My girlfriend and I stayed at your hotel in mid-December, and I must say, it was a top-notch 5-star experience. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the team at the bar and the housekeepers, who went above and beyond. Everything was impeccably clean throughout the hotel. Our room was cleaned daily, and the person assigned to our room was incredibly kind and ensured it was spotless every single day.
I would like to highlight the fine dining experience at the hotel—something I feel many people may not even be aware of. It was truly exceptional. My girlfriend's birthday fell during our stay, and the hotel staff went out of their way to make it special. They surprised her with a birthday cake delivered to our room, and later that evening, at the end of our dinner, the lights dimmed as the team brought out another cake while singing "Happy Birthday." It was such an unexpected and touching gesture that left us both speechless.
I must also mention the reception team. Having stayed in several hotels, we’ve never experienced such a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with any questions we had. I also appreciated the option for a late checkout, which, although it comes with a small fee, was well worth it.
All in all, this was perhaps our best hotel stay ever. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly cannot find a single negative word to say about our experience.

We had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, they were not met for several reasons. Let's take it step by step.
First of all, I’m giving this hotel my frist star because of the staff at the reception and the bar near it. They were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything, explaining everything clearly. If we needed help, they were there to support us. Because of them, I’m giving the hotel first star.
I’m giving a second star because the pool, beach, and overall hotel grounds were always clean and beautiful. In other hotels, you can sometimes find areas that are not very clean, but here everything was well-maintained and pleasant to look at, which was a positive experience.
Now, moving on to the downsides. We expected to stay in a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, we didn’t get that level of service. The restaurant service and room cleaning were at a very poor standard. Almost every time we went to eat, there was no cutlery on the table . We would often wait for 30-40 minutes for the waiters to bring us a fork or knife. In the end, we realized it was pointless to wait, so we would just get up and grab what we needed ourselves.
It also seemed like the staff had some national biases. For instance, when guests with another nationality sat near us, they would always receive better service, while we were ignored. I’m not sure if this was just coincidence, but it happened several times.
As for the room cleaning and the state of the rooms, it was not great either. The cleaning staff didn’t do a proper job, even when we left them a tip. After three times, we stopped leaving tips and told them not to clean our room. We were supposed to get free water and coffee every day, but that didn’t happen. We had to ask the staff daily to bring us water, and even then, it was often not provided.
Also, the fridge in the room didn’t work, the buttons were worn out, and the safe and air conditioning controls were not in proper condition.
The animation at the hotel was very poor, and we often preferred to leave the hotel and go to the city rather than stay for the shows, because they were not interesting.
One strange thing was that an animator approached me and asked me to give the hotel five stars and even wanted to take a photo of it. I didn’t understand if this was something the staff was forced to do or if they were collecting these for some reason.
So long review short)
I’ve stayed in four-star hotels that offered a better experience than this five-star hotel. I can confidently say that I won’t be staying here again because the price and service quality simply do not match.

Great 5 start hotel. Rooms are clean , every day service. Bar / restaurants have Good variety of food and drinks. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay even though weather wasn't the great.

I enjoyed the stay in this great hotel . Food and beverage are superb and great variety . All the staff are nice and welcoming. The cleanliness of everything is outstanding. The animation team is very active. I liked them all especially Noura , who led is to many activities and was so nice and sociable . Surely a must repeat experience.

The hotel is genuinely lovely. Clean with beautiful grounds and spacious rooms with excellent air con. Right on the beach although a little more remote than some hotels it has everything you could ask for and if you get to the pool before 10 am you can have your choice of sunbeds. Daytime entertainment is pretty standard and the evening entertainment is perhaps a little more low key but in keeping with what we have seen in other Egypt hotels.
The service however is what makes this hotel truly special. All of the staff are friendly and helpful but a special mention to Ahmed at the pool bar, Ahmed in the lobby bar and most notably Hussein, below, in the restaurant who made sure we were looked after at every meal time and was there with any help or advice we needed.
