Hotel is clean and high on hygiene, all staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed down near the quiet pool where we was served by Diaa who made our stay enjoyable and full of laughs. All waiters and waitresses are a huge asset to the team and hotel however we cant comment on the animation and entertainment team and we didn't participate in this. Any problems we had where solved quickly by Islam from reception without any stress or confusion. Would 100% recommend driving a quad through the desert, we did it at sunset and was so beautiful

Lovely hotel we like everything there of course will back again. The food is amazing the rooms very clean and the stuff is very kind. Special the animation team they work hard to make us happy. During the day yoga aqua gem volleyball. And at the evening everyday a different show thanks all of yours love u ❤

Such an amazing experience staying here! all of the staff we so kind and very attentive. the resort has lots of activities to keep children entertained throughout your stay and the food here is amazing! The resort is very easy to locate yourself around and it’s very beautiful. I definitely recommend the Indian and the Chinese restaurant if you fancy a change from the buffet. the rooms are kept very tidy and the cleaners do an amazing job of tidying up each day. the drink from the bar were very nice and there was a lot of various drinks for children and adults. Although, they could have done with being more sugar free drinks as I am diabetic and was limited to Coke Zero for my holiday. I would’ve enjoyed a Sprite Zero or Fanta Zero. The staff in the restaurants are amazing and are very attentive to their tables. My only other thing is that they could have more entertainment for adults in the night time as it is mainly children based. Also, they need to label the vegetarian dishes in the main restaurant as we struggled to see what food was vegetarian or not. My room I was staying in was right next to the Quiet Pool. This pool is amazing if you want to chill out without the noise of loud music or the crowds around the main pool. The two bartenders at the quiet pool are very attentive and very friendly!! They are amazing! All the bartenders on the terrace are amazing as well. They are very welcoming and friendly. Such an amazing hotel to stay at, especially with the use of the water park across the road. Great for kids 😊😊😊😊

Lovely hotel and staff work tirelessly around the bars , gardens and restaurant. Entertainment is non existent and as the sun goes down by 4.30pm it’s pretty much siting around unless you go out. I have been to better three stars in Spain than this supposed Platinum. All in all a week away in the sun escaping the cold at home but I would not return.

Myself and my partner loved our holiday here ! Room, food, all staff were superb! My partner is disabled and uses a wheelchair. He hired a mobility scooter from Falcon and could access everywhere. The hotel is kept clean and the location is great near shops etc. We will definitely come back here !
