A Wonderful Stay at V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of fantastic.
The staff at the restaurant were outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always going above. Whether it was a casual breakfast or a more elaborate dinner, the team consistently provided impeccable service, making dining a delightful experience.
At the pool, I was amazed by how attentive and caring the staff were. They made sure every guest was comfortable, offering drinks, fresh towels, and checking in regularly to ensure our needs were met. The poolside service was top-notch and added an extra layer of relaxation to my stay.
One of the standout moments was the problem-solving experience I had at the reception. A minor issue arose during my stay, and the team handled it with such professionalism and efficiency. They were quick to resolve the situation with a smile, demonstrating a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh offers great value for money. The combination of exceptional service, friendly staff, and high-quality amenities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Sharm El Sheikh. I'll definitely be returning!
I have huge respect for the people working here—they truly try their best to serve guests every day.

Location was the best thing about this stay and majority of the staff went above and beyond for us, which we greatly appreciated. Even though we were told the hotel had been recently renovated it was only a small section of the hotel that actually was - the spa was extremely outdated and on multiple occasions the spa staff tried to rip us off with prices.
The food was below average including alcohol quality.
On arrival, we informed the reception staff that our room smelt of drainage and we spent over 1 hour arguing about solutions. In the end, we ended up paying an extra $140 just to change rooms and made us sign a document to confirm we wouldn’t try claim compensation.
The taxi services inside the hotel were extremely expensive compared to local taxi rates and tried to scare us (we were 2 females) by saying local taxi’s were not safe.
The hotel was full of Russian tourists and lots of children even in the small adults only section.
Advertised as a 5* hotel but in honesty isn’t over 3* and even the staff confirmed it was not a 5*.

I had really high expectations for this hotel but was left extremely disappointed. AVOID the spa at all costs! We went to the spa and they tried scamming us a few times, the workers kept pressuring us to buy and sign papers for treatments and tried taking payment from us multiple times for the same treatment. Different spa members quoted different prices for the same treatments and tried to take as much money from us as possible. The spa staff complained about hotel treatment and how they don’t eat so they made my husband use his all inclusive pass to get them food and drinks. They constantly kept pressuring me to tip them after the treatment and wasted time on their phones instead of focusing on the services we payed for. My hands were bleeding throughout the treatment I paid for and I was incredibly dissatisfied with it. They thought that we couldn’t understand what they were saying but they were mocking us in their language. We were promised a full refund for our treatments given how awfully we were treated by their workers and how they tried scamming us multiple times but the hotel gave us less than 1/4 of our refund for the treatment and didn’t give us the rest when we asked for it. The hotel staff in general are quite unpleasant to be around and don’t smile at all. When leaving, there were three workers outside and none of them helped us with our luggage’s at all. This is NOT something that you would expect from a 5 star hotel, this is definitely not 5 star rating. Feyrouz and F&B director were the only helpful individuals and were lovely to be around. We complained about air conditioning not working in our room and they told us it’s not working in the whole of Egypt but we went to White Hills after and it was working perfectly fine. Due to the heat and ac not working in our room, we boiled and didn’t sleep at all. All in all, really really disappointed with the treatment and how things were dealt with here, would not visit here and spa staff were incredibly unprofessional.

Almost entirely Russian however the hotel is amazing with very friendly staff and well equipped rooms. Having stayed at a few other hotels the food options at the main restaurant were impressive and had great desserts. The night time entertainment was amazing and catered to all nationalities. As both Russians and Egyptians like to tip make sure you have small amounts i.e 100EGP for tipping. Overall this hotel boasted brand new rooms and a large spacious property with multiple restaurants (the Mediterranean is ideal for Adults) Would definitely stay here again.
