I don’t know where to start, but I don’t recommend it at all. The reasons below:
1- First the Room Service can be rated 0.
2-Ant and Cockroaches everywhere, No one does pest control.
3-The door lock not working at all and I complained but it seems they don’t know how to fixed it.
4-Towels, sheets and carpets are not so clean
5-Amenities aren't always available
6- Food in the main restaurant is very bad . Only the pre booking ones are very good this is the only good thing .
7- No warm pools only one and very small .
8- The beach is very dangerous for kids u will find naked wires n wood pieces maybe even broken glass.
9- The beach in itself is accessible through stairs n very narrow and rocky.
10- if your room is in the main building you will not sleep well because of the DJ you will feel that you are at the party until 11:30 pm, so if you have kids, good luck then.
10- The attitude of some of the house keeping n beach staff is horrible they make fun of the guests in Arabic n curse with horrible swears so if u r Arabic speaker or have kids please don’t book here.
The front office manager Mohamed did his best to change our experience. However, nothing would make us satisfied after what we faced.
Save your money and time because here you will not enjoy.

I recently stayed at V Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, and while I did encounter several issues during my visit, I feel it's important to share a balanced view. First, I noticed some concerning practices regarding the treatment of Egyptian guests, which is quite troubling and something that needs to be addressed. Additionally, I encountered issues with insects in my room, as well as an unpleasant smell that made my stay less comfortable.
Moreover, I was disappointed with the inadequate welcome for me and my wife as newlyweds, as this hotel does not seem to be a preferred choice for those seeking a special experience for their wedding.
However, I must commend the hotel management for their swift intervention in addressing my concerns. Their care and dedication to improving my experience were evident and made a significant difference in my stay. I did encounter a few staff members who truly exemplified excellent service and hospitality, which was a bright spot amidst my challenges.
Despite my mixed experience, I would advise potential guests—especially brides—to consider other venues that might offer a more welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. Thank you to the management team for your efforts, but I urge you to take further steps to ensure that all guests, particularly Egyptians, feel valued and comfortable during their stay.

This experience has been deeply disappointing. Staff behavior is shockingly unprofessional, with waitresses mocking guests in Arabic and reception staff being rude, unreliable, and even deceptive about the hotel's location. Simple requests, like providing missing towels, are ignored. The hotel feels rundown, with loud music blaring until midnight, showing no respect for guests’ need for quiet. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. No 5 star hotel at all.
Can you imagine we asked booking.com to call the reception to bring us towels?

Let’s start from the reception 🛎️ the gentlemen there are very polite and I saw them working under such pressure from the guests check out and in , They were very composed and polite to help all guests as quickly as possible. rooms are comfortable but need to be more clean! The main Restaurant so messy i saw kids playing and touching the food on the buffet with their hands and this is really disgusting!!! Food is not really good have no taste lots of spices that covers completely the taste of the food and you can’t recognize what are you eating !!! chefs at the food stations are polite !! Specially the lady who bakes arabic bread ♥️The staff at the main restaurant are really impolite they need to be more respectful and professional!!I have no idea why they don’t do the table setup complete, like I took my meal and I have to wait to ask 2 or 3 of them to get me a dessert fork 🍴🤷🏻♀️ and after all I have to stand up by myself to get one !!!!! And I had to ask them to remove my empty plates too !!!
If you ask any of them for one drink you will never get it !
And there is no waiters for beverages orders!!! Not at the restaurants not on the beach not on the swimming pool , you have to get it by yourself, I hope that they work on that!!!
The Italian restaurant by the beach is much better as well..

This experience has been beyond disappointing and unacceptable. I am appalled by the staff’s behavior—many of the waitresses openly mock guests in Arabic, assuming no one understands them, which is unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. The reception staff are just as bad—rude, misleading, and completely unreliable. They even go so far as to claim there’s no “city center” in Sharm El-Sheikh, clearly trying to deceive guests and cover up the hotel's actual location. Worse yet, they can’t be bothered to fulfill the simplest requests, like delivering towels when housekeeping neglects to leave them.
And if that wasn’t enough, the entire hotel feels like an old, broken-down music box blaring loud, obnoxious music until midnight without any regard for the basic rights of guests to a peaceful environment. The lack of respect for general courtesy and decency is astounding. This has been a horrendous experience, with the most impolite, irresponsible, and downright rude staff I’ve ever encountered—worse than even the lowest-rated hotels.
