We stayed with our daughter in this hotel at the end of 2024.
We are completely satisfied. It is safe to say that it is good value for money. My daughter was especially happy because during our stay at the hotel we celebrated her 18th birthday. And here I must definitely say that I was very positively surprised by the conversation on this subject with the manager. I wanted this day to be special. It was even better than I planned! The manager easily agreed to the arrival of an external company to decorate the room for her birthday. She even went further and helped me contact this company.
AWESOME.
In addition, my daughter had a special table prepared for this occasion during dinner. Additionally, a birthday cake and wishes from the entire staff. It was a wonderful day for her. I must emphasize that the animation team took very good care of us. A great, well-coordinated team that made sure that every day was even better than we had planned. The entire hotel is clean, well-kept with smiling, cultured service. Well done hotel. Good cuisine, varied menu. Everyone will find something good for themselves. The rooms are well-kept and very clean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good rest in a great atmosphere.

Outstanding service from staff throughout day. Pool staff, restaurant staff, animation all very very good. Choice of pools great, and the sea was as warm and very shallow for 300ft out from beach. Rooms could do with renovation, especially those 100-300. Request the Deluxe in 4100 - 4300 as they have WiFi and nicer decor.

Overall an amazing experience at this hotel. Staff could not do enough for us the whole week. Started the week off with a Spa which was 10 out of 10. The animation team were superb! Always something going on! The lifeguard at the bottom pool is an absolute gem of a guy. Bebo on
the swim up pool bar is attentive and amazing at his job. Looking after all of us around the pool making sure we were happy. The cleaner in our rooms is a great guy too! Overall, great hotel with the friendliest staff 👌

I stayed here for a week, 03 December - 09 December. I stayed in a deluxe pool-view room on an all-inclusive basis.
Check-in was quick and simple, and the desk staff were polite and helpful.
I was shown to my room by a member of staff and was surprised how far away it seemed from the reception. Corridor after corridor. I realised the next morning that there was a shortcut past the pool, which was much quicker.
The room was okay, but I'm not sure how it earned a "deluxe" status. The bed was comfortable, and there was a 3-seater settee. There was a fridge and a free-to-use safe. There was a wall mounted TV with 4 English channels.
The bathroom had an over-bath shower, WC & and a single sink. The balcony was a reasonable size and equipped with 2 chairs and a Bistro table. Mine looked over the adult only pool that also featured a swim-up bar. There was a kettle and selection of teas, coffees, etc, which were replenished daily. The kettle itself seemed faulty as it didn't switch itself off when the water was boiling and became too hot to touch.
Overall, the room felt a little tired and in need of moderisation. There was a lack accessible electrical sockets, so I had to alternate when recharging my devices.
The rooms were cleaned daily unless you instructed otherwise. Fresh bottles of water were left each day by the housekeeping staff. I did leave a tip each day and was often left more than one bottle.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served buffet style in the main restaurant. I found the quality and variety of foods disappointing when compared to other hotels I have stayed in, and although I could have put together passable meals, I frequently ate out.
Of the three pools, my closest was the adult only. It was probably due to the time of year but it was really cold. I hardly saw anyone in it all week. The largest pool was also very cold, and again, no one seemed to use it all week.
The pool nearest the beach was heated enough to be bearable.
I found the pool staff fairly inattentive and, despite tipping when served, found the drinks waiter service very slow to the point that it was easier to go to the bar myself.
The beach is stunning. White sand and crystal clear water. The sand, though, is quite gravelly with a lot of tiny sharp pieces, so beach shoes are a must. The sea is very shallow, so more suited to paddling than wading.
Throughout the hotel, the bars served beer in very small plastic glasses, which were quite inconvenient as it meant after a few sips it was gone. The spirits were unbranded and not particularly strong.
One evening, I ordered a breakfast box for the following morning as I was booked on an excursion. I had to go without because when I went to collect it at the time we had agreed, it had not been prepared, and the concierge said he wasn't aware one had been requested
If I did return to the hotel, I would not pay the extra for a deluxe room or an all-inclusive package.

Second time here. We made a mistake booked somewhere else which was shocking after 12 hrs at Concord sport hotel we checked out as I did not feel safe there..and I've travelled the world..
. We had stayed with Aurora oriental last year and contacted them, got a taxi staight to them . We told you our situation You welcomed us back with an amazing poolside room . Staff smiling and happy.guests.. Food great selection and well presented. Room clean and above standard. We can not thank you enough for rescuing our holiday. The price was also amazing. We could hug you. I arrived crying and will leave smiling
