I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive, always greeting us with a warm smile and offering genuine support. They made everything so easy and comfortable throughout our stay. The cleanliness was truly top-notch, and every detail was well taken care of. I can't mention everyone by name, but I would especially like to thank Madonna and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Had the best time staying here. Very good adults only hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and attentive. The entertainment team are amazing with their shows and activities - Sonic, Moo, Diab, Anna and Regina are brilliant. The food is also amazing, there is always something to do, you will never be bored. Everyday there is lovely food and the waiters are very helpful - especially Ahmed who is very friendly and attentive. The resort itself is also lovely and very clean, housekeeping keep the rooms spotless and always replenish amenities. The hotel is also very big with a lot to do, including a private beach where the entertainment team always run activities throughout the day, and they have a variety of shows and live singers throughout the night. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an all inclusive holiday in Egypt. I will definitely come back at some point!

The hotel impressed us with its cozy atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. From the very first moments — starting at the reception — you feel the care for each guest. Special thanks to Faruk for his attentiveness and warm welcome.
The restaurant exceeded expectations with the quality and variety of the food. Big thanks to Yosry, Mohamed Arafa, Mohamed Hamada, Imed Mohamed, Rahman Gamal, Mohamed Ahmed, and the entire kitchen team for the delicious meals and excellent presentation. The waitstaff also did a great job — thank you all for your attentive service.
At the bar, we especially appreciated the excellent work of Halik, Yusif Samir, Amr Yasir, Abdoulla, and Ahmed — thank you for your professionalism and positive attitude.
The animation team made our stay even more enjoyable: aqua aerobics and evening shows were fun and engaging. Many thanks to Anna, Regina, Sonic, Moo, and Diablo for their energy and cheerful atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old market, with everything you need just steps away. The beach is absolutely stunning—one of the best I’ve seen! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, always making sure guests are happy, and the rooms are kept spotless.
