Absolutely amazing holiday, the staff are unbelievably attentive and amazing with children. We loved it. Rooms were incredible, always clean and they are HUGE. Pools were clean, safe and excellent fun. The life guards were so helpful and kept everyone safe, Alex in the kids pedalos pool was unreal and our children cried when they left him, a real asset to the hotel. The staff in the restaurant (Culina was our favourite) were so amazing... Two of them especially and I can't remember their names but they had so much fun with our kids and even bought coffee to our room one morning, they went above and beyond. Our only reason for an 8 out of 10 was because the food got a little repetitive BUT we are vegetarian so it was tricky... However breakfast was INCREDIBLE.

Amazing experience at this resort from start to finish. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and service. The bungalow we stayed in was lovely and rooms are clean and have everything you need. So many pools to choose from so not ever too busy anywhere. Water park in the hotel is so much fun with two sections for children and adults. Plenty of selection with the choice of I think 5/6 different restaurants with a varied selection of food being served throughout the day. Entertainment throughout the day from music/kids entertainment and the foam party was brilliant fun. Best holiday experience I’ve had, would recommend and would definitely come back.

Overall good value for money. Amazing pool areas, plenty of sun beds and lots of activities to get involved with. We personally found the speakers around the pool nearest to the beach too loud, you couldn’t use the sun beds directly infront of them as you couldn’t hold/hear a conversation. The room was beautiful and kept clean. The shower was also amazing. Only downside to this hotel is the food. The food that we had was nice, but it was very repetitive and limited in choice resulting in us eating out a few times during our stay. The drinks service in the restaurant was also poor, but these issues aside, I couldn’t fault the hotel. Staff was friendly and my little boy loved the water slides too.

The hotel decor is stunning, rooms are modern and a great size for families. The staff are amazing and they made our holiday brilliant; especially lifeguard Alex and bar attendant Adul I believe their names were. So attentive with our needs and our children thought they were great! Brilliant addition to your hotel. The food was tasty, but slightly repetitive; however the freshly made pizzas, koftas and grilled chicken were brilliant! The entertainment on the beach in the evening we felt were the reason we gave a 9 and not a 10, as we feel it was quite cheesy/heavily focused on techno music; so we only spent a few evenings here and ventured out the hotel for the rest of the week, visiting local bars. Overall an amazing holiday! Thank you!

had a wonderful stay at laguna vista. Staff were super friendly, rooms clean although ours did smell of light touch of sewage. Pools fab. there is a heated pool inside the spa! Did all excursions through get your guide. Food at the hotel was good - but menu doesnt change for breakfast / lunch and dinner so you are eating same items every day. Need more entertainment. Stayed in Turkey and entertainment was far superior especially for children. Overall, great experience. Would definitely go again.
