Our experience at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows, with the negatives unfortunately standing out early on. The front desk staff were unprofessional and lacked basic hospitality skills. When I asked if I could exchange a large note for smaller denominations, one associate responded by blowing a raspberry — an inappropriate and childish reaction that left a bad impression. Even more concerning was their lack of empathy when we asked for assistance after our baby had a rough night due to mosquito bites. There was no genuine concern, just a cold and dismissive attitude.
To add to this, we were promised complimentary snacks by the same front desk associate after we mentioned that we had missed our meals due to being out on a full-day trip to the pyramids. Unfortunately, the snacks were never delivered, and no follow-up was made — another example of the lack of professionalism and follow-through at reception.
Thankfully, other parts of the hotel experience helped redeem our stay. The housekeeping staff and restaurant waiters were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Neda, the guest relations manager, who truly stood out for her kindness and effort to ensure we were looked after.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, with excellent facilities, and our room was spacious with a beautiful view — a perfect place to relax after long days of sightseeing. It’s unfortunate that the front desk service doesn’t reflect the high standards found elsewhere in the hotel.

The hotel is lovely with a warm and welcoming team. Rooms are clean, and the pools are well-maintained.
Breakfast offers a good variety, but it tends to be the same each day.
The beach and pool areas are quite calm, which might feel a bit quiet for families with young kids.
There’s limited daytime entertainment, and snack options are quite limited.
Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.

We have had very good experience at this resort, everyone happy to helping with beautiful smile on their faces. French restaurant menu’s has wide varieties of vegetarian options. Lamisoon Ayman ibrahim rogina.
In the buffet restaurant, manger Ralf and chef Zakaria were great and made us a custom vegetarian Indian curry dhal and stuffed paratha. He and his team went above and beyond and accommodate us. Great service and outstanding hospitality by all staff.

I had a truly wonderful stay، From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the cozy rooms to the excellent amenities, showed how much care and attention the team puts into ensuring guests feel welcomed and relaxed.
And you believe me, I have travelled many countries, and stayed in a lot of hotels, more you can imagine.
A very special thanks to Lidia Danielin the Guest Relations. who made my stay even more memorable. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. She went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed, always with a warm smile and a thoughtful approach. It’s rare to find such outstanding service, and Lidia is truly a gem.

I would not give 5 stars, as I would compare it to other resorts in the world I have been to. Service is very slow and raw, like they are all beginners. Entertainment lacks the ability to keep audience interested. Unfortunately, if no alcohol, no joy, no entertainment. Related to other resorts, from management perspective , if residents are happy, they would tip more, they would enjoy more the evening. Just a thought, from an European perspective . The grounds are amazing!.
