The hotel is well-suited for both families and solo travelers, thanks to its prime location near the Naama Bay promenade, with easy access to markets, activities, and tours. While it lacks a spacious bar and elevated open seating—perhaps due to the absence of sea views—it excels in family-friendly entertainment, especially for children. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with garden-view balconies, excellent air conditioning, and helpful housekeeping. A pharmacy on-site adds to the convenience.
-A small note: I appreciated seeing the chefs dine alongside the guests—it felt like a sign of trust and integrity.
My sincere thanks to the hotel management and staff for their efforts and hospitality.

Due to our early arrival, we wanted to check in, which the receptionist arranged for us. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a bit worn but it was fine for us. The pools were clean, overall the whole hotel was clean and tidy.
and the story.....🙂
It was my girlfriend's birthday week. I wrote to the hotel 1 month before arrival that I wanted a romantic private birthday dinner for her on the beach. I got the answer that it could be done. After sending many emails, we managed to organize it. The service, the decoration, the food at the dinner were fantastic. I would like to especially thank the entire staff for their love and professionalism!! I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel like a family.
Thank you everyone! and I recommend this private dinner to every man if he wants to give his partner a once in a lifetime experience!

The hotel is located in Sharm, just 10 km from the airport. It is nicely decorated, and the rooms are quite spacious, featuring a sofa bed for children. The staff are very helpful, and the food is delicious. While there isn’t an extensive choice—as is often the case—everything is so tasty that we were all satisfied with something nearly every day. The grilled food is the best I’ve ever had. There is a large swimming pool, with plenty of lifeguards on duty, and the entertainment staff are both funny and friendly. The kids' club is a fantastic feature, and our children loved spending time with the lovely lady who played with them indoors.
Around the pool, the sunbeds are very comfortable, although it’s advisable to wake up early to reserve one. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel prepared food for our outings (be sure to reserve the bags the day before) and even made a few copies of our passports for the various controls outside the hotel.
The hotel is clean, although the toilet in our room could use a refresh; that’s the only negative point. Inside the room, we had quite a bit of storage space, a safe, two bottles of water provided every day, a fridge, and a balcony with a table and chairs. The room was cleaned every day, and leaving a little tip is recommended.
There is a shopping area close to the hotel, just a 5-10 minute walk away.
Great water park !
Thank you; we appreciate our stay!

Warning – This Hotel Is a Complete Disaster!
Upon arrival, I had to leave the hotel immediately. The conditions on-site posed a serious health hazard and had absolutely nothing in common with the description on Booking.com.
From the moment I entered, it was clear that hygiene standards were completely absent. Guests were eating in the middle of the lobby, right between people coming and going. The buffet was entirely uncontrolled – food was handled with bare hands, and used cutlery and food scraps were left on the floor. There was no cleaning whatsoever in the buffet or dining areas. The furniture was filthy, sticky, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
Staff were wearing dirty clothes and worked without any basic hygiene measures. The overall impression of the hotel was one of neglect and decay – absolutely unacceptable. Staying there was out of the question.
To make matters worse, the beach was about 500 meters away and only accessible by crossing a busy highway. There was no hotel shuttle or bus service provided, making access – especially for families with children – both dangerous and impractical.
Conclusion: This hotel urgently needs to be inspected. I strongly advise against booking here.

I recently stayed at JAZ Sharm Dreams and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with a great location and excellent amenities. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service — especially from Mina at the reception.
From the moment I arrived, Mina was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine attitude. Whether it was checking in, answering questions, or assisting with special requests, Mina made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.
It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to hospitality, and I truly appreciate the way he made my experience even more enjoyable. JAZ Sharm Dreams is lucky to have someone like Mina on their team — he’s a true asset to the hotel.
Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
