club. We stayed at the hotel in Dec. Myself and my family were very happy with the hotel. The check in was a breeze. Our room was on the 5th floor with pool & sea view. The room was nice and big. Our stay came with breakfast. The breakfast was fine, felt it could have been a little bit better. The pool was very nice and kept clean. Two of my daughters had their birthday whilst we were on holiday and the hotel surprised us by sending them a birthday cake and birthday card. It was a lovely gesture. The private beach is only two minute walk away. The location of the hotel was great, at the heart of Naama bay. Every staff member that we came across was very friendly and polite. Honestly we were very happy with our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The location of the hotel is amazing. The hotel is on the second line, so you have to go 5 min by foot to reach the beach. The hotel is close to shops, supermarkets and stores, so in the evenings you can walk around and do shopping until late at night, which is very convenient. The food is all inclusive and the variety of it is impressive. The New Year party on the 31st was well organised and luxurious. The service, servants and waiters were working very hard, and were dedicated to their job. The cleaning of the rooms was nice, every day new towels... Every evening starting from 8:30 PM there were parties at the hotel's restaurant, until midnight so if you want to sleep early the sound of it will disturb you. The beach of the hotel is small but when you enter with your bracelet you may shift and walk around the other hotels shores unless it is a private beach. You may find a lot of corals and various fish just in 100 meters from the shore. But be careful don't touch animals and corals because some of them are venomous. I had a bad experience, and my body was covered with red spots after swimming, it was burning and itchy everywhere so had to visit a doctor and had injections. It was scary and horrible experience. The hotel greet me on my birthday despite my birthday is on June 2nd) But it was so sweet. They brought a birthday cake and a greeting card, with the towels made as a big cake)))) Overall it was a nice stay, and the people did everything to satisfy our needs . Be careful of non fixed price products which you may find outside of the shops. Bargain everywhere and every time you buy something, believe me you can buy everything at half price. Only at Fixed Price markets the prices are fixed. Otherwise they cheat you in every step. Don't take a tour to Cairo, it is the worst experience of my life. 23 hours of traveling on the bus, worst conditions, a lot of stops at the border, at the end you don't see anything in Cairo but a lot shops that you force to visit and buy something because this is a plan of the guide. If you want to visit and want some advice, don't hesitate to ask ;)

The rooms and bathrooms are very outdated, and there's a persistent bad smell from the bathrooms, even after cleaning. The hotel's best feature is its location, but the food is subpar. The pools are small and often crowded, making it difficult to swim. Additionally, there are no activities at night, so I ended up spending most of my time outside the hotel for entertainment.

This is advertised as a 5 star but I would put it at 4 star really. The reason being is there isn't a lot of choice at meal times. What is on offer is good but limited. You won't Go hungry here though. They have a bus which takes you down the hill stopping at the rooms. It's a godsend as it would be a hell of a trek back up the hill. I would certainly stay here again

I'm pleased to review this quality resort. The attentive staff pull together and make sure their guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The facilities themselves are of decent value. The animation team in particular have been very helpful. We were invited to plenty of events on and off resort. Nada in particular took us to the local hard rock café and was very knowledgeable about the local area giving us helpful bits of information for navigating around town. Clean and tidy hotel the manager came around to check we had everything we needed, we absolutely did. Well done to the resort and it's staff. Additionally It's only a short transfer from the airport.

We have just returned from the Park Regency Hotel and what an amazing time we had! The location is exceptional with coral reefs in abundance. Snorkeling and diving paradise! The food offering I would say is average. Our room was beautifully clean with super comfy beds. What stands out for us with the Park Regency is the service. It is outstanding! Everyone, from the pool team, (special shout out to Ibrahim), bar staff, reception, the dining and maintenance team are the most attentive, friendly, helpful bunch of people I've come across. Without exception, the whole team go out of their way to make your stay, the best it could possibly be. Would definitely go again!

While the rooms could use some renovation, the highlight was definitely the amazing coral reef right by the hotel—perfect for amateur divers like me. For a more challenging dive, I’d recommend visiting the Strait of Tiran or Ras Mohamed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Stayed here for two weeks this November, Wonderful hotel, the grounds and facilities were excellent, most helpful and friendly staff , but ruined by the terrible loud thumping music, couldn't lay by the pool, the beach was worse, slightly better in reception, the dinning room was also very loud most nights. Escaped to our room but even worse on our balcony, had to change rooms, nice to come home to a wet cold country for peace and quiet. If the deafening music had been a bit less and there where some quiet areas to escape to l would say a great hotel

This is our 3rd visit in the space of a year. Can't imagine we will be coming back again. We loved this place because it was quiet. This time, the loud pounding music is just ridiculous. We choose a beach front room for the tranquility, that has gone! We are still here now and have 1 day to go. Have no idea why the hotel thinks that it's acceptable to pump loud awful music for everyone in the hotel. This has never been the case in previous visits. We can't be the only ones that don't appreciate it! Never again. Food is good, staff are lovely.

Once You tell them they just hang up on you. This the second time in 2 days I had issues with them. You definitely get what you pay for. I would suggest staying in genenia city. Alot of things to do there. Nicer hotels with endless food and shopping options. Nana inn hotel is the center of the fun. More modern and better service!

I stayed at the mountain side. You only need to cross the road to get to the beach. The beach is the highlight for me. It's beautiful, but don't go in barefoot. We saw some fish there too. A good beach. People from other hotels were coming to our beach to rest. Good kitchen, everything is very tasty. But. You have a lot of Ukrainians why can’t you add Ukrainian channels?! We stayed in the Palm building of the hotel in a family room 4210. The staff were welcoming, helpful and nice. The room was clean, the linen was also clean, our maid was Reda, who didn’t hesitate to clean the room on our first demand, thank you Reda. A hairdryer is on the bathroom. The shower works properly. To flush the toilet you need to tap the flush button twice without pause. Bottled water is renewed every day. Nice garden view from the balcony towards the main restaurant and partly on the both pools. The main restaurant offers a variety of options for food, including children’s corner, thank you for the chefs, cooks and waiters. 2 Nescafé coffee machines and one additional one in the Bubbles bar. The territory of Palm building is quiet and tranquil, all the animation and night programs are on the Beach side of the hotel. This territory is for quiet and relaxing vacation. Heated swimming pools are available on both territories. Ice cream machines are available on both territories also beginning at 13:00 till 15:00 and at 17:00 till 19:00. The beach is large enough, but if you want to get the chaise lounges (wooden with a mattress) by the waterfront you need to get to the beach at 6:00-6:30. The sea is clean, the weather was nice, lifeguard is always on duty with a kayak and the towels are always available given in exchange for the towel cards. Special thanks to Guest relations manager Yaroslava (Russian speaking) who helped us through all the period of our stay. Thanks for all the staff beginning for the security team ending up with the director general for your hospitality and care.

The rooms were great, and the beach was beautiful with soft, sandy shores. The reef right in front of the beach was fantastic for snorkeling, making the experience even more enjoyable. However, there were a few downsides to mention. Unfortunately, the room service was not up to expectations. The towels were often not clean, and the cups in the rooms and restaurant were not consistently sanitized. Additionally, the beach towels provided were never completely dry. One of the bathrooms had an ongoing toilet issue that wasn't resolved during our stay. Despite these issues, I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to the restaurant staff and reception team for their excellent service and hospitality.

We stayed here for seven nights,being located in heart of Naama Bay right by the beach it makes it extremely convenient for exploring the area,and of course bathing in the pleasant Red Sea waters. I was astounded that this hotel had received such good reviews, although some recent reviews are starting to expose some of what we experienced: hotel bedrooms are dingy and ours smelt of damp, our bathroom ceiling leaked throughout our trip, the shower would often go cold and we had maintenance there 4 times throughout our stay. The hotel food is bland, with poor quality ingredients. In the end we cut our trip short and went home early, this simply reflected the fact it would be nicer to be home than stay another night in this hotel.

I have been here in December 2024. Worth to note: there are two parts Palm and Beach. Palm would be max 3- 4 “Egypt stars” and Beach a bit higher. It is related to everything: food, rooms, services. “beach side” guests can use Palm side restaurant. But Not the other way around. If palm guests want to enjoy beach restaurant they have to pay 4$ per person per meal. Because Beach side food is way above Palm! Palm side is like the second class. Rooms are tied and desperately need updating. Another thing to take into account, which is NOT hotel’s fault, if you are a keen snockller- forget it! You will be massively disappointed. Do not believe when people say “good for snockling” it is rubbish! Hardly any fish. Hardly any riff worth of attention. If your goal is to enjoy true snockling experience and sea life- go somewhere else. This is great a hotel for some unwind passive lazy sun time

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The room's finish was subpar, with a crookedly mounted TV and rusted parts in the bathroom that made it feel like it hadn’t been maintained properly in years. The safe in the room was broken, which was concerning for security reasons. The air conditioning unit was another major issue. It made an unbearable noise throughout my stay, and despite having the maintenance team come three times to fix it, all they did was apply lubricant, which did nothing to solve the root problem. This resulted in several sleepless nights. Service was another disappointment. The staff, particularly at the customer service desk, were unhelpful and treated me as if I were asking for too much when I raised concerns. Their attitude was dismissive and left a lot to be desired. The food was average at best. It was obvious that they cut corners, especially with protein options. Portions were small, and it felt like they were more focused on saving money than providing a quality dining experience. On the bright side, the beach was stunning, but it’s a shame that the rest of the facilities didn’t match up. Overall, the beautiful beach couldn’t make up for the numerous shortcomings of this hotel. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made.

We came back 2 days ago and I want to express our gratitude to the hotel staff for the excellent service, "Wave" is first of all YOU! We had a spacious room in a good part of the hotel, cleaning was wet every time (this is important if you have an allergy to dust) and very good. The main restaurant provides a good choice. There is a choice of meat and fish and vegetarian options, as well as national dishes. Excellent sweet buffet, a good choice of fresh vegetables and fruits. There is always fresh squeezed juice for breakfast. I missed plant milk, but this is not essential. A special compliment to the guys from the lobby bar ❤️ thank you for the pleasant emotions. We also received excellent service from the staff of the pool area, you surrounded us with care! We really liked the attitude towards us from the reception team: they called us several times just to make sure that everything was okay with us. One day, a girl from the reception came to us to find out the current review of our review: all our wishes were satisfied in the best possible way ❤️ Now about the minus: the hotel has a very small beach, although there are two of them. Sky lounge showed us a bad attitude on the first day and we stopped going there, but the staff of the beach "Naama Bay Hotel" showed us an excellent level of service, only there are so few places that you are forced to be right next to other sun loungers with complete strangers who, for example, smoke right on you. We would be willing to pay extra for better conditions. To summarize: this is a good budget five-star structure compared to other Egyptian hotels of the SAME PRICE CATEGORY. It is a bit funny to read comments where people expect luxury level miracles, sorry, it costs more, ask your tour operator. For what we paid, we got more than we expected. An unpleasant moment was that the guests (90% of them were Russian) treated the staff very rudely, as if the "all inclusive" included personal slaves with the ability to whip them. That is exactly how it looked, I want to praise the staff that even in such conditions they do not lose their composure - this is professionalism. I want to respond to the comments of those dissatisfied with the service - everything you send to the world comes back to you like a boomerang, try to just smile for starters🤷🏼‍♀️

Absolutely fabulous holiday here. The location is so central in sharm. 7 minute walk to the beach with they have their own private area. The water is the clearest I've seen and I've swam in the Great barrier reef. The fish are incredible here. The hotel it self is spotlessly clean, rooms are a very good size, modern, good views of the pools and gardens with balcony. Theres a couple of pools choose from, the wave pool was in the middle of being renovated (we were told prior to booking) but the fact there's another 3 to choose from with slides didnt bother us. The pool staff all were great, special shout out to HANY - great guy and could t do enough for us when at the poolside. Entertainment was great, yoga, aqua aerobics, belly dancing to name a couple. The pool side bar was fab as there's hot snacks to eat through out the day - again special shout out to MAHMOUD - again couldn't do enough and didn't stop! Great guy with fantastic service ***** The food at the hotel was fantastic, such a wide range from salads, cheese, curry's, vegetarian dishes, pasta etc. Lastly I'd like to put another shout out to another fantastic bar man which ran the main bar - MOHEB - always remembered what we were drinking, service was fault less. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic, from the cleaners, the grounds men, waiters, bar men, pool guys, reception etc. Would highly recommend and would certainly come again in a heart beat. The hotel rooms are not bad, but there are very old ones, in which the tap is broken, the electricity is periodically cut off, repairs have not been done for a long time. This is my second visit and it’s because it’s so relaxing. The space is huge with so many things to do and especially going to a private beach. They clean the area all the time. Secure and safety is taken seriously. Mr Essam is available if you need anything. The food is so varied from soups to veggies and meats grilled or fried, fruits and cakes. With diabetes issues they can make stuff available. One of the things you might be struck is the cleanliness which they might have to work on like the mirrors and windows and doors to be cleaned but the bed sheets and towels are very clean! Perfect mattress! I wish one to have at home! Daily cleaning the room with bottled water. There is always something to do with lots of entertainment. I will miss it because the weather it’s so lovely and staff make you feel relaxed!

It is difficult to describe all the pleasant impressions after visiting Sierra. The hotel is very clean. The staff is neat, polite and pleasant. Heated pools, jacuzzi works, clean towels are always available. Everything is tidy on the beach, the staff is happy to help. But the top of pleasant experiences is the kitchen. Well, it's just a delight. Thank you very much boss(chef) Mossad! Also, many thanks to Abdallah, who is always happy to help in the restaurant - polite, well-mannered and with a good mood. Every single dish is delicious and order, discipline, cleanliness prevail in the restaurant. It is impossible not to taste the food, because everything is appetizing. Variety of dishes pleasantly surprises every day. Various meat, fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits and desserts are served. So, the most demanding gourmet will have a delicious meal here. My conclusion: Sierra is like a good wine - it gets even better with age!

I thought I would rate this hotel highly, as everything has been great so far. However, the check-out process has ruined our experience. After the hotel wristbands were removed, we were denied access to almost all services, except for soft drinks. Now we are waiting 5 hours for the airport transfer, and no food is provided during this time. Since everything outside the hotel only opens in the evening, there is no place to buy anything either. I have never encountered such an issue at any other hotel before.

My review as a family traveler: This hotel has low service quality. The rooms are old as well as furniture inside. Room temperature is cold, especially during night time. Reception did not solve our problems, we should ask them multiple times to do something, and we got a zero result in the end. They did not provide any prolongation options for a family with a little baby for the SAME room. The cleaning personnel always insistently asks for money tips, even if we don't want to. Overall, hotel personnel is prejudice and will NOT serve you first if you are not from Europe and alike countries. But I should admit that the restaurant is perfect, food and stuff are excellent. UPD: they did not provide a toothpaste. It is so terrible to hear from reception that you must buy a toothpaste somewhere outside hotel, OMG.

The masseuse they have are out of this world and will understand your need without even telling them and will ensure you feel better afterwards, The Omega Spa is a must if you stay at the Sierra hotel, absolutely necessary as well as Ehap the barber ensuring a fresh haircut to keep you looking brilliant throughout the stay, the beauty salons are brilliant in providing every request to the best of their abilities. Second time we've been to this hotel having loved it last time. It was also good this time - the rooms are huge, the service was excellent - especially around the pool where Montasser and Ahmed looked after us really well! You can also see the amount of time and effort that the hotel invests in maintaining the look and feel of the resort. It's also within walking distance of Soho Square which gives you both places to go out and shop/eat in the evenings as well as a range of entertainment options. A couple of things we were less impressed by this time around (hence the 4 rather than 5 stars) were: (1) the standard of dining within the resort. While the dishes themselves were generally tasty, every dish came with chips which for us, cheapened the offer. Additionally, the fish restaurant was really disappointing - a surprise given the hotel is right on the coast. We were surprised by this because generally, the reviews of the food are very positive. However, this was our impression. (2) the rooms - in particular the bathrooms are a little bit on the tired side in places. We have great empathy that post Covid, the hospitality industry continues to have a tough time of it, but guests will only return if the experience is great. Generally, I think we would return (if the price was right) as the sun, facilities and service are great. But if you're a "foodie", there may well be better options elsewhere.

We cannot rate this hotel and it's amazing staff highly enough. Our recent stay was extended as my 86yr old father had an accident on our last day and we had to remain a further 11days. The professionalism, respect and help we were given by everyone was incredible. When my father returned to the hotel after 5 days, he was treated amazingly. The hotel reception manager Hisham did everything he could possibly do to assist us. Dina the Guest relations again was incredible. Simply the best weather, restaurants, staff , amenities and scenic views We feel like Royalty here , absolutely nothing is any trouble for any staff, we feel it's a little unfair to name any in particular as all Savoy staff have your best experience and enjoyment as the entry level and all go the extra hundreds of miles. The Room's cleanliness, decor, comfort, and special touches ( welcome gift) is exemplary truly wonderful. Again I need to highlight the staff's friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Mohammed, Abdulla etc but literally EVERY staff is AMAZING 🤩 You feel unique as all experiences we have had, events, tours,local recommendations provided by the hotel staff were perfect, thankyou so much !! Dining Options... Spoilt for choice... SO many restaurants there is something for everyone and the food is absolutely terrific with choices and delicious too ! It's a winner, the food, restaurants and service you cannot better - cast iron guaranteed. To summarise , "I can't wait to return to Savoy Group and couldn't recommend it any higher to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!" Our rating - the only hotel we have given but it's simply 10 out of 10.

Avoid Sharm Grand Plaza Our stay at Sharm Grand Plaza in November was extremely disappointing. The hotel’s public spaces are in very poor condition: the stage is old and dirty, the kids' area is neglected, and the playground is in such poor shape that it poses a real danger to children. On this playground, our baby fell and severely cut their finger on a sharp plastic edge, which required 5 stitches at the hospital. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a family-friendly resort. We expected a safe and comfortable environment for our vacation but instead experienced stress and indifference. I strongly advise families with children to avoid this hotel.

Overall experience was average. It definitely doesn't hold its 5* title. When we arrived, our air conditioning wasn’t working but it got fixed the next day. Floors are a bit dirty (not to even mention the balconies) since they only mop not vacuum. Bathroom and beds are spacious, but unfortunately the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms (maybe the balcony if you're lucky). Beach and pools are open from 8 a.m till sunset but they started closing half an hour earlier every day, which means that from about 17 till midnight there is basically nothing to do on the premises besides eating. The hotel isn't close to Sharm el Sheikh city center, so taxi is quite expensive ($15 each way). However, the sea is very close (depending on your room 2-8 minutes) and the corals and fish seen during snorkeling are beautiful. Along the beach goes a promenade, but you're only allowed to stay on the path and not enter other hotels' area. Now about the food. Honestly, it's not good at all. There aren't many options and the food is quite similar every day. Vegans and vegetarians don't even have a chance of putting together a decent meal, since most of the seemingly meatless options still have chicken or beef in them. Taste of the food is generally weird and bland, salads are dry and unseasoned. Snacks are given beside the pools between the main meals and I would say I liked the french fries much more than the main food. But all the waste!! Every time you get a drink they give you a new plastic cup even if you repeatedly ask them to reuse the one you give them. Snacks are served with styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery. It's no surprise if you see a plastic cup floating in the pool. Service was good but sometimes the workers didn't greet us back. During the day you can expect several salesmen to approach you and offer "good prices" for trips to the desert and snorkeling.

Great holiday! Took our twins on their first holiday and they loved playing together. The kids animation team was amazing too and they were very comfortable. Within the first 5 minutes of arriving at this hotel as a family we felt very welcome and everyone goes out their way to help. Will definitely be coming back!

Had a fantastic holiday at charmillion, the staff were fab and very friendly. The food was great most of the time with a decent selection. The Italian restaurant was 100% the food was the best I’ve ever had, I highly recommend the seafood option, the shrimp was mouth watering and the soup just wow. You do need to book the Italian and Indian restaurant though. The pools were heated apart from one at the back of the slides that was freezing. The staff made amazing cocktails and even decorated them with fruit and little love hearts using orange peel. The cash machine runs out of money fast but is refilled each day. I would highly recommend staying here then only down fall was the entertainment was a little repetitive although the team were very friendly and always happy and worked very hard. Well done to all staff for making our stay an enjoyable stay

DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS They are of the sister hotel by bus transfer. Sport itself is rundown motel looking, dirty bedding, cold food of Limited choice, 2 star at best. Room full of mosquitos. The receptionist smirked as we booked out after 12 hrs and paid to go back to the hotel we used last year. The area is sandwiched next to the main freeway. carriageway and airport . Even the taxi driver told us yeah english never like... Love holidays were not available to assist after 2 calls being on hold. Luckily as season travellers did something I've never had to do in 30 years ..booked out paid up moved to other hotel. Has made me cry and feel sick total holiday cost now at 1600, ended up where I could have booked myself including flights for 800. Yes I will be making a complaint

Great resort and facilities. Just not as much slides and pools available as thought per pictures and description. Other then that the beach isn't as sandy. Not a long stretch of sea side. Alot of the beachy area near the resort is pebbly. The bus service every 10/15 minutes is fantastic. Free service from the hotel to take us to the beach resort. Market is near by called SOHO square. Again bus can take you outside the square which is great.

Travelled as a family of 3 and absolutely loved our stay here. 2 weeks and it was not enough. The staff are AMAZING! We were made to feel so welcome by everyone we met. The hotel offers a wide variety of freshly cooked food, and you can always find something to your taste. The pool bar serves chips, burgers and hotdogs at lunchtime in addition to the main dining area where you'll find a large buffet style layout (same applies for breakfast and evening meal). The drinks were also generously served. Located 5 minutes from Soho Square and less than 10 mins steady walk to the beach. Only 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel Wi-Fi is free and worked really well throughout the duration of our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, each offering either a small balcony or patio. The pool is big enough to cater for the amount of guests, complete with water slides. We'd go back tomorrow if we could, and I fully expect us to return to this beautiful place. Thanks for making us feel so at home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh Sport Hotel. The staff are ever so friendly and are always ready to help you to ensure you have a fantastic experience. We had no issues whatsoever - we were treated as if we were royalties haha! When it comes to the food, the buffet has a variety of meals on offer to suit everyone's taste - you will not be disappointed. It is worth noting that the food at the Sports hotel is miles better than the main hotel! I strongly advise guests to head over to the beach at the Main hotel and go for a swim! As soon as you walk over to the Pier and jump into the water, you will see the Coral reef along with beautiful fishes swimming around, absolutely marvellous! You will miss out if you don't go. Two aspects which could be improved. (1) Fumigation of bushes takes place instantly without any prior warning - this can be dangerous especially if there are any babies/infants around. Hence, I suggest you have a system in place where guests are notified when fumigation will take place. (2) Please introduce ice-cream to your buffet especially in Summer, as guests in UK would really appreciate it. Thank you Concorde El Salam for making our stay memorable and so enjoyable.

Honest review Pros - WiFi throughout the whole hotel, beach everywhere - you'd be surprised how many hotels only have WiFi in the lobby. I was originally going to go turkey but non had WiFi throughout- even in Egypt not all resorts have WiFi everywhere- this was a HUGE reason why I went. - has shuttle from both hotels - very friendly staff - I notice every1 nationality built a friendship with staff and it was very genuine. - food everyday was different - they also do grilled/bbq style for dinner which I liked a lot. - They have water games throughout the whole day plus entertainment in the evening - if your staying in the non sports then you are very close to soho sqaure - u can take a shuttle bus to soho Square from sports - very close to the airport - the extra activities they offer are actually reasonably priced - the price of this hotel if u find in a package is usually very good price - very HIGH security - you can definitely feel safe here - the non sports hotel is 100% better than the sports. The non sports has better furniture, bar, everything really. Con - - this is not a 5 star, it would be 4 star pushing it - the drinks r limited - only 4 mocktails plus they don't do ice coffee - this place is great for families and solo (when they know your solo they'll make sure you fit in) - generally the place is very clean - the sports Hotel is very limting - I would only suggest to stay there if u have a family and u don't want to go out the actually hotel - since this is a bit far from the "city" finding a taxi on sharmtaxi is very hard - indoor pool is only available for free from 7am to 10am then you have to pay - you have to pay for the sauna/jacuzzi - The gym/sauna etch is only in the other hotel not the sports Overall this is a good place, but is limited. I wouldn't go here again but would suggest it if someone is looking for a reasonable priced all inclusive. I wouldn't keep my exception high but just enjoy taking on the sun n the pool. I would suggest going to the non sports as you'll get the full experience. I gave it 5 stars because all those people who gave 4 or less I don't agree with what they said.

Wifi is only available in the public spaces/reception, very slow connection. Possible to buy a simcard from the guides, $15 for 30Gb. Would also advise to buy an esim/sim card before arriving to the hotel. Room 202: Nice and spacious room with king sized bed. Located down from the main restaurant and has a bit of a view to the sea. The bed is a bit hard. It does get pretty loud in the evening because of the loud music/activities in the main area/bar close to the room. There is a mini fridge, a kettle, small TV, closet and a spacious bathroom. Although it says that if the towels are hanging they will not be changed, the towels were changed anyway as long as they are not on the same spot as they are placed by the roomservice. The window in the bathroom/shower has the shop on the other side of it, everything that's being said inside and outside is heard really well. There is a bit of poor air ventilation in the bathroom which results in some mold spots on shower walls. Water is not drinkable, drinking water bottels are provided in the room. Safebox is not attached to the wall/closet, just a freestanding box in the closet. Lebanese restaurant on the premises that has to be booked one day in advance, open Saturday/Monday/Wednesday. Tipping is expected: ok with 100 Egyptian pounds, 200 is nice. Recommended to tip twice during the one week stay. Hotel is located a bit far from the city/activities. Recommended places to visit by the guide: Soho square best time to go kl.19-20 (taxi 30 min 500 EGP one way) or hotels taxi service 25$ back and forth. Old market 15$ back and forth with hotels taxi service. Would NOT recommend the boat ride to the white island/snorkeling in the park. The hotel has way better and stress-free snorkeling with its private two beaches. Few improvement wishes: Would be nice if the buffet had a schedule/overview of the food themes. F.ex. Tuesdays are "traditional/oriental" food, Friday is seafood, etc. Also if all the food had labels/names and what are the ingredients. It would be nice with more fresh juice options than just orange (€2 per glass for breakfast). The music/loud activities in the evening are a bit too loud for the rooms close to that area.

We stayed for 7 days and enjoyed every single day of our holiday in this beautiful and relaxing hotel. It’s a lovely place with a real character, great staff from reception to catering to entertainment all really nice and helpful. The food was great with very many options and there were different themes some nights (e.g. Egyptian night, romantic night, etc) that made it more fun and interesting. The quality of the food was great too. There are various activities and parties that people can join in if they wish. They were fun and I personally enjoyed them as they kept me active and entertained. Plenty of lovely space in various locations if you want to sunbathe near the see or the pool or more quiet locations. Well maintained gardens and beautiful surroundings make it all very nice and relaxing both at nights and during the days. We loved it and will go back again! Recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a relaxing holiday with an element of fun alongside. Thank you to all staff who made our holiday very lucky very! 😊

This is a lovely hotel. The staff can't do enough for you, and the coral reef is the most beautiful I've ever seen. A small problem is that it's advertised as all-inclusive. Well, I suppose it fits very loosely into that description if you can keep up with all the rules. The food was good, sometimes great and on Egyptian day excellent. If you like the activities, then the animation team will be a great addition to your holiday, but if you just want a week chilling in the sun doing nothing, get used to them waking you up and constantly annoying you, even when you have said no 5 times a day for the last 6 days. Now, onto the important stuff. The beer. I suppose it doesn't taste that bad, but the staff have to pour it from bottles and haven't got a clue how to fill a glass,or the paper cup and most of the time the head is that big that by the time you get back to the sun bed, you've got a shot of beer. None of the local spirits tastes of what it says on the bottle, and both red and white wine is watered down. And lastly wifi is slowed down that much that you can send data messages but it might take all week. You can buy faster WiFi but taking a few pigeons in you case might be quicker.

Charmillion Gardens Aqua Park (former Sea Gardens Resort) belongs to a group of 3 hotels, all next to each other. Gardens Aqua Park is the furthest from the sea, but the walk to beach is very enjoyable and quite quick - you'll get there in 10min max. All 3 hotel gardens and pools are accessible to all guests. Gardens Aqua Park guests can also use the buffet of Sea Life Resort, but not the Charmillion Club's restaurant. The food was ok - you can always find something that you'll likely go for seconds, especially if you like chicken, beef and roasted vegetables. The buffet restaurant on Gardens premises was smaller but also cosier and with the best service staff. The food selection seemed to be the same between Gardens and Sea Life. The buffet and bar offer soft drinks, like coce, beer, coctails, slushies, quite ok americano / cappuccino. Wine is only served in the restaurant. You can always ask for bottled still water. During your stay you can book a table on 3 nights in one of the a la carte restaurants on all hotel premises. We tried some of them, but found the selection & quality underwhelming. The raved Japanese restaurant was impossible to book. The pool view family room was specious for our family of 5. The rooms look a bit warn, but are clean. The warmest pool is located on the Club territory, closest to the sea. Sea Life pool was heated as well. The pools in Gardens, including the water park were not heated. But even in December our nordic kids were able to enjoy water without getting too cold. Wet suite tops are recommended. Our 6, 11 and 20-year old boys were very happy with the waterslides and usually spent several hours each day in the aqua park. It was a definite plus for picking this hotel. My goal was to pick a hotel with easy access to the sea with its own coral reef. And on that front Charmillion also delivered. The walk to the beach through Sea Life gardens is lovely. You could always find chairs in spots that were not windy. There's a long pier that takes you to the reef. If it is too windy, the pier is closed and then you can only swim in the mostly knee deep water which is on the other hand perfect for kids. Water shoes are a must as the seabed is uneven and sharp. But even in that shallow water you can wear a mask and enjoy all of the colorful fishes that surround you. This was such a great experience for the kids! Swimming along the stunning coral reef is the best feature of this hotel. With every snorkelling session you'll notice something new. As our 6-year old is an experienced swimmer, he was also able to enjoy the wonderous underwater life above a 30m drop. On the hotel premises there was always enough space - to pick a lounge chair at the pool/water park, at the beach or to find a table in the restaurant or at the bar. We especially liked that there was usually no-one bugging you about buying tours and other services. The animation team was more active in Sea Life and seemed to be tailored for the Italians which suited us fine as we prefer to take care of our own entertainment. We did go for one of the evening shows, which was quite terrible. We preferred hanging out in the bar area, playing pool or enjoying friend's company on the hotel room's balcony instead. Overall we were really happy with our stay. The staff were all very nice and always attentive. Especially the bar and restaurant staff of the small restaurant of Charmillion Gardens. Two pro tips: use the InDrive app for ordering a taxi - the fees are very reasonable and non-negotiable once confirmed. Everything was fantastic the staff were very polite and helpful especially the receptionists Mahmoud ,Moustafa and Osama .food was delicious and variable in all main restaurant. The main restaurant crew in Gardens Aqua park were so nice and welcoming. The swimming pools were very clean, and all the water slides operated very smoothly. The housekeeping was very consistent and the room was cleaned almost every day. The boat trip was amazing. The diving team was organized and ready to help anyone dive especially the snorkeling instructor Ali. All in all, everything was beyond expectations, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have fun!

we reserved 3 rooms, but the overall experience was far from perfect. things took a turn for the worse when an employee at sea life restaurant confronted us on the checkout day being rude and demanding extra money. despite clarifying that lunchtime falls before the check-in time, and thus, it was reasonable to settle it at checkout, our explanation responded by that he knows we are trying to make the best of the paid money, really! my recommendation would be to avoid dealing with them if you don't wanna ruin your vacation.

We had a wonderful experience at Charmillion Gardens. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was really friendly. We found the food delicious and the manager in the Aqua Garden restaurant Mahmoud Kalaf was amazing. He looked after my family during every meal. His waiters were really friendly especially Hassan Hussein, who would give my baby daughter balloons every time and also prepared a special table for us as a surprise. The beach was conveniently located near the restaurant and the hotel has all the facilities you would want. I would definitely visit here again

Beautiful setting with the mountains behind, with the amazing pools and the beach. The pools would be nice to be heated during the winter months. Good beach facilities, comfortable bed and room. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms could be cleaner. There is a free programmer for every evening/night, animators in the morning. Food is adequate, nice selection of veggies and bread on the buffet table (little short of meat varieties), but it gets a bit boring with days passing by, as there is not much variety from day to day. Staff is friendly, but could improve in informing guests better. In all, it is nice for the price payed.

We have just returned from this resort. We had a very pleasant vacation in this wonderful location. There is a large quiet pool with a bar and another pool with music and parties, with slides, with a lazy river and another bar, so you can choose what you like. The beach is rocky with picturesque views and colorful fish right on the shore. The food is good and varied at the main restaurant. There are also a la carte restaurants, beach bar, 2 pool bars, fruit and snack bar. Many thanks to manager Mr. Moataz who works very hard from morning until late at night to offer the best solutions to the hotel's tourists. He helped us a lot and is a professional and kind person. The room was always clean, the bed linen and towels changed daily and the mini bar filled daily with bottled drinks.

The over all experience wasn't bad with the hotel However I expected better honesty. First of all the bathrooms was always wet and have to wait for next day until someone comes and clean the room . The back of the bed wasn’t clean was full of dust and that was weird as i thought everyday the guy will clean it out and it stayed the same during my whole stay there and I didn’t want to bother anyone. The animation team is nice and friendly but to be honest the activities is super boring, specially night ones. The pool bar guy, someone with glasses and looks at his 30s, I felt like he ignoring us, and Egyptian guests in general, and even lost interest for even drinking something also the cups on the pool bar was dirty and looks nasty. Thats all the issues I faced other wise everything is fine and the whole stuff is really nice and cooperative specially restaurant team.

Well where shall i start. Rubbish - i wouldn't give this hotel a 1star. The food, the staff and the drinks are awful. Limited choice of food which was always cold and a lot of guests became ill. The attitude of the staff they don't want too serve you, they would rather talk to each other and were always on their mobile phones -no help whatsoever. The lobby bar which is not very big and it's the only one at night. there aren't enough tables or chairs to sit more then 10 people. This is the 7th time we've been to Egypt and it's the worst hotel in Sharm. Also bar staff at the beach bar were rude and unhelpful. They didn't give a proper service ie didn't come and ask if you wanted any drinks whilst sunbathing. If you wanted drinks you had to go to the bar yourself. Never had this sort of poor service before even in lower star rated hotels. Don't recommend this hotel at all. Don't waste your money.

Had a wonderful week staying here. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. The staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly. Special mention to Viola and Ibrahim in the restaurant, Ahmed at the lobby bar, and Hanny on the front desk. But there are, frankly, too many to mention and there were many more people who helped make our stay special. Buffet restaurant can get a little repetitive but no other issues.

All staff are so friendly, they can not do enough for you. They don’t expect tips at all but they do so much for you, we tipped. Our room was gorgeous. Couldn’t have asked for a better one. Our balcony was lovely, gorgeous sea view. The food was the main let down, it was OK standard. Wasn’t fantastic, seemed to be the same every other day. They definitely need to switch it up more every day. Was sick of seeing rice, chopped beef and chicken wings. Most of the staff behind the sections where you get food was ok but others were rude and ignorant. All staff in reception was helpful and understanding. Life guards round the pool at the very bottom near the pool bar they was all so friendly, would come and talk to us all the time and make our friends little girl so happy. If you drink alcohol I would highly recommend to buy some from duty free on the way in, there draft beer is lovely but that’s it. The vodka doesn’t taste like vodka and the only other spirits they have is gin whisky and brandy. I don’t know what they are like as we didn’t try them. Would definitely recommend overall.

Waiters great but food was bland and really not very good, it became monotonous. Entertainment was awful. The young team of “kids” did a poor job really and there was little to no live music in the bars. There was an outside theatre show which was dreadful. With so many resorts to choose from we would not return here. We spent a week at Sunrise and the difference between the two is vast.

Our family just completed our stay. The location, the rooms, the views are stunning. The food was very good. Excellent chefs. The service, particularly the front desk, was surprisingly bad. Twice we were charged with consuming goods from the mini-bar, which we had not consumed on either occasion. At the restaurant, we were often ignored, simple requests for water with our meal not being served. The worst issue however was at checkout. We were short 2 cards for beach towels, as my son had returned these towels after the cabana staff had left for the day. The hotel staff locked the gate and would not permit us to leave the property without paying for these items. We paid these ridiculous charges to be able to leave the resort and make our flight. We have travelled extensively, and have never been treated like this. Imagine - travelling internationally and staying at a 5* resort - to be accused of stealing towels and mineral water. It is a shame, as this is otherwise a beautiful place but management has completely misunderstood customer service.

I am spending my vacation at this hotel, and after a week, I can confidently say that the stay has exceeded all expectations. Location and Rooms: The view of the bay is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. It’s always easy to find free sun loungers on the beach, which is especially important for a comfortable stay. Dining: The food here is exceptional — the variety of dishes will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Fresh vegetables, beef, fish, squid, as well as crabs and tuna, make lunches and dinners a true culinary delight. Service: Special thanks to Mr. Zakir, the chefs, and the waitstaff for their excellent work. The bartenders at the beach, the pool, and the lobby, especially Nader, are always friendly and professional. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is maintained at the highest level — from the rooms to the public areas. The only thing that surprised me a bit was the restriction on alcohol service until 12 PM. However, this didn’t spoil the overall impression at all. There are many returning guests at the hotel, and now I completely understand why! This is a place you would definitely want to come back to again and again.

Great place for family holiday. The little one is 2 and he loved the water. For a January holiday it was great, over 23°C up to 27°C. There are heated pools as well, very friendly staff. Lots of activities, lots of water slides. Food from early morning till midnight. Drinks all day and night long. Nice evening shows for the little ones and for adults. It was a very good stay for us. The room was cozy, modern and very clean. The staff was great. Peter at the reception took great care of all matters, especially after our flight was cancelled. The entire team was very hardworking and friendly but never intrusive. The beach is very good, the house reefs are beautiful. You could also walk to the beaches of the other hotels. The hotel was very busy with people from all over the world, but you never had the impression that it was overcrowded. The food was very good. Overall, I am very satisfied and would come again.

The whole experience at the resort was excellent from the staff to the food and also everything in-between. The whole week I stayed the staff were always welcoming and were always happy to help wherever they could. The whole resort was always clean and the culina restaurant was where i went daily to eat as the staff were always excellent. The taxi service was excellent especially when visiting the old market the driver gave us advice on places to visit, the only issue came up when going home, this was a different driver who spoke to someone at the airport when he dropped us off who then took our bags an then charged us quite a bit of money, an wouldn't leave us alone until we paid. All things aside I will definitely stay at the resort again.

We had a top floor double room overlooking the pool room 5317. We did request for a quite room and asked the receptionist when checking in but unfortunately we’re giving a room overlooking the noisy pool, the water slides and the stage. We didn’t use the noisy pool where they had lots of activities all day. The other pool around the corner was nice and relaxing and the pool staff and barman were very attentive and friendly. The guys at the snack bar also very professional and attentive. The Snacks were tasty. The main buffet restaurant food was good, I ate the Egyptian food every evening as it was very tasty. The cocktail bar in main building was okay but they seemed always busy and people waiting to be served. The beach is very nice but we couldn’t be bothered to go there as we liked the peaceful pool. Over all we really enjoyed our holiday at the Jaz Mirabel Park and found all the staff very professional attentive and friendly. We went on some great trips to the desert and a boat trip. Also, it was my husband’s birthday while we were there and they kindly left a nice birthday cake, fruits and a bunch of beautiful white roses left in our room..thank you everyone at the Jaz Mirabel Park.

Fantastic Experience! V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh exceeded all expectations! The rooms were modern and spotless, the staff was warm and attentive, and the views were breathtaking. Staff was really nice and friendly, although I would say their english is somewhat limited since most of them speak russian, italian or of course arabic, but we always found a way to make things work or happen. Take this is as a heads up or a tip so you can prepare accordingly, but it’s not a complaint at all. The food was lovely, and they have multiple restaurants and a buffet style area so you can choose to your liking. The whole place is designed that you don’t really have to leave the place if you don’t want to, they have lovely little shops in their bazaar area where you can find probably everything that you would need on a vacation, and they have people roaming around offering different programs and activities so you can book those even from your sunbed. We went there in January, weather was lovely but make sure you pack SPF 50 sunscreen, because 30 obviously wasn’t enough for me as I got burned 3 times haha.

I was very impressed with V Hotel 5*. Wonderful meal, completely renewed rooms, territory, lobby, wonderful service - the staff always helpful and attentive. Nice aquapark for adults and kids. I will definitely come back again with my family! And recommend this hotel for holidays.

Unfortunately 5* hotel in Egypt, looks like a 3* in Europe, we were disappointed a bit because of that, rooms were dirty, cleaning was poor, food was good but not very various, big amount of food but after two days you get bored of it, no sea food, no exotic fruits, drinks looks like the cheapest, except the coffee, coffee is really good, alcohol is disgusting. The hotel outside is beautiful, full of trees and grass, rooms are with nice view on sea, the beach is ok, you can see different kind of fishes, only thing the entrance to the sea from panton where is pretty deep. On the terrace of the restaurant where you take the meal, smoking is not prohibited, not possible to eat outside with baby. Staff is not very friendly, but I think that's because they are working 14 hours daily for small salary. If you visit Egypt first time, don't have big expectations, then it will be probably fine.

-The hotel is noway 5 stars...its fairly 3 or 4 stars. -A lot of rectification and construction works on the beach side. - Music is on pool area in the middle of the rooms non stop from 10 am to 11pm..noway to rest in the mid of the day. Even the sound quality is bad and repetitive tracks. - the food quality isn't good with same dishes everyday. - the beach area is absolutely a mess. - the staff apparently aren't paid well or facing other difficulties which shows on their dealing with the guests. - animation team are active with everyday programs and activities. - not enough toilets in the public areas which force the guest to go to the rooms if toilet is needed.

My girlfriend and I stayed at your hotel in mid-December, and I must say, it was a top-notch 5-star experience. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the team at the bar and the housekeepers, who went above and beyond. Everything was impeccably clean throughout the hotel. Our room was cleaned daily, and the person assigned to our room was incredibly kind and ensured it was spotless every single day. I would like to highlight the fine dining experience at the hotel—something I feel many people may not even be aware of. It was truly exceptional. My girlfriend's birthday fell during our stay, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make it special. They surprised her with a birthday cake delivered to our room, and later that evening, at the end of our dinner, the lights dimmed as the team brought out another cake while singing "Happy Birthday." It was such an unexpected and touching gesture that left us both speechless. I must also mention the reception team. Having stayed in several hotels, we’ve never experienced such a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with any questions we had. I also appreciated the option for a late checkout, which, although it comes with a small fee, was well worth it. All in all, this was perhaps our best hotel stay ever. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly cannot find a single negative word to say about our experience. Beautiful resort with the building architecture on the outside especially nice and calming. It is a fairly spacious resort with pretty laid out gardens, flowers and a nice and clean beach. The beach has adjustable chair decks and a drink bar adjacent to it which is convenient for a good slush or mock-tail. The jacuzzi and spa was very nice with manageable temperatures. The rooms are decent and based in a quiet side of the resort, with a wonderful view outside the room though it is a bit dark but maybe they like the darker vibes inside the house. It had traditional designs inside and tiled flooring (not carpet). Very big rooms, can get quite warm even though AC is on but it had a nice balcony and view of the sea. The service was top notch, staff were attentive on the whole and they happily provide a good service. Wifi was working better than I expected from the room and parts of the hotel. The live food was fresh and tasted good. Ahmed from the drinks bar was especially nice and delivered custom and special made hot and cold drinks. They were friendly and seem like they get trained on customer service. The hotel manager sent a letter to the room and invited us to a special canapé and chocolate reception with delicious snacks not found elsewhere in the hotel as a token of gratitude. The beach has nice views and clean water and the sand is soft. The entertainers are usually perched around there and try and engage guests to join them for activities throughout the day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it felt like a relaxed atmosphere and good value for money.

Where do I start? Despite being a frequent traveler, I simply never experienced this level of hospitality inside or outside of Egypt. Not a single negative issue throughout my lengthy stay, and nothing but positive experiences with everything related to this resort. From the first encounter on the gate, through the reception, room, beach, pool, restaurants, facilities, amenities, literally everything everywhere, was highly upkept by an amazing team that always smile and try to help you with anything, anytime. The entire team goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that guests are enjoying their stay with utmost care and attention. Everything was perfect, beyond expectation, they went the extra mile to make sure our stay is memorable. Starting with the location, the hotel has many points of access to Naama Bay, our room had a direct access to the street and was super close to the pool, beach and main hotel restaurant, it was so convenient to move anytime, they also provide golf carts all day long to move guests anywhere within the hotel. The room has everything we could ask for, very comfy beds, all bathroom amenities, and a modern smart TV, yet the housekeeping is a call away to supply you with anything you wish to have, all their rooms are really spacious. Each room has a terrace or a balcony with a very nice view. The green spaces are all over the hotel, they take good care of it during the night when less people are walking around. Main restaurant is were the open buffet for all meals, it is called Orangerie, the variety of food guarantees the satisfaction of everyone no matter what your taste is, the restaurant is extremely busy yet they work like bee hive, super fast super clean and they pay attention to small details, a section for people with special needs, a section for adults only with no kids around, the rest of the sectors are around, the food is presented in the center where it is accessible by all within few steps. Spa was exceptional, I would love to thank Zakaria and Dina for the best massage we had, the options are huge there and they will make sure you get exactly what you had in mind with a little bit more of happiness. Pools were super clean, not crowded anytime of the day, clean towels are provided anytime, a small bar to serve drinks is also around the pool if you want to drink and relax, life guards were available in pairs all the time. The access to the beach is a different story, they have the best beach in Naama Bay, private for them and it is super clean, plenty of seats to accommodate everyone, there is a bar and a DJ all day long, beach parties on daily basis as well. Internet is covering the whole hotel area and the neighbouring parts on the beach or main Street so you are set to go without worrying about being connected. There is an airport shuttle in exchange of a very small amount of money. The staff are amazing and super friendly, Mr. Magdy, Ayman and Katharina from the front office did an amazing job to make our stay memorable, thank you guys, keep it up, you will see us again 👍

We had an amazing experience at this resort. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is warm and comfortable. They have a very nice pool and the beach was very good. The only thing that was a little annoying was that our room was far from the pool and beach especially since the weather was very hot and sunny. Wonderful stay! The staff were attentive and helpful, and the beach is easily accessible from all rooms, with an elevator for higher spots. Food, especially the seafood, was delicious, though the variety could improve. Plenty of loungers by the pool and beach, and the entertainment team kept things fun with activities all day. Evening shows were enjoyable but could be enhanced. Only drawback was the pontoon to the reef, which felt a bit unstable. Overall, a great experience with friendly service and fun amenities. Recommended!

Recently returned from a 7 nights stay here. Overall a great hotel full of entertainment and excellent facilities. Truly enjoyed our stay here. Room was cleaned daily from Mustafa who done a good job. Whilst, Mohamed working in the restaurant serving omelettes in the morning was very friendly as well as the general manager who usually wears a blue shirt at the main reception. He was very professional. No real negative cons. Only thing to be mindful of is the hotel is occupied mainly by Russians and Russian speakers so there is a lot of Russian announcements compared to English announcements. This should be equal. Additionally housekeeping is great but they will ask for reviews every so often. No real issues as the room is cleaned well.

Good food, nice public places, superb view from restaurants. Reef and beach very nice. Cocktails very medium. Rooms are little bit worn out, but not a big problem. The biggest problem of the hotel or maybe not only this one, that they allows for guests to use portable speakers. Drunk people walking with loud music in all territory at the same time hotel music is playing, so big chaos of sounds. Sometimes 2 or 3 different companies plays their own music in one place together with the hotel.

Second time we've been to this hotel having loved it last time. It was also good this time - the rooms are huge, the service was excellent - especially around the pool where Montasser and Ahmed looked after us really well! You can also see the amount of time and effort that the hotel invests in maintaining the look and feel of the resort. It's also within walking distance of Soho Square which gives you both places to go out and shop/eat in the evenings as well as a range of entertainment options. A couple of things we were less impressed by this time around (hence the 4 rather than 5 stars) were: (1) the standard of dining within the resort. While the dishes themselves were generally tasty, every dish came with chips which for us, cheapened the offer. Additionally, the fish restaurant was really disappointing - a surprise given the hotel is right on the coast. We were surprised by this because generally, the reviews of the food are very positive. However, this was our impression. (2) the rooms - in particular the bathrooms are a little bit on the tired side in places. We have great empathy that post Covid, the hospitality industry continues to have a tough time of it, but guests will only return if the experience is great. Generally, I think we would return (if the price was right) as the sun, facilities and service are great. But if you're a "foodie", there may well be better options elsewhere.

We cannot rate this hotel and it's amazing staff highly enough. Our recent stay was extended as my 86yr old father had an accident on our last day and we had to remain a further 11days. The professionalism, respect and help we were given by everyone was incredible. When my father returned to the hotel after 5 days, he was treated amazingly. The hotel reception manager Hisham did everything he could possibly do to assist us. Dina the Guest relations again was incredible. There are too many to mention, but I will be thanking them all in an email to the Hotel. Thank you all, you are all very special people. 🙏

Simply the best weather, restaurants, staff , amenities and scenic views We feel like Royalty here , absolutely nothing is any trouble for any staff, we feel it's a little unfair to name any in particular as all Savoy staff have your best experience and enjoyment as the entry level and all go the extra hundreds of miles. The Room's cleanliness, decor, comfort, and special touches ( welcome gift) is exemplary truly wonderful. Again I need to highlight the staff's friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help. Mohammed, Abdulla etc but literally EVERY staff is AMAZING 🤩 You feel unique as all experiences we have had, events, tours,local recommendations provided by the hotel staff were perfect, thankyou so much !! Dining Options... Spoilt for choice... SO many restaurants there is something for everyone and the food is absolutely terrific with choices and delicious too ! It's a winner, the food, restaurants and service you cannot better - cast iron guaranteed. To summarise , "I can't wait to return to Savoy Group and couldn't recommend it any higher to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!" Our rating - the only hotel we have given but it's simply 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The staff was truly excellent, showing an exceptional level of care for children that we had never experienced before. The cleanliness was impeccable, the food was of high quality, and the service was really outstanding. A special mention goes to the housekeeping service – the staff was highly professional and dedicated. The hotel offers many activities; perhaps the tennis facilities could be slightly improved (the equipment could use some updating), but everything else was truly exceptional. The slides were incredibly fun and well-maintained, and the entertainment was fantastic. The children’s entertainer (Julia) was extremely professional and sweet, providing great service for both kids and parents. Highly recommended!

Overall, super amazing resort the animation team are very welcoming and friendly so are the waiters. Lots of activities to do during the day like Zumba, aqua aerobics, yoga, darts. They have heated pools which are great for the winter season when the cold pools are too cold. Food is amazing lots of selection and the chefs are very friendly. They do crepes in the midday which are delicious aswell as an ice cream bar. The entertainment is great for all age groups as they have a younger stage and more of an older aged stage. The weathers amazing all year round even in January it’s mid 20s.

I would have given it five stars if staff did not always come up to be to sell me massages. I got approached over 10 times. Also receptionist was not welcoming.

**Fantastic Family Stay at Alberto’s Aqua Park** We recently stayed at Alberto’s Aqua Park with our family, including our 2-year-old son, and had an incredible experience! The environment was beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The aqua park was amazing, with a variety of pools, including a few heated outdoor ones, which were perfect for January. The weather was lovely, and the entire atmosphere felt welcoming and vibrant. The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. A special mention to the gentleman who cleaned our room; his daily surprises with bed decorations brought so much joy to our family! The reception team was equally wonderful and very accommodating. When we requested to move from a first-floor room to a ground-floor one for convenience with our toddler, they handled it quickly and efficiently. The highlight of our stay was the spa! The massages were heavenly, and the team, especially Yasmin and Aya, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. They provided a private room with a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, where we could relax as a family. Our little one loved the experience and even got a mini pamper treatment! Yasmin and Aya also entertained our son while we enjoyed our massage, making it such a stress-free and enjoyable experience for us as parents. Overall, Alberto’s Aqua Park is the perfect destination for families. The combination of excellent facilities, thoughtful services, and warm hospitality made this a vacation to remember. We can't wait to return!

A very good hotel especially for families with small kids as there many aqua parks with varied interactions and also different day activities for children. The staff is nice everywhere, and the quality of everything is at high standards. The food is varied and tastes good. Overall the hotel offers everything one could need or wish for for a comfy good vacation. My only kind recommendation and request from the hotel is to work on offering their staff needed rest time during the day, especially those working in hot spots with endless requests from the guests. The staff will always serve you with a smile and it could be that they themselves are not aware of what I am saying but I find putting it here being the minimum I have to do for all the great work and service the place offers.

Visited in December and was very disappointed. Unlike other resorts in Sharm, drinking water bottles were no where to be seen at this resort. I mean even in the restaurant! The other odd thing I found when dining in the restaurant was that the waiters dont come to your table to ask if you want drinks etc either - you have to get drinks yourself. We always tip waiters when they bring your drinks and I think this is something this resort needs to allow - table service for drinks is a must! oh and the lazy river is basically stagnant! No flow to it at all! You will not float around.

I recently stayed at the Monte-Carlo Sharm Resort & SPA, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. There were several issues that really detracted from what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. To start with, the check-in process was painfully slow, which set a frustrating tone from the beginning. The hotel’s decor felt overly garish and tacky – an unfortunate mix of outdated design elements that seemed to be stuck in the 80s. The whole place felt worn and in need of a serious renovation. The room we were given had not been cleaned at all upon arrival, which was incredibly disappointing. Speaking of the room, it was far from what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The furnishings and mattress were old and worn, giving the room an uncomfortable, dated "80s chic" vibe. Additionally, we had issues with the water – it took a solid five minutes for the hot water to come through, and even then, it was lukewarm at best. The shower never got hot enough, and we ended up using the bathtub instead of the shower cubicle, which was incredibly inconvenient. The resort’s overall theme continued this trend of cheap, tacky design, and it seemed like every corner was focused on maximizing profit at the expense of guest comfort. But perhaps the most frustrating moment was when I had just finished snorkeling and accidentally swallowed some salty seawater. When I tried to ask for a simple glass of water at the beach bar, the bartender refused to serve me because my wristband had fallen off in the sea. I wasn’t asking for alcohol or bottled water – just water to rinse my mouth. This experience really encapsulates the overall attitude of the hotel, where guest satisfaction clearly takes a back seat to cost-cutting measures. Additionally, I came across numerous reviews mentioning bedbugs and inappropriate behavior from the animation team toward young women. In hindsight, I wish I had paid more attention to these warnings before booking my stay. Overall, I would not recommend the Monte-Carlo Sharm Resort & SPA. The hotel promises luxury and 5-star service but delivers a barely 3-star experience. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is definitely not the place for you. There are plenty of other resorts that offer better service, comfort, and value. Don’t make the mistake I did – look elsewhere.

Staff are excellent, you absolutely can't fault them. They try super hard to make sure you have a good time. Rooms are spacious, but a little tired. Nothing really too wrong with them though. Location is good, close to Sharm old town. The beach is on a cliff, you can't really walk straight into the water but there is a pier with steps that leads you into the water. The water is beautiful with tropical fish 🐠🐟. Farsha Café is a 5 minute taxi and is well worth a visit, absolutely amazing night out. The food in the hotel is decent, above average for an all inclusive, but isn't going to blow your mind.

This is a well-maintained hotel with beautiful grounds. It boasts easy access to the sea and a stunning reef. The cuisine is quite tasty for Egypt. Our room was excellently located in a building right by the pool with a sea view (front line), conveniently close to both the sea and the restaurant, and very near the main pool. The highlight for me was the large, well-equipped, complimentary gym on-site. Special thanks to trainer Yulia, who spent over 10 hours with me in training sessions during my stay. The only downside was the animation team. Their choice of loud, unpleasant music made it noisy in our room throughout the day, even with the windows shut. After a prolonged struggle with them, I contacted the manager, Mr. Shady, who was incredibly helpful. He managed to reduce the noise and improve the quality of the music. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it as a good place for rest.

We had an incredible time at Jaz Fanara Resort! The hotel is beautiful, with stunning views of the Red Sea and clean, comfortable rooms. Rooms are very nice - personally had a sea view room so it was superb. Food is also OK, not everything was great, but you always have a nice meal. There is an entertainment crew that does events through the whole day. The beach is also behind a rock so its not very windy. All and all this is one of the better resorts in the area.

The beach is really beautiful, with crystal clear water, and coral reefs not far for snorkeling/diving to see many amazing underwater creatures. And the pool is also nice with a bar and a nice view of the bay. There was a lot of choice of foods. The shows were nice and the animation team was very friendly. I will highly recommend this hotel and next time will come with our family.

I had an incredible experience at the resort in Egypt, and I can't recommend it enough! The Kids Club was absolutely fantastic—my son had the best time with a wide range of activities that kept them entertained all day long. The staff were amazing, always friendly and caring, making sure everyone felt comfortable and happy. The service throughout the entire resort was top-notch, from check-in. Every staff members went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, always with a smile. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options at every meal. Whether we were enjoying a buffet or dining at one of the a la carte restaurants, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. This is a hotel I absolutely love and keep coming back to! For me, Reef is simply the best. My family has stayed here three times. In January 2025, my daughter and I are going to Reef again. I look forward to being a guest of Reef Oasis Beach again! Here’s what I’d like to say about the hotel: 1. The location is perfect (especially great for a winter stay, which is why I always come in January). 2. The reef here is wonderful — the best! Even boats from other hotels come to see it. The beach has an easy, walk-in access to the water, so it’s great for families with kids. Just remember to bring water shoes. 3. Delicious food — there’s always something tasty to try. 4. The coffee is great. 5. Alcohol is just okay. If you don’t want the free local options, you can always bring your own, buy some in the hotel, or find a nearby store. 6. Room cleanliness is excellent. I always leave a tip and some Ukrainian chocolates for the staff, and I get fresh sheets, towels, coffee, tea, and water. 7. Many pools and one of them is heated during the winter. 8. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and green. I love strolling around. 9. The Indian restaurant is delicious! Highly recommended. I could go on with all the great things about this hotel. It truly is a wonderful choice. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation and want to swim among amazing coral reefs, pick Reef Oasis Beach Resort. I can't wait to be back in January 2025! 😍

Great hotel with a lot of swimming pools, amazing views from the restaurant, very nice coral reef and great food. The only downside was that the waiters and animation team was prioritizing the Italian people, and for the Russian speaking guests (which were about 20-30%), it was quite challenging to attract attention of the staff. Very sad considering that we paid the same price. There was an official complaint made by other guests about it through the Tour Agency, bit not much changes after.

I chose this resort based on reviews that were promising best snorkelling and great food. And that was true. Beautiful sand beach, molo to get to the reef full of fish. Food was amazing, never seen such a large variety of food (and we dodn't eat meat and still were very satisfied). Always two buffets open and you could take the food by yourself. The resort is huge, lots of pools and rooms, it was clean and well maintained. We felt very safe there. However the rooms don't meet the standard I was expecting. The floor in the room wasn't clean when we entered, one last tissue left in the box, bathroom sink kept clogging. However I do recommend.

The worst Hotel in Sharm !!! An Italian Colony, no behaviour, very loud. The italians take the towels and beach beds of others and don't even say sorry, they shout and insult you. Beach boys Mustafa and Ahmad didn't want to help me ! They said " Go to receptopn" I went crying to my room, where I complained to Mr Amr, assistant manager, who said ok, he will look after it, with no feed back till my departure. Hotel Beach is like a sardine box, every day quarrel for shadow. There are 2 animation teams : The italian and the egyptian animation team, but the announcements of the activities are only in italian, the songs are mostly italian with some little exceptions in English and mostly this thechno rythm bum bum. They don't allow the egyptian team to play any Arabic or other songs, although they are in Egypt. The team only talks italian to italian people, as if there are no other nationalities in the hotel. All other nationalities are ignored. Even activity announcements are only in Italian, no body else understands anything. Many, many stairs to reach the beach, about 150 stairs. There is a shuttle, but only for part of the distance. The personnel is very friendly and helpful everywhere. Complains for 2 weeks were ignored, about ladies toilets in Beach Restaurant that don't close. Horrible 2 weeks holiday. I didn't feel to be in Sharm this time. I'm 3 - 5 times a year in Sharm, never experienced such a bad holiday / Hotel. Part of my job is to evaluate Hotels ! This hotel will get zero ! SORRY, NEVER AGAIN !!!

It was our second time in this hotel, last time we have been in 2023 December. This time I can say the food is much better, although even in 2023 it was good. Service also becomes better: waiters never forgot a single order which was happening quite often in 2023. Rooms are “tired” and need renovation but that is OK for me. Reef is good although this time noticeably less fish, I think tourism is killing it. Kids had good time in Kids club. All pools were heated this time, last year only the main one was warm. No food poisoning both visits :)

Fantastic resort with great staff who couldn't do enough for you. Only reason didn't get a 5 was because of personal preference. I. E no paper menus in some food areas you had to use a qr code on your phone which I didn't always have with me. Not being able to book all your food choices for the week ahead, could only book a day in advance and wasn't always available. I would have preferred to book on the first day for the full week and then it was done, you could forget about it. Like I said personal preferences, others may prefer it that way. New years eve was great but could have done with a bit more communication I. E no announcement for food, at least not in English. Overall a lovely resort with the staff making it extra special.

Excellent hotel, even beats most 5* rated hotels back home in Europe. All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and extremely generous. Brilliant options like no other in the hotel with around 10 restaurants to choose from. The resort is also alot bigger than you think with golf carts used to get around which is great. Amazing landscape and access to the beach. Will definitely be visiting again in the new year.

We had a lovely week at Baron Palms Resort! Beach was nice, good snorkeling. Pool-area was great with super staff service. The restaurant had changing buffet menu from day to day with extra dining events during the week (Gala, outdoor grilling etc.). No problems at all and very kind waiters! Food was average regarding variety and quality but restaurant chef and all staff were very nice, friendly and really provided a great service. Beverages were great for “all inclusive”. Animation team, morning activity and evening entertainment were “ok”. Pool and beach were clean and staff was friendly. Hotel management was keen to listen to every guest and solve any issues encountered. Overall the resort was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Good value for money too. Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top. All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway. The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed..

A fantastic hotel to stay in with family. Excellent selection of pools and bars throughout the resort (including within the sister hotel Reef Oasis). Staff were incredible throughout, always going out of their way to ensure you were looked after - some of the best I've come across, whether at the bar or room cleaning. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and are excellently maintained by an army of hard working gardeners and engineers - they really make it feel like being in paradise. We booked the hotel for access to the reef as we had researched that it was possibly the best reef accessed from a hotel beach in all of Sharm el Sheikh and I think we got that spot on. Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort. Will definitely come back!

Generally very nice resort for the price(December we paid 400£ pp with flights for 5 nights), very nice gardening, night lights are making the atmosphere, plenty of swimming pools, BUT always are things to improve, here my list: - jacuzzi in the main building - cold water not pleasant to use! Steam room - poor not fresh smell. - Family heated pool (the one between Beach Resort and Sentigo) no toilet, wonder where people...yy -when you dine at buffets, no one is asking you if you want something to drink(I was asked maybe 2 times during my 5 night stay), you have to or call the waiter or go to the bar and ask. Same on the beach, no service, even on Sentigo separated area. - outdoor pizza making facilities need protection from the birds, not hygenic when lots of birds eat the flour and later you make pizza on the same table. -Small choice of alcohol and in the pool and beach bars you cant even order a wine! You need to go to main proper bars in main buildings. Beer is just 4%, thats water not a beer for me.

This hotel is a real discovery for me! From the first minutes here you feel the atmosphere of coziness and hospitality. The staff is so friendly that it immediately lifts your spirits. The beach is two steps away, the water is crystal clear. Aqua aerobics is held in the sea. The entertainment in the evenings was pleasing! And the food is a whole separate topic! The service and staff were lovely, but the room was very dirty with terribly bobbled sheets and the standard of the food was poor, with limited options. It looks like it would have been a lovely resort in its day, but everything was extremely worn and a lot of amenities were not working such as the main pool (under construction) and the water features, and some of the lifts. We had fun but it was absolutely not worth the price and so we moved to another resort.

We have stayed in a few sunrise hotels before in sharm el sheik and hugardah and this one is the best by far, all the staff are really friendly, you get greeted wonderfully and sorting rooms is quick and easy, as for our stay, we are in the early built part of the soon to be complex and yet everything runs so smoothly, all the bar staff and chef's get to know you quickly and are really friendly, especially two of the bar staff by the pool. All food and drinks are outstanding and the events they hold are amazing although repeat the same thing every week. The grounds are maintained very well and the rooms are cleaned perfectly by our lovely cleaner for rooms 1107 1108 and 1109. The reps that do dances and pool activities are great and friendly too, infact our two favourite reps Philip and chika (sorry if I spelt their names wrong) are amazing and friendly, chika would come up to us and make us laugh and even push my cocky brother into the pool, however one day my brother got his revenge and pulled chika into the pool we all laughed together and chika had fun too, but then chika got moaned at by a member of staff because he was wet, we told the guy that he was making us laugh and having fun and to leave him alone, bearing in mind thir job is to entertain the visitors but chika still got moaned at which wr think is disgraceful. But other than that, it is great. We got the bus to the beach which is a minute bus ride and the beach is amazing, the second part of the hotel that is being built there currently looks like it will be beautiful and we got to participate in a bunch of activities such as the glass boat. We got to speak to the manager and he said a little further up from the part of the hotel we were in, is the 3rd part of the complex that is being built and it will have around 20 big water slides in it and will be completed by March 2025. Other than a few loose plug sockets and ligts in the rooms, everything is amazing. Thankyou Sunrise Remal!

The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Specials thanks to the staff at the family pool -Mahmoud the lifeguard looked after us so well, always making sure our umbrella was in the right position to provide us shade and he helped our 5yr old son learn to swim. Mohammed in the bar at the family pool made the best drinks on the resort and his service was superb. The food was excellent with a very good range of dishes. The property was kept clean and tidy. Our room was perfect for our needs. The location is brilliant, right beside the reef which has amazing snorkelling and diving. One point to improve is the air conditioning in the rooms, our room was constantly at about 26 degrees, a bit cooler would have been nice but it wasn’t a big deal. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Almost everything was awesome except for some minor issues which your staff were happy to resolve. The first night in a room with insects like small bugs in our bed after a conversation was resolved by changing the room. Amazing service, all staff so friendly and helpful. Mahmoud, the lifeguard at the family pool, could not do enough to help and was brilliant with the children. Visiting in the middle of august we expected it to be busy but there was never any trouble getting a table in the restaurant or a sun bed by any of the pools at any time of day. Location was fantastic with the best snorkelling I’ve ever done right off the beach. Only minor negative was limited food options for non-meat eaters and no offer of snacks as part of all inclusive between meals, although we didn’t need them. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to be able to come back!

The room is old. The renovation hasn't been done in many years. There is mold in the bathroom and some tiles are broken. The internet is extremely slow. TV signal is weak, so the image is grainy. There is an impression that the management is trying to save in everything - no coffee, old sweets, tasteless bread, plastic cheese and sausages... The capacity of the hotel isn't sufficient to accommodate all the guests. Guests were fighting for a place at the table and for the less than mediocre food... One good thing is its location next to the sea, but you will also have to make sure you reserve a place you like.

What a wonderful experience, the place looks like heaven, first line hotel, very comfortable place to swim in the sea, also trying diving and of course snorkeling. Beautiful corals 🪸 at hotel place and nice nature. The gardens of the hotel place are beautiful. The animation team did a great job, joyful always with kids and adults, every mornings at beach doing activities, every evening doing a different show at amphitheater. Super nice team. Hotel have a nice team too. Hardworking people ready to help you. Great experience here I had!

Bad service from some staff. There is no bus from the hotel to take you. There is no Pepsi machine and no espresso or cappuccino machine. The drinks are very weak and few. And the staff in the bar and restaurant are not polite. The food was good and diverse. There are some delicious snacks However, The beach is very good to be honest but the staff's style is not upscale on the beach and the bar.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt and hair in the bathroom. The bed sheets had stains and didn't seem fresh. Additionally. The staff at the front desk seemed indifferent to our concerns when we raised them. They didn’t have prayer mats in rooms Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations for cleanliness and comfort.
