We spent 10 days in mid January at this very nice hotel.
It far exceeded our expectations in just about every way.
It is a very big hotel that is situated just 150 meters from the beach. It has great cub appeal.
We were fully inclusive and the food was well beyond expectation. Multinational range of dishes and lots of food fresh cooked while you watch.
The hotel was spotless, there seemed to be a non stop cleaning going on, very discreetly.
The staff were very helpful, well mannered and seem to be able to manage just about any language.
The rooftop solarium and bar is huge and offers marvellous views over the area including the sand dunes at the end of the beach.
There are far too many things, that is possible to do in the area, for me to mention here but it really is a special area.
The list of facilities in the hotel are extensive and much better described on their website than I could very manage.
Thank again to all the staff for helping provide a great holiday

Lovely hotel, which is nice and central. Great selection of food to choose from throughout the day, the only thing that it lacks is a selection of bread. Staff are very attentive. The reason I gave a 4 ⭐️ is because the lobby bar wouldn't open until 9pm and it was too cold for the outside bar

The hotel met the expectations with respect to the value-for-money ratio.
There was a good variety of food at breakfast and at dinner. Even barbecue was available for dinner on most of the days. Several kinds of cakes and ice cream were also offered as dessert. On some days there were singers at dinner, which sang folk songs while playing a kind of guitar.
On the other hand the dishes were too often not clean, so you have to be careful when taking a plate or a glass. The food was sometimes nearly cold and sometimes sufficiently warm. The waiters are friendly, but some seemingly speek only Spanish. I received 3x the wrong drink instead of the one I ordered.
Lunch starts at 8:00 am, which is a little bit late. Many of the tourists in the hotel are retirees.
The beach is not far, but you have to walk down long stairs.
There is a bar on the ground floor, where some live music is played in the evening.
On the roof is another bar, which is opened until midnight and where some games are played with the guests (Bingo and some kind of quiz when I was there).

We had a fabulous holiday here last year in July! We paid 750 each which for the experience was more than worth it, people moaning saying the hotel was shabby is not true. Sounds like they are expecting the Ritz but paying a low price for it. Its a 4 star hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for you, the food was really good with regular bbq and theme nights. The outdoor seating area was nice and the staff worked really hard. We had a lovely room overlooking the dunes which we had not requested but were really lucky to get. The rooms weren't shabby either they were clean and a decent size and the bedding was nice and neutral and much needed powerful Aircon available. Also found the all inclusive drinks to be very varied and impressive and it included branded not just local spirits, which is rare for all inclusives. The only thing which can be a little tiresome is the lifts, especially if you're on a higher floor, as there are not many sometimes you are waiting a long time to get to the ground floor. That is just an observation and I understand its not something that's easily fixed . The pools were also great and always easy to go for a dip and not full of people. We found the holiday so relaxing we are coming again this year and we will enjoy our evenings on the roof top terrace, can't wait!

Very disappointed for a 4* hotel. The room was very old fashioned with cheap drab brown covers on the bed. My bed had a mattress topper on it which kept sliding off. The pillows were very narrow and so cheap. The filling kept moving around inside the pillow.
There was an awful smell in the bathroom, like waste smell coming back up the drains. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, just a soap dispenser in the shower. No shower caps either.
The "spa" was awful. The jacuzzi was FREEZING and not working, none of the jets in the pool in the spa were working either, the sauna was not hot at all and was just 6 plastic chairs in a room, not a wooden type sauna, no steam room, the loungers were not heated as per the description either. The "spa" was a huge disappointment and was basically just a small indoor pool and thats it because nothing was working.
No umbrellas on the rooftop pool area for shade. I didn't see any umbrellas at the main pool area but I did see poles for umbrellas so maybe if you ask you can get an umbrella but would have thought these should have been up without having to ask.
For a 4* star hotel I expected MUCH better facilities. It's a 3* at best.
