The staff was very very friendly and supportive. They allowed my son to play a very expensive Piano but off course on one condition if he knows how to play? Very generous and helpful staff always checked for us if Chicken was Halal or not. Very clean, very cozy and very decent hotel. As we stepped into the hotel our faces brightened up. It was a good holiday booked with Jet2 Holidays.

Vert nice hotel, very clean, rooms are spacious. We had a great view of the sea from our balcony too! The staff were very polite and welcoming. I also received an unexpected special complimentary bottle of bubbly as it was my Birthday and a lovely note!

Not a hotel for those who want to experience friendly staff aesthetically pleasing interiors or pool area. A grim hotel which we spent as little time as possible at during our holiday.
We were a group of seven people and wanted to eat in the outdoor area at all meals. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel (not all hotels have outdoor dining). We asked if they could put three tables together for us. Two tables would not accommodate seven people. The staff refused and actually shouted at us. They seem to be scared of breaking the rules. Therefore, we contacted the hotel management, and asked if three tables in the outdoor area were possible for us. The management also refused this - they mentioned a silly rule about not enough tables for all the guests (??? the outdoor area ALWAYS had empty tables when we dined!). They said our group will have to sit at two separate tables to eat, which is totally illogical, as this took up four tables altogether😂 Ended up with plates on our laps. Might as well have gone camping.
We were at Taurito Princess down the road last year, and they made a lovely long table for our group for every meal, outdoors and indoors. Such a difference!
Other things; pool area is ok. A plus to this hotel for not allowing floaties and balls in the pool, so it was nice and quiet and safe for the smallest kids.
Food is basic, but you can always make a nice salad.
Rooms medium standard.
We would recommend Taurito Princess down the road instead(miles better) or the Lago across the road (at least they don’t pretend to be anything other than a budget hotel, so you won’t feel disappointed, also the food is better).

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of December to celebrate our anniversary. The weather was surprisingly hot, which was a big plus, and the location is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding area aside from mini-golf and bowling, but the free entry to the water park (you just need to give your room number) was a huge highlight. Another positive is that the beach is only a 3-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea.
Our room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked really well. However, the room is definitely showing its age and needs refurbishing—paint was peeling off the walls, the bathtub was leaking, and, unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the room, which was a major downside. This was a major disappointment and left us feeling uncomfortable during our stay.
The pool area was nice, however the water was freezing, making it hard to enjoy even in hot weather. If you wanted to use the spa, access costs €25 during the day or €70 after the opening hours, although the gym is free which was a nice touch.
One of the most disappointing parts of our stay was the reception staff. They were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. When we asked to change rooms because we’d paid extra for a sea-view room but could barely see the sea from the 1st floor, they refused to help, saying, “Technically, you can still see the sea.” Whenever we asked them anything, their response was usually, “I don’t know, sorry,” which was incredibly frustrating.
In contrast, the bar and restaurant staff were lovely and worked hard to make guests feel welcome. The food was decent—nothing amazing—but you could always find something to eat, though it was a bit repetitive. The drinks selection for all-inclusive guests was extremely limited, which was disappointing.
Other issues included very poor Wi-Fi, which barely worked, and unreliable lifts that were painfully slow.
Overall, while the hotel has some good points like its location, the free water park access, and friendly bar and restaurant staff, the negatives—especially the state of the rooms, the unhelpful reception staff, and the cockroaches—make it hard to recommend. It wasn’t the worst stay, but I wouldn’t return. With some improvements, this hotel could be much better, but for now, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Been here for a week and this is not a 4 star, the kids club was none existent and was off site. You are in the middle of a valley which is near nothing and the arcade had half of the machines broke. Got very boring and as for the access to the water park which looks great on pictures. Hit its heyday back in 2013, old, dirty, salt water which was freezing for kids.
