The reception is great they really take care of you here. I would personally recommend getting in touch with Valentino. He really knows what he's doing and helped out so much whilst we were staying there. Good rooms, all very clean and spacious. Pool is perfect and I was happy that it was colder than the air very nice. Breakfast is done as a buffet and is very large and extensive, all food tastes okay there. 24/7 luggage storage and front desk was a big help too, I would stay here again.

We booked 10 days in Tenerife thinking it would be more than enough, but the days went by so fast that we honestly didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself was okay - I would probably give the hotel 3 stars - but what truly made the experience amazing was the activity team that lifts it up to a 5-star stay. Giulia, Aldara, Stephanie, and Aaron were full of energy, kindness, and positivity every single day. They made sure everyone felt welcome and included, and the activities they organized were always fun and well thought out that brought people together in laughter and good spirit. They really brought the hotel to life. This team is the heart of the guest experience, and they’re the reason we would love to come back. A special thank you as well to Alejandro, the lifeguard, who was always attentive, kind, and professional. Thank you all for a truly unforgettable stay.

So location wise it's great. Looking towards the beach turn right and it's a beautiful walk to the marina, turn left and it's British clubs and scary nightlife. The security/ reception Sunday 18th may 2025 was very rude at my friend not believing her that she was in the hotel. But over all the staff have been very nice and accommodating. The car park should be Free but it cost us 37 euros for Friday until Monday which was WITH a discount. I think that is awful. The entertainment looked good except for BLASTING mini disco music at 4pm siesta time! Don't get a room for five because the sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable and there are NO sun blocking curtains in the living room. The utilities available was very good. The breakfast was AMAZING loads of choice. Very very good. Would come back again but get two rooms instead

We spent 2 weeks at this place and I will never stay there or recommend it to anyone again. Upon arrival we were rushed through booking in and given tired old beach towels for a shocking deposit. We got to our room which was in major need of updating, again towels seen better days and not enough of them for 2 people, cutlery not enough, broken bottle opener, no side plates, no tea towel to dry dishes, microwave on its way out, bird poo all over the balcony railings. Our view for the first 3 days was of the outside seating area of the restaurant, stage and part of the pool. After 3rd day we got woke up at 8am by loud banging which was builders turning the seating area into a building site which was every day from 8am until 5pm. We were not informed of this happening when we checked in so not given the option to change rooms. The builders were cowboys, so much so one of them had a very nasty accident and fell off the unstable scaffolding. Every morning we went down to breakfast and the cooked breakfast was freezing cold so had to be microwaved for at least 5 minutes so it was somewhat warm but then rock hard and inedible, so we just had fruit every day after. The icing on the cake was we never had enough hot water for us both to have a shower, we were informed that when water goes cold we would have to wait for 30 minutes for it to warm up again, even if your hair was full of shampoo. The final straw was we were visited by several cockroaches in our room and even witnessed staff kicking cockroaches into a corner of the restaurant seating area. We were in complete shock and when we went to reception to highlight all the issues they really didn’t seem to care at all and made excuses for everything that was wrong. Sad part is my Nan came here every year for over 20yrs and she never had a bad word to say about this place and now it is a hell hole and I would never come back here, even if you paid me.

Room was good with loads of facilities but it's dated and old. The sofa bed was AWFUL, it was broken and lumpy. Also there is no sun blocking curtains in the living room. So the sofa bed was literally impossible to sleep well in. The staff were lovely especially the breakfast waiters. Breakfast was AMAZING loads of choice. Location as u leave the hotel towards the beach turn right to see the amazing marina, or left for clubbing. Cheap and worth it

Very nice hotel for what you pay for. The food is lovely, they offer a variety of food including meat dishes, pasta, pizza, and plenty of fruit and vegetables. The rooms are lovely and clean, and rooms get cleaned often and towels etc replaced. The staff are lovely, the location is perfect, that being only a 20 minute walk from Siam Park and a 5 minute walk from the strip and beach. The pool is a great size and never too busy. I would say though that the hotel is full of young people, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for families due to the noise at night from young people going out. However if you are a young group of people like I was then this hotel is perfect. The hotel is decor could probably do with an update but I can’t complain since it didn’t affect my stay in anyway. Overall a great stay and great value.

Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel, it’s clean, staff are friendly, good location for girls/lads holidays, drinks/food are good. There’s a lot of negative reviews on this hotel, any family/couple shouldn’t go here as it’s mainly teenagers/party holidays, that is quite obvious considering its location. Cleanliness is spotless, my friends had a cockroach in their room because of the mess/opened food they left. My room and friends stayed spotless. Drinks and food are good to the standard you pay for. The cleaners came in once/twice a week and they were also nothing but lovely. Overall I have nothing negative to say, lovely staff, clean hotel, an all round good experience.

Rooms basic but clean had everything you need few missing tiles but it's 3 star . The hotel is dated and the bar area dark rely could do with updating .food i wood give 5 star if they had more to choose from but the food is very tasty enjoyed every meal but some people will complain. All staff are friendly and will always help if needed. It is very noisy of a evening so if you a light sleepr bring ear plugs . Always plenty of beds at the pool and life guard is there all times . If the place had a face lift updated it would touch 4 star easy

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible hotel completely outdated and dirty. We paid all inclusive but the food was inedible and the bar tender told us there wasn’t any alcohol in the alcoholic beverages🤣. We also got back to our room late at night to find a random person asleep in our bed who drank a full bottle of our vodka and used one of my freinds whole aftershave bottle, the hotel did nothing about this and when we went down to reception they laughed at us and I don’t speak Spanish but I know they where taking the mick out of us. Save your money and don’t book here I think conditions in a trench in Afghanistan would probably be more habitable.

I came here with my friend it was just the two of us and I had looked at some reviews before coming which made me really nervous as it did not sound good at all however when we got here everything was great, our room was a great size and the staff were lovely. We went all inclusive which I would say is worth it, the drinks aren’t anything special but they are enjoyable food is your typical buffet food which I can’t complain about. Staff were lovely and happy to help there’s lots of great places to go everything is pretty close to the hotel which is handy, taxis aren’t expensive and if you go out for food elsewhere there’s some lovely places. Great location and great for a nice chilled/party holiday with friends there were some families here but id say it’s less suitable for small kids as you do get the smell of weed every now and then but it is honestly a great hotel I would recommend and I would be fine staying here again. For a three star hotel I have no complaints!!

As soon as we got here to check in at about 8.30pm the woman on reception was pretty blunt. We got no information about anything for being all inclusive which we had to research ourselves so we knew what time meals were available and had to watch what everyone was doing for snacks etc… if you want no sleep, this is the ideal hotel to stay in! First night here people were wolf whistling, music blaring, doors slamming and also young adults kicking doors in. Had to go out to the corridor at 5.45am to tell people to be quiet as they were shouting to each other when standing right next to each other. Went to compalin about it to reception and they told us we should have phoned number 5 on the phone and gave another number to contact if no one was answering which we didn’t get told about when checking in and no information leaflet to tell us about numbers to call in the room either. We got two nights of sleep out of the 7 we were here due to the neighbours leaving. Security guard looks like he’s here for time to chill than do anything about the mayhem. Cleanliness of the bathroom was shocking felt dirtier coming out of the shower than going in and wardrobes inside weren’t clean and either was the fridge. Zero entertainment only a disco on for kids each night. Sunbeds are all taken before 8am but the upper deck sunbeds seem to be available which are peaceful to sunbathe on. Repetitive food choices at the buffet everyday to the point we haven’t been going and minimum choices for alcoholic drinks if you want a branded one you need to buy and also pay for a plastic cup for your drink. Would only recommend for young adults who are here to drink and cause mayhem. Spent most of the time out of the hotel and didn’t benefit from the all inclusive we paid for.

the lady on reception when we came was lovely and chatty, regardless of the late time, still super kind and helpful, however restaurant and bar staff where so rude, constant ignorance and just overall rude attitude and no manners, which made me feel uncomfortable, i understand that their job can be stressful, but regardless, they don’t care if you’re lovely, they will still be rude. on a good note, the pools, rooms and just the general hotel itself was lovely. rooms where always cleaned, every morning all the hotel is spotless, pools where always cleaned and plenty of sunbeds. i would most likely come back to this hotel, but the hospitality staff do just ruin the happy overall vibe of the hotel.

Could not fault this hotel and will be coming back. We were all inclusive and the food and drink was amazing. Food throughout the day was suitable for both myself and my partner. Our room was lovely and perfect for our stay. Hotel is located close to a lot of bars, restaurants and the beach. We were able to book excursions in the hotel which was a massive help. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Good points were that Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice and food was okay but did struggle as someone who doesn’t eat meat or fish. The staff were quite rude on reception when we checked in we wasn’t given any information unsure if the gentlemen was an overwhelmed with the many groups trying to check in at midnight. He had us signing the wrong documents and said it did not matter nor did we need to read it which confused us. Every time we would approach staff to ask questions they rolled their eyes and even spoke about us in Spanish one time - not aware I can speak Spanish quite well. The bar ladies put up with an awful a lot abuse from drunken people who were staying, which made us uncomfortable. First few days were okay nice vibe, everyone getting along night we was woken up by people fighting and shouting in the corridors. We had people knocking our door at 3am, we had people shouting threatening behaviour outside our room. You would be woken up at 12am with people going out and then again at 5am then they returned. Then there was people jumping in the pools throughout the night and shouting about it. My partner slipped on wet floor when walking from one building to the second, visually hurt himself and caused injury not one staff asked if okay or helped life guard was too busy playing pool to notice. On the last day young men running around the bar area with water guns everywhere was wet. The hotel constantly smelt of cannabis and was offered this many times from several people in the hotel. Cleaners came in our room even though do not disturb was on the door she did apologise. Following day we decided to lie in and rest due to my partners injury, again do not disturb on the door. Cleaners opened our bedroom door several times eventually I got up and they had gone. Personally the hotel should be more advertised as a partying hotel as a couple who just wanted to experience Tenerife in a more relaxed way we felt very out of place and unsafe.

Second time here all inclusive. And can’t fault a thing. Other than the showers not working on the roof terrace. Food is good. Location is good. We got clean towels and room cleaned everyday. Beds are good. Bar staff were lovely especially an English lady. Restaurant staff lovely too. Reception staff ok some better than others. Pool is cold yes but when you’re burning it’s bloody lovely! Modern smart tv this second time too. Honestly love this place. And would come again no problem. I’ve stayed in 5* and this is basic but very comfortable.

Mixed Experience: Spacious Rooms and Great Location, but Several Drawbacks! Pros: Big room & bathroom Big balcony with pool view Big swimming pool with warm water Enough beds around the pool Digital safe box in the room Good location (easy to access the city center by walk or by taxi) Close to Siam Park Easy to get to the TFS airport (15-minute ride) Cons: The rooms were not soundproof, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. The furniture in the room was old and outdated. The bed and pillows were basic and not so comfortable. There was no iron or electric kettle in the room. Some of the food and fruits at the breakfast and dinner buffet were not freshly made, and the coffee quality was very poor. The hygiene measures at the restaurant were lacking; I found a fly on the meat (where they were serving a warm dish) and a live worm in the salad! The entertainment during the day and night shows was minimal and did not attract many guests. There was no free tap water at the restaurant; you had to pay for a glass of water. The gym equipment was minimal and most of it was not functioning properly. The staff, in general, were not friendly (except for the animation guy), so you did not feel welcome at this hotel. You had to pay a deposit of 20 Euros to borrow a pool towel, and you could only renew it between 10:30–11:30 at the spa. Parking was paid at 10€/night. Poor WiFi in the room.

The room was super clean, I'd read many reviews and was concerned but we were really happy with our stay. Beds comfy, loads of room!! Balcony got loads of sun and the hotel pool was beautiful. The staff were all just so kind and friendly, so I've no idea where rude came from in other reviews I've seen! They all greeted us with a smile. The major downside would maybe be no possible walk to anywhere, you have to get a taxi but for just 5-6 euros to the centre of playas de las americas, we weren't mad at it as the hotel price itself was cheap. Overall, I'd stay again and recommend it! Thanks so much again for our stay :-)

The airline changed our flights so we needed one night somewhere else in Tenerife. We chose this hotel as it was a bit out of town, as didn’t want somewhere noisy. We were a bit apprehensive, but we were very nicely surprised by this hotel. We received a friendly and helpful service on check in - always a good start. Although the room was a bit dated, it was HUGE and clean with lots of toiletries for our stay. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel was nice and we had a few miles’ walk into the town that night for food. There was music on until 10:00ish which was loud but I was so tired I went to sleep anyway. The gym had enough dumbbells and space to have a bit of workout. The breakfast room was nice and there were so many healthy (and vegan) options for breakfast. Definitely wasn’t expecting as much as there was! Our check out was as pleasant as our check in. We both commented on how polite the man was. Although the pool scene probably wasn’t for us for a longer holiday, this hotel gave us everything and more for what we needed for one night. And for the price… my 5 stars are based on this.

We had a very pleasant stay! Highlights: The service provided by the staff was exceptional — everyone was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Our room (080) was super spacious, with a huge bathroom and a fantastic shower — strong water pressure and plenty of hot water! The hotel itself is very large and well-kept, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Points to improve: The balcony door in room 080 doesn’t lock, which should be fixed for security. Parking is charged at €10 per night, it would be helpful to make that clear in advance. we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend the hotel!

Just got back from a week here, I have stayed here before which was brilliant. hotel room is kept clean,lovely cleaners nice and big room. Beautiful pool area that was cleaned every morning and good selection at breakfast. Only things was people was sometimes loud at night by drunk people but that only happened on one night & one of the hotels staff was quite rude when we was leaving. Hotel is a 20 min walk away from the main bit but cheap in taxi which are always waiting for you.

Had a good stay here! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were standard, we booked a double bed but had two singles pushed together. Was very noisy at night until around 5am, however we took earplugs and slept fine with these in. Overall cleanliness was fine! Breakfast was good, large selection and tasted fresh. Dinner wasn’t great- mostly fish options. Even the pizza had fish on. Could do with more variety and didn’t taste as fresh. Pools were good- not too cold and managed to get sun loungers easily. Good location especially if you’re looking to party however probably not great for families due to the noise. I felt safe during my stay- however i did see police escorting people out multiple times. I asked reception for a clean towel and they told me there would be an additional charge, also an additional charge to use the safes in the room. Overall good- but wouldn’t stay here again.

I wasn't impressed with this hotel. My friend stayed here 13 years ago, and the rooms are exactly the same in 2025. We were on the top floor, and there were screws missing from the rail on the balcony, which didn't fill me with confidence. We rented electric scooters, but they wouldn't let us charge them at the hotel. They said we couldn't charge them as we were under 65. We had to charge them at the neighbouring hotel. It's right on Veronica strip! STAY AWAY! we only walked down the strip when four women pick pocketed us. They try to grab your d##k so when you go to cover, they reach in your pocket.. luckily we had prepared for this by leaving our phones, wallets etc at the hotel and only took out 100 euros in my sock and only had 20 euro in my pocket at any given time.... she took my 20 euro then and called me poor because she was expecting to have stolen more 🤣

Overall the hotel is perfect for a friend's company and couples but for children is not the best option because it's loud during the night and it's mostly young people who are there to have fun. The location is really good, the beach is in front of the hotel and there's a lot of clubs nearby, you don't need transport for that. The pools are great, but if there's a lot of guests, it's a little bit difficult to find a space near the pools. The rooms are clean but need renovation. There's a lot of shops around the area and you can take a walk, do so much stuff around the hotel area. There are options for additional excursions that you can book near the main entrance of the hotel, which was great and the girls there are really happy to help you and recommend the best thing for you. We were really happy with the entertainment team, there were a lot of activities during the day and in the evening as well and they were different every time. Definitely recommend if you want to have a decent experience in Tenerife for this price. I think the best option is to stay at least 7 nights so you can experience most of this beautiful island.

Me and my partner recently stayed here. Were a young couple and really enjoyed it. Yes the hotel is close to the strip but for us, the noise wasn’t much issue. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the evening and watching the nightlife. Yes the music goes on until early hours of the morning but never stopped us from falling asleep. Noise subsided when we closed the balcony door. Great location for us, beach walk either way out of the hotel, shop at bottom of hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, we done aqua aerobics one day and the guy who done the class was amazing!! Full of energy and kept everyone entertained. Would definitely come again to Sol Tenerife⭐️

Stayed as a family of three for 7 nights. Hotel advertises they are family friendly and have kids activities and a kids club, but nothing was ever offered to us. Rooms are very dated and the air conditioning doesn’t work, also they are very small for larger families. Although housekeeping are fantastic and clean the rooms well everyday. Walls between rooms are very thin, our 6th night the couple next door had a very loud fight at 4am, we had to call reception twice for something to be done! Lady that checked us in was very helpful and kind, all other staff at reception have been miserable. Overall not a great stay, would not stay here again, there are a lot of nicer hotels in area. Very close to strip which can be loud, wasn’t too bad as we have sea facing room. Also where hotel is located isn’t great for kids and lots of drugs being offered at night. One advantage is that it’s very close to the nice beach.

We spent 8 nights here last month, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best holidays I have ever had. This hotel is 9/10 for me personally, you can never give a 10/10 as there is always some little thing that you might not have been happy with but on the whole I was very happy with our stay here. All inclusive: Drinks were very good measures, you could basically ask them to mix anything you wanted and they would oblige! Rooms: our group had 4 rooms and they were all different to each other in one way or another (lay out and stuff) But our room was very nice, clean just the right size, sea view, and pool view. rooms were cleaned whenever we put the card on the door handle. all of the rooms seemed to have the same shower units which were the standard type, rain fall and removable hand held thing. Staff: Wonderful! I can honestly say that 99.99% of the staff were absolutely brilliant, I am not even going into why it's not 100% that won't spoil my review of this hotel. Special shout out to my guy Rayco on the bar, this is one of the best bar tenders in any hotel i have been in! top fella and hope to see him again one day. Other bar staff were Lia, Manuel x 2, Bobbi, Ismael, Jesus, Radouane, any other I have forgotten pls forgive, you were all great. Animation team! Tamas, Diego, Denise and there was a 4th guy that came back from vacation on our last night but I didn't get his name, Italian fella I think... They were a very good entertainment team, there were some nights that had dodgy turns on, but on the whole, a very decent entertainment team. Food: I will give the food a solid 7.5/10 Not to make out it wasn't nice because the food was really good quality and variety, I am just very, very bad with food, so for me to give it a 7.5, is probably someone else's 9/10! LOTS of choice, maybe too much tbh, but if you're worried about food here please don't be, you will be happy with it. Location: very close to the beach/seas front, walking distance to Playa las Americas, Adeje, even Los Christianos if you're feeling up to a 45/60 min walk... We got the road train from the sea front to Hard Rock hotel and spent the day up that end, was a very nice day out. Also 10/15 min walk to Siam Park which we did on one of the days, I am planning on going back for 4/5 days just to hit Siam and get ever inch of it covered, what a place that is!! A side story... I left my iPhone on the wall outside of the hotel while waiting for our transfer to the airport going home.... Some very kind person found it and handed it in to the hotel reception (on my request, they answered the call when i called my phone) I have since been reunited with said phone having had to arrange a DHL pick up for, so that is another PLUS for OLE Tropical, the very kindly packaged my phone up so that it was very secure fore it's journey back to the UK! Thank you OLE Tropical

Just had our first 2 week holiday in 8 Years and this hotel did not disappoint. The room was very spacious and clean and we also had a great see view. Being all inclusive we did not find a day when food choices were an issue (and I'm a fussy eater). All the staff from the cleaners to management were very friendly and engaging. Also the animation team (all four of them) were very good at creating a great atmosphere throughout the whole day with their activities around the pool. Finally a big thank you to Carlos the duty manager for his free fun lessons in learning Spanish phrases to enter the restaurant every day (no you don't have to speak Spanish to enter the restaurant) and making sure our stay was memorable. We will definitely be going back in the future.

This hotel was fantastic from start to finish. We arrived in a panic due to losing our phone, but the reception staff were incredibly helpful. The only downside is the slightly uncomfortable beds. The food is amazing! They cook fresh steaks, fish, pork chops, and chicken right in front of you. In the mornings, you can get your fried eggs cooked to your liking, and they even make omelets with any filling you choose. The Mr. Whippy ice cream machine is brilliant. After staying in a few hotels around Tenerife and not being overly impressed, I can confidently say that we will definitely be back here.

Brilliant 4 night's stay. The food was lovely and varied everyday. The drinks selection was as you would expect and the measures were huge. The room was a little dated but everything was spotless. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived until we left they couldn't do enough for us. Tamaz, Manuel and Diego on the entertainment team were worth the money alone. So much energy and enthusiasm went into everything they did and they didn't stop and got everyone involved. Only downside is the location as it can be a bit noisy in the early hours so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

We spent a week at this hotel in March & found everything very good. The Reception Staff were brilliant on arrival & all the staff were very good & helpful. The food was exceptional with plenty of choice & the hot food was actually hot. There was fish & meat cooked fresh for you in the centre of the dining room on a large griddle. You chose what you’d like from a refrigerated display & the Chef cooked it for you. Minimum delay & cooked just how you liked it. Clean rooms, excellent entertainment & no problems with sun beds. Management should be very proud of the service the & their staff are providing. Will definitely be returning. Best hotel we’ve stayed in in Tenerife.

We spent a week here and i must say was very surprised with the hotel. Staff were extremely good... Food was always delicious huge range every night (we came half board breakfast and evening meal... but can change to dinner if you wanted any day) Rooms were good.... very clean hotel pools and bathing areas was the same. Location wasn't everyone's cup of tea... was close to 'The Strip' which will be great for the younger people out there who wants the club vibes on a night but far enough away not to even bother us. Plenty of local restaurants, mini supermarkets and gift shops. For the price definitely stay here again!!🌞🌞👌

I honestly couldn’t find much to fault about this hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was great, the service was great and the location was good. My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. Maybe the only thing I could say is that the air conditioning was a little weak but if you kept the balcony closed and the curtains drown it cooled down within about an hour. Overall it was a very good hotel and would recommend it, we will be coming back.

Very family friendly hotel. I would recommend and stay again. Entertainment for the family and kids was top notch everyday and evening and the entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. Food was very good, it's worth noting full board is not the same as all inclusive, as we were expecting drinks from the bar included, but this was an extra. There was a festival 2 of the nights and it was very loud in our room until 5am, we complained to reception and they helped move us to a quieter room. Other than that issue, very satisfied.

The staff was very friendly. There was a game room for small kids and for slitly bigger kids. Pool tables inside and outside. Swimming pools inside and outside and lots of sun beds with umbrellas perfect for a tan. My little brother (who isn't a huge fan of the water) loved being in the swimming pools. Everything was very clean. Lots of different shops close to the hotel including the beach. The food was amazing, with many different options with lovely desserts like ice cream, cakes and many more. We stayed here for a week but wished we'd stayed longer, definitely recommend for families with small and big kids.

Rooms although showing their age are clean,and serviced Daily, Nice hotel although I would of thought staff could be more helpful, Food, is okay Buffet style, but hot and plenty of choice bit slow to replenish empty trays ! Depending on what room you have depends on noise level from Veronicas! Bad points.. Doors to rooms automatically shut behind you if you let them go, although ours Bounced back missing the catch which meant on 3 occasions the door was left UNLOCKED by the cleaners although I complained on all 3 occasions nothing was sorted about the issue..... Pool area in allopurinol 10 Days the pool was only cleaned once, and the area around sunbeds was not washed down at all, basically all of the communal areas were very poor in cleanliness, not recommended by myself

The cleaning staff keep everywhere immaculate. The food was always to a good standard with a different theme every night. Would we come again??? 100% can't wait to come back soon.

We’ve just come back from a week long holiday with our family and 2 year old, and we absolutely loved it. We've stayed in Tenerife many times, including in some 5* star hotels, but this was by far our favourite! The resort is beautiful, spotless with spacious rooms and great air conditioning. There’s just one restaurant, but the food was always fresh and really tasty. The Asian evening on Friday was really good. We noticed that food labels were often missing or incorrect so if anything a bit more information would definitely help guests know what they’re choosing. The pools were brilliant and we never struggled to get a sunbed, which was a big plus. The only downside was that the white parts of our swimwear turned slightly green in the water. Not sure why that happened, but we’re hoping it washes out! The service was exceptional. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Carlos, Miguel & the reception team in particular were fantastic and helped make our holiday really special. We can’t wait to come back soon!

It’s difficult to fault this place. It has a beautiful landscaped setting, the food was varied and very tasty, and it also had outstanding evening entertainment for both the kids and the adults. The staff worked really hard to ensure the guests have the best possible stay. The pool area was kept clean and free from litter and dropped food, etc. Pleasantly warm, clean, outdoor pools too. Both my children really want to go back, and they say it is the best holiday they have ever had. The only minor thing was the location was a little way out (though we walked to the beach on a couple of occasions) but this also meant was, where the hotel was situated, it was a very quiet spot. We chose the 'all inclusive' option for our stay (I really recommend this, unless you plan to eat out a lot) so could have some great cocktails by the pool whenever we wanted, throughout the day. The bar staff were very friendly and professional at their job. Overall highly recommended, and hope to return at some point in the future.

Lovely hotel, nice large pool area and unlike some inflatables allowed in for the kids Food a bit mixed. Good breakfast, snacks at the pool could be better. Dinner ranges from limited to excellent depending on the night. But always enough to eat One constant on the food should be more plainer options for the children. One negative with the hotel are the steps as open planned. Yet this lends itself to a slightly unique and open layout that adds to the visual experience. Rooms cleaned every day and a shout out to the Cleaner Candy who operated with a smile and great English. The staff in general are all pleasant from the meet and greet at breakfast time, bar staff and reception who helped out a couple of times. The location is a bit out of the way. Not an issue for us as we stayed at the hotel during the day and got taxis at night, no shortage of them and less than 10 Euros to Las Americas

Hotel was in a great location, direct access to promenade through the pool area. Room was more spacious and we got a bigger room than expected, however the floors very dirty even when cleaners came which meant we couldn't walk around barefooted. We had three balconies, one with sun loungers which we used in the afternoon. It could have done with a little kitchenette. Animation team (Javier/Laura) was great and entertaining. Reception was very slow at times. There was a smell in the evening time which attracted cockroaches. Drinks in the bar were amazing. Pool area was lovely. We never had a problem getting loungers after 11am so there is absolutely no need to get up early and reserve these (which is not allowed anyway). The bigger pool was warmer than the smaller one. Depth of both pools were perfect. Wristbands for the room to get in and out of and pay for drinks was convenient. Much better than carrying around a key card. We had a nice view of the pool area and ocean. There was a variety of food each night and it was a different theme every night. Basically there was always something for everyone and I have one picky eater. As the location is right on the promenade, we went for a walk each night and didnt take advantage of the evening entertainment. There is plenty to do around the hotel. We used the tennis court by the promenade a few times.

After staying here a few times previous to the renovations we thought we would stay again after previously enjoying our time here . First thing is the renovations carried out really is stunning . It’s a really chilled out atmosphere. The pools and gardens are beautifully kept and always a sun lounger . Our only criticism is our room patio door was very stiff so was a struggle to even sit outside at times . The biggest disappointment was the Reception staff actually went out there way to be rude very disappointing indeed . Although not all of the staff were like that . The main disappointment was the amount of stag parties were staying at the hotel . Not that they were causing a massive nuisance other than swearing and playing there stereo full blast over the hotels music . It’s just as a family holiday we’d of opted to stay somewhere else had we known this . Other than that the hotel is very well located .

The food was great, and the room was clean with a beautiful view to the ocean. There were many programs: volleyball, ping-pong, tennis matches, evening disco for children to entertain guests. Our stay was mixed. The hotel itself was fine, but a bit dated. We had to move rooms due to brown water coming out of the bath taps, something that was rectified pretty quickly and didn't really impact on the holiday. Beds were comfy which is definitely not always the case The food and drink was good but not particularly exceptional. The staff struggled to keep up with demand, with popular dishes not being replenished during dinner and plates running low. The staff were a real mixed bag. The reception staff with a few exceptions were rude, hostile and in some cases actively unhelpful (seriously trying to book the Italian restaurant shouldn't be that painful an experience and require that many dramatic sighs). On the flip side, Erika and the Kids Club team did an absolutely incredible job entertaining children during the day and doing a brilliant mini disco every night. As well as doing the grown up entertainment, they were total pros and made our daughter's holiday. One last comment, why is the coffee shop only open between 1430-2130? That might be the most baffling thing I've seen at a hotel in my life....

We stayed at the hotel in February 2025 and were very satisfied! First, it has a great location near the beach with a small bay where there are no huge waves and you can swim peacefully in the clean ocean. Second, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Something happened to the bed in our room after cleaning, and we couldn't put it back in place. We reported this to the reception in the morning, and when we entered the room at lunchtime, everything had already been fixed. Plus, the room is cleaned daily, the beds are made, and any missing toiletries are delivered, etc. Thirdly, the cuisine. A wide variety of dishes (Spanish, Japanese, European) and incredibly delicious desserts! There were always enough sun loungers by the pool, and the pool itself is quite large and beautiful. We are very happy with our vacation and would love to come back again!

I’ll start by saying the hotel is gorgeous—very spacious, and everything looks luxurious and brand new. The service was very good, although the receptionist was a bit rude when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready at 3 p.m., and we had to push a little to get a different one. They really shouldn’t promise a room will be ready at a certain time if it won’t be. The pool is huge and very beautiful. The rooms are super comfortable, and the bed was spacious. We paid for breakfast, and it was a 10 out of 10. And it’s beachfront. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Amazing hotel, but at what cost.. Generally the hotel appeared to me very well. Vast pool, bar, gym, other incredible amenities. I thought it was all great. Until I found out there's an extra charge for pretty much anything. To use the gym there's a 6 euro fee every time or a 20 euro weekly one. A week at this hotel costs 2000 euros, why am I paying even more Not to mention we were put in a room with people smoking on the balconies, despite us clearly stating in the booking for a non-smoking room. somehow that was also the only part of the hotel where people were allowed to smoke. Generally service was quite unresponsive and didn't help much, reception can't help with basic stuff and info desk closes early. Other than that location was very nice and the beach was amazing.

Certainly over promising and under delivering. Not a 5 star standard for sure. All feels cramped in - especially with other 2 hotels in the resort. Breakfast had its highlights but again more in a 4 star level. Not sure I would come back as it’s no value for money either. Most rooms have a view of the car park. Location is good, especially because of the proximity to the beach. Beach is small though.

We had a 10 day stay here from the 15th of October to the 25th and we had a lovely time. I was with my daughter (4 months and partner) All staff are extremely lovely and polite - reception staff, maids, and all lifeguards. The lifeguards are very vigilant and extremely helpful. They do ensure no-one is disturbing others by splashing / being nosey in the pool but they do use discretion! For example if people are being loud and having fun they let them carry on but if people are being a nuisance etc they will ask them to tone it down. Rooms were basic but very clean. WiFi was excellent for me at all times. They even provided us with a travel cot (I emailed in advance to confirm) Ten minute walk max to the beach. 24 hr shop next door. Would definitely visit again. Areas for improvement: bathrooms could do with a refresh of grout etc but very clean. Air con would be nice but we made do with the fan. There is a sun terrace on the top of the hotel (7th floor) with lovely views

Very clean everywhere and the personnel wonderful. Not so far from the beach. Just need a deep upgrade like, furniture, TV's Chanells, the kitchen. The WiFi is for free but has a poor and slow connection. Whit a few solar panels can be worm up the water in the pool. The pool showers not working. The lights in the apartment is poor. Across the wall you can hear your neighbours especially in the night.

Had a great time here. Excellent value with a package for two at £600 including flights with Jet2. Possibly this cheap because of covid. Just a few mins walk to the beach. The building was quite old but our room had new sink, loo, and kitchen stuff. Cleaning was excellent. Pool was nice. In summary, recommended but don't expect a wow factor.

Had best experience here hotel was lovely and clean room was very spacious. No air con but they provided a free fan which worked fine or can pay to hire a AC unit for 80€ for week. Pool area outside is lovely not too busy when we went down. Location is spot on about 10 minute walk down to the beach if that. 5 minutes to golden mile. Shops right down underneath and a supermarket literally 5 doors down on the corner. Street was quiet with lovely views, cant say we experienced any noise coming from the street or other people staying here on holiday. Staff were lovely and super friendly, have a baggage area for when needing to leave bags for check in or check out free wifi which was useable didnt have any issues when on it. Stayed with my 4 yr ood and 1 yr old. Comfy bed, only thing made me weary was stairs in the apartment however there was only 3 so used the baby travel cot to block off the steps when she was out and about. Would 100% recommend to anyone going again as the price is fab for what u get.

And bugs!🤷‍♀️ A mixture of age groups! No bugs!! Lovely clean apartments! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we got upgraded on arrival to a one bedroom apartment which was spotless and spacious with a lovely view of the pool. Cleaners came in most days and left the apartment spotless with fresh towels every day. Really good location everything within walking distance and really close to the beach. Great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very nice. The receptionist Ivan was a saint. He went above and beyond with our queries and help. The pool was very nice with a shallow kiddie pool in the corner. It was cute that we would come back to our rooms cleaned with different animal shapes made with the towels. The only issue we had with the room was with the beds, the were on wheels so kept moving around when we turned over in our sleep and was just very annoying as it kept hitting off the headboard when sitting or asleep on the bed. The location is a bit far from the main strip if you have young kids or are a young couple so I would take that into consideration

We couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. Our apartment was basic, but it was spotless and offered plenty of space to relax and unwind, making it the perfect home away from home. There is a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a nice shower, kitchenette and lounge, and a wee balcony looking over the pool. AC: There is no air-conditioning, only a fan option, which you need to request a remote for from reception which requires a 50 euro refundable deposit. Bed: The beds are quite firm but we’re a bit heavier then we should be, so like a firm mattress. Safe: There is a safe which you need to purchase a card for, it was cheap, like 2 euros a day. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their tips and recommendations enhanced our visit, making us feel truly welcomed. A good feature of Apartamentos Marola Park is its prime location. Just 300 meters from the beach, we could easily enjoy the sun and sea whenever we wished. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of virtually everything in Los Cristianos and Los Americas, making it super convenient for exploring the area’s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Note: There are steep hills and plenty of steps. However, there are also plenty of Motability options, electric scooters (which are great fun), Motability carts for rent and assisted bicycles. There’s also an amazing little shop next door! The charming lady who runs it has lived in the area for many years, and she shared wonderful local insights and stories. I stayed at this hotel with high expectations given its supposed 4-star rating, but the experience was poor from start to finish. The facilities are completely run-down and feel like they haven’t been renovated in decades. Rather than cozy, the room felt like a cell: no natural ventilation, and the shutter closed so tightly it felt like being sealed in a bunker — no fresh air or daylight whatsoever. The room had a musty, unpleasant smell. Even the towels smelled odd and not at all fresh, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the atmosphere was deeply uncomfortable. Breakfast was yet another disappointment: extremely low quality, poorly presented, and lacking variety. For the price paid, this should not be something guests have to tolerate. This hotel clearly lost its 4-star status long ago. It’s not just a matter of aesthetics — the lack of proper maintenance is evident across the entire property. A complete renovation is urgently needed. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.

They stole 100 euros from my friend out of her wallet which was in her suitcase! The cleaner probably just went through all of her stuff. The lights in the room were also flickering all the time and the toiletseat was broken. Also, the WiFi was really bad and only worked al little bit when we opened the curtains and sat next to the window. There were employees at the reception 24h a day so that was great and the breakfast was fine, but overall I don't recommend this hotel at all.

I was robbed by the cleaners!!! They stole 100 euros out of my wallet. I found out when I came home. I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. The first 9 nights nothing happened, but they probably knew that we were going to leave so they took the last day as an advantage to steak my money! The room was old, the toilet was broken, the lights flikkered and the breakfast was okay but the same everyday so not much variation. I would not go here again. I am very disappointed.

Stayed for long weekend during the quieter period. Hotel was clean and room was larger than expected. The window shutter was really loud and closed automatically everytime I left the room. Bathroom was big but shower door was off its rail. Breakfast was varied. Rooms seemed to be well soundproofed as I didn't hear anyone else there! Best thing about this hotel was the location, 10 minutes from Los Christianos and 10 minutes from Playa.

I recently stayed at Hotel Zentral Center, and unfortunately, it did not live up to its 4-star rating. The only real advantage of this hotel is its good location, which is convenient for exploring the area. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The furniture is very old, making the rooms feel outdated. The breakfast was poor, lacking variety and quality. The Wi-Fi was terrible, barely functional throughout my stay. Additionally, the parking under the hotel is not free, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand. Another frustrating aspect was the constant deposit requests—even for an iron that seemed to be from the 19th century, they asked for a €20 deposit. This felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Overall, this hotel is far from what you would expect from a 4-star establishment. With some serious renovations and better service, it could improve, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Just back from a week here. Apartments are basic but clean. We had a living room with dining area and sofa which turns into a bed, full kitchen with fridge & freezer, double bedroom with good wardrobe and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. Shower was great. Balcony was good size with a table & 4 chairs. Got the sun in the morning and overlooked the rear of the complex which had a public park, was nice and quiet to sit in. The only thing was the heat inside the apartment and it had no air-conditioning - it would have cost 80 euro for the week to get a unit put in but with us being there start of June we were okay with a fan in the bedroom. If it were July/August we probably would have paid it. Pool area good - always got a sunbed no matter what time we went down. Good music wasn't too loud either. Pool bar serves great cocktails especially strawberry daiquiris 🍹and they served food throughout the day too which was reasonably priced. Bar staff very friendly. Pool closed at 6 but we could still lay out. Bar closed shortly after. Would have been good if it stayed open abit longer. The apartments are in a great location, pretty much between Costa Adeje and playa de las Américas. Just a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants/cafes. The restaurant at the front of the complex is nice too! If you are looking to go out for a good cafe for brunch I recommend Petras just up from the ibrox bar or the cozy cafe just down from there off the main street. Toilets, clothes washing facilities, TV room, gym all located below the pool area. With check out being 12 and our bus picking us up after 6pm, we were abit disappointed that we couldn't get a late check out and there were no showers for us to get washed after sunbathing all day. This is our 2nd time staying here but we'll definitely stay here again when in tenerife! Thanks!

Lovely apartments between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. Apartments: The apartments themselves are clean, spacious and well equipped. No air con, but there are ceiling fans. We stayed in April and managed without hiring air con but if you went at the height of summer you’d need it. In the kitchen is a full size fridge/freezer, two hobs, a microwave and toaster. They leave some washing up liquid for you too! The sofa bed in the front room isn’t comfy as a bed. It is a comfy sofa though. Tele with analogue channels is available, plus a little table and chairs. We then had a balcony which overlooked a walkway/garden and a pull-out clothes airer. In the bathroom, there is a really decent shower, good size mirror and a hairdryer. Good lighting, storage under the sink and spacious enough. We did struggle to get hot water a lot of the time! The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. There are about ten hangers in the double sliding wardrobes, and the safe is situated here which costs about 20 euros plus a 10 euro deposit. Some apartments have two balconies and three floors which is amazing so it’s pot luck! Some apartments are also at the back of the complex. This means you’ll need to be quite mobile to navigate the steps. For 10 euros deposit, you can have a key to the back gate which means you can avoid the steps by walking around the outside of the complex and up a slight incline (not steep and not far) and access the highest apartments without all the steps to climb). Pool/bar area The pool is open 10-6 and they’re strict on this - and it feels restrictive. 6pm is very early to close the pool! It slopes to about 6.5foot deep in the middle of the pool. The lifeguard will allow some ball games in the pool but makes it clear you can’t annoy other guests which is great. Now the pool bar is another story. It is run by a man who is a bully (or tries to be) and thinks he can change the hotel rules to make you buy his wares! You are permitted to take your own food and drinks to the sun loungers but the tables and chairs are strictly for use of customers of the bar - you don’t buy, you don’t sit. It is run separately to the hotel. Prices aren’t bad. Food is ok, basic. We didn’t try the steak house at the front of the hotel but the food looked fabulous. General hotel: If they could charge you for fresher air or warmer weather they would! This is typical, of course, but worth mentioning. Reception staff were very good - accommodating, helpful and very friendly. The area is well maintained and some lucky guests in our party were able to watch parrots flying in the surrounding palm trees. In general we would stay again! The area: Very close to the beach. There is a little supermarket (spar) as you turn left out of the hotel, but if you turn right, you’ll find a larger supermarket a little further up and on the right. We paid a euro each for a pack of cheese and a pack of ham, bought a loaf of bread and made toasties in the room! Some lovely freshly baked goods there too - 2 euros for a pack of four pastries which was a nice treat. We loved going down to the beachfront and eating there. We had some bargain meals at Bora Bora, and paid 1.50 euros per pint! The paella there was good too. A little further up and you have some quieter, more expensive but lovely restaurants too. The curry house located to the right of the hotel as you walk out was reasonably priced and delicious too. Highly recommended! In general we would stay here again but may look for something either more central to Adeje or Playa de las Americas.

Great little hidden gem! We stayed here 16/12/24 for a week. Room cleaned daily, staff are so friendly. WiFi works great which was good for my 15 year old daughter. The bar at the pool great value and the quality is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond. Literally 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minute walk to Siam Park. Would highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, helpful friendly staff. Great pool bar with fantastic prices. Room spotless and fresh bedding and towels every couple of days. Location is perfect . Please, please watch out though for pickpockets as they are absolutely everywhere .

I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading through the reviews. However... I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are basic but very clean and the beds are comfortable. There aren't really enough facilities to self cater within the lodge for me personally but that's okay for the price I paid. All the staff were friendly, especially the pool bar staff. We were very impressed with the pool bar food, it was exceptional, definitely try the burgers and the club sandwich! The pool area was also a really nice spot to chill out in! Only 10min walk down to the beach, ideal!

We came here for 1 week. Family of 4. Our room was brilliant, clean lots of cooking facilities, 2 TVs, kettle microwave etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is good with lots of space. Swallow end for little kids to play. Only downside the rooms don't have Aircon. They have celine fan, April it's ok, after that I do t know. Highly recommend, great hotel.

The accommodation itself was fabulous. The Country Club is very stylish and well looked after, looks better in real life than in pictures. There are many activities that you can do around the day, there is minigolf, there is the swimming pool, there is a games room, a jacuzzi etc. Swimming pool was always heated and clean. Louis, the entertainment guy was really cool, there was Bingo, there was water aerobics etc. The ladies at the restaurant were so sweet and friendly. The staff working at the reception area was also amazing. Bruno and Alejandro were both so helpful and friendly, both made the time to answer all questions me and my friend had. Alejandro was very helpful in explaining to us the best places we can go around the area, he helped us book a paragliding experience and explained to us the best ways to go around the island. From all the places I have been to, this accommodation had the most friendliest, professional and kind staff.

We arrived in the early morning at around 3am the next morning we were woken at 10am by a technician to come and fix a balcony door which we did not request to be fixed. We then went down to the pool bar to grab a coffee and were met by 2 rude members of staff which refused to put sugar in our coffee. They then got aggressive with us and poured our coffees down the drain and told us to go away. Furthermore we were awoken to another technician entering our room, unannounced, at 9am without any communication from reception. A complete violation of our privacy. We came to the manager with these queries and he blatantly ignored our concern and told us "this is a misunderstanding". After trying to convey our concerns to reception staff several times, we were given a complimentary dinner at the restaurant to apologise. As seen in the pictures below, the food we were served was close to inedible, it was clearly a frozen pizza and a microwave meal, and not even a decent one. On the morning of departure, we requested late check out in which no communication was reciprocated and were eventually told that reception staff were unable to approve our request? I proceeded to ring reception to state that we wouldn't be leaving our leave the room until 12 because at this rate, it was the absolute least we should have been given following the numerous issues we experienced during our stay. A member of staff then knocked and entered our room telling us to leave followed by another 3 housekeepers who refused to leave, basically forcing us out of the room. After all of these issues, we reported our incidents to our service provider and again, they were completely disregarded and we were then accused of making false accusations against the staff and that no sort of compensation would be necessary. I would highly recommend you to reconsider staying here if you want basic respect from hotel staff or if you actually want to enjoy your holiday! Also, it's worth mentioning that there is only one small shop nearby and if you wish to go anywhere you will need to drive or get a taxi.

The most amazing stay at the regency country club! After reading some of the reviews we were slightly apprehensive however we had the most perfect stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome at reception and offered a cold drink which was really nice. The lady on reception explained everything we needed to know for our stay and was even kind enough to give me sun cream after seeing I had already burnt! This was a really lovely touch. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and the bus stop is a short walk down the hill which we found helpful there is also a courtesy bus from hotel reception to Los cristianos which we also used it runs in the morning and early evening. The decor is beautiful and has a lovely charm to it. We booked a standard apartment and it was beautiful. Absolutely spotless and included everything we could need for our stay we had extra pillows and optional quilt for if it's a bit chilly the bed was the comfiest we've slept in. The hotel it's self is lovely and clean and so peaceful and quiet. We had breakfast on one occasion and there was plenty of choice and very good for a buffet breakfast. We also decided to enjoy a meal in the restaurant and the food was excellent as well as amazing friendly service from the waitress and waiter. If your looking for a relaxing break in a peaceful beautiful hotel I would definitely recommend the hotel regency country club. We can't wait to come back and thank all of the staff at the hotel for making our stay so lovely!

This is my 5th time staying at the Regency and we've booked for October and April already. The hotel pictures do not do this place justice. Upon arrival you are greeted with a welcoming and friendly receptionist, and a glass of ice cold Cava. The one bedroom apartment sare tastefully decorated with a full ranch style kitchen and Jack a Jill bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Four poster bed and very spacious... you could live in these apartments permanently to be honest. The terraces are also spacious with room for a dining table and two sun loungers. The upper floor rooms have a private solarium accessible from the terrace. The hotel is decorated in beautiful Balinese style and creates a very relaxing experience. Patricia, Alfredo, Jonny and Victor are fabulous and really look after the guests. The pool area is very large, no problem getting sun loungers any time off day. The pool is heated and late night swims are glorious, it's like getting into a warm bath. The hotel is nestled into a mountain which means there is a beautiful cooling breeze throughout the day across the pool area. If you like your cocktails you can enjoy them sitting in the swim up bar.... and only of its kind in the area. The food is good too. I highly recommend this hidden gem which is oit of the busy areas but also only a 5 min taxi ride away at approx 10euro. There are 2 supermarkets a short walk way, as well as restaurants such as la Tasca which serves the most beautiful tapas I've ever had and the tree top bar is good fun with a Sax player on Sunday afternoons. As always, we cannot wait to return.

Absolutely my second home i wish, I love it there, excellent location above a shopping centre, we had room116,it's as big as my bungalow, has everything you wish for, it's a privilege to go to the pool area with mattresses on the sunbeds, everyone walking past are envious.

Very nice ,well mentaind and well positioned from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the main street just few min walk distance. The apartment we stay was very nice, with a nice view of the ocean. Nice big room's, full equipped kitchen. Very friendly personal, starting with Julia from reception until the house keeping lady on our floor. Everyone doing everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The only down points will be about the TV size, ( in our apartment was like laptop display) and not even straight. And the second was the air con in the bedroom. Quite simple one with not to many options to control. Each 20 min or soo, you feel the cold air on you no matter the temp you set up. They should review this time to time. Overall we will definitely recommend with pleasure, and we will definitely consider for our next holiday.

Well what can I say Vista Sur are simply the BEST apartments we have ever stayed in!!! Location is fantastic literally a minutes walk to the beach,shops,restaurants and bars,we had a sea view apartment and the view was amazing!! The apartment itself was extremely clean and well furnished(in fact the whole complex was decorated to a really high standard and super clean) and really well equipped with plates glasses cutlery etc all of which was in excellent condition. There is daily housekeeping and the staff were very friendly and thorough cleaning the apartment daily. Reception staff were extremely professional and helpful especially Juliia who went out of her way to accommodate us. As we had a relatively late flight home it was no problem to leave our luggage in a secure area which had a small lounge and toilet/shower facilities so we could return there and prepare for our flight home. I truly cannot recommend Apartamentos Visa Sur enough and have already recommended it to family and friends should they want a self catering holiday you really won’t beat Apartmentos Visa Sur and we will definitely be returning….it’s 5* all the way for me!!

Great place to stay, we had perfect holiday. Customerservice just perfect, always happy to help. Apartments are clean and aircondition in both rooms was happy surprise. Good location, in the middle of everything. Parking wasn’t expencive for our rentalcar. Bakery downstairs, where you can go buy fresh bread in the morning, lots of great places to eat near. Endless shopping opprtunities, we came home bags full of souveniers and clothes. Swimmingpool was good, big enough and kids loved it. Beach is perfect with kids, nice soft sand and safe to play or have fun in the waves. We are planning already our next trip, absolutely going back!

Stayed here for a family self-catering holiday. Staff at reception and in the snack bar were very friendly, and the room we stayed in (007) was clean and well presented. The hotel in general was in good condition, and the pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers. Lifeguards are provided and were pretty chilled about the balls being used in the pool. The food at the snack bar was tasty and reasonably priced for a quick lunch etc. The hotel is a hill at the back of Los Cristianos, so it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Los Cristianos or Las Americas, but only 15-25 mins depending on how fast you walk etc. Taxi costs between 5 and 10 Euros and there were always taxis on the road adjacent to the bottom entrance to the Hotel.

This is our second year in a row coming to Granada Apartments. We absolutely love how clean and friendly the staff are. The food on-site is reasonably priced, the poolside is cleaned every morning. We went to a really posh 5-star hotel in October, and the poolside was not cleaned for the full two weeks we were there. I just love how clean this place is, considering it's 3-star. Amazing view! Rooms are dated but clean and livable. We will be going back yearly. Oh, and the massage by the pool was amazing—the best I've ever had and very cheap for what you get. The atmosphere is so relaxing.

Lovely hotel and room and spotlessly clean. Frequent maid service and more than we needed. Pool bar was open from 8AM till about 8.30PM. English breakfast (two sizes) along with burgers, pizza, pasta, steak, pork, chips etc all freshly made to order. Three pools available. Nearest supermarket, a very good one, is about 10 minutes walk away. Had to pay 2.90 euros per day for the WiFi and for each device which we didn't expect but we didn't properly research this factor. The hotel is probably a 20-30 minutes' walk to the seafront but it is downhill. Therefore, coming back is uphill and pretty steep. Those with mobility difficulties or other health problems will definitely struggle. Most days we got a taxi back from the seafront and it was never more than 10 euros. Again, our fault as we did not research location enough. We did have a lovely time with very nice weather.

Lovely clean, modern rooms ( I think we had a newly refurbished one). Only 2 big let downs. From the second day of our stay we were awoken by construction workers refurbishing the older rooms next to us, it would have been nice to be informed of this or at least offered a room further from the works. To be fair we didn’t mention it as we only had a short stay booked so maybe they could have given a solution. The other one is the pool bar and café, the staff is these we found to be quite rude and low quality food and drink for the price. Otherwise, very satisfied with the room, great views, great housekeeping super clean hotel and the pool area is lovely. The reception are really great and so helpful, José and Alexandra particularly were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you!

We stayed here for two weeks the location is brilliant staff and cleaners was the same. It is a three star hotel but it has everything you want or need. The pools are great and the atmosphere is second to none around the pools. Better than some 5 star hotels. We had two little problems and they dealt with it straight away. The only downside to the place was the beds. There not very comfortable and they move around a bit. I’m sure it’s easier for the cleaners and for them to change the bedding which they are brilliant at. That said it wouldn’t stop us from coming here again. Great place.

Unsure why they chose the start of the busy season to do poolside renovations which made having a quiet drink, meal or relaxing moment by the pool difficult. Constant drilling 8hrs a day every day.

Our favourite place to stay in Tenerife! Wonderful for families. Both swimming pools are tremendous, one of which is heated and filled with ocean water! There are plenty of drinks and food items at the bar. There is a small playground for children. The location is also excellent - very central, with shops and restaurants all around it. It's been our favourite place for years. The only problem is that it's difficult to get an apartment and you have to book it well in advance

We have just come back from a week at the Vanilla Garden Boutique Hotel. We were greeted at reception by a lovely gentleman who immediately offered us a welcome drink. We chose a nice cold glass of cava. The rooms are very spacious, we had a terrace with a table and chairs. There is a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room. There is a small charge for the safe. The bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower . There is a great hairdryer in the bathroom, unfortunately, the cable was not long enough to reach up to dry my hair. That said, this is my only negative point. The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds, the pool itself isn't hot, it is aired so no freezing cold shocks getting in. The food is lovely and the service is great. What a great bunch of young waiters and waitresses. I can't forget our maid, who kept our room and bathroom spic and span. I have to give a special mention to the chef Rafaela. That man is super cheerful, so polite and he makes the best omelettes. We knew that the hotel was away from the strip, that's not our sort of night out. A 7-8 minute walk in the opposite direction and you are on Costa Adeje. Lots of bars and restaurants at a much slower pace than Playa de las Americas. It's simply a choice thing, whatever suits you.

We've just had a great week at this fantastic hotel with our teenagers, hotel is immaculate, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the setting is perfect with all the trees and the pool and hot tub areas are great, loads of super comfy padded sun loungers we went half board and the food is lovely the location is nice and quiet away from the main strip and nice and safe, there is live music in the hotel every day in the evening plus good bars and shops nearby, the hotel is immaculate and the rooms very well set out, lovely comfy beds and a fridge and microwave the drinks prices are very reasonable aswell plus lovely lunches by the pool for 6 euros! You won't be disappointed

I don’t think I could have chosen a better hotel: great location, very hospitable and helpful staff, delicious meals and drinks, quiet nights, amazing views. Would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our visit, but a special shoutout goes to the chef who prepared breakfast omelets. Not only were the omelets absolutely perfect, but his cheerful personality truly lit up every morning. The hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated. While it’s not the newest, it’s very well-maintained. If you’re planning to lounge by the pool all day, be aware there’s some nearby construction that could disrupt the peace. However, since we spent most of our days exploring, this didn’t bother us at all. Do note that there’s live music in the evenings until 10:00 PM, so if you prefer an earlier night’s sleep, it’s something to consider. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Stayed at Cleopatra for a week - fantastic staff and clean rooms. Beautiful pool and opposite the beach, and right by the restaurants and shops, so it was a perfect location! Lots to choose from at breakfast - the hot food buffet section was a bit cold but we always expect this from buffet food. Rooms could have done with a couple of plug sockets by the beds, and maybe a tea/coffee station, but stunning rooms and we had a lovely view of the pool. (Also great shower pressure!) Rooms were cleaned everyday. We used the spa area for the day which was really reasonably priced (roughly 17 euros from memory) - included sauna, salt water pool, jacuzzi and VIP sun loungers outside which was brilliant as you could come and go as you pleased for the day. Steam room wasn’t working but that wasn’t an issue at all. Lovely staff in the spa! There are designated smoking areas on the ground floor, which means no smoking on the balcony and around the pool area, which, as a smoker, makes a huge difference as it was clean and tidy everywhere. You had the option to visit the sister hotel for free next door after 6PM for evening entertainment. Thank you to the staff at Cleopatra! Fantastic stay and would visit again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. Positive points: The location is excellent — right in the city center, which made everything very convenient. The staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, helpful, and professional. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and adds a lot of charm to the stay. Areas for improvement: I was a bit surprised that access to the gym and tennis facilities required an extra fee. The beds felt more like hospital beds, with two singles separated rather than a proper double. Basic toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor were not provided, which I would have expected from a hotel of this standard. The room decor and furniture felt quite dated, and could really use some refreshing. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for the location and service, but a few updates and added amenities would really enhance the experience.

Just returned from an amazing holiday at the Cleopatra Palace. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and so was the pianist. The pool area was great and there were always plenty of free sunbeds. The room although a bit dated was extremely clean and the sea view was an added bonus. The hotel is perfectly located right by the beach and a 2 minute walk tothe resort centre. There is very little entertainment at the hotel which was fine for my girlfriend and I but wouldn't suit families. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be returning.

We have just returned from a 1 week holiday at this hotel. We got a double bedroom with sea view ( highly recommend doing this for the views and for having some quiet nights). The room was nice and clean, very spacious with a huge double bed. Breakfast delicious with plenty of choices and small variations daily. All the staff working there are very friendly and professional. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, pubs and literally 2 steps from the beach.

Location was perfect, staff very friendly 😊. The hotel is grand and spacious, with clean rooms and common areas. Just a minute’s walk to both the beach and the town center – super convenient. Prices were reasonable. It’s not a brand-new hotel, but it served its purpose well. Recommended for all age groups 👍. One thing that might bother some guests (though it didn’t bother us): the hotel is next to Hard Rock Cafe, so you can hear the music in the evening 🎸 – it was slightly audible in the rooms, but we didn’t mind at all. Overall, a good experience – I’d be happy to return.

Currently staying here had to review as we have had enough. Rude and impolite. My son is heavily disabled and there were no ajustments made. Manager said we could take his food upstairs from the resturant but then was was always stopped by the old tall guy and was told no he was horrible to my young daughter for no reason. There was other famililes taking food out never been stopped. They come to you as soon as you sit down to scan your room card the service is terrible. I asked if i could eat my food first was very very rude. I told them a man sneezed and was coughing all over the chips they didnt change it. The food made my partner vomit thankfully ok to fly home. The pool is freezing. There vending machines never work. Good thing is that they upgraded our room as there were insects and vents hanging off the walls in our family lounge room. We stayed on floor 1 which helped with my son. I wouldnt come back here just because how rude and unorganized this place is but it has a lovely view to look out of. Asked for out bill realized that they added extra charges on. So obviously had to go through this as we knew it wasnt or bill, man with black hair on reception said this is normal sometimes this happends as the resturant guys dont pay attention so I think thats all we needed to know to never come back.

Very good evening, Yesterday, a staff member, a lady with long black hair approached me and said, “Breakfast, no dinner. Pay pay dinner.” Her name is Jenny?! I read it on the paper I signed. I tried to explain that reception had told me I could enjoy my dinner and settle the bill in full on checkout. This was my third night, and no one had mentioned anything about immediate payment before. Suddenly, everyone started staring at me as I tried to clarify again that reception had informed me I would pay at the end of my stay. They handed me a paper to sign, something I had never been asked to do before. I’m actually one of the few who can afford a five-night stay at your hotel on my own. I enjoyed very much my stay last year. Yes, this is the second year I booked my stay with you. As I have decided to spend two more nights until Tuesday, I had booked myself a stay somewhere else. Anyways, I then asked to speak with a manager, and as the manager approached me, the same lady said in Spanish “The lady doesn’t want to pay” I don’t speak Spanish, but I understood it clearly, and so did everyone around me. Also the restaurant manager struggled to understand my point. He simply said that his staff member claimed one thing while I was saying another, insisting that I refuse to pay. That was absolutely not the case. Throughout the entire ordeal, I felt everyone’s eyes on me. My face turned completely red, and by the time it was over, I kept on feeling extremely embarrassed. I finished my plate in silence, and left. The day before, I asked a receptionist, a very polite gentleman older than me, if it was possible to have my bed sheets changed as I have found multiple long black hair on my freshly changed bedsheets. While I understood that this can happen, the gentleman has been extremely apologetic, his customers service was top notch, and despite it being late in the afternoon, he arranged everything within 20 minutes. It’s disappointing how the restaurant manager handled the situation. Later on, he offered me a drink as an apology, and I kindly denied the offer. I work in hospitality and handle complaints on a daily basis, so I understand the importance of good service. However, I found your staff’s attitude to be rude and unprofessional, completely unacceptable. My dining experience was ruined; I only had one plate and two small sides (from the counter next to me, table 106, because I felt too uncomfortable to go towards the entrance, take a fresh plate, ask for more tuna, and then making my way back to my table. I strongly recommend providing your staff with proper training on how to communicate respectfully with guests. I would appreciate a response from the hotel manager via their personal email before my check out.

Beautiful modern hotel at an excellent location. Delicious and very varied food, extremely kind stuff. Infinity pool absolutely stunning. Good entertainment and music at main pool. Beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife all around the corner. Loud music from the party street in the evenings on the south side, but it didn’t bother us at all. Doors are also sound proof. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Just spent a week here and I can only sing it's praises. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are as represented in the photos, clean and quiet. The pools are heated and from now on this is exactly my must have for further holidays! The food is good for buffet style and varied, breakfasts have plenty of fruit, fry up if you prefer, oats and cereals, continental pastries etc. We stayed half board and if I were to stay again I'd probably do BnB only and eat out local. Outside there are 2 pools. One only for adults. The other pool has a battle going on of which music will win. The pool speakers or the outside bar speakers. Why these systems are not combined so you don't get one set of shit music instead of battling two sets of shit music I'll never know! Still. Cannot hear either from the adults pool so unlucky those of you with kids that need constant attention and the grandparents aren't with you! It's close to bars and between two resort towns within walking distance. Tips: - Pay the 17 euro to use the spa for the week. It's brilliant and you'll use it daily for the hot tubs, saunas and pool. It's worth every penny. - If you have kids take the grandparents. - The electric scooters are 1Euro a minute. Sooo expensive. Taxis are cheap. - When you go to the water park, pay extra for the fast pass. Don't go without the fast pass. - If you don't have kids, definitely go to the water park with a fast pass, it's so much fun. And walking distance. - Must do the stargazing tour. Suggestion for the hotel: Keep doing what you're doing. Your staff were lovely.

Really nice hotel, staff very friendly and do their best to make your holiday fantastic. The beach is just across the road from the hotel. Spa pool is warmer than the jacuzzi which I loved really helped with aching muscles after traveling. Food is very basic and worth the money we paid for it.

The rooms are modern and nicely designed, though there were a few small maintenance issues like some damaged laminate flooring and a worn-out kitchen baseboard – nothing major, just details. The hotel isn’t right on the beach, but the boulevard/strip is just a short walk away, so location-wise it's still very convenient. The real highlight was the staff – super friendly, helpful, and always thinking along with us. Great service makes all the difference!

If I could rate this place any less I would mainly due to the horrible reception! The cleaning staff and young receptionist were great! The old grey haired with glasses, refused to pay money back that was owed and told us to get out the hotel for asking for it! The servers ie bar staff and food servers where all moody and un helpful 90% of the staff didn’t even know what the food or entertainment was that night! Would not recommend at all!

This deserves less than a one star. Absolutely shocking hotel. The stafff are the rudest people we have felt with. I had a bad accident over here so I had to spend a couple days in our room and my partner got told he wasn’t allowed to bring food up for me even with my situation. The lifeguard makes the pool area feel like a prison, the horrible old reception man with glasses was the worst of all, all around shocking experience. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Stayed there in April 2025 , first 2 days no probs , then by chance after talking to one of the receptionist we found out that the hotel was closing mid holiday just like that no pre - warning no nothing . So between the hotel & love holidays they failed to lnform us at all. Luckily they had a sister company which they sent us to , we had no choice to but to move , we preferred the costa adeje end of tenerife so this was our preferred choice ,disappointing holiday to say the least , no apology, & love holidays have just literally ignored us since don't want know not interested. It was my girlfriends birthday the day we had to go back pack & move again so ruined the day ,poor service.just becareful when booking love holidays .

I really want to give this hotel 5 stars, the staff were superb, friendly and professional, the room was very nice and very well looked after by some very lovely ladies who did a brilliant job of keeping everything clean and dandy. The hotel is very nice only a short distance from anything you want. The bar staff were the friendliest people you could ever meet along with the lovely lovely ladies on reception. There is a nice pool area and a large rooftop terrace lined with sun loungers. Now here's why I can't in all honesty give 5 stars, the food, it was edible, but certainly not anything beyond that, Which was a pity and the only negative.

The older lady who works in the restaurant is absolutely horrible. Please note there is no sign regarding swimwear anywhere in the hotel. Watched me get my food, walk towards the door to sit outside and started shouting at me infront of other guests that I can’t have a bikini top on. I had my hands full carrying my plate and was leaving- nothing I could do. Many other guests were in and out topless or in swimwear and she said nothing to them. The hotel is not truly all inclusive as there are periods of the day where no food is available. Reception and cleaning staff are lovely but the bar and restaurant bunch are bloody horrible, miserable and rude. Room is okay, decor of reception and lobby is nice. Food is okay but I won’t be eating in the restaurant out of fear of the that dragon for the rest of my holiday. Which is a shame as I paid for an all inclusive holiday.

Rooms were lovely and very clean and spacious. About a 15 minute walk to city centre and Veronica’s. However no atmosphere at all. I understand it is an adults only hotel but there was no music, no entertainment, very hostile staff. All seemed miserable. Was told we could not play with a ball in the pool even though there was not a single other person in the pool for the past 30 mins.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean! Spacious rooms with everything you need, air con, storage, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, fresh towels and bedding everyday. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Jose at the pool bar was great fun, Maria in the restaurant, always happy and smiling and Julio at the hotel bar, friendly and fun! The food is amazing, we stayed all-inclusive and the variety and availability is excellent, there is literally everything you could possibly want. We tried a number of different dishes that we hadn't had before and it was all fresh and delicious. The menu changed everyday so there always something new to try. The pool was exceptionally clean and so refreshing in the heat! There was entertainment every night in the bar, local singers and a DJ, these were all really good. There us a free gym that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is centred in the middle of Las Americas, its a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of shops and places to buy excursions and there is a gift/grocery shop right opposite the hotel. We visited Siam Park, this is a 30 minute walk away or you can get a bus/taxi from outside the hotel. Veronica's strip is a 15 minute walk away if you like to go clubbing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be returning to Tenerife and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The place was spotless clean and the rooms cleaned daily no matter the time of day. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. We stayed for 9 nights in the Standard Suite and it was really spacious with lovely views. The only thing bad about our stay is it was very noisy in the mornings as we didn't have pool view and were close to the road so bring earplugs as those rooms are close to a busy road. Other than that will will absolutely be back!

Very good location and close by to shops and restaurants. Pool was great and our kids loved playing in it from morning to night. Our room was very tired looking and in need of refreshing. Lacking air conditioning and the safe came at a rental charge of €3 per day. The noise from the strip could be quite loud at night, it didn't disturb our group but may do if you were a light sleeper.

Rooms were fine. Some a little outdated but nothing to moan about as they’re currently undergoing renovations. My only issues with this complex is the pool situation. Firstly they have a decent size kids pool area that’s not salt watered and the kids love it 👍 the only problem is that parents need to be present in the kids pool area at a rate of 1 adult per child (absurd). On top of that there are no seats or loungers to relax on. You literally have to stand around in the hot sun watching your children go up and down the slides beating in kind my children are 7 & 10 and both good swimmers. This means when the kids are enjoying themselves, your not. Then when you want to go relax you have your kids constantly asking to go to the kids section. Be better off taking them to the swimming bars in the UK. To top it off there regular pools are salt watered and my kids keep complaining about there eyes stinking 🤦🏻‍♂️. Tips for improvement would be make the kids pool more accessible and if they need parents to constantly supervise there children at least give them some sun beds so they can also enjoy there holiday also. Makes no sense 🤷🏽‍♂️ Great Location, wouldn’t go with children again

Great hotel in a great location. Plenty to do pools are spotless but are salt water. We stayed in a room over looking the golden mile room was very modern but some rooms are dated but are been done up. Reception staff very friendly and knowledgeable. You get a wristband to enter your room and gates on the complex but a lot of the times side gates where left open. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Awesome apartment we got. Swimming pool area was a bit crowded. The children slide area has this rule where all kids need to have one adult with them. My kids are 7 and 12 and don't need supervision on slides. And because of that we are not coming back.

If you want a hotel where you can total disrespect the place, smoke weed on the balcony, come back to the hotel at 2am drunk screaming the place down, get drunk around the pool being obnoxious, not care about the level of cleanliness and like to have domestics outside peoples room at 4am then this is the hotel for you. If not, like us then I would stay well away from this place. We came last year and it was good we had a few nags however this year the hotel was very cheap we thought we had got a deal. With the price being low we said them nags aren’t a big deal at that price so we booked it. Knowing the hotel was going to be a good base location, decent pool and a quieter clientele we was looking forward to a week relaxing. However when we arrived we quickly found things had drastically changed and not for the better. Where to start? For two days we had the “please clean our room” sign. We arrived back at the room at 2pm on Tuesday and it was not clean. As we wanted a little nap, we took the sign off. Then Wednesday we put the sign back on and came back at 1pm. We found it hadn’t been cleaned, but they were on our floor so we went back to the pool as we really needed clean towels. I came back upstairs at 3.30 and they were cleaning the room next to ours. At this point I’m frustrated that it’s half 3 and the room hasn’t even been cleaned. They asked if I wanted it cleaning and I said no, not at this time, but I want clean towels. She shrugged her shoulders and handed over the last two towels on her cart. I opened one up and it had dirt and what looked like a pubic hair. Completely unacceptable Noise - Multiple nights of people coming back at 2am, drunk and shouting. This wasn’t a one-off. Add to that the constant smell of weed, thin walls where you can hear everything, and 7am housekeeping scraping chairs in the reception loud enough to hear on the fourth floor. It’s just relentless Clientele- This is not the same place it used to be. There’s a DJ playing music at breakfast not loud, but still odd to have one there at all. The atmosphere has completely changed. It now attracts groups of 20 somethings treating the hotel like a party hostel. Around the pool, people blast music from their own speakers, smoke outside the designated areas, and drink heavily all day. Some were partying on their balconies with music blaring, and I saw two separate people vomiting on their balcony. There’s no respect for other guests trying to enjoy a relaxing holiday or for the hotel itself. It seems like the low price has attracted the wrong crowd Check in- The check in machines make the hotel feel a bit cheap. It would be nice to see a member of staff positioned nearby when they know arrivals are due, just to offer some assistance and a more welcoming presence. That said, our check in experience was smooth, and the staff were genuinely nice and helpful. We went to the desk, were greeted warmly, offered a drink, and then taken back to the machine to complete the documents and collect our room keys. While everything was efficient, we just wished for a more personal touch especially for a hotel that claims to be four star On a positive note, the location is great close to shops and plenty of places to eat. The staff at reception and around the pool are lovely, kind, and do their best to help where they can. It’s just unfortunate that the overall experience is let down by the behaviour of the current clientele. It’s such a shame to see how far this hotel has fallen. Last year we paid more and had a few small complaints but still had a lovely time. This year, we thought the lower price meant we could overlook those minor things but we were so wrong. Weed, 4am domestics, loud, drunk groups rolling in at 2am it was a completely different experience. I’d rate it a 3-star plus at best now, and sadly, we won’t be returning

Ideal location so close to golden mile/the beach/and las americas everything in walking distance. Breakfast is 10/10 incredible choice and taste is top tier. Rooms are in immaculate condition good air conditioning, comfy beds and full length mirror. Rooms cleaned every morning and very safe! The sunbed situation is very very bad. Nor only is there not enough for the amount of people staying in the hotel but there is easily 30/40 broken beds laying around the pool! Height of summer this is a big issue. Pools themselves are gorgeous nice temp water, kiddies pool, relaxation pool and full length. There is also no entertainment or music playing at the pool so vibe is a bit dead. Overall great hotel but pool area definitely needs working on!

The hotel is huge and has everything you might need on-site – it really feels like a self-contained town. The rooms are clean and decent, though quite basic, more in line with a one-star standard. That said, the overall experience falls short of what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, especially given the price. The style is very industrial, and the massive scale – with large air-conditioned areas – raises serious questions about sustainability. It’s the kind of setup clearly designed for mass tourism… think Benidorm vibes, if you know what I mean. Practical aspects also leave room for improvement: there's no hotel parking, and finding a spot nearby is nearly impossible. Access to facilities is limited by surprisingly strict hours – most areas close by 7 PM – and check-out times are enforced with little flexibility. In short, it might work for those seeking a large-scale, all-in-one resort experience, but it didn’t match my expectations or travel preferences.

The hotel is very nice and has all the amenities. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The location is fantastic, with all the beautiful beaches and shopping areas nearby, and there's a lovely promenade along the sea. Highly recommended for a great vacation in Tenerife.

I do not recommend this hotel – it does not match its 4-star rating at all. When we arrived at the hotel at night, we found a large cockroach (about 5 cm) on the wall in our room. We asked to change rooms, and were moved to another room on the same floor. However, the new room was smaller, clearly used, and dirty. The walls were scratched, plaster was falling off the door, the furniture was damaged, and the curtains had what looked like blood stains. We requested another room and were given a third one. Unfortunately, the bed linen there was dirty and had hair on it, as if it had already been slept in and not changed. When we asked to replace the sheets, the staff refused and told us to just go to sleep. To make things worse, there was constant construction work going on around the hotel, which disturbed the peace and quiet. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The food in the hotel was the same every day for a whole week. Only once was jamón served; otherwise, the food was identical and impossible to eat for a whole week. The staff were rude and never apologized for any of this. As compensation, they offered us free access to the pool — despite the good weather outside, which made the offer feel absurd. We’ve been to Tenerife four times, but this was by far the worst hotel experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

I had the best time at Tigotan hotel. We arrived early and our room was ready which was a great start to the holiday. The check in was extremely fast and the staff welcomed us with a glass of bubbly. The room was of perfect condition with a double bed not just two singles pushed together which was very important for me. The air con worked great the facilities were exactly what were described which was perfect! The staff were also lovely and welcoming . The daily activities were so much fun and a great way to meet others.We met a lovely family who come all the time to Tigotan and also couldn’t recommend it more. Its in a fantastic location and the bars and restaurant in the area are also great. The pool is the perfect temperature not cold but enjoyable and theres great food and drink by the pool. Will definitely be returning!

Lovely hotel in a great location! All staff are excellent, can’t do enough to help you. Room/overall ratings were 4 stars because the air con in the hotel isn’t great. The rooms are cool enough if you leave a key in all day, however the dining/bar/reception areas are warm, especially for staff working long hours. Special mentions go to the bar/catering staff. I have a gluten intolerance and once the team knew, there would always be gluten free toast and treats left for us - even without us asking! Lucille, Abdul, Lorena and Brahim were extremely attentive. Thank you so much! The chefs were all very friendly especially David! We had a great 2 week stay and would definitely visit again!

An absolutely fantastic hotel (or Fantastico!) as we say here in Tenerife. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything you need is right here with the beaches just a short walk away.Go left from the hotel and you find the volcanic beach and go right for the sandy beaches. There are plentiful bars, restaurants, shops etc on the same street. I would thoroughly recommend the half board option. The breakfast buffet has a plentiful and delicious selection of food. The restaurant staff are so professional and friendly. My thanks especially to Mon and Max who looked after me so well. The dinner buffet is simply exceptional. Fresh, cooked to order in many cases, and a huge variety. The chefs always with a smile. The rooms are everything you need and mine was kept super clean by the ever smiling and helpful Daniela. Very comfortable beds and a great shower. Activities are plentiful and varied. There is something for everyone. My grateful thanks to the lovely and very energetic Debbie. What a woman! She is a very accomplished yoga teacher and her watergym class is amazing. Pablo, the assistant manager of this wonderful hotel, and Javier Gomez, the manager, are out and about all the time within the hotel, talking to guests and staff and keeping everything running smoothly. In my extensive experience of hotels all over the world, it is seldom the case that the bosses are so hands on and so involved. Genuinely warm and caring people and excellent examples of leaders by example. It is the staff who make a good experience into a great one and that is exactly what we have in the Tigotan Lovers and Friends hotel. Bravo! Perfecto!

Rooms were clean, just very dark. No main lights above the bed only dim lamps and natural lighting. We were on the ground floor so our balcony wasn’t very private as we were behind the exclusive part of the hotel. Service was great, our safe stopped working and someone was sent to fix it straight away. Great service at dinner time, called what we would like to drink as soon as we sat down. Entertainment was great, caters for all. Any entertainment by the pool in the evening was done by 10:30pm. Day activities were great fun, Dominica and Melissa were great hosts for all the daytime games. Location was great, far enough from the strip that it’s not a distraction but walking distance for all night life and the beach.

We were meant to be staying at another hotel and thankfully got transferred to this one (the day before our flight!). We did bed and breakfast (as our previous booking transferred over) and the selection was absolutely fantastic and the food was delicious. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location too. There is so much going on and it’s extremely fun. Me and my friend had a fantastic time here. Will definitely be booking again.

It's an excellent family-type, international hotel with friendly personnel. The all inclusive concept is of great value, good choice of foods and beverages. Beds are fine. Rooms are indeed reasonably clean and spacious, and many with terrace. We used the package deal by TUI. Otherwise, the hotel might be a bit pricey.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. What truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. They were all extremely kind, respectful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Every team member was lovely and attentive. The entertainment team was also fantastic—friendly, energetic, and engaging. One of them, Fabio, stood out with his warm personality. Myself and a friend booked this as a last minute holiday to get some well needed sun. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly reception staff who checked us in and showed us everything about the hotel which was really helpful. I gave them a laugh as I thought I had managed to lose my passport between the airport & the hotel but having a bag with so many zip pockets it was just well hidden. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Loved the walk in shower made it easier to use with my sun burn after day 1 (oops). All the staff were fantastic and truly made you feel welcome all day everyday. Particular shout out to David the bar tender who saw us venturing towards the bar and had the drinks at the ready :). The on-site entertainment had everything you need for adults and Children. The day time and evening entertainers were great, still have the song they dance to stuck in my head haha. I was particularly impressed with the wildlife they have on site (Parrots, Guinea Pigs, Ducks which my son would love, although the parrots could do with being more polite ;) The food was great, always a bit hit and miss with an all inclusive but this was certainly a hit. Wish I had stayed longer than 4 days but will certainly be going back and taking more of us along for the fun. Big thank you for a very enjoyable stay and see you again real soon.

I just stayed at Park Club Europe on Saturday and Sunday night (12th and 13th of April 2025). It cost €300 per night (for 2 adults and 2 children), so not cheap. I was simply appalled at the reception service. Because of Anna at the reception desk, I will never stay at the hotel again and would advise people to avoid the hotel. I am very reluctant to ever use people’s name but I’ve stayed at many hotels in Tenerife over the last ten years and this is the worst service. Every experience at other hotels has been good and typically great. But I’m still furious about a particular reception staff member and the treatment received. I had stayed at HD Parque Cristobal for a week with my wife and two kids (which was perfect - 10/10) and we were moving to Park Club Europe on Saturday morning for the final two days of our holiday (because HD Parque Cristobal was fully booked for the weekend). We had a tour at 7am on Saturday that went til 7pm, so on Friday night I called Park Club Europe to ask if I could leave 2 suitcases and a buggy in the storage room on Friday night and collect them when we arrive at the hotel at 7pm on Saturday. The Hotel didn’t answer my phone call so at 10pm on Friday (the night before we were meant to check in) I walked 2 suitcases and a buggy 100 meters from HD Parque Cristobal to Park Club Europe. When I arrived at Park Club Europe, I asked Anna at the reception if I could leave the suitcases in the storage room overnight, and she said “No”. She said it is the hotel rule that “suitcases can only be left in the bag storage room after 9am of checkin day.” I asked if she could make an exception since we have an early tour on Saturday. She said “No”. She could see that I was on my own with a buggy and lots of luggage - knowing I would have to wheel it all back - but she wouldn’t make an exception. I was furious but accepted her decision since “it was a hotel rule”. I wheeled all the bags back to the other hotel. The next day I came to the hotel to check in and Anna was there, I went to reception desk and she said “yes, I remember you”. She started checking me in, and I saw her go over to another reception staff member and pointed to all my bags and said something to him in Spanish, and then they started laughing out loud. I’m certain she was making fun of me that she made me take all the luggage back to the hotel the night before and then walk it back again on Saturday. I was furious at this stage but I didn’t want to make her life difficult, even though she seemed to actually hate hotel guests and wanted to see them suffer. But I was still willing to let it go. I just checked out of the hotel today and I asked another member of the reception staff if there were any rules about what times the suitcase storage room can be used by guests who are checking in. She said there are “no hotel rules or restrictions about using the storage room by checking in guests”. And “it is up to the night staff member working during the night. If they are happy for a guest to put their bags in the storage room the night before, then they can”. So basically Anna was lying about that rule and couldn’t be bothered helping me out. At €300 per night I expect better. And it seemed she took a lot of entertainment in seeing me wheel my luggage back. I thought that was a nasty and despicable thing to do by Anna, especially since she would have known I have very small kids and basically I have to move the family luggage on my own. I think the hotel should put her in another role, away from guests. She is bad for business. She hates her job. She hates the guests, she takes pleasure in trying to inflict damage on them. Shes just a bad person. If I treated my clients like this I’d be unemployed. The only reason why I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t give zero stars. The night entertainment including the kids disco and 9.30pm show was great.

We have had a lovely holiday. The hotel is beautiful, decor has great feature scattered about. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. Pool area great with plenty of areas and beds. Pool drinks great and lovely lady serving us all. I feel the food in the pool side could be improved with more daytime food. Salads need more ingredients and generally more choice and a little bit more attention for vegetarians. Overall we loved our stay and award you 5 ⭐ thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed at the hotel a month ago, traveled alone, primarily for surfing. Very peaceful and beautiful place with Moroccan/Mexican atmosphere. Rooms are great as well as room service. A lot of surf schools nearby. Unfortunate thing was that for the majority of days only one restaurant was available, however there are overall 3 which were closed. Great professionals working at the reception, to mention Marco and others who helped to navigate through the property. One very disappointing instance however was with the lady Nina, who is supposed to accommodate and inform clients about the tours and different sights. After approaching Nina I was surprised and disappointed by how Nina treated guests, with the phrases "you are wasting my time" and passive aggression. This really left a bad impression on the general level of integrity and respect that the hotel staff is not supporting. In general would recommend for those willing a peaceful vacation or who come to surf and want certain level of comfort. Would recommend educating the employees mentioned on customer service. And if you want to book tours around it is better to organise this externally and in advance

Just returned after a two week holiday from this fantastic hotel. This was the third year running we have stayed here and we were again not disappointed . We opted for bed and breakfast only basis which was exceptional . All the staff are excellent especially Ion on reception ,Angie one of the breakfast waitresses and Jeremy at the pool bar . One of the best hotels that we have visited in the world. We are not golfers as the majority of guests are but that does not detract from any part of the experience. Many hotels bill themselves as 5 star and are not; Las Madrigueras is a true 5 star establishment. Rooms have fantastic views, with spacious balconies and quality furniture. The whole hotel has shaded seating area throughout. It was 34/35 degrees for most of our stay, so this was a godsend. Restaurant and food quality and choice are superb. The pool is wonderful and never busy, if you like to swim. Finally the staff. Exemplary, friendly, professional and happy. The clientele are mainly well heeled Europeans and British. If you want a quiet, unspoiled break, this is a great choice. Not for everyone but most of the guests have been back here for the last ten years or more. I think they like to keep it a secret... and no wonder!

Just absolutely loved the peace and quiet, staff first class 👌 and nothing is a problem. Went out of way to retrieve an item we lost in a taxi . I just can't rate this hotel as it's definitely 5 stars plus .Food, especially breakfast, was superb, oh another bonus, plenty of sun loungers

We have recently returned from our holiday. I must say this hotel is lovely, the rooms, pool and golf were excellent. Really friendly staff and good food. Negatives with this hotel is there was no information in the rooms, meal times and general info about the area etc., also there was a lovely piano bar but unfortunately there was no pianist, so entertainment was not available. As the hotel is located quite away from facilities I think they have missed an opportunity having no evening entertainment.

What a find 😀👍 A beautiful boutique hotel with the most fantastic attentive staff and perfect location. Gorgeous room overlooking the very attractive pool and outdoors area with viewes to the beach and sea beyond. Our gorgeous room with upper mezzanine floor with plunge pool and cabana. The giant sumptuous bed large bathroom with walk in shower and bath fluffy towels and twin basins. However the friendly highly professional attentive staff who just made the stay even more perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A special call out for the breakfast team and Emil who always gave us a fun start to the day. Pool area is gorgeous and perfect place to relax.Next door sister hotel has an easy access gym too and location beside seafront boardwalk and short walk to centre is super convenient !! Our 1st visit and will definitely be more when we return Thank you team 👌😀

This forces you to eat outside the hotel. You have a beautiful terrace ! - The mini bar is empty…you can let some drinks ( non alcoholic) extra charge, to not bringing from outside . - I don't understand the rules about smoking on balconies. On the ground floor and on the top floor it is allowed but in the middle it is forbidden. - The Canarian Soul Nights it’s a good vibe but the menu is not a really ,,tasting menu “ some dishes is not great, and the beef was well done even I mentioned to be medium rare…it was hard to chewing . PS. The beach in front of the hotel is public one , but there are the street vendors who are noisy and you don't really want to stay at the beach anymore. (2 sunbeds with umbrella cost €12/day) But overall it was a great vacation with good memories. Thank you for the service!

The most beautiful hotel with the best customer service and care on the island. Trust me I’ve tried many! From the moment you walk through the door you’re treated like family/royalty your every wish wherever possible is granted. Check in is smooth and seem less, your bags are whisked away to your room while you relax with a glass of champagne and check in. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. We chose to stay in a suite. We had the luxury of a spacious lounge and dining area. A small bathroom with a toilet and sink is supplementary to the main bathroom. Comfortable sofa and chair and large flatscreen smart tv. A fridge and storage space are great extra features in this room. Access to the terrace from the lounge via sliding door. The bedroom is large and comfortable the bed is huge!! It is possible to close the door and separate the two rooms. Also the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Another large flatscreen smart tv. Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge also a free safe and lots of storage space. Again there is access to the terrace via a sliding door. The bathroom is again very large with separate shower and bath and separate toilet. Luxury toiletries are provided and a good quality hairdryer. The rooms are kept immaculately clean with a daily clean and towel change an evening turn down service will also refresh any towels you need. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and smells amazing! The breakfast has a wide selection of continental and the cooked selection is to order. You can eat lunch and dinner and we did on a few occasions always a pleasure especially the Canarian soul night with a locally sourced menu from Tenerife and the surrounding islands. Accompanied by a duo providing great music! Just one last thing to mention, the wonderful staff and management who always have a smile on their faces. Are keen to make your stay hassle and worry free. There when you need them but discrete and not overbearing. The hotel is an oasis of calm while outside are the most wonderful restaurants shops and beaches so for me the best of both worlds!

Mixed feelings about our stay here. On one hand it was great, the pool area was nice and calm, and lovely pathways to walk by. The lady at the reception was happy to help. But on the other hand, the area was noisy during the night, the walls, especially the doors, are thin, you can hear through. We had small ants in our room even though we were on the second floor. The bathroom faucet was super nasty, and had probably not been cleaned for quite some time (image attached). The room had some teabags provided, and they looked old and water-damaged. Quite nasty to be honest. Breakfast was okay, not good, not bad. Could have been more variety. Some things felt like they were brought up from the freezer and microwaved before serving, like spanish omelette. We also planned to go on an excursion one day, start 15 minutes before breakfast opened. We asked the guy at the reception if picnic was possible, he said absolutely not (even if we had already paid for breakfast). Later that day there was a lady at the reception, and we asked her about the picnic, and she on the other hand assured it would be possible. We then went to the bar 7:30 in the morning to pick up the picnic, the guy from the previous day was once again there and was super confused and said it was not possible, almost angry at us. But when we insisted that the lady said it was okay, he started packing a picnic bag for us. It was all very confusing. In general, I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast from this place

Looks good, clean, but if you want to relax, sleep this is not the place, really not. There is noise all night. Paper walls, you hear EVERITHING the neighbour does. Unfriendly breakfast stuff. 0% vegetables offer for breakfast. 80% sugary stuff.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough ! Honestly I have told all my friends and family about this hotel ! Rooms are clean & spacious. Very safe area with security. Cleaners very friendly and left the room spotless every second day. The hotel supplies a big hairdryer in reception for the guests and also can rent a curler & hair straightener. Only down fall of this place is that there is no air con . Only a fan in the ceiling. This didn’t effect us as we came in April but may affect on hotter months during the summer.

Perfect little spot in Playas, a real little gem. 10 minute walk to the strip (or 2 minutes if you hire an electric scooter) 30 second stroll to the beach. The rooms were nice and modern and surprisingly quiet given the location. The staff were pleasant and didn’t bother us at all throughout the stay. 12 of us stayed here on a stag do recently and spent most of the daytime around the pool listening to our own music and drinking beers with no complaints from staff, couldn’t ask for much better to be honest, definitely prefer a set up like this to a hotel. Would definitely stay again.
