This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever experienced — and much of that is thanks to the incredible Assistant General Manager, Mr. Saber. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay would be nothing short of perfect. Aware of our previous disappointing experience at another hotel, he personally welcomed us, patiently addressed all our concerns, and gave us a tour of the property before we even booked. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care were immediately evident.
What truly sets Mr. Saber apart is his presence. On our very first day, we saw him everywhere — not just in an office, but actively engaging with guests and staff across the entire resort. Despite the intense heat and the size of the property — with its numerous pools, an expansive water park, and a wide selection of restaurants — he chose to be hands-on and fully involved in the day-to-day operations. He leads by example and embodies everything a true manager should be.
The warm welcome we received from every member of staff made us feel instantly at home. The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. The food was absolutely outstanding — every meal was delicious, and the variety of international cuisines available across multiple restaurants was truly impressive. With drink stations conveniently located throughout the resort, every detail is thoughtfully taken care of.
This hotel is worth every single penny, and more.
Mr. Saber, you are a shining example of what great leadership looks like. Thank you for your unwavering dedication and for making our stay unforgettable. Your hard work is clearly reflected in every corner of this wonderful resort.

My First Day at the Hotel
Upon my arrival at the hotel, it was lunchtime, and I noticed that the restaurant was extremely crowded. Additionally, the selection of beverages was quite limited, and the variety of food was not as diverse as I had hoped.
However, the most disappointing experience was with the receptionist. His attitude was very unprofessional. I requested a room upgrade to one with a direct sea view. After discussing pricing with another staff member, he sent me to check a room. Upon inspection, I realized that the room did not have a direct sea view, the furniture was quite basic, and the overall ambiance felt somewhat dull.
When I returned to the receptionist to inquire about a more modern room, he insisted that all rooms were the same in size and furnishings. He also mentioned that if I wanted a pool-view room, I would have to pay an additional fee. Throughout the conversation, his focus was entirely on the extra charges rather than addressing my request for a better-quality room. Furthermore, he was directing his responses to the accompanying representative, as if deciding on my behalf where I should stay and how many beds I needed.
At that point, I lost my patience and firmly told him that my concern was not about the cost but about the quality and view of the room. I specifically asked him to find me a room with more elegant furnishings and a pool view. Eventually, he selected a room with a more modern floor design and improved furniture. I immediately paid the price difference and ended the unpleasant discussion.
I still have five days remaining at the hotel, so I will wait and see how the rest of my stay unfolds.

The stay at this hotel left a pleasant impression! The staff is extremely polite and always ready to help, making the stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere is interesting and enjoyable for relaxation. The only downside is that the food was monotonous throughout the week—I would have liked more variety. Overall, everything was wonderful, and this hotel deserves a great rating!

The location is not very good. The hotel is in the north of the city where it is always very windy. Although it is only 15 minutes from the airport.
If you want to spend your holiday cosy and quiet, this hotel is hardly suitable. Too many children, the hotel looks like a Russian kindergarten. Only for families with children.
The sun loungers were always occupied, not enough seats.
Breakfast is the same every day, no variety.
Lunch and dinner were always good. There are at least 5 restaurants, you can choose every day.
There is also something to do in your free time: billiards, tennis, disco. There is a diving and kiting school on the beach.
The hotel has its own reef, to which it is far away (about 10 minutes on foot), but it is worth it. The corals are very beautiful, you don't even need to go anywhere.
What else we liked - evening shows every day, it was fun.
All pools were unheated (mid March, temperature was 22 degrees some days).

I would like to share a few suggestions to support the continued success of your hotel:
Consider placing a printed daily activity schedule in each room to inform guests about hotel events.
Some rooms need maintenance—our first room, for example, required several repairs.
Install wall clocks in public areas (especially near the pool) with clear signs under each showing service hours, such as for the restaurant, bar, ice cream stand, etc.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and hope these ideas help enhance the guest experience.
