Unfortunately, this hotel was a complete disappointment and I strongly advise avoiding it.
The room was in unacceptable condition: there was mold, a constant bad smell, and poor hygiene overall. Room service did not arrive for two full days, and we were left without towels. Even the beach towels were torn and looked as if they had not been properly washed.
The buffet was average at best, but the outdoor areas were full of insects, which made eating very unpleasant.
Another serious issue is transportation. Even if you book directly with the hotel, they force you to use their taxis, which cost three times more than normal prices. They also prevent external taxis from picking you up, which feels unfair and unprofessional.
The only positive note is the staff members. They are kind, hardworking people who clearly do their best and deserve respect. Unfortunately, the management is the opposite rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward guests.
Sharm El Sheikh has many much better hotels where you can truly enjoy your time in Egypt. If you want a relaxing and pleasant stay, avoid this place at all costs.

I booked an all-inclusive stay, but was disappointed to find that even basic items like bottled water or soft drinks came with an extra charge. On top of that, playing a game of pool cost £5 each time, which felt like a bit of a buzzkill. The overall cleanliness of the rooms also left a lot to be desired.
The main reasons I still gave this place three stars are the excellent shisha lounge and the outstanding service from Hussain, the cab driver, who genuinely went above and beyond. Their hospitality made an otherwise underwhelming experience a bit more enjoyable.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful — especially the cleaners and restaurant personnel, who are the main reason for this good review.
The premises were generally clean, though some common areas could use more attention. The beach, however, was disappointing — full of cigarette butts and clearly not maintained properly.
Entertainment varied: some evenings were great (the fire show was excellent), others less so.
It would also be nice to have non-smoking rooms and designated non-smoking areas near the pool. But overall, the territory is large with plenty to do.

Have spent fantastic 2 weeks in this lovely hotel. Modern cosy room 1255 with all necessary facilities: safe, tea/coffee/kettle, Wi-Fi, mini bar, plasma TV. Stylish and new. Room was always clean and amenities were refilled daily. Staff attitude is courteous and prompt response to all requests. Sincere and big thank you Mr. Alaa, F&B Manager. Visited 3 a'la cart restaurants, especially enjoyed Italian one. Cuisine was delicious. Regarding the location would like to mention it was perfect: transportation, shops, Cafés und Restaurants outside. We walked along the beach through other hotels (cardio route).

Please read this review before booking your stay at this hotel!
TLDR: Avoid, if you don’t want to be extremely disappointed.
Rooms: The room we got looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. It’s like they took them when the hotel opened, and then never bothered to renovate/ maintain the rooms. The bedframes were dirty. The chairs were filthy and the fabric was ripped. The furniture doors and drawers were broken.
The fridge made an extremely loud noise, and the fan in the bathroom could not be shut off. The table had permanent marks from cups.
Service: We booked a room for 3 people, and have arrived ad 9:30 pm. When we got to the room, it was only se up for 2 people. There were only 2 beds. We asked for another bed, and they said it will be there in 10 minutes. 1 hour later, the bed was not there yet, so I tried calling the reception, but the phone was broken. I went to the reception, where they said they will bring the bed immediately. It was another hour until they brought it. And they didn’t bring any additional pillows or blankets, we had to share what we already had.
Our toilet was leaking from the first day, and they only fixed it on our last day.
Cleanliness: Aside from the dirty room furniture, the common spaces were constantly littered with cigarette butts. The pool chairs and towels were also dirty, and not well maintained, as well as the plates and cups from the restaurant.
Food: The food was surprisingly good, and one of the few positive things of the hotel. The variety was good, and even if you didn’t like egyptian food you could get lasagna/ pasta/ salad.
Amenities: Although this is a beachfront hotel, and the beach is just in the backyard, the water only reaches knee level for about 2-300 meters. So to the actual swimmable water it’s a 20 minutes walk in knee-high water, in the sun.
