Well located just few steps and maybe 2 min walk from the beach (no sunbeds by the hotel on the beach).
Ca 7-8 min walk from the public bus stop.
15 min walk from Jumbo centre or Cita. A good 20min walk to the Dunes viewpoint.
Supermarkets/shops/restaurants on the beach promenade so easy access.
Friendly staff at reception, restaurants and in general in the hotel.
3 pools at the hotel, gym, nudist sunbathing area. The areas are well kept and clean.
The room, bathroom look a bit dated. Small things could change the experience (e.g. why is the toilet roll holder right next to the toilet? The towel hangers far away from the shower? The sink tap is very low, barely can put the hand underneath..)
The breakfast and dinner buffet were well stocked. Dinner changing theme evenings, with good selection of food.
For vegetarians although not that much options (besides salad bar).
Depending on your room location, the beach promenade music can be heard until late night.
We enjoyed our stay, we booked it with a fairly discounted price so we were happy.

Very good location by Playa del Ingles. The room was clean and modern. I was upgraded to a room with a large shared balcony with a wonderful view. The buffet breakfast was plentiful.
By way of feedback, when I arrived, there was confusion as I had booked through Booking.com and I had to return later to reception to pay. Also, the breakfast arrangements were not clearly explained and I ended up in the Unique lounge and had to leave for the main room downstairs much to my embarrassment. Etiquette of guests around the pool could be better enforced as well as there was the typical monopolising sunbeds.
All in all, great location and room but certain things in terms of communication could be improved upon.

A fantastic location, right by the beach!
The buffets were yummy and day to day there was always a different variety of food.
The staff was very friendly and helpful!
And the spa was lovely.
My only small critique would be the quality of the room, not the most modern and the beds are twins strapped together (which was advertised) but they were a bit squeaky and the moved perhaps a bit more than one would want a bed to move.

The welcome at the hotel was pleasant, but it quickly became evident that the All-Inclusive package at this hotel was not truly all-inclusive. Most of the drinks that were of decent quality were available at an additional cost. By the second day of our stay, both of our travel companions experienced severe food poisoning from the buffet, despite having consumed only food from the hotel during the first two days.
The food was served cold, which raised concerns about the safety of the buffet. This issue persisted with most of the food during our initial 11-days stay. Initially, we did not think much of it, assuming the hotel had proper controls in place, but both my wife and I eventually fell ill from food poisoning after our first days.
When we contacted the hotel requesting water due to dehydration from the food poisoning, we were questioned about why we expected water to be provided free of charge. It became clear that the focus was on making money rather than offering quality service. When we reported the food poisoning incident, the person on the phone confirmed that others had experienced similar issues. However, when we followed up days later to discuss the aftermath of the severe food poisoning, no one acknowledged the problem. This lack of response was extremely concerning and is the primary reason I would not return to this hotel.
As other guests mentioned, our room had some dusty areas, and the fridge was quite dirty. However, the cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. After some additional clarification, they cleaned the fridge, despite our earlier request at the service desk. It seemed, however, that there was a lack of communication between the frontdesk staff and the rest of the hotel staff throughout our stay.
The service at the bars in the evenings was positive, with the staff being very friendly and cheerful during our 11-day stay. The male servers at dinner were also courteous and helpful. However, we noticed that the female servers tended to overlook us and only provided service to older guests. Guests under the age of 40 were left to serve themselves, which was disappointing.
Upon our departure, we submitted a request for compensation for the days we lost due to food poisoning. Unfortunately, this request was simply ignored. It is truly unfortunate, as this hotel could have been excellent if it weren’t for the issues with the service desk staff and the quality of the food.
#Comment after hotels reply: Their reply to this comment comfirms this review as we did both request water on the second day of our stay during wich we got our food poisening. We also asked for a cleaning or upgrade of room cause the room was dirty. None of the request was followed up and no help was given. They even managed to reply to my email 3 days after we contacted them and their is both medical and paper proof of the food poisening. When contacting our travel agent for a refund the hotel was in full denial of anything that had happened even when they had the email as documentation and multiple phone calls forwarded to the hotels service desk. For your own safety. Do not visit this hotell.

Hotel is in a great location, service is very very good.
Food not so, everything is tepid, touch warm or stone cold in the buffet.
If you are going here to use the gym, don't it's 13 pieces of unserviced old equipment that is quite frankly very risky to use.
Hotels should be obligated to keep gyms in top top condition.
