A fantastic hotel to stay in with family. Excellent selection of pools and bars throughout the resort (including within the sister hotel Reef Oasis). Staff were incredible throughout, always going out of their way to ensure you were looked after - some of the best I've come across, whether at the bar or room cleaning. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and are excellently maintained by an army of hard working gardeners and engineers - they really make it feel like being in paradise. We booked the hotel for access to the reef as we had researched that it was possibly the best reef accessed from a hotel beach in all of Sharm el Sheikh and I think we got that spot on. Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort. Will definitely come back!

Loverly hotel massive grounds stunning location bars pools resturants everywhere spoilt for choice .loverly beach loads sun beds beach bars res brill theatre loads dif bars massive place staff best ive ever meet loverly people food can eat diff res every day and eve loads of them just stunning . But our room dated worn out spotlessly clean but not what i expected see pics another thing beach is 15 min walk away gets very steep toward beach there is a free shuttle bus every few mins .has own waterpark on site free to use . over all Great holiday with easy jet realy good

The hotel is good. All what i can say you have to take care of your things, if you lose them thats it . I lost slipper in the kids area . 20 mins before i lose my slipper i heard a lady asking about her songlass. As i said the hotel is good but you need to be carful with your things.

Super all inclusive hotel. Food is awesome and the service excellent. The crowd is mostly Russian and Italian which makes it interesting. The aquapark is adequate and the beach great. We came in May so it wasn't as busy, I don't think we'd come in the Summer as it would be too busy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to guys in the restaurant Ramy, Muhammad, Akbar...

Wonderful, one the best hotels I visited in Sharm, the food is fantastic . they impressed us every day with taste, quality and variety ..also employees are super friendly and helpful ..the Beach is a very big plus, it has the dock where you can jump into deep but quit water to snorkel, also has a big Sandy ( mainly but has some rocks ) shallow calm water, perfect for relaxation and kids . Special thanks to Chef Ibrahim in Sentido main restaurant and his amazing team. 3 downsides I wish they fix, in family rooms, the adults bedroom has no door while the kids bedroom has a door !!!! the 2nd is that activities for teenagers are limited, sports bar has nothing but a TV and for rent pool table, if you build an arcade area, 3 on 3 basketball court, indoor table tennis and air hockey for free, eenagers might be able to make friends and enjoy .. finally food options after 10 pm are very limited with one pizza man helping so many people., line can get very long and frustrating..would add more pizza stations and make an early breakfast option 5am to 7 am...small things that can make the great hotel even greater...thanks to all employees , the chef and the F&B manager for the great work
