Mohamed did a fantastic job making our stay so worth it. He cleaned the rooms, went above & beyond making fun things out of towels for the children and decorated the place for my daughter’s birthday. He was so polite and lovely. We stayed in room 11104, block 11. I’ll surely want to come back here. All staff at the hotel and on the premises just go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. I’d definitely come back here again. Thank you so much

Great hotel. Whole experience has been very smooth from the begining. Food is great, great selection of food in main restaurant, always fresh. did not had any troubles, everything is very clean. Staff is very helpful and nice, our room keeper Mina was very helpful, we came with a baby so he managed to find us baby bath, even though we did not ask for it first, he thought of this and it was very nice of him. Always with a great attitude, appreciate that.
You feel very safe in this hotel, leaving your things at the beach half day and things would still be there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to satisfy all tastes and the Peoples restaurant was our favorite. The range of activities offered was impressive and kept us entertained throughout our visit. The highlight was definitely the stunning beach—clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, an exceptional experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable vacation!

Insane from beginning to end!
I went with 2 other girls and I’ve never stayed at a hotel so big, amazing and hospitable.
Massive shoutout to Ahmed, Tamar, Ali, the list goes on.
The staff are so so so polite and I couldn’t fault any of them.
We got an upgrade, the rooms were nice and spacious, equipped with everything you need, iron, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes etc.
The food was delicious, lots of variety to choose from.
The hotel was 10/10 very clean and tidy everywhere you go.
There is lots of entertainment, music shows, yoga, you can walk down to the pier and go in the sea.
I never usually go back to a hotel but I will definitely come back here. Thank you so much and hopefully see you next year!!
