We had no problems at this hotel. We were met with a smile, the staff was helpful. Since we went to rest, we didn't pay attention to the details. We just enjoyed the sun, beautiful surroundings, helpful staff. The rooms were cleaned every day, we regularly received drinking water, shower supplies. We really liked the environment, everything was clean, no trash, although you could see that there was a restauration going on in some parts of the resort. The food was delicious, we always found something to eat. Sometimes there was just a little problem with the lack of dishes. But no matter when we came to eat, there was always food. We were satisfied with the location, although it was far from the city, but it was not expensive to take a taxi. It was windy for a couple of days, but one of the indoor swimming pools in the courtyard was protected from the wind and we had a great time there. I would come back with a pleasure.

Not bad for the price, though it might be better if the room was cleaner and renovated.
Regarding the food, since the resort is crowded it would be better if some variety of foods were available faster, and unfortunately the fish was not well cooked.
Security was amazing, room service, the wide green areas and the staff.
Little bit of improvement will benefit the place.

Booked deluxe room, wich used to be renovated, but they gave some old dirty room, safe box has been out of order all week, asked several times to fix, but … food mostly chicken and rice every time, no changes all week. a lot things for extra charge, two kitchen one for all including the another I guess for ultra inclusive. Whole hotel needs renovations.
Better pay extra couple hundreds euros and go somewhere else…

I liked everything about this hotel. The price is great , first line beach. Food is okay, rooms are clean but old. I want to separately mention lifeguard Mahmood on the pier , he is very helpful and kind, he provides goggles for snorkeling and explains about corals and fish. this hotel is blessed to have Mahmood as their staff member.

The room condition and weather downgraded all the experience. View from the balcony was perfect but the room itself was old... I did expect better from 4star hotel.
Staff was great, polite and helpful. I even got little flowers from one of the worker :)
Check the weather before you go!!! It was windy every single day...I was happy that I had winter jacket with me - it was a must in the evenings! It was weird that just around 30 min away in the other city there was no wind at all, so idk if it's the location or what...
