Wonderful place! I spent a week here in August 2024. Room was fresh and always clean, food was good and various, the security during the night hours was guarding the entrance. Amazing location! But the best about this hotel was STAFF! Maria and Africa at the reception were AMAZING! These women made my whole stay: always cheerful, always polite, they helped me to solve my issues immediately. First, they helped me to get a room with the better view (they did not get irritated that I was so picky), then gave some recommendations on local restaurants, another day helped me to build a route around the island. Moreover, at the end of the stay I felt like we got friends. They are simply amazing, attentive and always having a warm attitude towards guests. Thank you one more time Maria and Africa! Nathalie at the pool bar is making the best cocktails! She is very skilled: I would usually ask for alcohol-free ones and some were not on the menu but she would always fix it the best way. Nathalie was also always very attentive, always having a small talk with guests with the smile. Thank you, Nathalie! In general, the hotel itself was good. Everything here was made for the guests favour. But again, the best about the hotel is the people working there. Just because of them I want to come back here again! Merry XMass and Happy New Year! We booked a two bedroom apartment with a sea view. We got a twin room with no view. They wouldn’t move us to what we had booked and had in our confirmation. The front desk receptionist was useless and refused to give us what we paid for. So be very careful when booking this place. The spa team , pool, terrace , house keeping and restaurant staff are really nice people and so friendly. Shame the management and front desk don’t follow suit. I can’t imagine how this place functions in summer when it’s got young people. Food was ok in the restaurant. Snacks were never provided when he had paid for them, another nonsense on their confirmation. Children came in with elders when it’s meant to be adult only but the staff let them in.

Upon arrival, hotel looks clean and tidy, reception staff very nice and helpful. Dinner on arrival was disappointing after a long day of travelling, though I am a fussy eater. Got into our room which was nice and the bed is quite comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities provided, tv in the room with 5 English channels. En-suite is nice , but if a squeeze to get in shower but the drain does give off a rotten vegetables smell so we kept door closed. Balcony is a good size, we had a first floor room with a view of the outside dining area and the hotel opposite. The bar staff seem rude and not that friendly. If you like the noises of cockroaches and crickets then they’ll keep you up all night, so I bought some earplugs to try to help, I did tell reception and they said they’ll look into it. We didn’t see any bugs while we were there though but it was annoying when trying to sleep. The roof terrace for sunbathing is great, we were up there every day.

The perfect place to rest and relax. The staff was really profesional and friendly. Nathalie from Coco-Loco Bar with her special vibe made our pool time an amazing experience. The spa is fantastic and very complete. We will come back

I recently visited spa in hotel Marieta and was absolutely blown away by the service and the quality of the treatments. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Every detail was taken care of, and the entire experience felt personal and tailored to my needs. I tried three treatments: the anti-stress massage, lymphatic drainage treatment, and the spa circuit – and I can wholeheartedly recommend all of them! The anti-stress massage was exactly what I needed. The therapist was skilled and attentive, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension and stress. I left the room feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The lymphatic drainage treatment was equally impressive. It was gentle yet highly effective, and I could immediately feel the benefits. My body felt lighter, and I noticed reduced swelling and improved circulation after the session. The spa circuit was the perfect way to round off my visit. The facilities were just enough, sauna, pools, steam room, variety of showers and relaxation area made serene experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and indulge in some top-notch treatments, I highly recommend this spa. I'll definitely be returning!
