I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sierra Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and exceptional service made our vacation truly memorable.
The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis, with lush gardens and stunning views that instantly put you in a relaxed state of mind. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could need. The attention to detail in the room decor and the daily housekeeping service ensured that we always returned to a pristine and comfortable environment.
One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic dining experience. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with numerous options to suit every palate. Whether it was the delicious buffet breakfast, the mouth-watering seafood at the restaurant, or the refreshing cocktails by the pool bar, every meal was a delight.
The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, offering something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the multiple swimming pools, The beach area was also a great place to relax and soak up the sun, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available.
What truly sets Sierra Hotel apart is the exceptional staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From the friendly reception staff who greeted us with smiles and efficient check-in, to the attentive waiters and housekeeping staff, everyone made us feel welcome and valued.

very nice, I went 21st sep and the place was very quiet and wasn't crowded at all, food is nice, chef will make food if you have any food allergies or limitations. animation team are incredibly friendly and outgoing. recommended !

Great Hotel in great location!
Sierra is like 50 metres from Soho square and that’s the place where sharm el sheikh tourists are going at evening. But many hotels are located pretty far away from Soho square which is a problem, cause you will need to get a taxi there and back every time with scammers-taxi drivers 😂
In general our stay was great, the service is the best, especially from Restaurant manager 👍
The rooms are a bit old, but you got everything you need
If you stay for 7nights + you also get a lot of vouchers for free jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, bowling, ice scating, tennis, etc
Also Sierra got this cozy atmosphere, I mean right near it there is Savoy that owned by the same owner and more luxurious and expensive, but it doesn’t have this cozy vibe that Sierra has 🙂

I don’t recommend it to anyone, we were cheated by paying extra amount to get a ground floor pool view connected room, once we arrived early in the morning they told us there is no vacant rooms as we reserved, and we must wait 4 hours to check in the room (check in at 2:00 pm) Bathrooms were smelly and water flows while washing our hands with a very bad smell! All what they tell you we will fix this problem with no results!
Swimming pools are not clean, full of dirts and insects! Room service is not friendly at all!
Don’t throw your money and choose a better hotel! The only good thing is the location in Soho.

A wonderful hotel with great staff.
Well designed gardens, many clean swimming pools with charming bars, many adorable cats, good restaurant and main bar. This is Sierra. It’s the part of the Soho Complex (Sierra, Soho Square, Savoy hotels etc).
Our room (a garden view junior suite, with a relaxing living room) was spacious and perfectly equipped with anything we could imagine for a perfect stay, the WiFi was very fast, the lighting and the air condition were excellent.
The mini fridge was working like an A class refrigerator. The bed sheets were soft and brand new. The mattresses were anatomic and the pillows puffy. The towels were simply the best.
The beach was clean and quiet, but I would like the platform to the sea to be stabile because this moving platform seems to be dangerous. I couldn’t walk on it.
But the best of all is the staff. Emad and Peter at the main bar, Sayed and Mamdouh at the restaurant were helpful, friendly, smiling and polite. They made us feel like being in the house of some friends and not in a hotel.
Mr Amr at the reception was polite and helpful.
Wael made immediately every change we wanted in the room.
And of course Mina! The smiling and polite young man, who made his best in order to make our holidays unforgettable.
The only problem was the behavior of the rude security guards, who made control every time we returned in the whole Soho complex, after a walk in the city. They were searching all our personal items, in an annoying and insulting way. But the whole ambience of the hotel was so great that this behavior can’t affect my rating.
If you want to feel like a prince/princess, if you want to relax in a perfect place, make a gift to yourself and your family and book some days in this paradise!
