Staff are lovely, room is very modern with good bathroom. We were in the adults only section which had loads of beds and it's own pool. The only downside is that the food in the evening is not great, loads of stews made with cheap meat, not a big selection of different mains, quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

AMAZING HOTEL! We stayed here for 8 days and we was absolutely shocked at how good this hotel was, from the staff, the service, the food was 10/10. The staff are lovely and kind. We arrived very late in the night and they had packed us a bag full of food and water which is a very kind gesture. We stayed in the adults only bit and it was so peaceful just what we wanted. The rooms were brilliant and modern. They have a massive range of food which by surprise was very tasty, I’ve never been to an all inclusive were the food is that good you go up for seconds haha. The only cons of this hotel are that it is far away from everything else so we hired a car to get around. The only little thing was that the cups were quite small when getting a drink (all inclusive) and other times we got a big cup not too sure why. But all in all we was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed our stay. Thank you

We spent a week here in October and loved it. The rooms are modern, clean and well equiped. We loved the layout of the hotel and you have easy access to everything. The staff were absolutely brilliant - always friendly and helpful.
The pool is beautiful, set in the middle with palm trees and plenty of well kept sun loungers all round. The restaurant and food were excellent, always fresh and always a huge variety of options.
We found the location particularly good. You're at the end of a quiet one-way street and are surrounded by green well kept golf courses. You feel safe and private which is great for kids and you can still walk to the beach in 40 mins.

Was an amazing location and had plenty of time to relax.
We went all-inclusive and just relaxed by the pool most of the time. They did have a free bus drop-off and pickup service. If you do want to travel out, be aware tho that the pickup times were quite late, so we returned to the hotel by taxi.
The food was great, and the service was top-notch. All staff friendly and no bad experiences
I stayed in the 18, only private area, but next time, I think the general area would be fine, I didn't use the private area pool or sunbathing area. The bar and restaurant are closer to the general pool, so I spent most of my time there. Even though the general area was busy, most were sunbathing, so there was ample room in the pool to cool down and swim.
The entertainment was diverse and interesting, from pilates to aqua aerobics and electric violin playing today's hits and singers after your evening meal there was plenty to keep you occupied.
The only negative I can say is that the shower temperature fluctuated so much that you had to time when to wash your hair or step back as to avoid burning. This was manageable, and I expect it's hard to supply a steady temperate to rooms as scattered as they are in this hotel.
I will most likely visit again in the future. Thanks for the memorable time :)

The service is excellent and I should name Salah at reception for his help in arranging football tickets, car hire and taxis along with the other bits and pieces which make a holiday relaxing. Yudi in the pool bar is also a star!
Due to a booking error by our tour operator we had expected to be allowed to stay in the adult only area of the complex with our 16 year old son. The hotel could not accommodate us there but Alejandro, the hotel manager did a fantastic job finding us a suite of equivalent quality in another quiet part of the hotel. This was perfect for our needs. The beds and bathroom facilities were excellent. Very good wi-fi too.
The pool area is very clean, with plenty of available sun loungers, and it is well attended by staff. The pool bar is well stocked and staffed although the house beer is better quality than the house wine. The restaurant is comfortable with a nice outside area but the food is lacking flavour - perhaps this is normal for a large scale buffet.
The entertainment is slightly intrusive during the day, but the poolside saxophonist and violinist were both fantastic. In the evening, we were serenaded by singers of varying quality, all of whom put their heart and soul into their performances. We heard versions of ‘Valerie’ on four consecutive nights.
Overall, this was the relaxing holiday we wanted and paid for, despite the stress caused by the tour operator on our arrival.
