Lovely hotel in a great location, nice quiet street but a short walk to everything. Staff were all great, all very friendly and helpful. We had a south view room which got plenty of sun on the balcony throughout the day and the room itself was large, tidy and clean. Beds were very comfortable and there are even different pillow options! TV in the room allows you to stream from your own device which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options hot and cold, and available until 12 noon. Will definitely be staying here whenever we come to Gran Canaria! Would highly recommend

The hotel is an absolute credit to the whole team that make this a truly beautiful place to stay. Special thanks to Josué and Elisabet who are a real asset to the hotel and superb in their roles.
We booked on a whim having previously stayed at family hotels in Gran Canaria. We arrived just before 10pm and the welcome was perfect. It was twarm, relaxing and super friendly. We were offered a glass of sparkling rose wine which was well received after the long journey…. Our glasses were then refilled prior to heading to our room.
The hotel feels small and private, you feel as if you are in a boutique friendly hotel as against a sanitised corporate property.
The room was awesome, small Kitchenette perfect for making teas, coffees and light snacks… very clean with a touch of class.
The main room area was stylish and quirky. Complimentary glass bowl of sweets were there on arrival alongside a complimentary wonderful bottle of red wine. Both surprising and exceptional.
The staff are the friendliest and most helpful you could wish for.
The breakfast is great with the choice of sitting inside or outside.
We took a gamble in the hotel and hoped it would be good. It turned out to be exceptional and we will be recommending it far and wide.
Loved it. Thank you for helping make it a fantastic holiday.

This is a fabulous adult only hotel. Worthy of the reviews given. This was our second visit opting for a suite over looking the pool on floor two. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are so discreet and friendly. The breakfast is lovely but crucially is over an extended period until 12 which creates the most relaxing ambiance. Nice to see a few new faces with trainees being introduced to the team. Hot plate team were really good so charismatic . The sun always shines and the team never stop smiling. Sad to leave but we will return.

One of the best hotels in Maspalomas. With one caveat. It's a bit pricey for b&b . I paid £200 a night. Designed in an art deco theme with lots of soft edges and curves it is really pretty. Breakfast is substantial and varied. Rooms have a small kitchenette . The place is constantly maintained to a very high standard , a small problem with our shower was resolved
immediately. The Staff are very friendly . There is a poolside snacks bar serving reasonable price food. The check Reception is 24 hours. The Reception staff are great, helpful and friendly.
Highly recommended.

Gold Hotel has a great location, not far from the Yumbo Center, yet in a quiet area. The hotel's retro tropical chic design immediately creats a vacation-like atmosphere. The open inner courtyard, with its large spherical lights, added to the spacious and airy feel.
The pool area is small but well-designed and efficiently utilized, and the pool loungers were exceptionally comfortable for relaxation.
The hotel staff was very friendly throughout our stay.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, along with a live cooking station for egg dishes and waffles. The only minor drawback was the coffee quality, which could be improved. However, the breakfast room and presentation were very appealing.
We stayed for a week in the Master Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The small kitchen was a great bonus, especially for a longer stay.
All in all, this is a highly recommended hotel, and we would gladly return anytime in the future.
