I had the most amazing time at this hotel, the hotel staff Mariam and also the other workers there such as the life guard food waitresses all go out their way and help you in anything you need, would recommend this place definitely, very helpful and any issues or concerns get dealt with also. Lovely location as well as very close to Naama Bey and other places, thank you for making us feel so welcome!

We had a really good experience in the hotel. Good entertainment for adults and children but it would also be good to get some outside entertainers.the choice of pools are amazing as well as the water park! Location is ideal as it’s close to the main part of Naama bay and also the beach. Omnia from the mini disco was fun and good with the children.

My recent stay at this so-called five-star hotel was nothing short of a disaster. Despite its prestigious rating, the hotel fell woefully short in several critical areas.
First and foremost, cleanliness was a major issue. The room was far from the pristine standard one would expect from a five-star establishment; it had visible dust and stains. The bathroom was no better, with mold evident in the corners and a persistent unpleasant odor.
Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was limited and unappetizing. The food quality was inconsistent, and the service in the dining area was sluggish, making for an overall disappointing start to the day.
Perhaps most frustrating was the lack of helpfulness from the hotel reception. Requests for basic amenities and assistance were met with indifference and delay. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in resolving issues, further compounding the frustration of an already dismal stay.
Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star billing. If you're considering a stay here, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere to avoid a similarly disappointing experience.

Well, I am genuinely enjoying everything so far. The entertainment team is very welcoming and kindhearted people. They made us feel included in all the activities which was amazing. The food was delicious as always and all the staff are very helpful. The drinks and the cocktails were on point and every request was accommodated. I am very thankful for everyone thank you all.

We arrived at the hotel one day earlier than planned, which was our own mistake. Despite it being the middle of the night, the staff managed to prepare another room for us within an hour. The next day, we were supposed to move to the room we originally booked.
When we finally got our room, a suite with a pool view, the location was great. Unfortunately, the room itself did not live up to our expectations. It was far from the standard of a suite. The room was old and worn – the floor tiles were loose, and the bathroom clearly needed renovation. The suite felt small and cramped for four people (two adults and two children), and the beds were far too small – the double beds we received were barely 140 cm wide.
On a positive note, we would like to highlight Walid, who took care of our room cleaning. He was incredibly kind and did an excellent job.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was a disappointment. The food was very repetitive from day to day with only small variations, and every time we ate, we ended up feeling bloated. There was only one restaurant for the entire hotel, which was far from sufficient for the number of guests. It was often difficult to find seats, and the noise level was very high, making the dining experience less enjoyable.
As for the drinks, they were also disappointing. The "cold" drinks were rarely cold – sodas were often left lukewarm on the counter, and we had to serve ourselves. There were never any diet sodas available, and we had to ask for them each time. It felt like they were deliberately hiding them.
We also encountered issues with the reception service. When we approached them with questions or needed help, we were interrupted multiple times as the staff suddenly went off to assist other guests who appeared while they were still attending to us. This happened several times and gave the impression of a lack of attention and respect for our time.
We also visited the hotel's water park, but unfortunately, half of the attractions were closed, which was a big disappointment for us and the children
