Honest Review of My Stay I wanted to share my experience after staying at this hotel. Before booking, I had read the reviews and noticed they were mostly negative. However, I figured people are often more inclined to leave negative feedback than positive, so I decided to give it a try. Overall, the hotel is quite dated, but I have to say the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. The rooms were spotlessly clean, which was a big plus for me. I did notice that the staff seem to deal with a lot of difficult behavior from some guests, which must be challenging for them. When it comes to the food, I have no complaints about the quality—it was tasty! That said, the variety wasn’t great, similar to what you might find at other budget-friendly hotels. As with many package holidays, the meals did become a bit repetitive over time. Would I recommend this hotel? It really depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re okay with a lively atmosphere and don’t mind some noise from younger, party-focused guests, then yes, this hotel might suit you. However, if you’re seeking a quiet and peaceful retreat, I’d say this probably isn’t the best choice. This hotel is geared towards travelers on a budget, and some guests certainly make the most of the free bars and alcohol. Keep that in mind when deciding if it’s the right fit for you.

I just returned home having spent a week at Las Piramides. First time I travelled solo. The only positive was the staff at reception and the onside supermarket staff were friendly. I had to move room after first night due to noise people fighting in the corridors. The only plus was my room was clean, bed comfortable. The food was terrible. I wasn't expecting it to be like this. I know people are on hols but the noise was terrible and difficult to sleep. If you're looking for a boozy up all night holiday it's the place. I was delighted when my stay was over but felt sorry for staff dealing with people. I mostly only ate cereal for breakfast in the restaurant every day even though I paid for all inclusive. I definitely won't be going back there. I made the most of my break because of the great weather.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I only came home a week ago and I advise anyone that wants a nice clean safe friendly hotel not to stay here. Our door would not lock the place was filthy with stains and dirt everywhere. We had nests of ants all over our bed and climbing on us. Filthy bathroom, fridge leaked, staff very unpleasant and rude, people fighting in rooms and at reception. They would not clean our room and we were there for a week no fresh towels or sheets. Feet was black with dirt after walking on floors. To pay for a remote for tv. Air conditioning was filthy was black dirt and smell coming from it. I could go on and on I just advise stay away.

Went for a week in late december, arrived around 11, unpacked and started noticing ants. We said it at reception and was met with a very rude manager. Asked for a room change after saying they would clean it the next morning. Told us they couldn’t promise the other rooms wouldn’t have ants. Got keys for another room went in and was 10x worse than that previous one. A pile of Cockroaches and ants ran out from under the microwave. Went back to front desk and the manager acting like we were lying, and sent a security man for us to show him. He was very nice, and helped us. We were escorted and inspected FOUR different rooms before we found a clean one on the top floor on the opposite side of the hotel. Each room was riddled with bugs, although the fifth one we got was completely fine. Got our room and noticed we didn’t have a hairdryer. Asked for one and got told there was none left, yet the other four rooms had them. €20 deposit for tv remote.

Stayed at the "resort" on 3 separate occasions. The 1st visit was actually my 1st time in Tenerife. Me and a friend booked the stay though a travel agent, on their recommendation. I arranged the 2nd stay myself. I arranged the 3rd stay myself again. The location is good, close to all that could want. The food was plentiful, but passable at best. The inclusive beers were all local, no premium ones(Strongbow etc) unless you paid. Again, the inclusive spirits were of the cheap and cheerful variety, and somewhat weak. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. The clientele were mostly young, but there was never any raucous behaviour that I saw. All in all, I can say that if I wanted a specific future date, and my preferred choices weren't unavailable, then I would go again - better the devil you know....

The nice pictures of the green, modern rooms are for self catering guests only. If you pay for B&B, AI etc., you'll be met with one of the worst rooms I've ever seen. The furniture is old metal, the beds are so uncomfortable, the TV is tiny and about 20 years old and the dryer outside was coated in some weird white clumps. The shower lacks power and floods the whole bathroom. There's no caddy in the shower, so you're bending down constantly to get shampoo etc. The sink wouldn't drain properly, had to remove the plug cover to overcome this. And the shower grate looks like it's never been removed to be cleaned. Speaking about cleaning, the maids don't do much. Don't think our floor or shower was washed the whole week. Some of the staff are quite rude and dismissive. One of the security guards (the one with glasses) was checking wristbands and literally shouting at people to go to reception if they didn't have theirs on. So rude, there's no need for it. Bar at the pool is ridiculously expensive too. It's a good location, close to plenty of shops and restaurants but that's about it. SC rooms look okay, but I wouldn't bother. Get far better value for money elsewhere.

On arrival receptionist was very friendly, we stayed all inclusive but felt we were unable to make the best of this option as there was no entertainment on at night, no music or tvs on inside the bar & the pools and bar were in the shade come lunch time therefore we sunbathed on the roof terrace but then had to travel 6 floors down for a drink! Had to pay a euro deposit for plastic glass & advised by bar staff that you couldn't get soft drinks in a pint glass.....why? Two of the bars within the hotel weren't all inclusive & the sports bar was closed. Rooms were spacious but no drawers therefore nowhere to put underwear etc which wasn't ideal.Food was really nice & there was a good selection to choose from.

I'm giving 3 stars only because the location is good and overall the hotel was clean. But I wouldn't stay again. We are only back so January is our favourite time to go to Tenerife. The pool was so cold nobody was using it other than a couple of kids who didn't stay in very long. The pool area was almost completely in shade and the part that did get sun was in shade by 2pm. The heated pool was small and not much good for a family group. The bar area was basic to say the least with no comfortable seating just hard plastic tables and chairs to sit on. There was no entertainment that I could see other than loud music blaring out of a loudspeaker at the pool during the day. There was nothing organised for children and the so called kids disco was pathetic. I didn't realise that non paying guests were not allowed so I invited my daughter who was in a different hotel to meet us for a drink in our hotel before we all went out for dinner. We were not all inclusive. Imagine my surprise when I got a call to say from daughter to say she her husband and 3 year old son were not allowed in and told to leave the lobby. I was shocked when the security guard would not allow the little boy in to use the toilet. When I complained all I got was a shrug of the shoulder from receptionist. We were already disappointed with the facilities but that was the final straw. So I couldn't recommend KN Columbus.

One bed apartment.. We were at front street on end room 4th floor great room, but was very noisy with street through day and Sam's bar directly below our terrace the live singers wow just no too much! Housekeeping daily! The room was clean enough and well stocked kitchen and utensils. Beds no the comfiest but sofa bed OK.. Staff all lovely pleasant. Only little complaint was no heavy curtain in our room which was a problem at night as the windows were loby where lights were on so like trying to sleep with light on no ideal.. But overall well worth the money and safe secure. Not good if mobility problems as at top of hill away from main area although ample places to hire scooters etc.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. This Hotel is great. It’s not the best hotel in the world, but for the price/quality ratio is good. A lot of people complain about noise, bear in mind you came to Tenerife. There’s loud music all night everywhere. People come here to enjoy their holiday and have fun. We booked bed and breakfast which was good enough. Staff is also not bad, luckily we had a good staff member checking us in. Also people complaining they did not get their room cleaned. Leave the card outside and they will clean the room everyday. We got ours cleaned everyday. Will be definitely back!!

What we liked: • The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of good-quality options. • The room was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. • The terrace with sunbeds was a great place to unwind during the day. • Taxis were easy to get, either already available or quickly arranged by the reception. What we didn’t like: • The room lacked basic necessities like a trash can, tissues, bottled water, and a kettle. These small details would have made the stay much more comfortable. • The room felt chilly at night since there was no heating system, which made it uncomfortable during cooler nights. • Cleaning wasn’t thorough. The sheets were changed daily, but the floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, which was disappointing. • There was a strong bad smell coming from the bathroom sink, which also had a leakage issue. Even after reporting it, the problem wasn’t resolved. • The hotel’s location is fine, but reaching nearby areas involves a long walk around the golf course. A shorter, more direct path would save a lot of time and effort. • Some staff members were helpful, but others were not very friendly, which made the experience less pleasant.

The hotel is dated. Requested to change couch because it was literally stained with vomit. Buffet is good but you need to pay extra for all liquids, including water. No water available except for bottles to purchase. Staff is nice except for one lady @ reception. Far from amenities but walkable through a path.

Huge place with very little directions within unless you are a good map reader (you get a map at check-in). Rooms are very big but not much furniture, so feels empty and echoes but we had a good sleep anyways. Bathroom is quite nice. There is a Spa that is open 10 to 18 daily but closed on Sundays which is a disappointment because we came for a weekend, checked in around 4pm on Saturday and so you have about 2h for Spa and then Sunday it's all closed. Also, the Spa is a separate business, so you have to pay to enter. There is a games room near the lobby, it's nice, it has multiple pool tables, video games, table tennis, boxing machine etc. There is evening entertainment on the big stage also near the lobby.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and great views. Where things are let down is the quality of the breakfast, the so called bacon is a mushed compacted donor kebab type substance, the sausage are hot dogs and there is always big queues for fried eggs and omelette. The experience at breakfast is quite manic and in my opinion needs managing better. But all said the hotel is safe and secure and has a good feel about the place. Would i go back again ? Yes, but just have fruit and cheese for breakfast 😏

Had a retirement 3 day party with 16 of us staying at the Gara Suites. The rooms and views of the golf course were perfect. Breakfast was superb every morning with plenty of choice and tasty. Pool was fantastic-large,clean and safe with a lifeguard on duty all day. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly. The bar prices were pretty reasonable and the handy wee shop onsite sold almost everything you could need-apart from beer! It is a wee bit out of town but it's only a 20 min walk to the centre or 5 mins in a €5 taxi. Overall, we loved the Gara Suites and would recommend them to anybody.

Hotel is generally tired and dated. Room had a lovely view over the sea. Perfect! Very loud music from the pubs around but personally I didn’t mind that. The pool is great but the entertainment was horrendous and extremely LOUD ALL DAY!! Decided that the beach was a better option for the rest of the week. (Unbelievably we could still hear the music and 18-30 style entertainment from the beach!) the management couldn’t really care less about my complaints. Our room was cleaned once in our whole week and bins emptied every other day at best. Maybe leave a mop and broom in the room so that we can clean up ourselves.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Rooms are clean albeit a little dated and if updated this would be a 4 star. A/C wasn't working the night I arrived, was fixed the next day, begun to leak the following day so was moved room. There's entertainment every day by the pool, the location is perfect for the main strip and Siam park, all walking distance. If you want a quiet holiday then avoid this as it's close to all the clubs but if you're looking for a hotel near the nightlife, this is the one. I'll definitely stay here again 😊

If you are looking for a small quiet hotel this is not the place for you. Basic and clean it is what yiu make of it. What makes this hotel are the staff. All so lovely. Currently staying here and writing this review mainly to say that Valentine a nember of the entertainment team is AMAZING. It is worth staying here just to watch him in action. He is HILARIOUS and so hard working. He gives 200% and is a credit to the hotel. He never runs out of energy when im sure hes exhausted. He deserves his own show. He would be spectacular on Broadway

Overall positive experience. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was larger than I had expected. Beds were comfortable although overall furniture was quite dated. Location is excellent and services (including a small supermarket) were very convenient. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Negative aspects included seeing roaches (which seem to be everywhere on island) and the entertainment at pool which was so loud if you were trying to relax in room.

However, the rooms are outdated and need urgent renovations; our sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, I would give a good rating because the staff is making an effort to provide a positive experience."

Really nice hotel and close to the sea and amenities. We paid extra for a sea view which was worth it. It would have got 5 stars for the room, but I think it was missing a fridge and the shower was in a bath. However the cleaning lady did an excellent job keeping our room clean. We had an all inclusive deal, and I'd like to thank the bar staff and all the kitchen staff producing such a variety of good food.

The hotel is amazing highly recommended next to the sea The food and drink is great and the staff are very friendly. But the neighbouring bars are playing music to 4am. Also there’s only one plug socket so it takes a while to charge our electronics. Other than that I will definitely come back here with friends and family

This is my second visit to this hotel, and while my previous stay was enjoyable, this experience has been quite disappointing. The staff are exceptionally friendly, the entertainment is excellent, and the kids’ club is outstanding. However, my current stay has been marred by the unbearable noise from a karaoke pub adjacent to the hotel. For three consecutive nights, I have been unable to sleep due to the loud singing that continues until 3 a.m. This has made it nearly impossible to rest, particularly as I am traveling with my 9-year-old daughter. Despite my request to change rooms, I was informed that the hotel is fully booked, and no alternative arrangements could be made. I even purchased earplugs, but they have proven ineffective. It is crucial for future guests to be aware of this issue. If you choose to stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend requesting a room that is not on the side facing the karaoke pub. Without adequate rest, it becomes very difficult to enjoy what would otherwise be a great holiday experience. Additionally, the rooms could benefit from modernization to meet the standards expected of a hotel in this category. While I have stayed in many 4-star hotels, including Gala and Troya, and have never encountered such issues, the situation here has significantly impacted my overall impression. Unfortunately, I cannot see myself returning to this hotel unless improvements are made, particularly in addressing the noise disturbance, which severely detracts from the holiday experience.

This is easily the worst hotel I have ever (and will ever) stay in. DO NOT STAY HERE! You have been warned. It is literally located next door to a nightclub. The noise levels inside the room (with the patio closed) are that of a noisy bar, until circa 6am in the morning. If you stay here, you will NOT sleep. The room itself is run down, the bathrooms are disgusting, particularly the "shower", which is a couple of skanky drapes over the bath. It felt unhygienic. Beds were no better, uncomfortable and old, the bed linen is nasty. The only redeeming feature is the shop next door. Please, DO NOT STAY HERE!

What an incredible hotel! The entertainment team is top-notch, especially Daniel, who created such a fun atmosphere for everyone, young and old. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds and fresh linen nearly every day. I must give a big shout-out to Yirian the lifeguard, whose quick and efficient actions saved a woman’s life during a heart attack in the pool area. The staff and managers responded swiftly, showcasing their professionalism. I left my mobile phone on the table where I was eating and the very kind waitress kept it safe and then returned it to me .Well done, Sol Tenerife! You truly excel at what you do, and I can’t wait to return!

We have had a fab stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The drinks were varied and branded spirits. The food was good with being able to find something for all the family. The best part of the hotel is the entertainment! The kids have been fully catered for and loved the different shows. The shows as an adult were amazing, funny and had us sat at our seats all night. Would definitely recommend Hotel Gala!

Great hotel absolutely loved our holiday. Rooms were great, food lovely, splash park perfect for our daughter. Only issue I would say was the room we were in was VERY loud on a nighttime. Luckily our daughter sleeps with white noise on or we wouldn't of been able to get her to sleep.

Ola, Very good experience staying at the gala hotel. Pleasantly surprised with how soft the toilet role was! I stayed at this hotel in November for a solo vacation and truly enjoyed my experience. I was initially surprised by how lively Tenerife was at the end of November! However, after a couple of days, I noticed it was quite noisy at night due to being in the heart of Playa de las Américas. When I mentioned this to the reception team, I was assisted by Katerina, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable, moving me to a quieter part of the hotel and even providing a complimentary day pass to the stunning spa. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate my concerns made all the difference. It’s exactly what you hope for in a hotel, and I’m so grateful for the excellent service.

We arrived back in Wales at 1am Saturday 31st August after an 11 night stay at the Gala Hotel. What a holiday. It was perfect from start to finish. And any minor problems were dealt with immediately without any attitude from staff. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff we met but our cleaner of room 563 was fabulous and Joel behind reception. We can't big this hotel up enough to be honest as we didn't have any complaints. And considering it's supposed to be so close to the strip, it wasn't noisy once you closed your balcony door and we didn't have one police incident the whole time. The all inclusive system is all by card so you don't have to wear a band on your hand. And all staff are polite and I could order as many drinks at a time as I wanted, and was not limited to one at a time by each person.

Quite good located and nice style for it's category. The staff seems to be competent and friendly. Beds and rooms are tidy and clean. The variety of food at breakfast and dinner is very good and fresh. Covers every taste. Unfortunately the dishes are not cleaned good and therefore dirty..but all together I can recommend this hotel for a trip to Tenerife

Absolutely amazing experience staff were great From chef’s cleaners, desk and entertainment. Chefs were always so happy cooking absolutely lovely fresh food ie steak , chicken , pork and lamb. Cleaners were amazing come into our rooms every day empty bins making our beds with cute little bows and cleaning the whole room for us and making it neat and tidy. Front desk Staff were always helpful calling us taxis. Entertainment were absolutely amazing constantly setting up activities throughout the day and the nighttime entertainment is absolutely amazing , entertainment staff definitely was the highlight of the holiday. They definitely made it what it was. Location was great. 10 minute walk from the beach and the strip also plenty of activity stores nearby to book what you need also one inside the hotel which the ladies were absolutely brilliant so helpful.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel! The entertainment staff are amazing, and so so lovely. All staff are so helpful, on our arrival we arrived just after midnight and they had a bag with sandwiches, fruits and treats. The food is lovely and made fresh. And the rooms are super clean and spacious. The location is great, 5 minutes from the strip and around a 15-20 minute walk to the area of the Hard Rock Cafe. We will be returning.

We had an amazing family holiday here over Christmas - great food, sunny, plenty of sun loungers and chill time by the pool. The entertainment with Tamas, Manuel and Diego was fantastic and they really made the trip with their fun and engagement with the guests! Highly recommend

We spent 4 nights in Gran Oasis and it had everything we needed. The location is a 25 min walk from the main area of Las Americas. It's a nice walk however the walk back to the hotel is very steep. Taxis cost between €7 and €9. The kids water park is small but excellent, we were there in low season and our son had the place to himself. The lifeguard,Marina was such a lovely lady and encouraged our son to join in with everything. We found all staff great in the hotel. Our room was two levels with plenty of space and very clean. We did B&B and found this perfect for us, plenty of options at breakfast. The pools are heated and there was absolutely no shortage of sun beds however I can imagine during high season it's quite busy. We didn't attend any of the shows however from what we saw, they appeared to be very entertaining. There was a mix of families and groups at the resort which was a nice atmosphere.

The experience was not entirely positive. The complex is pleasant and objectively well-equipped: there are three pools, two bars, a restaurant, a small game room with ping pong tables, a laundry facility, parking, a supermarket, and several weekly entertainment events. The staff is often the highlight: many are genuinely kind and empathetic. The children's entertainers, in particular, are exceptional. This is a valuable aspect worth emphasizing. However, it feels like quantity over quality. The restaurant is of very low quality: a large buffet with many fast-food-style options. Although there is a different theme each evening, the differences are minimal, not well thought out, and often unappealing. The all-inclusive package is only worthwhile for those who consume a lot at the bar (which wasn’t our case). The other offerings are so low-cost that they hold no appeal whatsoever. Maintenance needs improvement. In our room, several elements were in poor condition upon arrival. The children's pool (water park) was out of service for our entire stay, supposedly under maintenance. Despite being a four-star establishment, no assistance was provided to help a family carry luggage up three flights of stairs (there are no elevators). The images on the website are misleading and not always realistic.

We are bed and breakfast only and it’s perfect for us, the facilities are more than adequate for us and the grandchildren Our apartment is great everything we need is there. Going to the Town is easy two or three minute wait for the taxi or if you feel fit and able you can walk it in 25 to 30 minutes with or without children.

We spent our Christmas 2024 at Gran Oasis. The hotel staff were friendly from the start, we had an apartment with a roof terrace and it was more than adequate for our family of 5. The food was great, plenty of choice and activities during our stay were wonderful for the kids. The location of the hotel was great, 6 mins drive to the coast and the hotel had a daily transfer to the beach and Siam Water Park.

We stayed here only 3 days. The staff was very nice, the apartment we had was big and clean. The spa was fully booked so I guess it's really good as I couldn't book anything until the day we left. The food was ok, but could be better. The heated poole was perfect. Overall great experience

In a very noisy area. If you are on the wrong side of the hotel, you get late night/ early morning noise. Also, you get drowned by the smells from an adjacent Indian restaurant. Not what you on your balcony in the morning. Plus, the night staff smoked on the fire escape next to our balcony. The junior suite we had was cramped. There is no storage space of any use for more than 3 days. The breakfast and dinner were like a scrum. The evening food was bad. Eat out. I will never stay in an H10 in Tenerife again. Other hotels are much better. This is a cashless hotel. So the staff are overworked and miserable. And have no incentive. We felt very sorry for them. Reception greeting is dreadful. Mainly because they are understaffed. But to be told, " you were obviously not listening, the first time I told you..." is unacceptable. Enough said.

This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel and 1st time going all inclusive. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were so friendly. There is a good selection of food and something for everyone. We spent most of the time around the hotel as the pool area was very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. There are two pools with one heated in winter. The activities were excellent and so were the staff with a special mention to Javier, he got everyone involved and took part in the daily water volleyball matches. We really enjoyed our stay as it was both relaxing and full of activities. I would recommend this hotel, as we will be back.

From the minute my wife and I arrived it was just perfect. The hotel was very clean and the staff were so friendly. The food was good and there was always a good selection. We spent most of the time in and around the hotel as the pool area was very spacious with plenty of sunbeds to go around. The pool activities were excellent as were the entertainment staff with a special mention for Xavier and Laura. We really enjoyed our stay as it was both relaxing and activity full (if you wanted to join in the activities).

An absolute amazing hotel, my sons first time abroad in his wheelchair, hotel so accessible and staff really attentive. A night in the Italian restaurant was included with our all inclusive and food was amazing, cocktails including in all inclusive too. We had a little issue with my sons shower chair but within a couple of hours one of the receptionist helped us out and had the correct shower chair delivered 😃 the location was perfect for access to beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel, all staff really friendly and accommodating 😃

What a wonderful hotel, staff on every level were exceptional. Food was excellent, only used buffet restaurant as was so good. Family of 5, got rooms next to each other, paid for sea view, our room did not get sun but did not spoil our holiday. Very clean and exceptional house keeping. Booked A/I only 2 of us had some alcohol. Worth every penny. Only fault we only stayed 7 nights. Will definitely return. This hotel is a must. Just some ignorant guests who put towels on beds.

Beautiful hotel it is pure luxury. Recently renovated to a high standard. We only booked an hour before arrival as we had a problem with our original apartment. The receptionist was really lovely and the porter got us a drink while we checked it. It was 9am however they really obliged us by getting us a room by 10. Breakfast and dinner were of very good standard. We are already planning our return trip.

When you book a relaxing 5 star break for your pregnant wife's birthday, but accidentally book "Irish" fortnight.... As the title says, the main problem of the hotel is the groups of intimidating Irish "families" whose behaviour around pool remained unchallenged. Inviting their friends from other hotels to use the pool, bullying couples off sunbeds (4 men in "vests" standing over a couple)so they can sit together and in some cases, stealing towels by force so now it appeared they were hotel guests. Meanwhile their children (and adults) run riot screaming and swearing all day unchallenged. I'd expect it in a 3 star hotel, not a 5 star. I suspect no one reported them due to fear of retaliation. However they aren't hard to spot, they don't dress, nor behave like any of the other guests... It appears to be a big problem across the resort around Christmas time having Googled it on our return. Also during summer. The other issue is the sewage smell (see other reviews). The first room and entire corridor smelt badly of sewage. We asked to move and this was granted. The second room didn't, but the corridor did. It appears to be an ongoing problem. I'd also expect the pool to be a bit warmer for a winter sun destination. Overall if I had booked a 3/4star I'd have been happy and accepted the poolside behaviour. However, it isn't a 5 star experience

Hi all This may be a long post but please read it......... So a group of six of us arrived on boxing day for 10 nights, the welcome that we received as we walked in was totally amazing! Glass of fizz and happy smiles. Check in was quick and easy, the concierge loaded our cases on the trolley and delivered the cases to the room along with an iron and board as we had asked for at check in and gave us a whistle stop tour of the room. The room was amazing, huge comfy beds with pillows to die for! Spotlessly clean throughout! Hairdryer, lots of lighting, plenty of plug sockets, kettle with tea, coffee, sugar, a safe, plenty of coat hangers in a sufficient sized wardrobe, air con and the hubby did good on booking a sea/pool view. Breakfast.....well that was just top draw! Cava, Tea, coffee,lots of flavour juices although I only had orange juice which was freshly squeezed and tasted great. The variety of hot and cold food was brilliant, something for everyone! We arrived around the pool area around 9am each morning to find plenty of availability on the sun loungers, although they did fill up quickly! Fresh towels around the pool daily, a card issued to each person on arrival for you to obtain these. Aquarobics each day with entertainment, however, in between these times the pool area could have done with a little bit of music ( just my preference not a criticism). Pool bar, we used for coffee, beers and cocktails during the day, all were spot on, staff very friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel for lunch or evening meal so cannot comment on the food. If the food on New Year's Eve at the gala dinner is anything to go by then it would be amazing food. And that leads me on to the gala dinner night! OMG absolutely outstanding night from start to finish. Excellently executed. Staff we amazing, entertainment was brilliant, the fireworks were like something I'd never seen before, totally electric night. The bar at night was our meeting place at 7.30pm before we went off for a meal. We felt that it needed some background music to create an ambient atmosphere whilst having a drink. The kids entertainment came on at 8pm (we didn't stay for this as we hadn't got the kids with us) so I can't say if this was good or not! I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooms are stylish, contemporary, and recently updated, featuring exceptional showers. The bar, restaurant, and animation teams are warm, engaging, and entertaining. Evening live entertainment has also been consistently impressive.

Hotel in excellent location, close to the beach and shopping street. Modern and spacious rooms, a bit noisy view. The room was not totally clean, the floor had traces of clothing labels from those who had stayed before us. The sheets also had a small hole.. it should not happen in a 5 star hotel. In the bathroom all the courtesy accessories were missing, the soap dispenser was empty and was not refilled. Common apart from this, the hotel is very nice, spacious and clean. Excellent choice for breakfast, large pool with many sunbeds and towels available. Nice gym and games room. The SPA is located in the adjacent Cleopatra hotel reachable via a direct connection from the hotel pool. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return on our next visit to the island.

Location is good for tourism, but located right next to local bars and tourists screaming on all night are bound to keep you awake, I am writing this review at 1am as I am sat on the balcony listening to a group of tourists practically shouting at eachother. Photos are far from actual rooms and not as advertised. Seemingly no food available from hotel, bear minimum provided in rooms with no air conditioning. Pool and drinks are unavailable after 7pm and no floaters or balls allowed in the pool. Just to top it off, the beds and couches are riddled with bed bugs, had woken up with a rash and bites every night I spent here. It’s a shame as it’s the only downside to an otherwise lovely holiday. would highly recommend paying slightly more for a nicer hotel in the area, even if this means a shorter stay.

I took the "superior studio with solarium" which cost me 298.80€ for two nights. It's not expensive, but also is not cheap..... but it's far away from the photos they are showing on the website. All the furniture is super old from the 80-ies, the studio was not cleaned properly and had some strange odor, and the breakfast is served in another hotel... It's not that terribly bad, but I don't plan on coming back.

For us we had a group of 8 friends and family and we needed to be close by to the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants which we found Udalla Park was in a great location and a short walk to all of these! The rooms were cosy but still very spacious as well has having our own roof space for sunbathing and relaxing. Very good value for money and the staff were very helpful across the whole holiday! No issues with sleep at all comfy and clean rooms!

Perfect location but that was where the positives ended. Rooms dated, WiFi barely worked, no air con and the rooms didn’t look like the pictures online. Wish we had read the reviews. Paid a lot more than we usually pay when we go to Tenerife (we go every year) and felt really disappointed. Room only got cleaned once when we were there for an entire week, despite having the please clean our room sign on every day. We asked at reception if they even had a little fan for the room because it was so hot but they didn’t. No kettle or iron either.

Rooms were clean and had all of the essential amenities you need, like towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner etc. cleaners were also very nice. The people who worked on reception were very happy to help and were good with helping us book airport transfers and good with our check in, as well as sorting late check out. Roof top Pool could do with a little refurbishing as it was a little outdated and some tiles were missing in it but was over all okay. Location was absolutely amazing, we were right in the middle of everything we needed, restaurants all around us, a short walk to the Veronica’s strip, very close to the beach and around a 25 minute walk to Siam park, bus stops straight outside and only around 15 minute taxi to the airport. I would definitely stay again, was really good for the price we paid as it was not on the expensive side at all

The room was quite good, spacious and with everything you need for a standard stay in an hotel. Two things you may want to know about the room is the missing terrace and the few shower gel and shampoo doses available. The restaurant was ok, nothing special, not a 4 stars level, maybe a 2/3 stars level, if you don’t have a lot of expectations about the food you can enjoy the dinner and breakfast. The best part of the dinner is the live grill of fish and meat, great quality and friendly chef. The worst part about the dinner for me was the lack of cooked vegetables, you can craft your own salad with fresh ingredients but there were too few cooked vegetables, the few cooked vegetables present are a mix of frozen vegetables and legumes with little flavour. Finally the value for money was good, don’t expect a 4 stars level in anything, you are paying a price for a 2/3 stars level and you will get that even if the hotel offers services that let them receive 4 stars.

Poor quality, high price. Very low WiFi connection, working only at the lobby. Soap and sachets with shampoo and shower gel - quality was soo bad, like I mean it. Also towels quite old and poor. Breakfast quite boring and low quality, especially drinks. What I did like about this hotel: quiet, big rooms, cool rooftop, and friendly staff, especially receptionist Gery.

Rooms are big. Staff are friendly enough. Rooms not cleaned daily. No change of towels or lining during our week stay. Towels are old and do not smell or look particularly clean. Tea and coffee is provided. No milk. Mugs not washed and no change of plastic cups during out stay. Smell of cigarette smoke through the room when using the air-conditioning. Staff say this is a no smoking hotel, but not able to stop people doing so. Pool is clean. But not able to take refreshments there. There is no bar at the Pool either which is on the roof top. Overall disappointed in the hotel based on the reviews we read before our holiday.

I don't know how this hotel has the high ratings it does... 1. Rooms don't have aircon, and its NEEDED in the 30+ degree heat. I was so sleep deprived and dehydrated that I debated going down to the beach and sleeping outside! You can rent an aircon box from them, but the audacity to use that to con more money out of guests is a joke. You have to have your door wide open for a bit of a breeze through which isn't ideal when you've got your belongings out in the open for anyone to walk in and take. 2. Rooms are dirty and in desperate need of TLC. The maids do a great job and hats off to them for it, but the rooms are lacking. 3. EVERYTHING in this hotel is used as a threat for a fine. Don't speak loud, don't have fun, don't switch the TV on in case it breaks, don't let your child play with a floatie by the pool, or you'll be fined hundreds of euros. We wound up leaving after a few days and going to another hotel for the last week of our holiday. Never in my life have I had to do that, and I've stayed in some really questionable places before. I wasn't expecting much but I expected to be comfortable at the very least.

We had a 10 day stay here from the 15th of October to the 25th and we had a lovely time. I was with my daughter (4 months and partner) All staff are extremely lovely and polite - reception staff, maids, and all lifeguards. The lifeguards are very vigilant and extremely helpful. They do ensure no-one is disturbing others by splashing / being nosey in the pool but they do use discretion! For example if people are being loud and having fun they let them carry on but if people are being a nuisance etc they will ask them to tone it down. Rooms were basic but very clean. WiFi was excellent for me at all times. They even provided us with a travel cot (I emailed in advance to confirm) Ten minute walk max to the beach. 24 hr shop next door. Would definitely visit again. Areas for improvement: bathrooms could do with a refresh of grout etc but very clean. Air con would be nice but we made do with the fan. There is a sun terrace on the top of the hotel (7th floor) with lovely views

Very clean everywhere and the personnel wonderful. Not so far from the beach. Just need a deep upgrade like, furniture, TV's Chanells, the kitchen. The WiFi is for free but has a poor and slow connection. Whit a few solar panels can be worm up the water in the pool. The pool showers not working. The lights in the apartment is poor. Across the wall you can hear your neighbours especially in the night.

Had a great time here. Excellent value with a package for two at £600 including flights with Jet2. Possibly this cheap because of covid. Just a few mins walk to the beach. The building was quite old but our room had new sink, loo, and kitchen stuff. Cleaning was excellent. Pool was nice. In summary, recommended but don't expect a wow factor.

This hotel is an absolute joke stay well clear they changed my son €150 for a room deposit for him and his friend otherwise they wouldn't be getting in the room. It clearly states on there policy deposit is for room and damages.... Then on check out the women who claims to be a manager told my son he wasn't getting his deposit back because of noise at the pool on a few occasions. We tried calling a few times only to be greeted by a screaming Cat on the other end who disconnected on a few occasions trying to say thats the rules well I'm afraid to say your rules say different on booking.com if I'm being honest 25 years ago they tried the same way us me and my 4 mates thought it was bad then. Let's just say security backed dowm rather sharp and they had to give us our deposit back as it was a traveller check. Please stay clear especially younger ones keep your money go elsewhere your not even allowed inflatables at the pool speaks for itself really ...

Great little hidden gem! We stayed here 16/12/24 for a week. Room cleaned daily, staff are so friendly. WiFi works great which was good for my 15 year old daughter. The bar at the pool great value and the quality is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond. Literally 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minute walk to Siam Park. Would highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

We had an apartment, which was a good size. Nice and clean the food is good and the location is close to the amenities. The only downside was that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom, so it was HOT at night so we had trouble sleeping.

Loved it! The hotel/apartment (79) was so spacious , equipped, modern and clean, not much of a view but could see a little. It’s in a great spot where you can easily nip down to the beach within 5 mins as well as go to many of the restaurants near by as well as the one at the front entrance. The staff are so lovely and helpful, the girl at the front desk helped me find my apartment as I couldn’t see in the dark as we arrived at night. I would say if you have mobility issues I would suggest asking for a ground floor apartment as there are many stairs to some apartments like there was mine in 79. At first I thought this would be a challenge for my mum but it actually worked out quite well as we were kind of out of the road and got a bit more privacy. There also is no aircon and can ask the front desk about renting it out, we were lucky in that we were up high and could open the doors and windows in the day. Over all I loved it, there was a lot of different nationalities here and it was great to see a mix of people of all ages, I would 100% recommend

We couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. Our apartment was basic, but it was spotless and offered plenty of space to relax and unwind, making it the perfect home away from home. There is a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a nice shower, kitchenette and lounge, and a wee balcony looking over the pool. AC: There is no air-conditioning, only a fan option, which you need to request a remote for from reception which requires a 50 euro refundable deposit. Bed: The beds are quite firm but we’re a bit heavier then we should be, so like a firm mattress. Safe: There is a safe which you need to purchase a card for, it was cheap, like 2 euros a day. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their tips and recommendations enhanced our visit, making us feel truly welcomed. A good feature of Apartamentos Marola Park is its prime location. Just 300 meters from the beach, we could easily enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wished. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of virtually everything in Los Cristianos and Los Americas, making it super convenient for exploring the area’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Note: There are steep hills and plenty of steps. However, there are also plenty of Motability options, electric scooters (which are great fun), Motability carts for rent and assisted bicycles. There’s also an amazing little shop next door! The charming lady who runs it has lived in the area for many years, and she shared wonderful local insights and stories. We stayed at this hotel for 1 week. For reference we are 3 adults. We arrived on Saturday night at around 2:30am due too flight delays. Upon arrival was greeted by the staff who was relatively friendly. We were given a room but informed that we must check out of this room the following morning by 11am as we needed to move rooms as the hotel had double booked the room we had booked. Upon arrival you are forced to sign a list of rules, not something I've ever had to do at a hotel before. Upon entering the room discovered that there is NO AIRCON in any of the rooms. They do have fans mounted to the ceiling that can be operated via an app [which doesn't work] or by leavingn a €50 deposit which is later returned. The rooms themselves are nice size but are roasting hot unless you order a portal aorcon unit from a local company costing around €80/90 for a week. The next day we were forced out of our room at 11am and told we could not check into the new room till 4pm! We asked for the air con unit to be arranged for our arrival but staff refused to do this until we had checked in. We approached staff rasing a complaint about the hassel they had caused due to poor room management and requested free use of the safe as compensation for there mistake however this was laughed at and the manager could not be more intrested in this request or the hassel caused. The rooms were cleaned daily and new towels and bedding was provided. Staff also complained to a family that the children in the pool were making too much noise at lunch time playing. This was simply not true as they weren't. Whilst here we have heard/seen several other guests having to wait till late in the day to check in as rooms were not ready. We did not have the breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. I'd be cautious booking this hotel as it's not been as streamline stay as I would expect.

Would love to leave a positive review but with just 3 days till our holiday they cancelled our booking and moved us to another hotel. We had specifically booked the California as we have stayed there before and it is a quiet adults only hotel but we have been moved to a large family hotel. Trying to contact anyone or get a truthful reply as to why this was done was near on impossible. When I finally got a reply it was differing stories from staff in reservations and and staff at the hotel. Being a member of their "Happiness" loyalty scheme obvioulsy means nothing, but I should have known better as the company did the same thing two years ago and we gave them the benefit of the doubt then. Nice hotel if you can actually get to stay there.

We came back from a day trip to our room. The electricity was out, when we went down to reception to ask about this. They went yes we know. They failed to inform us. They moved us to a new room, it’s got no lift, doesn’t have a pool side view like we paid for and the doors don’t lock. They advised to use the wooden stick infront of door and this would act as a lock. Absolute joke. The staff are disrespectful, dismissive and no help. We had to go to the sister hotel to speak to a manager. When we got there they advised the manager had finished at 5. Then they took that statement back and said he was in a meeting and can’t do anything today but could maybe visit us tomorrow. We are two young girls who don’t feel safe. The doors to our room don’t lock. That’s a safety concern but they don’t care. Do not book this hotel.

Absolutely disgusted with this hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights at the start of July, to begin with the fan in the room (“aircon”) was dangerous - barely hanging onto the ceiling and was advised to “just don’t use it”… then came the cockroaches in the kitchen and the bathroom - we were handed a spray and told to get rid of them ourselves… then came the bedbugs. We found an adult bed bug in our first room before going to bed, when reception was told we were told the man on shift that night was just security and we had to go back the next morning to speak to the hotel staff, so after a sleepless night in the room we were then moved to a new room. The new room was just as bad if not worse, dirty sheets, holes in the covers, dirt and mud just brushed under the beds. Since now being home for 5 weeks, I have now found bed bugs in my own room (despite following all guidance) and have over £1000 to fork out to get rid of them. Long story short, avoid this disgusting hotel at ALL costs!

Cannot fault the staff at all at this hotel, we got here and our room was invested with bed bugs, they first came up and sprayed our room and then offered for us to change rooms which was actually an upgrade to previous hence why the grading is a 3 instead of a 1! The hotel is close to most things and if not then taxi’s are cheap enough here!

Cant fault this hotel at all. Spotless rooms comfortable beds everything you need appliance wise. Pool area spotless and never any sunbed wars. Staff are lovely and nothing is a bother. Only issue we had was the bin men about 1.30/2am . Would highly recommend this hotel ideal location a short walk to the main patch but away from the noise. Will certainly be booking again 😀

The scenery is breathtaking, beautiful views. Nothing really to do outside the complex, but if you enjoy walking Los Cristiano is a 15-20 min walk, but you have to be quite happy to do walking.

With a couple of days to go before leaving to go back home my wife and I are pleasantly enjoying life here. The area is nice and quiet , the staff are very friendly and understanding. The rooms throughout are of an adequate size and kept clean and tidy. From our apartment a taxi which can be called by reception will take less than ten minutes to get to the seafront and shops . 👍

This is truly an excellent hotel, offering incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and provide a high level of comfort. The pool is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, creating a magical and relaxing atmosphere. The pool is amazing and is the main reason to pick this hotel. We spent many hours relaxing among the tropical trees. However, the rooms are extremely dated and the bathrooms are horrible with dents in the ceramic, rust on the metal faucet, pipes leaking and generally speaking nowhere to put your things. We booked a "renovated room" and therefore expected something from this century. Instead, all the furniture inside were heavy and dark and half broken or badly designed. The hotel is very big, sort of like a village, so you have rooms which are a good 5 minutes walk from the pool or the parking. The paths interconnecting the different parts of the hotel seem to have been designed by a crazy architect, and you easily get lost. Also, there's a horrible unfinished cement building on the right looking out, which totally spoiled the view. Price/quality leaves much to be improved. We definitely overpaid!

This is a very nice resort. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Some of the fittings/amenities maybe a little tired but nothing is too bad. Overall the cleanliness of the rooms and pool is excellent! The staff have made our visit so welcoming. The only downside is the location, highly advised to have a rental car but a taxi to town is about 10 Euro. Another minor complaint that children take over the hot tub area as a playground area. Food is good and reasonably priced. Special mention to the Pool Bar staff, very nice people!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay as the hotel also had lots of facilities to use. The staff are also lovely everyone i spoke to was very helpful. The downsides would be the location as it’s a bit away from the town. They do offer a free shuttle bus that leaves for 10:30 but we did experience not being able to get on because it only seats about 10 (so get there early). In this case it’s either a €10 taxi or the bus round the corner. The bed are a little solid too but nothing really uncomfortable.

The first impression of the room was really nice and spacious, especially the balcony. I have to mention, however, that the bedroom has an almost unbearable smell, which is from the wallpaper. We had to leave the door 24/7 open to let the smell of chemical out. That's a major disappointment here. Otherwise, the staff is always there to help and the pool is really nice. You do need a car ( or taxi) to get anywhere from here.

Very nice ,well mentaind and well positioned from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the main street just few min walk distance. The apartment we stay was very nice, with a nice view of the ocean. Nice big room's, full equipped kitchen. Very friendly personal, starting with Julia from reception until the house keeping lady on our floor. Everyone doing everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The only down points will be about the TV size, ( in our apartment was like laptop display) and not even straight. And the second was the air con in the bedroom. Quite simple one with not to many options to control. Each 20 min or soo, you feel the cold air on you no matter the temp you set up. They should review this time to time. Overall we will definitely recommend with pleasure, and we will definitely consider for our next holiday.

Well what can I say Vista Sur are simply the BEST apartments we have ever stayed in!!! Location is fantastic literally a minutes walk to the beach,shops,restaurants and bars,we had a sea view apartment and the view was amazing!! The apartment itself was extremely clean and well furnished(in fact the whole complex was decorated to a really high standard and super clean) and really well equipped with plates glasses cutlery etc all of which was in excellent condition. There is daily housekeeping and the staff were very friendly and thorough cleaning the apartment daily. Reception staff were extremely professional and helpful especially Juliia who went out of her way to accommodate us. As we had a relatively late flight home it was no problem to leave our luggage in a secure area which had a small lounge and toilet/shower facilities so we could return there and prepare for our flight home. I truly cannot recommend Apartamentos Visa Sur enough and have already recommended it to family and friends should they want a self catering holiday you really won’t beat Apartmentos Visa Sur and we will definitely be returning….it’s 5* all the way for me!!

Great place to stay, we had perfect holiday. Customerservice just perfect, always happy to help. Apartments are clean and aircondition in both rooms was happy surprise. Good location, in the middle of everything. Parking wasn’t expencive for our rentalcar. Bakery downstairs, where you can go buy fresh bread in the morning, lots of great places to eat near. Endless shopping opprtunities, we came home bags full of souveniers and clothes. Swimmingpool was good, big enough and kids loved it. Beach is perfect with kids, nice soft sand and safe to play or have fun in the waves. We are planning already our next trip, absolutely going back!

I really don’t know from where to start ! I just felt like home, One of the best Hotels i have stayed in Whole Europe. The staff are just amazing people, always made me and my wife felt welcomed. The room was clean, the animation team is great and active. Too many programs throughout the day, and if you have your kids (Still i don’t 😁) they will be happy and blessed, too many activities. Food and restaurant were great too, location is just perfect. Literally 1 minute walk to Beach, and Veronica street where you have all pubs, restaurants and clubs. Few minutes walk from great surfing spot. At last but not least, HUGE shout out to Oscar from Reception. He helped me a lot, answered all of my questions, really i felt safe, welcomed and so happy and now i know where to always stay in South of Tenerife. THANK YOU SO MUCH TROYA 💚

This is our 4th stay in this hotel. We’ve always come back due to really enjoying the location of the hotel more than anything. One major improvement this year is the adult only new pool and sunbed area, this is beautiful. A fantastic improvement. The food is very basic, and sometimes cold. Breakfast no English sausage. Just frankfurters. Rooms are all nice, we’ve stayed in all grades now. One thing I would mention is any pool view rooms will be noisy at evening due to Veronica’s bars. Rooms over the entrance are extremely peaceful but maybe not as good view. Cleaning is fine, rooms are kept nicely. Spa is great. Overall, we really enjoy this hotel…. However NOT the food. Food options for a 4* in our opinion need rising and more effort putting in.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. My advice to you is to steer clear of this hotel!!!! Food is bad, never warm. If you're not in the restaurant at 7pm by 8pm everything is gone and not replaced. You will have to eat whatever is left. I booked half board but for the last two nights we are going to eat out so at least we will have a hot decent meal. Staff are about as friendly as a fart in a space suit. I also have bites. I hope it's not bed bugs as I have read reviews that the hotel has bed bugs. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would say at best it is 2 star plus. Sink is blocked. Coffee cups don't fit under coffee machine

My wife and I had an amazing experience, we loved the room and the maids were very nice and helpful. The air conditioning was not working and a very nice girl came right away and fixed it quickly. We had a nice conversation. The buffet has very varied food and the spa is small but very complete. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic adults only hotel. The choice of food was very good and the rooms very comfortable. The only thing that let it down was that the entertainment finished at 10pm so you have to go elsewhere if you want the night life. Having said that there are plenty of bars within easy walking distance. It is also a 10 minute walk away from Siam Park if you want to go there. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and very friendly too. We will definitely be back.

What can I say the full experience at coral ocean view was excellent. We stayed there last week.To start we were greated with a sandwich and bottle of water as we arrived late and kitchen was shut. The reception staff are so pleasant they can't do enough for you..We stayed in the junior suite Very spacious great view and very clean. You are a 5 minute walk to the 1st bar. And 10mins from the beach and strip.. Hotel is extremely quiet after 11pm. WiFi and air conditioning are excellent Also the food is good with plenty of choice evey night..Drinks are 5 euros for as much as you want..Soft drinks beer and wine,so you can start your night with your meal...Would definitely recommend this hotel..And we will definitely be booking again in the future..

This hotel is in a quiet location but also a few minutes walk to the main part of playa.. We found the hotel perfectly clean and very modern. The maids come around daily.All the staff were pleasant and helpful. We paid extra for a sea view which was worth it. We were first given the rear end of the 7 th floor which had a partial sea view.we felt although was nice did not warrant paying extra so on complaining to the manageress she listened and took our complaint on board and offered us a room on the 9 th floor which was just perfect we had a side and front view which was breathtaking watching the beautiful sunsets at night and seeing all the passing sea traffic while sat relaxing on our balcony which is glass fronted.. We stayed bed and breakfast which offered a wide range of both continental meats yoghurt breakfast cereal. There was also a cooked breakfast available.including omlettes freshly cooked eggs and pancakes. On tap coffees and tea and fresh croissants and cakes muffins. I would recommend the 9th floor as it was just a walk along to the jacuzzi rooftop area with more stunning views ,sunbeds,and bucket seats to lounge in giving a extensive view off playa and adeje too as the hotel is just around the border of playa and adeje.the pool area extension had just been completed on our visit which allowed more sunloungers and seating around the pool area....there are also swim up rooms available. It was my husbands 60th birthday 🎂 on our stay and on return to our room that day we came back to a bottle of bubbly 🍾 in a ice bucket and beautiful chocolate cake . So kind.it tasted divine and much appreciated.just a big shout out to coral staff to stay thanks for looking after us so well. This hotel is in a nice quiet environment with nearbye supermarkets and bars a few minutes walk to the buzz. Highly recommended and would definitely return. To add the local bus station is at the rear of the hotel regular buses to local areas and places of interest and just to the rear of that Siam Water Park the location is perfect quiet but also so central to everywhere

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience, especially considering the high cost. The pictures online are very misleading… When we arrived in the early hours after the midnight, we couldn't even get a drink of water as the tap water is not drinkable, and we were told to find an open supermarket. The hotel doesn't change the beach towels, which was quite inconvenient. The pool was dirty, making it unappealing to use. Additionally, none of the advertised sports activities were actually taking place. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its promises and was not worth the price. I would not recommend staying here.

My visit to this hotel in August was my second of the year and on both occasions my son and I had a great time. The attention of the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel in all areas was most impressive but most particularly noticeable in and around the restaurant and pool area, probably because are room overlooked that area and we observed the early morning pool cleaning routine. We found all the staff very friendly, professional and helpful with a special mention to Neisa Martin, who worked the bar restaurant area, who lightened up our day with her smile and friendliness, and all the bar and restaurant whose hard work professionalism and overall made our stay such a pleasure. The only downside to this revue is that my findings seem to be common so that it has been impossible to getting until well into 2025, I hope to be able to visit you all sometime the, thank you.

I was slightly apprehensive about staying in this hotel due to the recent reviews regarding the works being done on the hotel. While I understand improving the hotel while open will cause disruption I was unsure about how this would affect my holiday. Thankfully the work being done was minimal and we hardly noticed much noise at all. The staff are all brilliant and very friendly and welcoming. We were all inclusive and thought it was definitely worth it. Plenty of drinks to choose from and the buffet selection every night for dinner is a different choice each night. As for the comments about the same songs being played over and over we didn’t hear the same song twice over the course of a week so unsure where that is coming from.

Rooms , service, location all good but , the food let's this hotel down. While there us a good selection nothing is hot. We were fully inclusive ended up eating out after the first couple days . Building work also going on , know this has to happen but, not happy as they started knocking the old toilets down at 08.30, our room was situated above . A letter would have been good to inform us the water would be turned off. Won't be going again

The hotel itself is lovely. Very modern, good size rooms and balcony. The rooms are very spacious and always cleaned to a very good level. Lots of storage and great seating on the balcony. The construction is a big downside, today it even made its way in to the hotel and it became very smoky and dusty. It's so loud, they've tried to compensate by making the music louder but this doesn't work. Also, same few songs on repeat! It's a very mixed bunch of staff. Tatiana was very friendly and helped a lot with recommendations of beaches etc to go. There is a guy on reception there who is without a doubt the rudest person I've ever met in hospitality. He would mutter things under his breath and laugh to his colleagues whilst looking at us, just not the treatment you would expect in a 4*. We had a late flight so used a shower room before our transfer, which was awful. Dirty towels all over the floor, unflushed toilet and hairs everywhere. Just felt like we had been forgotten about even though we were still guests. Overall, the location of the hotel and the room itself is lovely, breakfast has a good variety and staff there are very attentive. But we definitely wouldn't say it was 4*.

All staff very polite and helpful to our needs. The bars are in walking distance but the hotel is so quiet at night and couldn't hear any noise, so a good comfy sleep every night. The balcony was very private (view of outside hotel) Would recommend vanilla garden to anyone staying in Tenerife.

We had a lovely experience at Hotel Vanilla garden. Firstly we were greeted by Pedro at reception who gave us welcome drinks and advised us on how to get to our room. When we entered the room we were pleasantly surprised by the size, the cleanliness and the comfort of the room. The bathroom was clean and of a good size and as was the balcony The pool area is fantastic, with music playing quietly through the day. Sunbeds are comfortable too and the jacuzzi around the corner is a nice touch. The DJ set and pool party on Wednesday and Saturday was also a nice touch. Bar staff are all friendly and can’t do enough to help. There are 2 aspects of the hotel which resulted in a star being lost. First one is the selection of food. Although 90% of what is available is tasty and good quality, a couple nights we struggled to find anything we fancied due to the small amount of choice available (small buffet area) and so we ate out a couple times. The breakfast sausages also weren’t great and the bacon and fried eggs are only available from the show cooking counter. This didn’t massively impact us and we were still mostly happy with the food. The last point (although I believe the area was having some water supply issues at the time so this could be the reason) was that the pressure from the rainfall shower was awful and the temperature was difficult to get right, so I ended up using the handheld shower most of the time. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it’s amazingly quiet for its location and everyone here is lovely. I would definitely come back to this hotel without hesitation and if you’re looking for an ideal place to stay in playa de las Americas without all the noise, this is the place.

We have just came back from our stay at Vanilla Boutique hotel just over a week ago, it was a lovely hotel, very clean and the food was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were cleaned over everyday by housekeeping and the staff in the restaurant were so attentive and lovely, our weeks stay could not be faulted. However, upon our check out day, we enquired about a late checkout as our hotel transfer was at 5pm and the hotel required checkout by 12pm. We were informed it was 7 euros per hour extra we could pay to keep the room. Upon 3pm housekeeping entered our room to which we explained we had booked for late checkout. We were then bombarded with calls from the middle aged dark haired woman from the reception to our room demanding we leave the room and being extremely rude to my partner over the phone after we had spent thousands of pounds at their hotel. Then we quickly checked out and left to which we were met with a passive aggressive attitude from this lady at the reception, the same lady I had previously enquired about the late checkout with!! We were looking forward to giving a substantial tip for our lovely stay, but this idea was retracted after the receptionist abusive behaviour. Her customer service needs serious improvement. Their may have been a miscommunication due to the language barrier however her behaviour towards my partner over the phone was unacceptable. This made our plans to return to the hotel in 2025 unlikely. The hotel needs to deal with the receptionist.

Lots of steps to get down to pool if your room is near reception. Just 5 mins walk from the front and Veronica strip. Construction at rear of hotel (not in hotel) near where pool situated, could here noise but did not disturb us too much, could not here from room however we were the opposite side of hotel near reception

Just had a very pleasant 1 week stay at this hotel. The rooms and hotel itself were modern and clean with surprisingly good sound isolation and the staff was friendly. It is a smaller hotel which we enjoyed as it was quite and not overcrowded. The pool was big enough and if you did not sleep in, getting sunbeds (we went in 2nd half of September) wasn't a big problem next to the pool. The hotel also seemed good in case you would consider staying for a workcation or just business as wifi quality was very good in the rooms and the rooms even had an ethernet connection.

We are currently staying here and it has been a first class experience. Nothing is too much effort. Last night as a Christmas Day treat the hotel put on a free evening meal for all guests. It was an incredible experience from free champagne all night to great lobsters, carved meets, cheese boards and puddings to tempt everyone. Accomplishing our meal was a saxophonist playing beautifully crafted Christmas tunes. What a fantastic surprise all round. To top it all the staff all had smiles on their faces and could not do enough to make it an evening to remember. To be fair that has been the general tone of the holiday so far! Thanks from room 135

Have just stayed at Vulcano for 2 weeks over New Year, we had booked half board but only ate in 3 times, evening meal is terrible and used to be really good, I had to send main meal back every time as cold and certainly not good quality, management seriously need to change back to buffet style which was much nicer, there was also a better atmosphere in restaurant in years gone by, hardly anyone eating in restaurant now. I would go again but only B&B if things don't change. Pool area is lovely but really don't think you should pay extra to go to balance pool, also at least 20 sunbeds torn and broken, why these were not removed and replaced. Gym is good but some equipment needs serviced and oiled.

I deeply regret booking my stay at this hotel, which was advertised as 4-star but fell drastically short of expectations. For a total cost of €1600 (8 nights, including €400 for dinner), we expected a premium experience, but it was riddled with issues from start to finish. Food Quality: The breakfast and dinner were unacceptable. Fruits were old, dishes appeared reheated, the meat was chewy, and the coffee machine barely worked—delivering water instead of proper coffee. This is not the quality one expects from a 4-star hotel. Room Conditions: The first room we were given was uninhabitable—warped floors, a strong smell of water damage, and poor cleanliness. The second room, though slightly better, reeked of moisture/mold and wasn’t initially set up for a couple - the beds were on wheels and not set together, the brakes weren’t even on. One could say it was a ride. Cockroaches were spotted multiple times, including during packing, which added stress and fear of bringing pests home. Hotel Facilities: The lobby was unsafe during rain, with puddles forming on marble floors. My partner slipped and fell, thankfully avoiding serious injury. Warning signs were present but inadequate for the scale of the hazard. Other issues included towels with holes, a leaking shower cabin, and loud bar music that went on late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. False Promises and Service: The free taxi ride included in our booking was unavailable, costing us an extra €30. It is possible this might be Booking’s fault, not the hotel’s. Overall Experience: This hotel does not meet the basic standards of a 4-star establishment, and it completely ruined our holiday. Despite reporting issues to the hotel and booking platform, we received slow or no response, and any solutions offered were inadequate. Avoid this property if you’re looking for a relaxing, stress-free experience.

The rooms were extremely clean, and the cleaners were in every day even when we were still in the room, they're popped back later. The food for breakfast was plenty and lots of choice and the pool side bar was extremely tasty and very well priced I dare to say one of the best hotels I stayed at and definitely would return and recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at Spring Hotel Vulcano for 5 nights and would like to share my experience. First, the positives: The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are incredibly friendly and service-minded, always ready to assist with a smile. The pool area is also very pleasant, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. One major downside is the extra charge for using the safe in the room. This feels like an unnecessary way to extract more money from guests, as a room safe should be a standard amenity. Additionally, the rooms are poorly insulated, leading to significant noise issues. I could hear my neighbors coughing during the night, and the noise from the reception area was quite disruptive. Lastly, while the gym is adequate, it appears to be neglected. Several machines have visible rust, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. Overall, while there are some great aspects to Spring Hotel Vulcano, there are also areas that need attention to enhance the guest experience.

Before saying anything: We really enjoyed our stay at Santiago III and had great holidays. However, there are some things to be mentioned for anyone considering staying there: ### Rooms - The quality of the rooms varies significantly. We were lucky to get a fairly modern room with a great kitchen, but other visitors we spoke to had old, outdated rooms. - **Beds**: - HORRIBLE: 0/10. - Extremely hard and thin mattresses. - A very thin blanket was provided (which is insufficient in winter). - Despite asking for a thicker blanket because we were freezing, we never received one. - Double beds are just single beds pushed together, which separate instantly with any movement. - Some reviews mentioned bedbugs. While we didn’t experience this, the hotel’s lack of transparent communication with those guests raises concerns. ### Noise - We enjoyed the lively nightlife visible from our balcony, and we’re familiar with using earplugs (which, frankly, the hotel should provide as a bare minimum). - That said, if you dislike noise and happen to get a street-facing room, **be warned**: it’s as loud as having a jet engine in your backyard. This could ruin your stay, and no one will warn you about it until you experience it. ### Bathrooms - Our bathroom had a foul smell, and the water also smelled bad. - The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work. ### Park and Pools - The park and pool areas are truly beautiful, offering an unbeatable atmosphere. - The location is fantastic, right on the natural stone beachfront, with walkways, sandy beaches, and stunning sunsets. - However, the **pool** was a mixed experience: - It’s saltwater and seemed overly treated with chlorine, making it unpleasant. - Sunbed blocking rules were not enforced, but oddly, kids playing with pool toys was treated like a federal offense. ### Shopping Mall - The attached shopping mall significantly detracts from the hotel’s atmosphere. It gives off a rundown bazaar vibe and undermines any sense of luxury. ### Overall This hotel is a real **hit or miss** depending on the room you get, your tolerance for noise, and how much you value the atmosphere of the park and pool areas.

The hotel is nice overall. Initially, we were assigned a dark room with no view and narrow access that we didn’t like. It should not allocate to any one as you won't feel that you are on holiday. One of the receptionists mentioned the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t change it. However, Sara and Santiago were very helpful and managed to change our room the next day, assigning us a much nicer one in the same category. Getting a good room felt like winning the lottery. The cleaning staff was excellent, and the food was good. The hotel’s location is a major highlight—right next to the beach with plenty of nearby restaurants and supermarkets to choose from.

Just back from a week stay here. Every inch of the hotel is spotless, towels and bedding could be changed everyday if needed. There were 4 apartments booked within our group and all were different. It was a bit of a nightmare finding our apartment when we arrived as there are so many access points, lugging our bags up and down the stairs in the heat wasn't ideal but we found an elevator the second day. Wristbands given on check in which had to be worn for the duration of stay, this was used to access the hotel. Great selection of pools, never any shortage of loungers. Great to have the restaurants along the pool as we could grab a few chips and pizza to takeaway. Supermarkets across the road along with pharmacy and souvenir shops. Two small playgrounds close by too for the little ones. Very close to the beach. Taxi rank outside hotel so we were never stuck looking for transport. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to live with kids. Close to shops, restaurants, and beaches. The apartments are fine but could use a makeover soon. Pool area for kids are great also. Theres a lot of bars on the street and a lot of noise in the evenings. Families with kids should book the apartments pointing into the garden and not the street due to the noise.

Me and my husband had a great time at Cleopatra hotel right before Christmas '24. We really enjoyed our room with a balcony facing the swimming pool. The breakfast was a buffet with great choice and variety of food with live grand piano music every morning. The hotel itself is not new, however stunning. Reception people very friendly. The location is great as well the main entrance facing a small and nice beach. It is minute walk from busy area with shops and restaurants.

We had our honey moon in Cleopatra hotel, and it was truly amazing! We had a room with sea view and we were enjoying it every day. Seeing and hearing the ocean from your bed felt like a paradise to us. The hotel territory is so beautiful, the breakfast was very delicious, I think there was all the food you can imagine for breakfast, I was very surprised by this variety of dishes. Extra thanks to hotel stuff (especially Ayose, who helped us to find breathtaking locations on the island), everybody was so friendly and willing to help, we appreciate this so much! Nice hotel with good service and lovely staff. Very nice waitress Lucille who is attentive at dinner, always clearing plates efficiently and taking drinks orders. Food is good, especially breakfast with loads of choice of fresh fruit, salads, breads & hot choices as well. Hotel itself has been refurbished 10 years ago but is a little tatty now (marked carpets, smashed tiles on balcony etc) but everything works well. Good location with a nice walk to the beach. There are a lot of English/Irish pubs in the area & a lot of street sellers around.

What a beautiful hotel, one of the nicest that we have stayed in, the staff are so lovely always attentive , very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They remember names and are always happy to see you. The chefs are fantastic, helpful and full of energy throughout the day. The food is great with lots of choice and food cooked in front of you to suit everyone. The hotel is beautifully clean and well cared for with lots of options from rooftop pools to ground floor swimming pools to suit everyone. Entertainment throughout the day and night with a mixture of guests from all ages 18-88 and around the world but mostly Uk and European. We me lots of lovely people and shared a drink or two. We booked our trips through the reception for good price and transport from the door with lots to chose from. The location is near local beaches , shops, restraints and a great sports bar next door showing all your sports daily. I highly recommend this hotel and would visit again in the future.

Very pleasant stay at Tigotan. Staff all very kind and helpful. Room is adequate, though not enough bedding. Shower is fabulous. Pool and sunbeds area is great as well. Half board food options, breakfast and dinner, have plenty of healthy options. It's not a place for solo travellers, but I like the adults only vibe. The rooftop bar and lunging area, plus Infinity pool and hot tub are also great.

Only 6 times at Tigotan and still in awe of it. From outside in it is a cool and lovely hotel. It never ceases to amaze me coming her. It is so relaxed and chilled. The pool view rooms and views are awesome and I just love the big balconies with all the lights shining on a night. It is so magical at nights. We don’t usually go back to the same hotel twice but Tigotan obviously has us captured!

Fantastic beautiful, clean hotel. Food great and half board plus with access to snacks and drinks until 6pm. Staff really accommodating. Roof top bar has breathtaking views and a great ambience. Best entertainment ever experienced at a resort some top notch acts. Just the location let it down for me as is not in the greatest part of Tenerife.

We had a great stay! The only hiccup was on the first morning when construction work began at 6 a.m. on a nearby building, and we could hear constant banging. I reported it to reception, and there was no noise on the following mornings. I’m not sure if this was because the hotel staff spoke to the construction workers, but if so, that’s what I call going the extra mile! The room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great, though the toaster took forever to grill the bread—I had to put it through five times! However, this didn’t ruin the experience. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, away from loud music and parties. I also highly recommend booking Taste 1973—it was an amazing experience. Thank you!

Our stay was wonderful! The entire hotel staff provided an exceptionally high level of guest care and help, even arranging for a rental car to be delivered to and picked up from the hotel, saving us time and trouble. The food and beverages were excellent, with the service staff very attentive. Our adjoining rooms were refreshed daily, and the hotel design/decor is almost magical.The pool was cool, clean and refreshing. Access to shopping and beaches was very convenient. Highly recommended for other to experience first-rate holiday or business guest care.

We stayed here for 11 days and from arrival to departure the hotel and staff were excellent. Out room was cleaned daily and was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent the choice was very wide from cold to hot food. We will definitely be returning next year.

Hotel amazing. Breakfast, amazing. Pool amazing. Just don't book dinner/half board as, it is not on the hotel grounds & not 5 star. It is in a separate restaurant (beach club)& they give you a set menu choice which, is not edible or suitable. It is a choice of a piece of breaded chicken escalope with chips, a bit of tough beef, or filled pasta of their choosing. Not really a choice. We are here for 10 days. Definitely Not a la carte dinning. It probably cost £3 per meal. We asked if we could order something off the menu & told, no. So, there you have it. We thought by booking 5* & paying a higher price that, the food should be of 5* quality. They advertise a 1* mitchilin restaurant too. Very frustrating when you book a 5* holiday & think you will be well catered for within the hotel as, this is what we paid for. Been very unsettling having to walk to restaurants away from the hotel & pay again for other meals. Such a let down for people with limited mobility. But, apart from that, the hotel is great. It is spotless & spacious accommodation. Staff are pleasant & helpful. Just a pity about the dinner.

We stayed for 10 days the end of November. When we arrived yoan greated us with a smile and was very friendly and helpful. We were also given a bottle of fizz which was appreciated. Breakfast was delightful the omletts were delicious from the egg station and katren looked after us especially with the morning coffee, we would take our coffee out of breakfast and sit on one of the lovely comfy seats outside. There are too many lovely staff to mention . Overall a very relaxing and wonderfully holiday. We will be back again soon.

Had a good time here, the rooms are spacious, even the single room. The bathroom was renovated, the bed comfortable(the pillows could be better though). I liked the room layout a lot. There was a lot of food, not all of which was tasty but I could always find something to eat. Unlimited drinks at the bar as well. At dinner you get to share a table with some other guests but I think it's a good way to meet people. Location was good too, close to beaches and the main street (was a bit noisy at nights) Not everything was perfect, I had ants everywhere in my room. Also the WIFI was terrible: entering all your personal data and validating email to connect each time, and it would disconnect after 5 minutes of idleness. They must be doing this on purpose, so that less people are using it.

Not what I expected to be honest... 1. Very dirty rooms and cleaning ladies don't know how to do their job. The floor was even dirtier after their "cleaning". Old and not fresh towels. The furniture in the room is quite old and even smells like old. 2. The variety and volume of food was good but the taste.... Looks like grill men do their best to cook all meat/fish/seafood as "very well done" as possible. Everything from grill is tasteless, not marinated or even seasoned. Fruits and vegetables aren't good too, plastic tomatoes and very sour kiwi/oranges/grapefruits. Pizza/pasta/sweets and watermelons were good though. 3. Be ready for cold water in swimming pool in October. It was known in advance that heating is on from November only. 4. Very bad sound isolation between the rooms. 5. In high season (when autumn school vacation started in Europe) it wasn't possible to find free table in restaurant for breakfast. Also be ready to fight for a food for breakfast, not enough when hotel is full. We were lucky to arrive to the hotel 5 days before that massacre began. 6. Wifi connection is weird. I should confirm my email every time when try to connect to it? Even after my phone is locked for 5 mins I should repeat it every time, seriously? 7. Staff is very positive and helpful. Location is amazing and beautiful. Garden/zoo in hotel are very good.

Rooms very clean, lots of space...amazing bathroom The options for food were brilliant, i do not understand people complaints, so many things to pick from Shout out to my man David in the pull bar, always with a smile, a joke and cold beer... The pools are amazing.. The entertainment was brilliant... Alex and his team are the soul and heart of this hotel...all of them are brilliant, very nice people, full of energy and charismatic .. Shout out to Francesca, mate the girl cant stop dancing, moving...so much fun Selina, im going to learn German because of you...lol Ariana, Eline...Alessandro, they are all brilliant people I was impressed on how many languages everybody speaks...put me to shame speaking only 2 lol I'll most certainly go back there, i recommend this place easily 5 star Tenerife is brilliant

Hotel is large, rooms are basic, unfortunately no aircon in our room. Food is normal quality as you’d expect for this price range, pizza was very nice. Bar staff are understaffed and very rude, the cocktails come from a machine with very little alcohol in. Pool is very good, and ample sun beds available. Hotel is clean and the animals there are good. Location is 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the clubs. Loads of people, of all ages, 3/5 star.

One of the best hotels that we have visited in the world. We are not golfers as the majority of guests are but that does not detract from any part of the experience. Many hotels bill themselves as 5 star and are not; Las Madrigueras is a true 5 star establishment. Rooms have fantastic views, with spacious balconies and quality furniture. The whole hotel has shaded seating area throughout. It was 34/35 degrees for most of our stay, so this was a godsend. Restaurant and food quality and choice are superb. The pool is wonderful and never busy, if you like to swim. Finally the staff. Exemplary, friendly, professional and happy. The clientele are mainly well heeled Europeans and British. If you want a quiet, unspoiled break, this is a great choice. Not for everyone but most of the guests have been back here for the last ten years or more. I think they like to keep it a secret... and no wonder!

Should never be a five star hotel , food is absolutely vile , clearers making so much noise with furniture etc at 7AM EVERY MORNING golf course next door very poor condition showers in the room are absolutely terrible going from freezing cold to skin blistering hot , booked a room as a couple and received 2 x single beds fit for children, will definitely not be back here for 5 star way overpriced to !

We have recently returned from our holiday. I must say this hotel is lovely, the rooms, pool and golf were excellent. Really friendly staff and good food. Negatives with this hotel is there was no information in the rooms, meal times and general info about the area etc., also there was a lovely piano bar but unfortunately there was no pianist, so entertainment was not available. As the hotel is located quite away from facilities I think they have missed an opportunity having no evening entertainment.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hotel Sir Anthony exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere that’s often missing in many 5-star hotels. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. On our first morning, the duty manager greeted us at breakfast with a simple yet perfect line: ‘Where would you like to sit; this is your home.’ It set the tone for the rest of our stay. The food was fantastic, and the facilities were top-notch. We booked a superior room, but spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, where there were plenty of high-quality sunbeds, parasols, and attentive service on hand. I also took advantage of the free gym at their sister hotel, which was spotless and well-equipped. Despite the central location, the hotel was quiet at night, making it an ideal retreat. Having stayed at several other top hotels in Tenerife, I can confidently say that this one is the best by far.

We enjoyed our second stay here a lot. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, had very good recommendations for us concerning food and even though they couldn't offer a late check out for our surperior room, they gave us access to one of their standard rooms until we had to leave for the airport. The sister hotel offers a free gym which we used once. It was alright. In general, the music playing from their sister hotel was a little too loud (and sometimes repetitive) when you wanted to relax on the terraces. Breakfast was nice, not too many options but nevertheless very high quality and the kitchen could always accommodate our special wishes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Sir Anthony is a truly 5* experience. Staff have a great culture and nothing is a bother for them. Pool area is very relaxed and there is plenty of room, beds always available. Roy is the pool guy, worth his weight in gold! The dining area is very cool and food selection for breakfast is excellent 👌 Rooms are larger than average, beds are King size and super comfortable.

The hotel features lovely decorations, a beautiful swimming pool, and is in a convenient location. However, the room appeared to be poorly maintained. Breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. From Hotel's response 'During your stay you haven´t reported any maintenance issues. We are sorry to know that you have found our maintenance below standard, but we would have liked to be informed so we could have solved any problem.' My additional response: The hotel's response was disheartening. It seems the room maintenance is reactive rather than proactive. Instead of conducting regular inspections and addressing issues before they become noticeable, the hotel appears to wait for guests to report problems. This approach not only affects the room's functionality but also its overall aesthetic appeal. While we didn't encounter any significant usability issues during our stay, I believe the hotel could improve on the general appearance of the room. Details like floor tiles, grout, and door frames could benefit from more attention. While it might seem excessive to report minor issues like loose grout or scratches, a five-star hotel should strive for excellence in all aspects, including preventative maintenance.

Looks good, clean, but if you want to relax, sleep this is not the place, really not. There is noise all night. Paper walls, you hear EVERITHING the neighbour does. Unfriendly breakfast stuff. 0% vegetables offer for breakfast. 80% sugary stuff.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough ! Honestly I have told all my friends and family about this hotel ! Rooms are clean & spacious. Very safe area with security. Cleaners very friendly and left the room spotless every second day. The hotel supplies a big hairdryer in reception for the guests and also can rent a curler & hair straightener. Only down fall of this place is that there is no air con . Only a fan in the ceiling. This didn’t effect us as we came in April but may affect on hotter months during the summer.

Perfect little spot in Playas, a real little gem. 10 minute walk to the strip (or 2 minutes if you hire an electric scooter) 30 second stroll to the beach. The rooms were nice and modern and surprisingly quiet given the location. The staff were pleasant and didn’t bother us at all throughout the stay. 12 of us stayed here on a stag do recently and spent most of the daytime around the pool listening to our own music and drinking beers with no complaints from staff, couldn’t ask for much better to be honest, definitely prefer a set up like this to a hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Ants in the rooms. The hotel staff knows about it, but don't do much. First, they started to blame us for bringing food into the room, while the kitchen was part of their amenities. Then that we are living food leftovers all over the place (at that moment we spent only one night and didn't leave any leftovers). Then they said they would apply some gel against ants. When we returned there was no trace of any gel applied and ants still were there. Eventually, they moved us to another room and applied gel right in front of us. The ants still were there but just a few, compared to the first room where ants were everywhere including the bed and us during the night. The lady manager was rude, had no empathy, and referred to our nationality and country of origin stating that we don't have insects, which is absolute nonsense. In her words, it's OK to live when ants crawl on you when you sleep.

We had a great stay at Parque Santiago IV. The staff went above and beyond. The location is also perfect. Amazing pool. Very beautiful to look at. The resort is spotless. Our only gripe is that we had a very dated room. Lovely on site bar/restaurant. Our fellow travellers had a recently decorated and upgraded room. So there room was modern and had a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher amongst other things. Our room in comparison was very dated and lacked in these additional amenities.

As for a 3-star hotel, the garden makes a phenomenal impression and you can feel the freshness and care here. Very close to the ocean and the very center of Las Américas, so you have as much to Costa Adeje as to Los Cristianos.

Very good location ; next to the beach, shops, restaurants and supermaket. The room was correct but not exceptional. The bathroom was big and fonctionnal. We were happy to have a fridge to keep our food and drinks fresh for the next days.

Parque Santiago 4 is a lovely place for a family holiday. It’s self catering but the rooms are well equipped in my 20+ years of coming here. It’s clean and tidy and well maintained. The gardens are very nicely looked after and always colourful. The reception staff are polite and friendly and can assist you in most queries in my experience. I liked the fact they no longer let you put pool towels on beds in the middle of night and keep the pool area roped off until 8am to help with that. The swimming pools are both clean and well maintained but be aware that they are salt water pools. They don’t let you have LILO’s in the heated kiddie pool but you can in main pool but there’s no bat n ball or balls in either pool. Spoils some people’s fun but stops people getting footballs in the head when relaxing in pool. There is a kiddie play park by the pool and there is a poolside bar. This is my only gripe….. it is way too expensive for what it is. You can get a badly poured lager in a plastic glass for €5 or you can get 5 big cans of San Miguel at a super market for a little less than €5! Over the years, the bar was very busy but noticed it was very quiet most of the day but a little busier at lunchtime. Maybe Ucanca’s owners could look at the prices and make them a little more competitive. As a returning guest I would recommend Parque Santiago 4 to anyone who wants a nice holiday in a nice area of Las Americas.
