In comparison to other Hotels in Sharm el sheikh, this Hotel is old and the amenities at the Hotel are very very limited if you would like to consider it a “Resort“.
Heated pool isn’t heated!
Animation team are friendly and we had a good time at their Zodiac Disco party.
Staff at the Lobby are not helpful at all, lifeguards and Towel guys are very rude.
Restaurant staff are very friendly and the food selection is average.
Price to quality, you can pay the same amount and get a better quality and service for sure!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The service was impeccable, and every staff member was exceptionally kind and attentive. The food was a delightful surprise, exceeding all expectations. Every aspect of the hotel, from the housekeeping to the restaurant, was top-notch. Highly recommend!

We stayed with our daughter in this hotel at the end of 2024.
We are completely satisfied. It is safe to say that it is good value for money. My daughter was especially happy because during our stay at the hotel we celebrated her 18th birthday. And here I must definitely say that I was very positively surprised by the conversation on this subject with the manager. I wanted this day to be special. It was even better than I planned! The manager easily agreed to the arrival of an external company to decorate the room for her birthday. She even went further and helped me contact this company.

In addition, my daughter had a special table prepared for this occasion during dinner. Additionally, a birthday cake and wishes from the entire staff. It was a wonderful day for her. I must emphasize that the animation team took very good care of us. A great, well-coordinated team that made sure that every day was even better than we had planned. The entire hotel is clean, well-kept with smiling, cultured service. Well done hotel. Good cuisine, varied menu. Everyone will find something good for themselves. The rooms are well-kept and very clean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good rest in a great atmosphere.

Really had an amazing time, location is great everything around us. Staff was amazing every part of the day couldn’t do anything more for you and so friendly. The rooms was nice and clean and cleaner came everyday and cleaned: nothing was too much for them. The New Year’s party was out of this world and was amazing start to finish. The animation team especially mando was amazing, friendly, had a laugh and the after party’s was amazing. Sammy the towel man was helpful and nice. Would defo recommend and will defo be back.

Very nice hotel. Staff responsive and very kind. Gomma housekeeper very friendly, every day gave us some pleasant surprise. Which we thought was so sweet. The room was always clean, more than 10 points.
