I recently stayed at Hotel Zentral Center, and unfortunately, it did not live up to its 4-star rating. The only real advantage of this hotel is its good location, which is convenient for exploring the area.
However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The furniture is very old, making the rooms feel outdated. The breakfast was poor, lacking variety and quality. The Wi-Fi was terrible, barely functional throughout my stay. Additionally, the parking under the hotel is not free, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand.
Another frustrating aspect was the constant deposit requests—even for an iron that seemed to be from the 19th century, they asked for a €20 deposit. This felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
Overall, this hotel is far from what you would expect from a 4-star establishment. With some serious renovations and better service, it could improve, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Rooms were clean and had all of the essential amenities you need, like towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner etc. cleaners were also very nice. The people who worked on reception were very happy to help and were good with helping us book airport transfers and good with our check in, as well as sorting late check out. Roof top Pool could do with a little refurbishing as it was a little outdated and some tiles were missing in it but was over all okay. Location was absolutely amazing, we were right in the middle of everything we needed, restaurants all around us, a short walk to the Veronica’s strip, very close to the beach and around a 25 minute walk to Siam park, bus stops straight outside and only around 15 minute taxi to the airport. I would definitely stay again, was really good for the price we paid as it was not on the expensive side at all

Second time staying here and certainly will not be back.
Four star rating is a mystery aside from the pool area and it's location everything else is below par.
Dated rooms and generally service was indifferent especially on checking in.

The room was quite good, spacious and with everything you need for a standard stay in an hotel.
Two things you may want to know about the room is the missing terrace and the few shower gel and shampoo doses available.
The restaurant was ok, nothing special, not a 4 stars level, maybe a 2/3 stars level, if you don’t have a lot of expectations about the food you can enjoy the dinner and breakfast.
The best part of the dinner is the live grill of fish and meat, great quality and friendly chef.
The worst part about the dinner for me was the lack of cooked vegetables, you can craft your own salad with fresh ingredients but there were too few cooked vegetables, the few cooked vegetables present are a mix of frozen vegetables and legumes with little flavour.
Finally the value for money was good, don’t expect a 4 stars level in anything, you are paying a price for a 2/3 stars level and you will get that even if the hotel offers services that let them receive 4 stars.

Hotel is ok. Good location, reasonably clean, but definitely not 4 star. It's probably a 2, 3 at best.
Check in and out was ok, no drama.
There is no bar! Well they have a coffee machine and sell cans of beer at reception so they called that a bar.
Rooftop pool is ok, hotel was quiet so available sun beds but it's not massive! There is a drinks machine and toilet (not clean, no loo roll) but again NO bar.
