We absolutely loved our stay!! We have stayed at dozens of 5-star all-inclusive hotels in various countries (including Egypt), and this one was our absolute favorite!! The hotel is gorgeous, with attention to detail and elegance. The food was absolutely phenomenal: the buffet was exceptionally good without fail, and there were so many times when we would take a bite of food at the restaurants and say, “wow!!” We felt extremely safe and relaxed. The ambiance and live music was lovely. The spa with jacuzzi and sauna was fantastic. But what truly set apart this hotel was the staff. They were extremely professional, respectful, kind, and friendly. They spent time talking and getting to know us, and treated us more like extended family than guests, with so much warmth and kindness. They made a hotel feel like a home. It was truly a very special experience that we will never forget. Thank you so much!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Steigenberger Alcazar Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was truly top-notch—friendly, professional, and always one step ahead.
The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Every meal felt like a new experience, and the restaurant staff were incredible—bringing our drinks before we even finished the last, remembering our preferences, and adding that extra touch of magic to every dinner.
A special shout-out to the entertainment team, led by the amazing Mario, who made our holiday even more magical. One unforgettable night, they invited our daughter on stage to dance in front of all the guests. She was overjoyed, and it's a memory we'll cherish forever.
Our cleaner was also outstanding! After we left him a tip for his great service, we returned to find our beds beautifully decorated each day—such thoughtful touches that truly made us feel special.
If I could rate this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommended!

Our stay at Steigenberger Alcazar was overall a great experience. The resort is clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere.
One of the highlights was the staff. Moustafa, from the adults-only pool bar, was incredibly attentive and kind — he even noticed when I wasn’t around for a day and checked in with me the next! Alina from Guest Relations was also amazing: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. At the lobby bar, a slim young waitress made a great impression with her positive energy and delicious Cosmopolitans, and the bartender Fares prepared some of the best cocktails we had during our stay.
The beach is beautiful, but just a heads-up: the sand isn’t very fine, and to actually swim in the sea, you need to walk a long pontoon. The hotel offers golf cart rides if needed, which is a nice touch. The sea itself is crystal clear, filled with colorful fish — a true natural aquarium. Along the shallow part of the pontoon (20–30 cm deep), you can spot starfish, shells, and other fascinating sea creatures.
Breakfast could be more varied — about 80% of the selection was the same every morning, which got a bit repetitive after a few days.
If you’re looking for great service, relaxing vibes, and a beautiful location, Steigenberger Alcazar is definitely a solid choice. The evening entertainment could use a bit more variety and energy, but the staff and overall experience make up for it.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at Steigenberger Alcazar! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff truly couldn’t do enough for us — always friendly, welcoming, and smiling, even while working incredibly hard in the heat. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay extra special.
The hotel itself is stunning and immaculately maintained. The grounds are beautiful and spotless, and the reception area smells incredible — like stepping into a luxury spa! A special mention to Sabrina at the concierge desk, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate a late check-out for us due to our evening flight. She also helped arrange the purchase of the beautiful signature fragrance from the reception area on very short notice — such a thoughtful touch!
This was one of the most memorable and relaxing holidays we’ve had. We can’t thank the team enough and would highly recommend Steigenberger Alcazar to anyone looking for a luxury experience with genuine, heartfelt service.

Another fantastic holiday at this magnificent resort. Truly 5 star in every way. The food and drink are exceptional and the staff superb. I must give a special mention to Aswan at the Sanafir restaurant, every time we come here he makes it feel very special.
