HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot say enough good things about this outstanding resort. Impeccable service, a gorgeous property, spacious rooms, and amenities galore! This is the perfect spot to get away. We stayed for 4 nights and hated to leave. Too many highlights to cover them all - but I especially loved the ability to snorkel a coral reef on the property! We will be returning - and want to bring family and friends.

The Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh was a true sanctuary after a horrible stay nearby hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, and the attention to detail was second to none. The meticulously maintained grounds, breathtaking views, and amenities exceeded every expectation.
Even when I fell ill, the staff went above and beyond—within 20 minutes, a house doctor was in my room with a prescription, and the guest experience manager followed up to ensure I was well taken care of. The level of care and professionalism was truly exceptional.
We extended our trip because the premier room was spectacular, the full board was absolutely worth it, and every moment felt curated for comfort and relaxation. This hotel has set the standard for luxury and hospitality. The house reef was incredible for snorkeling. I’ll be referring multiple friends and will be back every couple of months for a long weekend away from London. An unforgettable experience in every way!

I mentioned to the Golf cart driver - people are really friendly here and the response was
“ Sir, You’re at Four Season. What else you expect “
Indeed very kind and accommodating Staff.
They go above and beyond to help you out and make sure you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Cannot be a more complete and comfortable resort.

Having the worst time right now, a really disappointing experience. Everything looks beautiful, but just below the surface you notice so many faults.
We booked through an external website and upon arrival found out the many of the villas are privately owned and not actually part of the hotel. The owner of the villa we booked forgot to make our booking? So we waited and waited and finally got a room provided by the hotel. All was good.
Then after two nights we are told to pack up our stuff and move to “the royal villa” with a pool. A surprise for the mix up earlier.
They take us to a downstairs villa with peeling and cracking walls, old worn out furniture and the smell of mold and mildew. No pool in sight and a definite downgrade from the room before, also unsafe for children to sleep in. I told them the room is not acceptable (for $1000AUD a night) but they have no other options for us. So now we have no room for the rest of our holiday and three very sad little kids.
The hotel says it’s not their problem and the owners shift all responsibility to the hotel. The staff at the front desk were dismissive at best. Warning to everyone - do not book from booking . com

Well-managed hotel. Good bartender in the lobby bar who made us good cocktails(apreol spirits &cosmopolitan). The jetty and the sea is clean and beautiful. Everything is good except for the smell of the room. Seems like the strong glue/ building material smell…
