Amazing stay in Alcazar in Sharm El Sheikh!
My family had an unforgettable experience at this beautiful resort in Sharm El Sheikh. The staff were incredibly friendly, including room service, restaurant and bar staff always welcoming, and ready to help. I would specifically mention Alaa and Makeen from Zoheriya restaurant. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and cleaned daily by staff not to mention Ahmed.
The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the restaurants were well maintained. The pool area and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and sun bathing. The bars next to the swimming pool area was handy to have with unlimited drinks and snacks.
Entertainment and activities were well organized, and there was always something fun to do throughout the day. I truly felt relaxed, pampered, and safe during my entire stay.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxury, fun, and peaceful getaway. I can’t wait to come back

It’s definitely one of the best hotels I have been to.
Starting from the receptionist we knew we are about to have a great experience.
The rooms were very clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Four nights we enjoyed every single meal with many cuisines from different countries.
The animation team was such a delight, we enjoyed their creativity and spirit.
With different night shows and live music we had no reasons to leave the hotel.

We had a really great time at this resort. The rooms are spacious, and you can get a buggy to the room. The service has been excellent at the all the La carte restaurants. Location is also good, 15 minutes from the airport. You have 3 pools, and 5 À la carte restaurants you can book a day advance. The drinks are unlimited which is perf.

2nd time in sharm sheikh. Am glad I booked this hotel. Its amazing. The food, drinks, room esp the bathroom is excellent.The sun beds are plenty and they are so comfy. Night time activities are excellent, the lobby bar is also peaceful and liked relaxing there..The staff are great too...Can't complain, will definitely be back again..had an amazing time. Wish I could extend my holiday honestly 😊

I am a returning guest of the Steigenberger brand, having previously stayed at their resort in Soma Bay and enjoyed a Nile cruise with them last year, and once again they did not disappoint. Steigenberger Alcázar Sharm El Sheikh truly reflects the high standards and consistency I’ve come to love about the brand.
The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers excellent service throughout the stay. The atmosphere is luxurious yet relaxing, and the staff are attentive and professional, making the experience very enjoyable from start to finish.
That said, there are two small areas where I believe improvements could be made. First, the bathroom lighting could be brighter—especially around the mirror. The current lighting is not sufficient for tasks like applying makeup, which can be a bit inconvenient. Second, although I booked two rooms with king-size beds, one room came with a king bed while the other had two double beds pushed together. I’m not a fan of this setup and would have preferred both rooms to match my original request for king-size beds.
Overall, these are minor details and did not take away significantly from an otherwise excellent stay. I would still highly recommend Steigenberger Alcázar Sharm El Sheikh and will continue choosing Steigenberger hotels for their quality, comfort, and reliable service.
