From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
The hotel amenities were top-notch, I also enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant, where the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and public transport.

We had an amazing stay at Steigenberger Alcazar! The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. We were particularly impressed by the heated pools, which were perfect for relaxation. The hotel offers plenty of space to enjoy, and the food was absolutely delicious.
One of the highlights was the five specialty restaurants, where we enjoyed a different cuisine every evening. The service and food were outstanding in all of them, but our family especially loved the Asian restaurant. We also thoroughly enjoyed the other dining options—it was a culinary delight!
Snorkeling near the coral reefs was an unforgettable experience, and the impeccable service made our entire stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!

Excellent hotel with attention to finer detail.
The food was very good and the selection and choice amazing. Apart from the main buffet restaurant there are five speciality restaurants which are all incredible.
The staff were very attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
My only recommendation is that the cocktail list was quite small but even then it was adequate.
My granddaughter enjoyed the activities in the kids club.
I’d like to give a huge thanks to all the staff who were amazing, especially Viki.

All the staff were excellent. Heshem, kept our drinks topped up around the pool all day, every day, and our room cleaner was lovely and friendly and kept our room immaculate. It’s great value for money holiday and we will definitely be back.

The attention to detail in the design and cleanliness was impressive, and the stunning views from our balcony added an extra touch of magic to our stay.
